On both occasions the service staff was at least somewhat friendly, except the blond guy with longer hair: super rude, horrible service. Atmosphere feels a bit rushed. Food and drinks are great though.

Unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing. The staff seemed completely disinterested and unwelcoming, as if serving guests was more of a burden than their job. At no point did we feel truly taken care of — it felt more like they were doing us a favor rather than actually providing service.

Refined, elegant, very good cuisine. Excellent service, especially thanks to the very attentive and friendly young lady who served us.

Rude is a mild word for their culture. I’m not sure what they are thinking where they work. Probably also the management is with same attitude. If you have frustration in life leave them at home when you work in hospitality business. Btw the judgy look from the pathetic waitress says how sad as a restaurant you are…

Noticed the food looked nice when passing by returned next day for excellent lunch. It was so good we came back in the evening for supper which was also excellent. Friendly helpful staff, great atmosphere, reasonably priced.

I've been visiting this bar on and off since years; mostly for quick casual meetings. The behavior of the staff has never been overly friendly or accommodating but we literally had the worst experience today. One of their waiters verbally attacked us because we sat down at a reserved table based on a misunderstanding. He showed beyond rude and abusive behavior towards two women. Completely unacceptable. I will not hesitate to spread the word about this incident and certainly will not come back or even recommend this place.

Trendy bar with friendly service. Very wide selection of appetizers and cocktails. Very good location.

Great spot to take a break from shopping and grab drink and nosh. The "toasts" are actually grilled sandwiches and perfect for a snack in between meals. The place is definitely a scene but not over the top. The staff is super warm and friendly as well and very accommodating. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the center of Munich.

When in the walking area of Munich Center, at breakfast or lunch time, stop over here. There is little menu for lunch, with a soup and a pasta of the day, and 2 main dishes, and a little list of snacks, that are pretty good. Also, espresso and cappuccino are very well prepared, and light breakfast therefore valuable, with croissants and sweets.
