A little tricky to find on the top of the building, but definitely worth the effort. Very refined dining in a casual, contemporary atmosphere all of our dishes were beautifully plated and tasted fantastic. I would go back just to eat the best olives on the planet. The wine list is small but well thought out. Very attentive service. The welcome cava was a very nice touch.

Best dine there now, before a Michelin star award should price its menu into the stratosphere. We enjoyed a warm and friendly welcome, at lunch on 23 Oct, snaring a window seat away from the main section of the restaurant. Although well patronised, it was not noisy. The menu was impressive, and we were tempted by the set lunch which appeared to be enjoyed by most of the other diners. Absent any plans for the afternoon, however, we opted to indulge in the degustation option. Great decision. Every course was delicious, Instagram-worthy, punctuated with suitable intervals and memorable, indeed!! Service was friendly, professional and efficient. Wait staff engage in light banter and shared information about the “secret” 🤣ingredients that went into each dish. We would return in a flash with family and friends the next time we’re in Palma.

My parents in law, my partner and I had lunch there on a weekday. The restaurant is on the rooftop of a small mall next to Son Moix. The views are very nice and the terrace perfect when temperatures are mild. The local is cosy, modern and fantastically decorated (9/10). The service was very warm and attentive (9/10). The food was superb: quality, personality, taste and presentation went hand in hand (10/10). The price was a bit on the high end so I would recommend it for a special occasions. Overall experience: 9.5/10.

I have had the pleasure of dining here three times in a row, and each visit has been nothing short of exceptional. Not only did I thoroughly enjoy my time, but my business partner was equally delighted with the experience. The lunch menus were delightful, offering a variety of delicious options to choose from. The dinner service was equally impeccable, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the dining experience. The blend of flavors and creativity in their fish and meat dishes was truly outstanding. The wine selection was top-notch, perfectly complementing the meal. The staff was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, making the dining experience all the more memorable. I can't wait to return to Schwaigers as soon as possible. The entire experience was a testament to their dedication to providing an extraordinary dining experience. If you're in Mallorca, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit. Five stars without a doubt!

In this case it is difficult to rate this restaurant. I am starting with the positive and then I am exposing why this place deserves to have a low grading note. The positive: The food is excellent, the dishes are superb, the flavors and the ideas are amazing and the wine list is very good. Just have a look to the pictures I am posting. The bad things: The portions are really small (I had the tapas tasting menu with 5 courses) It is extremely pricy for the portion of food. By the price you pay you don't even get a welcome entrance or a petit four at the end. Few staff exploited, stressed and multitasking. My concerns about this place: I previously consulted the reviews in the Michelin Guide and in Google Maps, when I saw that the restaurant is run by a 2-Michelin-Star Chef I was biased. I went with my wife and family-in-law for lunch. At the reception the guy who hosts, which is also the Sommelier, waiter and guy who pick ups the glasses and dishes sat us in a the table. Nobody offered us to keep the coats and jackets so we had to put in on the back of our chairs. The site was pretty busy that day. Once seated we noticed that in some tables there was a removable hook to hang purses, but nobody offered us one of this. After ordering something to drink the service delay for 10 mins to ask us what we wanted to have for lunch. After ordering the lunch the first course arrived around 10 mins, the second arrived in 25 mins, the third one in 25 mins, the fourth one in 20 mins and the desserts in about 20 mins. We noticed that in some cases the waiters took the jackets and coats of other customers and stored them somewhere in the restaurant. Since we had a lot between one dish and other we noticed that the waiters were attending also the bar, serving the coffee, picking up the dishes and hosting other customers. My complain is not really with the personnel but with the Chef, I don't understand how a Two-Michelin-Starred Chef does not care about the service of his/her restaurant. In this case what is unfair is that as customer you pay a high price, but in return you have a deficient service. The waiters were polite and in my opinion, they did not commit any fault at all, they are trying their best. I think that what this restaurant needs is more personnel and management. When I visited the toilet I notice one cooker in the kitchen, I doubt that there was a Chef or Sous Chef. As I already mentioned, the prices are overrated but this restaurant. I really wish the Chef can understand my critic and do something about this, during my visit to Xinos in Mallorca I really felt that my visit was expensive and not fulfilling my expectations of what a good restaurant is supposed to be.

Food like always great but unfortunately like always not qualified service for the level of the restaurant. We had to stand up after 10 minutes to ask for the menu. It took ages to serve us drinks and everything we asked the waiter seems to be a problem. This was the 3rd time like this and I don’t think I will give it another try. It s a pity because the food is outstanding.
