Very cool dark, spacious, exposed wood style bar. Very trendy, cool lights and a great place to enjoy a beer. Draft list was pretty big, the red ale was far too sweet but the helles was delicious. Don’t be fooled, this is not a brewery but a tap room for a brewery! Closest thing I have had to craft beers in Berlin! Cash only spot, make sure to bring your euro. They had a pet dog named Arthur who walked around and was super friendly. The dog made the entire experience awesome.

I hate to be that guy, but their needs to be some staff training. If I come in and ask if the IPA is hazy, and get back "it's in IPA", something went wrong. Incidentally I also got served the wrong beer because someone hooked up the wrong kegs.(We sorted it out, but still) And no card payment, really?

What a place to be for beer tasting! Thorsten is an amazing guy and really passionate about what he does. Personally, it was a humbling experience. Highly recommend if you're in Berlin! Please be respectful about the story related to the attached pic. Ask Thorsten about it :) If you like stouts, definitely go for Katerfruhstock (made from real freaking vanilla beans)! A lot of effort went into making that beer. Have fun!

Away from the main strip. Some good beers inc a poky IPA, a dark lager and a cherry weiss beer. Also blonde lagers. Very friendly and helpful barman. Tables outside on a quiet tree-lined street.

Very chilled and nice place with really amazing beers (If you are in the right time you can find the happy hours). The bartenders are very kind and helpful. I forgot my laptop before leaving there and realized later when the bar was closed. They woke up from there sleep just to give me my laptop instead of asking me to come next day. Grateful for their kindness. Will definitely go there again. Thank you guys for helping me out last night.

My partner and I visited this place during our visit to Berlin. From all the bars we found, this was defintly the most authentic. Not only the quality of the craft beer they offer was pretty high, but the treatment by its bartender was top level. Lisardo, a spanish young man, was taking care of everyone needs. He was very kind and nice with us and the rest of the clients. Highly recommended bar in the hearth of Kreuzberg!

Absolutely perfect beer taste - different types of beers - high quality craftsmanship. Can feel the brewer loves his job. Server was good - he was busy but kind. If he doesn’t come automatically just go to the bar.

Great in house beers. Brewmaster behind the bar. Great stuff. Except the smoke. Come on Berlin, stop this smoking indoors.
