Despite the negative reviews, I had a pleasant experience picking up here. Yes, it has tight docks but it’s manageable. The guys who loaded trailer were nice and the guy who gave me the paper work was nice as well. You have to park on the street and then go scan QR code to check in. Go back to your truck, wait for the text with what to do next. Easy. My appt was at 10:30 and I was out of there by noon.

DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY no matter what they tell you!!! Shipping/Receiving office all the way around back. Park on 16th st on the right curbs, not left. Walk in and check in physically with bills in hand. DO NOT just use the QR code in review photos to check in , you must go in person and hand over your bills, THEY WILL FORGET ABOUT YOU. I had an 06:30 appt for 11/19/25, was told by Arianna(transportation) to come in on 11/18/25 before 18:00 and we would be unloaded early I Arrived @ 16:30 11/18/25, followed QR code check in process. Didn’t get docked until after 07:30 11/19/25. Rear dock space is very tight, 3 docks, trucks must exit docks before other trucks can dock, there is NOT enough room for two trucks TO COME AND GO AT THE SAME TIME! Wait until they tell you to dock, DO NOT JUST PULL IN! - Side note, they are not fast…have drinks and snack ready. Restroom is available for drivers @ shipping/receiving office.

Absolutely terrible. The check in process could be a lot smoother, not a lot of truck parking on the street then walk a half mile to the facility to scan a QR code to check in and then back to your truck while you wait a few hours to be TEXTED for a door. If you are asleep and miss it after waiting 3+ hours oh well. Then when they gave me a door to go to, there are only 4, they gave another drive that same door so I had to wait blocking the way from people leaving or entering. Not safe to back out. Only up side is the quickness. Take a look at the reviews and notice how they comment saying they will fix the problems but nothing gets done. Also when you do scan the QR code it apparently goes to Atlanta and then sent back to the NJ facility..

Only three docks and extremely tight space. If one truck is trying to leave and another is trying to back in — forget it. Total jam. You’ll be blocking each other, and cars will be piling up behind you. Do NOT drive straight to the docks. Park somewhere on 16th Street if you find a safe spot, then walk to the office to check in. If the door is closed, just knock — they’ll take your BOL and phone number, that’s it. Avoid the chaos. Plan ahead. Unloading was very fast — but I had a special case. I was hauling the product they mainly use to make their damn burgers — meat. My appointment was at 9 AM, I arrived at 8 AM, got a dock at 8:55, and by 9:30 I was already leaving the facility.

My first purchase was a 4 pack of The Prime Burgers. I cooked on high for 4 minutes a side and they were absolutely delicious! No doubt the best store bought burger I've ever had! My son tried The Butchers Blend and said they were unbelievable too! These are now my go to burgers!

I cant see how there is any good reviews. I thought I would give them a try they had nice packaging. What a waste of money. Are you kidding me? I had a grease fire they shrunk so bad when I put them on my bun they were the size of a half dollar black hard with a pink inside. I had to peel the bun away to get to the meat. I was going to throw the remaining two patties in the garbage but I didn't want waste food. I made the other two patties up, same as the first two, my grill temp was a little over 200, they looked like I a was cooking them on the surface of the sun. Never again, I am the only one this has happened to?

Never heard of this company until today. Just cooked the best burger of my life... the one percenter. Got them at Shop Rite. Grilled them at 450 for 2.5 minutes per side, then rested for 5 minutes. Topped with American, smoked gouda, and carmelized onions. Came out rare to medium rare, which is just the way I like them. Thank you!
