15 Essential Restaurants Near Downtown Knoxville

"Knoxville’s Ale Trail is overflowing with breweries; one of the best places to start is at Schulz’s massive beer hall (inside a warehouse designed to look like a legit European castle) or sprawling outdoor biergarten, where you can sip German-style beers like a refreshing Munich Helles or smoky Rauchbier paired with quintessential German dishes made from scratch daily. The boisterous, family- and dog-friendly space also regularly hosts live music and events. If you’ve left room after schnitzel, brats, and a few brews from Schulz Bräu, head across the street and grab a few extra snacks at the Central Filling Station Food Truck Park." - Jackie Gutierrez-Jones, Kellie Walton

Holy mackerel! This place is awesome! The beer and the food is amazing! The apple butter beer is crazy good. Got the German sausage sampler, pickled green beans, and the curry wurst. The curry is like a mix of very good bbq sauce and a hint of curry. The sampler has flavorful sausages. The obatzda Brie is sooooo good with pretzels. The pickled green beans has a slight hint of pickled, I could have made a meal just on those. No complaints! Great place to hang out with friends and watch a game on the big tvs. We will definitely be back.

Visited during the Christmas Market today. I love they have vegan/vegetarian options for the German dishes. The spiked hot chocolate and egg nog are perfect for the start of holidays.

Google
Great food, drinks, and service! Kid and dog friendly. Allow smoking in the Biergarten, which is where the entertainment magic happens. Be sure to check the mezzanine!

Google
Very cute German brewery with good drinks and food. We went on a rainy day but they have plenty of inside seating. The staff are very nice and knowledgeable. The food and drinks are very good. The German dishes they serve are authentic and decent portion sizes. Highly suggest stopping in for a bite to eat if you like beer and bratwursts!

Google
Pretty cool place to hang out, have a cold drink and a bite to eat. Recommend the outdoor patio if weather is cooperating. Such a great atmosphere. Huge selection of beer, wine and spirits. The bartender was very helpful in choosing a beer to try. Food is German / european styled. Was something new for me and loved all of it. The prices for food were surprising for a themed spot. Restrooms are easily accessible. Inside has great atmosphere as well but see it could get filled quickly at busy times. Parking is the downfall here, it's either pay lots or on the street so be prepared for a walk.

Google
The food is really good! Got the combo with 5 sausages, a pretzel, and potato salad. It turned out to be a lot of food and could barely finish it all. The links were very flavorful and juicy, potatoes were well sauced. The beer was tasty and priced well, I was actually surprised. It was quite busy and took a while to order and get the food but it was worth it. Looks like a few paid lots around for parking, we parked down the road and walked in with no problem.

Google
I met here for a book club meeting, so I only utilized the space. I didn't partake in any food or drinks, but what I saw looked delicious and was eaten/drank quickly by others. I loved the space - tons of outdoor space with a fire pit even. The inside had long tables that were reminiscent of cafeteria tables. They were not comfortable for me but did lend to a good space for lots of people to sit together. I look forward to returning in the future when I can try their food and utilize the outdoor space. I was able to find a free parking spot on the street right near the entrance, but there appeared to be a couple of parking lots across the street that people were using. I imagine they were free but didn't use them so am not positive.

Google
Visited passing through town and was very impressed with the atmosphere, beer offering, pizza, and friendly service. Bonus for the authentic German work attire. Easily accessible from the major corridors but tucked in a cute neighborhood. They ain’t jokin when they call it a beer castle because in fact it is a real castle with real castle like quality. Fun hand and will visit again. It came recommended from a friend who stated it was his favorite. It’s my favorite now too!

Yelp
You can find Shultz Bräu Brewing Company at 126 Bernard Ave Knoxville, TN 37917 - this is a somewhat industrial/commercial part of Knoxville in what I think of as reclaimed no-man's land. You'll basically see warehouses until you get to a squared-off castle entryway (it's pretty impressive). Parking is along the streets and in some nearby lots - I haven't had an issue while visiting but easiest to just uber in and save yourself the aggravation and risk. I wasn't sure what to expect when first visiting this brewery - to say that I was impressed is to lack some superlative that would better describe my initial thoughts. The place is huge, high ceilings and a stellar view of the brewhouse. There are Bavarian accents everywhere you look, but what's most impressive is the Beer Garden - this is an old-school patio with tons of seating and access to food and beer (two separate bars and lines). The beers I tried were amazing - my favorites were: * Hefeweizen - Super solid hefe, crisp, effervescent mouthfeel, near Belgian fruity yeast note, very satisfying. 4/5 * Bourbon Barrel Aged Maibock - Tasty, somewhat boozy with thick sweet malts drowned in barrel aged goodness. 4/5 While the beer was very good, what really stood out to me was the quality of the food. I wanted something light as we had eaten heavy earlier, so went with the German Frankfurters - at $10 an exceptional deal - these are smoky long skinny franks served with German potato salad, pickles, mustard and a small pretzel. With a bit of mustard I was very satisfied. Service was exceptional with short lines and quick pours - love this place.

Yelp
Ambiance: German Biergarten with a dining hall featuring amazing beers, ciders, & more! I loved how festive & decorative the space was. They have long tables inside & out perfect for accommodating large groups. Dog friendly! Fun merch available, friendly service. The apple cider I had was one of the best. My husband and I love curry wurst - we had it for the first time in Berlin and have tried to find a similar quality back in the states to no avail. That is until we tried Schulz Bräu! The best curry wurst we have had outside of Berlin! We also loved the schnitzel and fries. Street parking available. Great spot for Oktoberfest or getting your favorite German beers/food. Highly recommend!

Yelp
We visited here during the opening of oktoberfest and WOW what a fun day! The staff were extremely busy but friendly to us with any interaction. The food and experience being paired with the live band and accordion solos almost took me away from feeling like I was in Knoxville! The hot dog german style was definitely the star of the show. Will be back sometime!

Yelp
We had a blast at Schulz Bräu while watching the Running of the Wieners. This was the closing day of Oktoberfest and it was packed! I think my ears are still ringing from all the cheering! My husband and I arrived early to order food. I'm glad we did because it was a long wait. The ambiance was reminiscent of true Oktoberfest chaos. The food was decent, but I've had better. I will have to try their food again when they're less busy.

Yelp
Loved coming here and enjoying a selection of beers. Got my kick of Oktoberfest beers and environment from Knoxville until I can make it over to Munich. Will definitely be back soon!

Yelp
Schulz Brau has one of the best gardens in Knoxville and is a perfect group spot! The service is fast and efficient as you order directly from the bar and kitchen. Their beers are delicious and their German food menu is amazing. The schnitzel and bratwursts are our favorite. They even have cigars for purchase in case you need to pick up a victory smoke for a Vols home game!

Yelp
I really like this place for its ambience, their great beer and food, music, events... But I had a bad experience this time with their employees. It was my 2nd time here a week ago and I lost my wallet. This was the last place I used it. Just after 30 min, realized that my wallet was not with me anymore. I went back to this place to check, there were only employees cleaning and some of them acting suspicious, and they were trying to rush me when I was asking questions. I didn't get an answer from them and sat down to think what to do next and a staff came to me and asked "if I need something". He was rude. They didn't even try to help and maybe take my info to contact me later.

Yelp
My afternoon "office" and it was fabulous. I found a table in the back corner next to a power outlet and for three hours, there was not a whole lot going on. A couple of folks came in and had lunch but it was a very mild crowd. No worries for noise and certainly no "Oompah" going on. Perfect for a beer and some wifi and free street parking. I had a very pleasant afternoon, two delicious beers and would absolutely return to Schulz Bräu. [Review 1187 of 2024 - 503 in Tennessee - 22210 overall]

Yelp
We rented an igloo here for two hours and it was lovely!! Its only $50 and can fit 8-9 people comfortably. We got pretzels, roasted cashews and lots of great beer. The igloo was heated with a coffee table and private TV. Great experience!!

Yelp
Big German Biergarten in Knoxville. Oktoberfest is underway and a million crazed Vols fans are here for the OU/UT football game. I'm wearing a Tennessee Grandpa shirt and decided it best if I didn't wear my 2000 OU national champs hat - even if their coach was our quarterback when we won that championship. Typical Oktoberfest food. Brats. Potato pancakes. Etc. Servers doing the best they can with this massive crowd but struggling. Line for beer is 20 minutes. Great big game atmosphere coupled with big game atmosphere as w

Yelp
This is a great place to meet up with a big group of friends! They have so much seating and the beer is awesome. They also have really good food options and there's something for everyone. I got the pretzel and it was delicious.

Yelp
Ein Prosit!!!! Ein Proooooosiiiiiit!!!! Gemüüüüütlichkeiiiiiit!!!!!! This is so much fun on game day and the food is great. Come during Oktoberfest and it's even better. Prost!!!

Yelp
Great beer, food, service, and ambiance . There's a lot of seating, the line to the food was long but it moved pretty quick. Will be coming back for sure.

Yelp
Schulz Bräu's beer garden has the coolest vibe. The night we were there, it was packed. It's also huge. They have a ton of seating outside and an outdoor bar, and then they also have inside. They have cornhole boards that we had a good time playing. Definitely check it out if you're looking for places to go in Knoxville!
google avatar

Yelp
Great food and fun atmosphere. We stopped by in late January when they still had huge Christmas trees and igloo seating in their outside courtyard, which made for fun decor. I enjoyed my schnitzel and my husband enjoyed his beers. This place has separate counter service lines for food and beer, which is a pain when you want both. They also don't have a fountain for soft drinks, so you have to pay up for a bottle of soda if you are not drinking. That seemed odd for a place as busy and big as this is.
google avatar

Jen H.

Yelp
A great atmosphere that is family friendly. Expect to wait a while for the food but it comes out fresh, hot, and really tasty. Lots of beer, wine, and cocktails as well. Huge screens for watching the game and it's beautifully decorated around Christmas. Definitely worth a try!

Yelp
The food was okay. Pizzas weren't great but the other choices are. I've been to this place 5-6 times over 6 years and had an experience the other night where I won't forget ; I ordered a 5 dollar item with my 70 dollar meal incorrectly . Instead of forgiving my poor understanding that the menu item appears to be one item , the cashier told me she had to charge me for the mistake another $5 + tax. Kind of petty Here's the thing, I wanted to buy a $20.00 t shirt to wear around because I really liked this place but the pettiness of the re-charge stuck with me. So beware because for some reason they are petty or this cashier was. There are other restaurants in the Smoky mountain area who don't do this.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I decided to try this place for date night, we had heard several of our friends and coworkers talk about it after we moved here. While I must say, this isn't the best place for a typical "date night" vibe, the indoor area is small but the outdoor biergarten is the perfect area for a hangout with a group of friends/casual hangout spot. The food is just as good as everyone says it is. German classics with just enough variety for those trying for the first time to those looking for more bold authentic cuisine. The giant pretzels are also excellent! They have plenty to drink, something to suffice everyone's tastebuds. I could definitely see myself coming back. Likely on a nice day with some friends and family. I can't wait to try more of what they have to offer!

Yelp
Ok so love the setup but it felt meh.. maybe it was a bad staff day but neither the bar nor food staff were that friendly. No worries- I prefer a lighter beer but not water like bud light, the lightest was better. The schnitzel was huge as you can see but really greasy. The German potato salad was super light liquid wise which I have never seen even in Germany. But given how greasy the schnitzel was I was ok with this. The sauerkraut had no taste. Extra star for atmosphere.. would go back for the beer garden.

Yelp
Unaware, we happened to visit Schulz Bräu the first day of Oktoberfest on a weather-perfect September afternoon. A guy dressed in German garb played accordion music on a stage while merry revelers sat in the Biergarten drinking brew and eating German food. Festive indeed and so crowded that we decided to find a table inside. We each ordered a beer and decided to split a menu item: 2 long, skinny franks, 2 pretzels with yummy mustard, 2 pickles and potato salad. Unfortunately it came sans/without the potato salad, and my spouse didn't want to return to the long food line to retrieve it. Top-notch beer, though, and the food was tasty. A big disappointment, however, our 2 orders of Spätzle -- nothing like the spätzle we ate in Berlin, Germany, and nothing like the Spätzle my spouse's grandfather from Liechtenstein used to make. The noodles were similar to the ones I buy in the package from Kroger. Instead of gooey cheese and sautéed onions mixed inside, this Spätzle came with a bland white cheese sauce and a few small battered fried onions (similar to the French's brand) sprinkled on top. So hungry for good Spätzle, I made it from scratch the next day with plenty of cheese and fresh onions sautéed in butter. The restaurant offers a myriad of other German items (all reasonably priced) that we would like to try, so we will return and look forward to something different. And we know whatever the taste, we can wash the food down with some excellent German brew.

Yelp
Went here on a recent trip to Knoxville & enjoyed it thoroughly. We were with a big group & everyone had different drinks & food, all were happy. Personally, the Hefeweizen was delicious. I also enjoyed the pretzel and Obatzda (I haven't had a good Obatzda since visiting Germany so that was a nice surprise). I was less thrilled with the Spaetzle, which was just kind of bland, sadly. Everyone who ordered a sausage loved their dish however, so you can't go wrong there. Regardless, I would definitely go back.

Yelp
Came here after it being recommended to us. ' Was pretty quiet on a Friday lunchtime, thankfully. It's actually two businesses that co-exist in the same space. Inside, there is a nice big bar, and other bars that extend into the "beer garden" (a large yard with a stage and huge screen) outside. Order your drinks from one of the bars, and order your food from the counter outside in the beer garden. Two different tabs. Inside, the barmaid was pleasant and helpful, offering us tastes of the various (almost all German) beers prior to ordering one. Similarly, the guy taking food orders, was also friendly and helpful. Order your food and they give you one of those pager pucks. Pick your food up when it flashes. Food was pretty tasty, good sized portions, and reasonably priced for Knoxville. I had the Jaeger Schnitzel (comes with mushroom sauce), with my selected sides of Spaetzle (hard to describe) with cheese sauce and Roskraut; which is basically, kinda sweet, pickled, red cabbage. ' Wife had the Nurnberger sausage combo. Five long skinny herb flavored sausages (tasted like English Cumberland Sausage to me). That came with a mayonnaise based potato salad, small, salted, soft pretzel, and spicy mustard. Definitely a nice change from the usual, and we'll surely come again.

Yelp
Good food, great beer options and an overall fun German Brewery experience! The only reason SB is not getting 5 stars is the customer service. When we walked in there was no greeting and no one to tell us where to sit or where to order. We had to wander around and look for signs to direct us even though there were a few employees around. The kitchen staff were friendly but had bad language which is not exactly fitting with the "family friendly" experience we were looking for. We still plan to return because the schnitzel, giant pretzel, and Radler are definitely worth having again!
google avatar

Sylvia R.

Yelp
Great spot for a watch party! (Go Vols). We enjoyed the crowd, snacks and of course the brewski's. Lots of young families and cute doggies, all cheering on our home team - UT Volunteers . It's an all around GREAT experience. Thanks to all the "brewmasters" who kept the beers flowing . You Rock!
google avatar

Yelp
Came here on a Thursday afternoon and was not disappointed. They have a ton of seating both outside and inside. They have over 20 beers on tap and a large food menu. The beer tender was very nice and quick. We ordered the giant pretzel with the brie cheese dip ($4 for a large side). The pretzel came out very hot and fresh. Perfectly crunchy and soft on the inside. YUM! It came with a Deion mustard. The beers were ice cold and had a great flavor. I would definitely come back!
google avatar

Chris H.

Yelp
Stopped in to try a couple of their beers and was NOT disappointed! The ambiance and friendly atmosphere will get me back to try the food very soon - it looked amazing. The outside seating area and patio is a spectacular place to hang out and enjoy company!

Yelp
Went Schultz Brau for a large family gathering. I called ahead and asked about reservations however they weren't doing them. Not a problem, I went really early to grab some tables for the 10 of us. The lady I spoke to on the phone was really kind and knew what I needed. In our group of ten was one family member who is in a wheelchair from a bad motorcycle wreck. Turns out someone had already put several tables together for us! It was very touching that it was already done. I enjoyed some wine while the rest of the clan enjoyed the various beers. And... the FOOD was terrific!!! I can't tell you everything that was ordered, however everyone LOVED their's. Can't wait to go back soon. The upstairs (no handicap access) looks so cozy and inviting.

Yelp
Popped in to check it out! Very authentic food & beers! Highly recommend if you LOVE German food. Staff is very friendly and courteous.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite places to enjoy a cold brew. Their prices are very fair. All beer prices are posted. Their food portions are bountiful and a great value. That in conjunction with their outdoor setting including fire pits and tents makes it a one of a kind experience.
google avatar

Matt M.

Yelp
I was very impressed by this place. The food is fairly authentic and delicious, and the service is friendly and prompt. Its reasonably priced, and the atmosphere is awesome. The only downside was the live music. The performer, one guy with a guitar, was quite good, but he had it cranked up to eleven. Youre not led zeppelin, and i dont want to have to scream at my companions, so pleaae turn it down to an enjoyable level. Otherwise, awesome place

Yelp
Went to Schulz Brau for the first time yesterday for Oktoberfest. I had never gone before and so I was excite! Everyone who works there is very nice. We got there early so we were able to beat the crowd but that place does fill up super quickly. There is very limited parking on the street, but there is a public parking lot across that you have to park at your own risk. There was a wide selection of beer and you can buy both outside and inside on the same tab. For food you can only buy outside and it does take a little bit of time for the food to get out. Also they also sell cinnamon sugar covered almonds and pecans which I always love. I had a great time with friends! and I can't wait to go back during their christmas market.
google avatar

Marianne R.

Yelp
Went there yesterday for their Oktoberfest. I have to say this was the most poorly run Oktoberfest I've ever been to. If you go, prepare to wait in long lines for food and drinks. It is also a sad idea of a Biergarten. WILL NEVER GO BACK ! And I only gave it one star because I had to so I can post this.
google avatar

Yelp
Great food and beer and even better atmosphere! Stopped while traveling and would love to come back again.

Yelp
Was watching the great comedy "Blazing Saddles" the other day, and the wife and I were inspired to go hunting for some schnitzengruben. Our hunt led us to this place. What a cool find. Beautiful outdoor seating area where you can hoist a few lagers with new friends. Good selection of German beer and food. While we didn't find our schnitzengruben, but we did chow down on pork schnitzel, spaetzel, and some sausage; which was not the "wurst" I've had...quite good actually. Finished with some delish pineapple cider. Indoor seating too with a main bar area. A lively place that can get busy. We left, stuffed, jovial and hankering for a return visit.
google avatar

Jan S.

Yelp
Visited during Octoberfest and it did not disappoint! Beer was amazing, food was great, and the atmosphere was over the top! They had live streaming of Munich Germany and live music. I had the Schnitzel with onion cream sauce and my son had the large pretzel with cheese which was great! Can't wait to visit again. The location was a little shaky on the drive in but once inside it's really great!
google avatar

Megan E.

Yelp
Schulz Brau is a truly fun concept. It looks like a castle and has a large beer garden. The employees dress up in German outfits & often they have live music. When I went, I got an apple cider and a charcuterie board. The cider was great, and a great option for non-beer lovers. The charcuterie board was $20 (a decent price) & had a lot of food but lacked enough bread or crackers for the meats. The cheese was also a bit underwhelming but considering the size of the board and the price I can't complain too much!

Yelp
A group of 6 were in our party and we had mixed feelings so I'm giving this a 3/5 stars. Everyone in our party liked the beer options. There were gluten-free and non-alcoholic beer options in addition to normal beer. We ordered food and that's where the experience went down hill. While there were dairy-free and gluten-free options, if you have a serious allergy don't eat here. If you can handle things like sharing a grill or oil then it's fine. There is also a vegan menu. I can't tell you for sure if it's prepared in a dedicated area or not. The curry wurst, both vegan and non, was really good. The sausages were good. The pretzels were ok - the middle of one was under done and mostly gooey dough. All of the sides we had were pretty underwhelming, either cooked too long or not seasoned. (Green beans, sauerkraut, käse spätzle, potato salad all tasted like they came premade and they just nuked them) Beer service was great. Food service wasn't that great. You walk up and order and also pick up yourself. The people who helped us varied from good to super bad. Arguments (light) about the actual food versus described and pictured in the menu, taking way too long on one person's order and them having to get up and ask about it.

Susan H.

Yelp
The restaurant was busy last night due to a game - I understand that - they should have prepared for it, however, with some extra staff. There was only one busser that I saw (an hour after we got there). We bussed our own table and I asked for a dishcloth to wipe it down. One of the bartenders looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for it have something sprayed on it (it was a dry cloth). He begrudgingly dripped some water on it and handed it back, all without saying anything to me. That was uncomfortable. Not what I would want from my staff. Then my daughter stood in line for a half hour to buy drinks for her husband and her (he was in the food line) and the bartender wouldn't allow her to buy drinks for both of them. She had to stand in line AGAIN for the second drink. This was just after my brother bought three drinks for the rest of our party. That was not good business or policy. I understand there were games on the screens, but there was also music playing and the sound was so loud the sound was distorted through the speakers. We could hardly hear ourselves talk. We had to scream. My brother and his family were my out-of-town guests. This was definitely not what I wanted for our group to experience.

Yelp
I am going to try to get u not to come to this awesome brewery... hate it... it's terrible... don't come.... If u got this far, u figured out this place is great- the atmosphere, the beer, the food. These folks make u feel welcome and there's lots of great beer and lots of Gemütlichkeit to go round!

Nick B.

Yelp
Had a great time here they had an event going on with medieval fighting going on it was fun to watch. All the beer we had was excellent also would definitely come back.

Jamie S.

Yelp
Such a fun space! The food was delicious and hot and lots of it! The pretzels are amazing!!

Patrick L.

Yelp
Great time. Weather was a little cool but we sat outside in a very fun garden. Beers were excellent. I had the schnitzel and tasted pizza and bratwurst. Everything was very good, but I veered off of German track and had a pepper sauce on my schnitzel. It was essentially salsa. Only other bad experience was that on black Friday with a full house they were decorating with a lift for top of the tree. Seems like poor planning and timing. Regardless, great place that I will go back to.
google avatar

Brian M.

Yelp
Food is good. There are many types of beer on tap but the service is absolute crap. They open close beer lines whenever they feel like it. Staff is lazy. Would not recommend coming in a busy night.

Chloe R.

Yelp
The food was good but one thing that I really think you should change is how your vegan options are named on the menu. I ordered Currywurst (V), but had no idea that there was a non vegan version of it on the menu with the exact same name (I have no reason to look at any other section of it) and accidentally ate pork. Service was excellent. They replaced the meal for me once I realized what happened. I just wish that wasn't a mistake that could happen, whether it's for dietary restrictions or religious purposes.

Michael Carson ..

Yelp
I loved the look of the place. The bier garden is perfect. The bar is decorated well. The beers tasted great and like authentic German biers. The food was great too. Loved the curry wurst.

Yelp
Fun place for Octoberfest. Didn't love the Octoberfest beer from the side station, tasted a bit metallic, but had a great time nonetheless.

Yelp
The indifference of the owner is more disturbing than the actions of his employee. We never received a reply. We will not be returning. See letter below. nico.schulz@schulzbraubrewing.com Last Sunday (11-5) my wife and I went to your brewery. We have been there a number of times and really enjoy it. As we attempted to order food, my wife stepped over to the pickup window to get out of the smoke of the pizza oven. There was no one there and she would have in no way blocked anyone picking up an order. Tony, one of the very busy cooks, barked at her to move out of the way. This did not sit well with her, so she refused to move until he asked politely. He became unhinged at this point and yelled at her to move to any spot other than there and even slammed the shutter of the window down in her face. It was quite the scene. I was waiting at the order window and there were people behind me waiting. They had shocked expressions on their faces as well. Immediately, we went over to the bartender, Alex, and explained our situation and he was very polite and understanding as we asked for your contact information. He supposedly has contacted you about this as well. As we left the couple in the order line behind me said, wow what is with this guy? They were witness to just how rude and aggressive Tony had been and couldn't believe it either.

Yelp
Ate there a few minutes ago. just ordered a Wurst pizza, one of my favorites from there. When I went to pick it up after the buzzer went off they said the messed it up and are trying to make it again and handed me another buzzer. This time I went to pick it up and they forgot to put any sauerkraut or mustard in it. I asked if they could give me some because they forgot and the boy running the register loudly mocked me under his breath saying " what do you mean there is no mustard in there?!" I've never had someone act so immature in response for messing up my order 2x. I brought this issue up to one of the other staff members and he said much of the original kitchen staff left after Oktoberfest and the new people are of mixed quality. That is a real shame, I love going here but I will surly take a break for a while, at least until I know they have the kitchen sorted out with competent or at least non childish people.

SCHULZ BRAU IS THE BOMB. I got so overwhelmed with how cool this place was that I completely forgot to take photos. It is truly like stepping into a German Biergarten. From the ambiance and server outfits to the food and beer selection, everything is German. We weren't feeling hungry, but our group decided to split a soft pretzel. Literally amazing!! I need another one. Their beer selection was great, but after talking with the bartender I settle on the Radler. Amazing decision and probably one of my favorite beers! It was super light, fizzy, and sweet! Didn't even really taste like a beer!! I need to come back for that pretzel....
