Nice spot to hang out and play pool 🎱 I come here every week — it’s a great place to socialize and build connections. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. There are plenty of pool tables and a weekly tournament you can join if you’re part of the group. Fun atmosphere and good vibes all around!

The bartender seems to not like women but she's very attentive to men not accompanied by a woman. She also adds extra tips to her ticket without permission which is theft who tips a $100 on less than a $100 tab. Not sure if it's the owner or the manager but they are honest and returned the funds. I can, definitely appreciate them for that reason and will, definitely visit again but will avoid that particular waitress.

We enjoyed ourselves and nice environment just need a larger bathroom to accommodate a large group of people.

This bar is a whole spot. Most of the tenders are pure fire. The kitchen is being revamped and the guy back there doing it, is a full badass. Good drinks, an incredible dive atmosphere, you got some of the coolest bartenders I've ever met, you got a chef that's dedicated wanting to give you the best food you can have with slow days and nights that are just absolutely popping. By the way, they have a pro dart and pool shop inside the bar. How cool is that? It's a whole spot.

Couldn't get on a pool table on a Saturday night but Enjoyed the Karaoke and Bar. Cool neighborhood pool hall to hang out.

My Fiancé and I came here and got a rotten tomato in a bloody mary, we've never had this issue before or since. It's a good place to hang out.

Awesome drinks and food. However, the DJ in the wheel chair needs to play more of minority music and not just the same music.

Came to meet my sis and friends. Please note that prices on Yelp are outdated. 15 pool tables and maybe 2 worked Had to keep getting assistance because all the cue balls were bought in bulk with different sizes. Play. pause. Repeat. Always drive past this place on my way home and it's always dead. Manager was argumentative and non- responsive and these poor bartenders. Food = can of cheese.

Smells like cigarettes and I went for karaoke day and no karaoke in sight. I walked in and walked out. Decor looks like it was decorated a decade ago. The crowd they attract aren't people I want to associate with but I will give them one thing. People do dress up here like they had fish nets on, prom dress attire, and I was parking and the guest was rude about how I parked. Making me repark off the line so my door doesn't hit his. It wasn't but like I said the crowd is not friendly

I was in a small group of 4-5 ppl we were not sure if it was self seating or wait to get attended so after 10 min of waiting and standing around ( workers and even guests were walking past by us not saying a word ) . So we finally decided to sit down at a empty table and waited additional 5-10 minutes after that no one came to us so we up and left. We wanted to try a new spot and for this experience is not worth it. We were being patient as it was a Friday around 3-4pm and it was pretty empty for the service we received would not recommend. Oh but when someone else came in after us and sat down they immediately got attended & served so i am assuming they do not care unless you are a regular , ridiculous !

Really cool relaxed atmosphere...the Drinks are ok the food is standard bar food..during Karoke they do shot specials which man if you dont really drink you gone drink and get drunk that night!!! They have pool tables and I think they do tournaments some nights....they have a dart area....again Karoke which was my main reason for going the DJ makes its alot of fun for an (older white man spoiler alert lol) cool mixed crowd and no drama the few times I went....

I'd you're black and not a regular. Don't bother trying to go to the bar by yourself and order drinks. I say for 10 minutes at the bar in a spot. Once I moved to another spot at the bar a Latino man sits where I was sitting and he immediately gets service. There was a couple sitting beside where i originally sat and they saw and commented to me on how they see that all the time.

A chill place. Everyone is welcome. Cheap drinks, decent food, and music playing. Karaoke on Saturday nights is fun!! And one of the very few places where you can still smoke inside ... a cigarette, or in my preference, a cigar!! Came here a week ago ... and have already come back 3 times. This is my new go to place.

Stopped by here on the way home from bowling. The club was pretty packed for Thursday Night Football. A lot of people playing in the APA pool league and a lot people also shooting darts while the game was on. The bartender only served me once, I guess because I was drinking a soda only, she never came back by. The place was busy everyone looked to be having a great time. A little to smoky for my preference nowadays but it is a bar, so i left.

I dont even know where to begin! Bartenders wearing 4 sets of spanks... not knowing liquors other then the WELL (Speaks volumes of regular clientele), the cigar smoke making it so hazy you cant see, you can mini pitchers as a single person!!! The only 2 good things... dart boards and pool table that NOBODY plays. If you want to pick up a haggard country female and have no standards... this is your spot. 1-2am is your golden hour

Worst bar. Worst place. Worst everything. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. My wallet was stolen here. There seemed to be a fight about to break out all the time. Bartenders only cared about giving service to regulars. Just a seedy, rowdy, and unsafe place all around. If you want to drink, PLEASE go anywhere but here. PS. They charge you for drinks you didnt order. Also, I read other negative reviews for this place and concur about everything that was said. DO. NOT. GO. HERE.

Been coming to this place multiple nights a week and the tall server w/ tattoos has exceptional service. Great attitude also. Will always ask for her when I come in.

A very casual place to go if you like being social but not too social. They have typical bar attractions like pool tables. There are about 8 or so scattered on one side of the building. People can go there and test out their skills although sometimes they mess up and keep your cue ball. There's an area for lounging both indoors and outdoors and of course there's smoking sections for the smokers. They have bathrooms in the back and they're usually clean. Across the back wall are dart boards for people to come check out and play with each other. The DJ booth has a dance floor next to it for karaoke and grooving. Lastly there's a bar with some tvs to keep you entertained. Don't get me started on the drinks because I don't drink. Always a water on the rocks for me but they have legit bartenders. They also serve bar food like wings and such. No cover to get in, just an id but it's a pretty cool place to hang out and catch up!

Just as a manager I would personally want to know......1) Masks are not being reinforced 2) Our credit card was not taken 3) We waited 30 mins for food (we asked for a food menu & it was not busy). This place has a nice vibe and the food is good enough to come back but the customer service is so bad that I can't justify coming back eventhough the location us so convenient. I just feel like the male bartenders were sluggish:/ I'm cool with a chill environment but service was ridiculously slow. I hope it changes.

A hole in the wall, takes me back to the 80's. Not too many things I can really complain about: 1)You're able to smoke inside. I smell like an ash tray when I leave. 2)Some of the waitresses are stuck up & not sure how working at this place but others are ok. 3)Drinks reasonably priced. 4)Saturday's seem to be packed. 5)You literally can wear anything & be ok 6)Music tends to be a little of everything 7)Karaoke singers between songs but it's not too bad 8)They do have food but it's a hit or miss...I hear their fries are good though So this is your neighborhood bar/pool hall. Where everyone knows your name

The tits! I love it. DJ got it on point. A place you can come and enjoy being YOU and not worry about ANYTHING.

I waited for over 2 hours for a waitress to come over and get a drink order!!! Then I asked to please bus our table that was full of glasses she looked at me with deer in head light look and ask me what I pointed at the table so she said ( OH??) I mean come on the tables were full but not 1 waitree knows what is going on job is not that hard!!!1

Staff is great the owner is great shout out to Alyssa she's an amazing server when you come by she will take care of you its an overall good place to go have a good time and have fun

Horrible service, we waited 10 minutes at a table, 3 waitresses looked right at us and walked away, no acknowledgment whatsoever, so we got up and left. Place was not even busy!! Sad cause it was my first time there and won't be back!! Very disappointed!

Not to impressed with this place. I usually love low key bars like this, and it had a ton of pool tables which was great. However, the bartenders were very inattentive, and somehow I was charged over $25 for 2 drinks. Everyone in our group paid unreasonable prices for a drink, and one member was even given a bill for 3 drinks that were never ordered. I had really high hopes for this place, especially considering the kareoke, but we will not be returning. To add to the aggravation, we also started receiving text messages from the bar about specials that no one remembers signing up for. I believe the only time we listed our phone numbers, was upon entrance and scanning our ID's (because it is a 'private club')

Good mixed atmosphere. They allow smoking indoors so it's good to go to when it's cold. Karaoke Monday-Saturday starts at 9 unless a game is on, then they'll wait which is nice. The karaoke is not private room, it's out in front of the whole bar which is pretty cool if you want to karaoke but done want to get a group together. Bartenders are nice for the most part unless they're busy, they it's hard to get ahold of one but they work hard so no complaints. Pool and darts games for purchase as well. Minimum dancing, mostly line dancing or quick songs in between the karaokers. The DJ is AMAZING! He's soo nice and plays a good mix of music for everyone while also accommodating the karaokers and keeping everyone entertained. His booth is a pretty cool set up too.

Great food, great service, good food. Just wished they had this same vibe going on at arlington.

Horrible experience this was maybe my 3rd visit here. For starters theres 2 bars I guess pick your poison. While they both greeted me neither were very enthusiastic. One of the bartenders made sure she told me that she was new 3 different times once was enough and even then it was quite unnecessary. Plus side happy hour is every day so that helps. I ordered two budlights at 2.50 each not bad. However the food took 26 mins and it wasnt great. Also you should now they're allowed to smoke in the place which is cool if you're a heavy smoker but if not good luck with the horrid smell and smokey atmosphere. Lastly I was overcharged I checked my account and had a charge for 25 dollars when really I spent under 20 bucks. Just think twice before coming here.

We where trying to get drinks 2 seconds later we get kicked out because they thought we where supposedly under age. Didn't even let us explain or show them our ID's. Placed sucked. Wouldn't recommend going there.

Great service with a lot of options for a great time. Service is great Cami is a amazing bartender. Prices are good and so is the food. Clean and friendly environment. Restrooms clean.

Went here last night and I've never been to a public place to play pool. I tried to ask for directions on how to get a cue ball for the table from a bartender and all I received was a condescending conversation that led to her staring. Decided to let a friend go up and she talked to multiple other bartenders and was treated poorly by each. Very disappointed and 100% will never come back. Not worth the time or the ashtray smell you get coated in as you're there.

Chill place to come play pool and have drinks. As long as you don't mind the smoke bc you are allowed to smoke inside . Never had the food but we always get drinks!

We have been here many times since 2011. We have seen the decor get upgraded (yea!) and the service go downhill (nea!) While I might add the service has never been great, it has seemed to go downhill since we have been going this last year. I want to mention the African American bartender at the back bar is awesome and has been my favorite since I have came here. At the front bar there is a rude lady with brown hair who did not even acknowledge us while we stood there for over ten minutes!! This is unacceptable since in my opinion an establishment is open to serve people and make money. She needs to be retrained in customer service! Other than that, while the drinks are not the best, the drinks are cheap and will give you a buzz. We will return but we will go straight to the back bar where we know we will get service!!

Plain and simple this place just sucks OK so they have a lot of pool tables and you got a lot of drunk people playing on the pool tables , foods nasty and the music sucks only if you're really bored come here to shoot pool if you're looking for anything else entertaining just don't bother with this place.

If you want a chill time come hangout with Kim &kat come for a drink and. Left with a good time and a laugh

Service here sucks unless you are a regular. I'm outta here with zero service. We sat in here for 15 minutes at the bar with no service. Couldn't even get the attention of the bartender that kept leaving the bar. Ridiculous and won't be back.

Smokey bar.... ..we had a great time inspite of that. Once we found a waitress it was great. We did have to wait for drinks but it was a Saturday ....and the bar was super full. Lots of pool tables and nice people. Can't wait to go back!

This place sucks...how do you have pool tables everywhere but no balls to play with??..And also serving cranberry juice on the rocks because clearly they didnt put ANY vodka in the drink..suck ass place...needless to say but we wont be back...

Stepped into this place after bowling down the street after someone suggested it for pool. Honestly, right off the bat I was in love with the place. It's not a stuffy place uptown charm, but it's a large bar with plenty to do, a friendly staff and smoking is allowed. Pool, darts, dance floor, beer pong table, karaoke, poker, etc. I have no idea if they served food, but it looked like they might have a kitchen in the back, so that's something I'll investigate next time I go. I didn't count them, but they have about one million $1 pool tables, so there was no wait to play. The bartenders were incredibly friendly, the waitresses checked on us fairly often, and the beer was as cold as it could be. Our pool table was a little out of whack and kept eating our quarters, but the waitress had no problem coming over and fixing us up as soon as she could, so it didn't matter. And yes, eventually we did switch tables. THEN, out of nowhere, the bartender yells out "Anyone wanna play beer pong?!", to which my friend and I replied...well, just assume we said yes. For $8 a pitcher, we were in the game. Turns out we were playing the manager of the bar in his girlfriend, both very nice people, and the manager informed us that they are going to start having beer pong tournaments for $6 a pitcher on Sundays. So needless to say, I'm now going to work on becoming a regular here. Love it.

The service, the atmosphere & the beer all ok, & it used to be great, but then the bar owner got the insane idea to cover the windows needlessly with a bunch of posters blocking the patrons view & messing up the atmosphere. I have been back seldom since. I miss the place but the atmosphere is just too claustrophobic & dark, which is wierd because I have been in Japanese places 1/4 this size that seemed more spacious & cheerful. The staff are always great, the food & beer is great, the only thing keeping them from 4 to 5 stars is the needlessly covered windows..... Venetian blinds dont cost THAT MUCH & would be way better,

Went there a couple of times and didn't like it. I'm an over tipping bar fly... so if I'm turned off by staff service (drunk girl serving me wrong beer etc.) you can pretty much bet I won't be back. I really wanted to find a new neighborhood hangout but this place is too dingy and weird. Another gripe I had was I paid the d.j. 5$ to play a song but he never did. If they don't want my cash then I'll just go somewhere else.

This is one of your regular, run of the mill, smokey pool hall, dive, neighborhood bars and not much else. I sat down at the bar and was greeted pretty quickly by the female bartender who got me the beer I required pretty quickly but that was it, no introduction, no conversation. They were fairly busy being a Friday night. After I drank my first beer I waited not too long before another bartender asked if I wanted another. Friendly enough, but again, no introduction, didn't speak to me while she was right in front of me. The guy who was behind the bar spoke to me more then the two female bartenders. :/ There are pool tables, plenty of darts. I saw a few people digging into some food but I didn't taste it. This place is definitely a locals place but if you're in the area and in need of a cold beverage, you'll find one at Scooters. I left since the awful karaoke started up.

This place is not good. Let me tell you, if you aren't a league member, you won't get good service period.

Im not a regular but I have been her a few times. Nice place but don't bother if Tony is behind the bar. She doesn't pay attention to you. Never checks on you my beer is always empty. Forget about asking for a menu!! NO!! PERSONALITY !!! Venus is attentive and follows up on you to make sure you are taken care of!! I tipped her well!! Consumers beware !!!

This place is finally remodeling. Great changes are being made. I don't understand why the bartenders are expected to work in one station because the jiggers and bar keys are chained to the bar, it's quite inconvenient and honestly embarrassing because both of those bar equipment prices are cheap. $12 pitchers of beer. $1 pool if you can find or win a table. And it's one of the few places left where you can drink a beer and have a cigarette inside.

My wife and I were there last Thursday. We had to wait forever for a waitress named Tasha to bring our drinks. She was extremely rude and very unprofessional. We noticed afterwards that she was talking about us to a co-worker (it was pretty obvious, because she kept looking in our direction and laughing). We will not be back.

Smoking bar. Apparently that is the norm in Garland. Even though no one around me was smoking it still stunk Seemed to be hard to get a second beer on a slow night. Came in the other day, different bartender and same thing. More interested in regulars. HINT: If you want more regulars, be nice to first timers. Wings were OK. I ordered spicy and they were. Not light me on fire, just OK. Probably bottled sauce because it was vinegary. Decent Big dive bar. I'll update this If I become a regular.

Scooters has evolved.. Restrooms have been Remodeled ,added another bar with garage window's. Brand new pool tables , dart boards. Still have the awesome shop to get your dart and pool supplies. Pool and Dart leagues. Its also one of the only bars in Garland that still allow smoking inside. Its wide open spaces with pool tables everywhere. They have 3 DJ's Wednesday- Saturday, they have a monthly contest. Last month they had a Daisy Duke Contest to say Goodbye Summertime,lol. This month its a lip syncing contest and prizes will be given to contestant's. I almost tried everything on their menu over the last year. Its good to me , huge plates of nachos and fries . The fried mushrooms have to be my favorite. The bartender's know what their doing. No complaints there. Its definitely a place I recommend going .

Little dive spot. I came here with some friends just randomly. Little hard to find as it is tucked into a shopping center. Service was good and people were friendly. My only thing is that it is a smoking establishment so that might be a turn off for some people

Great bar. $1 pool and $4 drinks available even outside of happy hour. Tons of people to hang out with and talk on Friday and Saturday nights. Karaoke going all night. You do have to leave your id at the bar to get a queball and they have more queballs than pool tables. So you might not get a pool table if you get there late on a busy night. But still worth it. A bar where people actually love making friends! (Just dont leave the ball on the table and forget ur id, they'll charge you like $20/25 to replace the supposedly stolen ball)

I was at scooters and Tasha was my bar tender with Shiner was the DJ. Great crew I would recommend anyone and everyone go check them out.
