They had an enormous selection of vegan flavors! I got two scoops I did 1 scoop of pistachio and 1 scoop of cookies and cream. The pistachio was really good. It had rich flavor and was super sweet and creamy. The cookies and cream was also delicious. My husband got a scoop of strawberry and a scoop of white chocolate peanut butter. We weren't huge fans of the white chocolate peanut butter, but we loved the strawberry. This place is dangerously close to my house so I plan on being a regular and trying everything they have to offer for vegans!

Scoop LV has been our go-to spot, especially when craving a good Halo Halo. They offer a great selection of flavored ice cream. They have vegan friendly flavors. The place is a cute lil' spot with a seating area that includes a video game. The employees are super friendly and welcoming. Daniela & Lianna assisted my family and I this evening & they were awesome.

Brace yourself for a meltdown (of both you and your ice cream) at Scoop LV! The AC decided to take a vacation on my visit, transforming the shop into a tropical rainforest with the humidity to match. Thankfully, the staff was as friendly and refreshing as a milkshake, and the ice cream itself was a revelation. The Cookie Monster Cookies and Cream was a symphony of creamy vanilla, blue colored ice cream studded with generous chunks of chewy chocolate chip cookie dough. Each bite was like a euphoric dance party on my taste buds. They use a dye to color the ice cream. Lot's of interesting merch and a cool jukebox for music. Just be prepared to sweat it out in exchange for this sweet, delicious reward!

Had a late dinner thought I’d add some flavor to the night. Pulled out google…. Low and behold it pointed me in this direction for dessert. Glad it did! I got the “that shake with expensive nuts” :D boy do I not regret. They have a ton of options comfortable seating and nice employees. My drink was delicious especially for the price point. Kudos to them for the great experience! Consider me satisfied!!!

Stopped by for the kids on our way home from dinner and I'm glad we did. Super cute shop, super nice people! Acknowledged right when we walked in, ready to help us. Offered samples. Quick service and friendly staff on this Thursday night. The kids really loving their ice cream flavors. We got Cookies n cream in a cone and Mint chocolate chip flavor called grasshopper something, also in a cone. Really good! We will return!

I absolutely love boba and it's hard to find a good boba place. I love this one boba place in China town called Bambu Dessert and drinks. This new boba place was my first time trying and it's absolutely amazing and the people that work there are very nice. So I highly recommend both place! Thank you Scoops for making the smoothie delicious

Ice cream (Rocky Road) was awful! Ice crystals throughout. The coffee toffee was okay. Kind of sad to go to an ice cream shop and the best thing there was the cone. Not worth the $18 for two double scoop cones!!!! It's also really hard to find parking.

Amazing little ice cream shop. The Ube ice cream and shake wer delicious. It's purple yam, but it tastes like waffle cones. Utterly unique and one of the best flavors for ice cream I've tasted. They also make all the ice cream in house. A+!

My husband got Cookie Monster and I got the fruity pebble ice cream. I got mine in a cone and it was all delicious. Great flavors. Not too sweet. The boys working behind the counter were very kind and offered samples to help us make our decisions. Next time I'll make sure to try the boba!

Honestly pretty disappointed in this place, after being recommended by quite a few people, a group of 4 of us came in about 45 minutes before closing and was greeted by a gentleman that looked extremely irritated and not so nicely asked if we are just getting ice cream to go and leaving when we responded yes he then rolled his eyes and walked behind the counter. We were in there for maybe 2 minutes before that same gentleman very rudely asking if we were ready to order and when we said we needed just a second (because we had never been here before and there are so many flavors) again we were met with attitude. The lady working behind the counter was nice no attitude. We got: Birthday crunch w/ the fruity pebbles macaroon Cookie butter & Cookie Monster Captian crunch& milk tea And a 2 vegan flavors. No toppings or anything extra Overall ice cream was good and there was a lot of flavors and toppings to choose from As we were walking out around 6 minutes after entering the establishment we were followed by that same gentleman being extremely extra by locking the door pretty much the second we got our feet out of the door. Over 30 minutes before their posted closing signs. Wouldn't recommend this place if you take more than 3 seconds to decide what you want or if you come anywhere near closing.

I was craving ice cream but looking for an ice cream shop open late and that has vegan flavors can be challenging. Luckily I remembered scoop is open late. They weren't busy. Service was fast and friendly. I got exactly what I was craving. Vegan cookies and cream. It was delish!! So many flavors where there you're looking for dairy or non dairy options.

Worst ice cream ever, no flavor and it had been melted and refrozen so it was full of ice crystals.

Friendly service, and a great selection of ice cream flavors. I enjoyed the vegan chocolate and vegan pistachio flavors. The staff were kind to offer samples. The ube ice cream was also good. Can't wait to go back.

I'm very happy to have discovered this place because of my dairy allergy. Multiple flavors of vegan ice cream to choose from. So far, I tried the cookies and cream, chocolate, cookie dough, and ube. The owner told me that the vegan ice cream is made daily. The ube flavored vegan ice cream is my favorite flavor. This. Place offers milkshakes, macaroon ice cream sandwiches, ice cream, and various toppings to choose from. The inside decorations is part nostalgia and part anime. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Was on the hunt for something sweet late night and this this happened to be the only thing open in the Spring Valley area. I believe it's Filipino owned with their flavor options. They offer regular ice cream scoop flavors, halo halo, and a wide selection of vegan flavors as well for those with a dairy allergy. We opted for the halo halo which had a mixture of beans, jellies, ice, and ube ice cream. In our opinion it wasn't the most authentic tasting one and it was a little too sweet. I feel like it needed more red bean in a stronger Ube flavor. The shop is small and there's not much seating inside so I think it's meant more for to go.

This place is on our top list for ice cream. We have been coming here for years and I finally taken time to post a review. This place isn't too far from our home so thats a plus! Service is always quick and staff is friendly- haven't had any complaints. The spot is small with limited seating. I ALWAYS get the Purple Drink- Ube heaven. This is the only reason I love this place lol. My husband orders the Strawberry shake- instead of strawberry ice cream he request strawberry cheesecake ice cream. Our kids don't have a particular flavor they love but they enjoy whatever flavor they get each time.

Such a cool space! As soon as you walk in you'll be greeted by a ton of color, great artwork, and some clothing available for purchase on the back left portion of the store. There are a ton of flavors and you can choose between a cup, waffle cone, or cookie sandwich. As someone who cannot eat dairy I went straight to the vegan ice cream flavors. I got a cup and ordered five scoops. I got cookies and cream, cookie butter, and Ube. There were two workers that immediately greeted me as soon as I came in. They were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I am excited to come back and try the ice cream sandwich next time!

A hidden gem for milkshake lovers! Scoop LV serves up some seriously tasty milkshakes--our favorite is The Purple Shake Everyone Likes (yes, that's really the name, and yes, it totally lives up to the hype). Service is quick and efficient, and we've never had to deal with long lines or crowds. The shop itself is cute, clean, and has a few cozy spots to sit and enjoy your treat. If you're in the mood for something sweet and unique, this spot is definitely worth a stop.

I like this place. They have Vegan options for the lactose intolerant like myself. My favorite is the Cookie Butter, but they have a lot of interesting flavors like Ube. Their hours are weird though. They open at 2pm. Sadly, I currently start work at 2pm, so my 12pm ice cream craving has to be resolved somewhere else. Haha It's a small place, but cozy. Decent for a first date to get to know someone. There's an arcade machine there too.

Open until midnight, various desserts including macaron ice cream sandwiches, halo-halo, and dipping dots. Special boba tea containers are extra.

This was a cute place. The customer service was nice and they recommended good ice cream. My favorite was toffee coffee and I got Thai milk tea. It an amazing place to take your friends and kids. I definitely want to go again.

I LOVE THE VEGAN ICE CREAM HERE!! It's one thing to have vegan options, it's another to have CREAMY vegan ice cream and a vegan WAFFLE cone! Some of my favorite vegan flavors are: Ube, cookies and cream, cookie butter and pistachio. The staff are always really nice and ask if you want to try anything. The scoops are huge and you can even request "half scoops" if you want to split between two flavors without getting a massive 2 scoop cone.

Great place to go when you want dessert in the southwest side of town. They have a good variety of flavors to enjoy. I usually get mint chocolate chip but this time I ordered the small sea salt and added fruity pebbles in a cup, which was very tasty. The service was good they allowed us to try a few flavors before commiting, haha. Interior has seats, restrooms, and just reminds me of a high school summer hangout spot. Price is fairly reasonable. Will be back again!

We were over at a friends house and he made mention of ordering some boba as a snack. Turns out he gets it from Scoop LV, a spot I had been meaning to try for some time now. I knew this was my opportunity so I decided to order/try quite a few things. I had a macaron cookie in my cart until I scrolled down to see that they had Halo-Halo. It's been a while since I've had one so I wanted to try this version pretty badly. Honestly, there were things I loved and things I wasn't a huge fan of. I personally like to eat the flan and the ube ice cream first and not mix it in. This I couldn't do with this one because the flan was at the bottom. It was interesting to sip flan through a straw. I wasn't a fan of the langka, it was hard like ginger and tasted weird but I appreciated the beans and coconut (not quite macapuno). I absolutely loved the blending of the milk and ice. I'm going to always want it like this instead of the crushed ice. I also tried the lychee black tea. It was just that and it tasted the way it's described and was pretty delicious. My mans had a banana smoothie and I loved it because it was actual banana and not banana flavor. We also tried a vanilla macaron with strawberry cheesecake ice cream. This was absolutely great and I was quite impressed with the flavor, texture and size. Can't wait to come into the store and get some more sweets!

I just got vegan ube and vegan strawberry ice cream... SO GOOD. They had 8 vegan flavors like what the heck!!!! Usually places will have like 1 or 2 if any at all. So shout out Scoop LV, may this business thrive. Open one in SoCal plz

We love this new hidden gem. Staff was super nice. Offered us water after our ice cream. It's cute and clean inside. The ice cream is fantastic. They let you sample lots and I have not found one I didn't think was excellent. The flavors are unique but not enough to scare you. Lol. It's our new favorite ice cream shop.

If you ever get to eat here you must try their halo halo extra ube ice cream and Frosted Flakes. It's so delicious and I've tried this traditional dessert a few places but theirs slays all day.

Great variety and VEGAN OPTIONS gosh their ice cream is SO GOOD!!!!! If you are looking for a completely different place to visit and eat sweets, this place is so unique and modern. They are always changing and repainting their walls to make the ambiance a new feeling for their customers. I have been there multiple times and the people who work they have always been kind!

I'm making sure to write a review so that I can remember to come here again when I'm in Vegas. We had scoops of ice cream and an order of Okinawa Milk Tea in a bear bottle. The bear bottle costs extra but I didn't care because I wanted it. I also had a macaron sandwich. The flavor was good but I wished it was a little more soft.

Love that it's open late at night! My sons and I hit up Scoop every time we finish a long volunteer shift!

I love how this place is opened until midnight. Nothing like trying to find a drink spot (that's not coffee) to cool you off during the scorching hot Vegas summers. Calling all coconut fans: they make the most delicious, refreshing coconut slush here! Cups comes in two sizes: the regular is a 24oz (venti). You can add other toppings, jelly etc. I know there are plentyyyyy of other flavors to choose from along with milk teas, ice creams etc but mannnn....as much as I wanna try other items, I'm always gonna go back to the coconut slush. During the same visit, we also ordered halo halo and taro slush. Both were delicious and definitely repeat items. Safe plaza with easy parking stalls. It's dangerous this place is close by to where I live. Two drinks (slush and halo halo) will run you about $9-11; depending on if you want to add any additional toppings.

Service was great as always. Haven't been back in awhile but we needed another bear bottle so we came mainly for that. Their shake menu is funny because that's how I would order. "That shake with coffee..." lol. Ambiance was cool just like the flavors of ice cream. Wall graffiti/art suits the place and I like that they do have an arcade you can play on.

Bringing the Sweets, One Scoop At a Time Great selection in flavors. I got the Reese's PB shake and it was quite amazing. The kids loved it too. The service was fast on a Sunday night and literally no other customers around. With a place like this, I'd expect that this is quite rare since it does seem like a cool hang out spot. 5/5 stars overall

Everything was really good but my dad was just disappointed with the halo halo because he was expecting it to be the traditional kind staff was very attentive and even let us try flavors if we were unsure of what to get

Best Vegan Shake in Vegas! You literally cannot tell that the ube is vegan. I also get it with almond milk.

This ice cream joint has potential to be better in comparison to other ice cream shops. The vibe feels like an 80s, nostalgic feel with ice cream that is candy and cereal inspired flavors. Some unique flavors that you won't find in other ice cream shops. The downside is that it does get crowded with kids and teenagers. The place is dimly lit with fluorescent lighting and it feels like it is too dark in there. The staff seems to be disorganized and there is no sampling. How am I supposed to know what ice cream flavor I like if I am unable to sample? There is an ice cream menu, however, they are out of 1/4 of the flavors listed on their menu and crossed off the list. Overall, we enjoyed our flavors. The ice cream is creamy and just the right sweetness. I ordered the captain crunch, my sister ordered the coconut and my brother ordered the taro. We all enjoyed our ice cream, but hope that they made some changes and improve their quality of service. I'll be back when they do!

This is the cutest shop! So many colorful choices of ice cream and treats I wanted to try them all. I went with the dippin' dots, my kids got various flavors of ice cream that they loved. They also have macaron ice cream cookies!! Which I saw after the fact will have to try next time.

Scoop LV very much gave a 5 star yelping service. They let me try different vegan flavors ,which I thought that was awesome...They explained each flavor that I had questions about and were extremely friendly and gave a cool back story on the cool art on the walls of the store. The vegan options in this place were surprisingly long. So vegans you have a nice list to choose from. The inside of this shop was indeed satisfying and spacious almost like a mini ice cream wonderland. Shout out to Scoop LV for the great ice cream experience. I will be the first to say thank you on the behalf of all vegans for the nice extensive list of dairy free options. We will definitely be back to try the list of dairy free options. I recommend this place for vegans and non vegans,God bless

I needed to reset after the weekend but I wanted something sweet. Scoop LV serves vegan ice cream, score!!! I had a scoop of chocolate and butter pecan vegan ice cream. It hit the spot for the sweetness I was looking for. They have a cool vibe and the service and price was perfect. I was in a rush for an appointment so I didn't get a picture but I will next time around. P.S. you can sample here too which is nice!

If you want some ice cream and are around the area, this is a good place to check out. They have a good variety of different flavors and the best part is that they do offer free samples, so you can test before committing to a flavor. For me personally, I thought the flavors that I tried were too sweet for my liking. I did end up getting the smallest butter pecan, but even the smallest is still too much ice cream for me. The prices are reasonable and they do offer, shakes, scoops, ice cream sandwiches, smashed between macaroons, and other sweet confections. The service was really nice, and the gentleman that was assisting us was so patient, granted we wanted to try multiple flavors. The interior is nothing out of this world, so don't expect much. My overall rating for the place is as follows: Ice Cream (Food): 3.5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 4/5 There are better tasting ice cream parlors around town, so I'm not quite sure if I would make the effort to come back here, but if I am around the area, I will still consider this place.

Favorite vegan ice cream in Vegas!! My top flavors are chocolate and mint chip but they have lots of great flavors like cookie butter, Ube, and banana chip that are fun as well! It's also one of the few places that have vegan waffle cones!

Pretty cute spot with ice cream and drinks. Been twice here with my son and hubs. First visit we had: Vegan pistachio ice cream on waffle cone $6.50 - not good at all. I asked the employee which milk they use and they said almond milk. I prefer the creaminess of cashew milk.. plus the pistachio flavor was weak. Their vegan ice cream was a little too icey for my taste. Cookie monster with rainbow sprinkles on waffle cone $5.50 - son loved it Second visit we had: Hokkaido milk tea ice cream $4.50 - I got this because I didn't want their vegan ice cream. I should've tasted it before getting it because this ice cream was not good either. It was not creamy at all and too icey. Also the flavor was so weak. I had about 2 spoons and stopped eating. Coffee toffee ice cream $4.50 - The texture was way off... It was like in between ice cream and milkshake?!?! Flavor was ok. Cookie monster ice cream with mochi on waffle cone $5.50 - again.. our son loved it. Mochi topping was free with Yelp check in. Parking: plenty in their lot Service: both times there was only 1 employee. They were nice and friendly. I'd probably give them one last try before I decide if we'd go back again.. maybe I chose the wrong flavors? idk.

Scoop LV is a unique little ice cream store that sells drinks, ice cream cookies, or if you just want straight-up ice cream. Their flavors are different and unique from others! They have ube, cookie monster, grasshopper, and a lot of other choices. They also have a vegan section as well for people that can't take dairy products. I ordered a two-scoop ice cream but I would say the cookie monster was my favorite! It's a vibrant blue color ice cream that I have no idea what is inside but it's pretty darn good! The service was fast we got there and only had to wait a few minutes. I sat outside on the bench and enjoyed this cup of ice cream after a long day. It made me so happy and seriously gave me an upbeat feeling of things will get better!

This business advertises that it closes at midnight. Myself along with three other cars at the same time that I showed up around 11:15 .. learned that it does not close at midnight. The person inside just stared at us and then turned the corner to be out of sight. It was a total of eight people in that minute that we're waiting to get ice cream. Seems like the workers just closed down early to get out of there and not have to work

I love scoop LV. The service was amazing and the atmosphere was chill where you would go here to hang out with friends while getting dessert. I got the milkshake and absolutely loved it. I just finished lunch at a brazilian steakhouse, so I was pretty full, but even then the creamy drink hit just right. The shake was creamy and icy, so more like a frappuccino consistency than a creamy milkshake and I loved it. It was heavy and sweet, but not too heavy to feel guilty about consuming a whole dessert by yourself. Incredibly cheap prices and I would definitely come back!

Pro tip: Yelp checkin gets you a free topping and 5% off. Highlights: The prices for scoops of ice cream is reasonable. They let you order macaron shells on the side if you don't want an entire sandwich. The coconut ice cream was the best flavor out of the three we got (thai tea and ube). Lowlights: The entire place smells like a McDonalds playhouse of feet. Their customer service is terrible and no one even greeted us when we got there or helped us until ten minutes later. They don't offer samples. A ton of the flavors on their menu aren't available and they mainly have cereal flavors or generic flavors. The ice cream is honestly the worst I've ever had - it's very light and fluffy kind of like a denser whipped cream and none of the flavors actually tasted like what they were supposed to. The toppings were laughable in that the jars were basically empty except for crumbs at the bottom and half wiped off dry erase marker indicating what was supposed to be in the jar. My macaron was broken.

Ever since I discovered this ice cream shop, it has been my go to on every hot day, cold evening, and whenever our hearts desire. We tend to frequent here on date nights or with our son as he loves the sprinkles and flavor choices. They have so many vegan options!!! I've tried mostly all of them and my favorites are pistachio, ube, butter pecan, cookies and cream, and white chocolate PB in that order. I'm so grateful to have that many nondairy options that are incredible here. The parking lot is usually not full so it's pretty easy to get a close spot to the front door. They stay open pretty late as well so you can get ice cream whenever you're craving it. Perfect for hot Vegas nights in the summer (Although I'm a winter ice cream lover as well). There isn't really a place to sit, they removed the seats so it's more of a buy and go type of shop now. There were a few tables with chairs that were replaced by benches. We usually each get 2 scoops to go in a cup and freeze whatever we don't finish for later (if we don't finish it all). It's a far drive for us but still our favorite place in town for ice cream !!

Another off strip dessert must visit! The customer service is truly wonderful. So helpful and patient- I had a lot of questions about flavors, modifications, what the item looked like... and they were so kind. They have since removed character macaroons (I know, I miss them too) but there still a lot of fun and cute to be had! I got a ube shake in a bear shaped bottle! My sister enjoyed her ube ice cream- said it was the right amount of sweet.

The food here is awesome and the service is great. I don't have a picture of the ice cream but i do have my creamy mango drink. The drink is by far one of the best mango shakes i ever had. It is so addicting and not too sweet and not bland. Perfect flavor and balance. My kids ended up drinking my drink because it was that good.
