We had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor and prepared. Every dish tasted fresh and beautifully presented. The service was just as impressive. Christina was attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. She remember us from previous visit. She recommended delicious options. You can tell the staff really care about making sure guests have a great time. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience!

Walked by and saw the atmosphere and knew I wanted to come back for Sunday brunch. Scratch did not disappoint! The restaurant is beautiful and elegant, super clean. The service is welcoming! The buffet is super fresh and food is delicious. Highly recommended. I would like to return in the evenings to experience the bar settings. The bar is laced with televisions and gorgeous countertops. Oh the prices are pretty reasonable for the amount of food that you get!

I am new to new rochelle, I have pass a few times by this restaurant, but never called my attention. So in my anniversary my husband 💖 and I decided to give a try. Oh 😱 my gosh it was perfect 😋 the food was amazing the services was great everything was just 5 ⭐⭐⭐.

We recently hosted our child’s First Communion celebration here and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the start, communication with the owner, Greg, was easy, fast, and extremely professional. He made the planning process smooth and stress-free, and was personally present throughout the event, overseeing every detail to ensure everything ran perfectly. The space itself was beautiful, comfortable, and ideal for a family gathering. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully presented — and the drinks were equally impressive, offering something for everyone. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating, treating our guests with genuine warmth. Every detail, big and small, was handled with care. The bathrooms were impeccably clean and modern, and valet parking was available right at the door, making arrival and departure extremely convenient for all of our guests. Overall, Scratch exceeded our expectations in every way. It was the perfect venue for such a special occasion, and we are so grateful to Greg and the entire team for making the day truly memorable. Highly recommend!

Food was amazing. Christina, our waitress, was so friendly and so helpful. We are from out of town and she gave us some ideas for things to do in the area and even got my wife a hair salon in the area since we are here for a wedding. I got a Mule and my wife got the paloma and both drinks were delicious. For dinner I got the ribs which were perfectly cooked and the fries were nice and crispy. My wife did the mixed grill entree and she loved it. If we are back in the area again this will definitely be a stop!

First time dining here and highly recommend. Every dish ordered from apps to dessert was flavorful and generous in size. The menu has an extensive set of options which is great for all different types of food lovers. The restaurant is spacious with many tables to accommodate all party sizes. It has a great ambiance and the bar is beautifully done. Definitely will be recommending to all and will be returning soon.

We’d been here before for drinks but this was our first time having dinner. We ate at the bar and the experience could not have been better! The food was excellent - everything was prepared just as we requested. The bar was totally comfortable, the service perfect and the restaurant itself is so nicely designed with a modern and welcoming vibe. My husband and I will be back.

Went here for an early dinner last on Sunday. The ambiance is nice and the decor is fabulous. Love the monochromatic earth-tones that adorned the chair coverings and the other furniture. The staff are kind and gracious and bend over backwards to make your experience an enjoyable one. The food was enjoyable as well.

We arrived here for a late night dinner. We ended up sitting at the bar as you can see the restaurant is absolutely beautiful and breathtaking.. You can tell lots of care was put into the design and decor. We agreed by the bartender who was very kind and engaging and probably bought us some bread and butter while we looked over the menu to confirm our dinner choices. I started with a lemon martini as a cocktail, and my entrée was the Maryland jumbo lump crabcakes with a side of spinach. I wasn't the biggest fan of the crabcakes. Honestly, they weren't but I just expected a little bit more crabcake. It was breaded a little heavier. But the star of the show was my companion's entrée, he had ordered the braised short ribs, and when I tell you that was spectacular, the meat was so tender. It just literally melted in your mouth and it was flavored to perfection, generous portion size this is really scratch bar and grill one me over !!! I literally found my fork in his plate more times and he cared for lol!! With that being said, I will be back and I'll order my own short ribs next time lol!!!!

Everything was perfect. It was my Son's birthday when we went on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant is beautiful. Our waiter exceptional the food delicious and the drinks were strong and good. Can't wait to go back again.

The food was great. We had an early lunch. The rose was fresh and crisp. The server/ bartender was very kind. The location is beautiful. I would love to visit at night. They have a private room that can be rented out and would be perfect for a celebration.

Very disappointing experience at Scratch Bar & Grill. I ordered the Prime Burger and my guest ordered the mixed grill. Everything looked perfectly done, until we tasted it. I had a few bites of the burger, each one raised the salt levels on my taste buds. The burger was fairly large with less than a third eaten. The only waiter in charge of lunch, waiting on three tables including ours. He asked if I wanted the burger for take home, and said sorry, no. The salt content made it difficult to eat, and frankly I was starting to feel ill. My guest was to embarrassed to say the salt levels were off the charts for his mixed grill. I tried a tiny piece of the sausage, had to spit it out. The waiter did remove the burger from our bill, then we left. You would think such a rich looking high end restaurant interior would show off better quality meals.

Came here on a Friday night w/o reservation and was immediately accommodated. Ambiance was very good, food was okay, service was splendid.

This is my new favorite place in New Rochelle. Every dish I have had has been amazing. The coconut martini is awesome and the orichetti and lamb chops are super dope. Mariano is my favorite Bartender. Do not miss this place in New Rochelle!

We love this new restaurant in New Rochelle. Outstanding service with a personal touch from the owner, Marcello. I really enjoyed their chicken parm. The bar area is lively and could get very loud, however you have the option to move in their large dining room. Great homemade desert option, specifically the tiramisu and their coffee is outstanding.

Service was splendid. The ambiance was nice and classy. The food was tasty as well. I had the appetizer menu which is a good choice and fair prices. I had the buffalo wings, mussels very tasty and the spinach dip was not too fond of it. Spinach dip tasted more like a cream spinach. Drinks blahhhhh. I prefer an Ice tea vodka waiter failed to tell me it was out of a can (twisted tea) I sent it back. So I ordered a vodka with lemonade. Very watery taste and when they well best believe you can taste the well.. I didn't send it back but I didn't drink it either. Fare game buy you a beer and have some wings during game day.

Let's start off by saying we went someone else and they were booked due to Xmas parties so we came about this fairly new gem of a spot to eat drink talk . We were greeted at the door by a burly suited gentlemen super polite btw and we asked if they have any availability, we were told yes and promptly seated and then the magic began , it's Xmas season so yes it's a little loud as people are enjoying life and having a good time . The service was good the food was even better and so was the time had . Just check out our meals, I had the flat iron steak with mash & spinach she went with the slow braised ribs with potatoes au gratin French beans n carrots .now I'm Not a flat iron steak guy but this was pretty damn good and has opened my eyes to another side of steak . We topped it off with a bottle of wine (red) Josh winery from Paso Robles iykyk about Paso Robles wines I highly recommend you try a wine from that region doesn't have to be Josh this is what they had . Overall it was a beautiful Date night come check it and the price was right also . Oh forgot the chocolate lava cake she said was off the hook I went with the cheesecake which was very good also . Yes I take pic of the bathroom cause I'm a sucker for a nice bathroom in restaurants. Come spend some Money here people . It's more like a 4 and half rating then a plain ole 4 trust me

We tried the steak sandwich and the burger. Both were excellent! They have a gorgeous large bar, and plenty of space, including private party room.

Beautiful new place with classy chic ambiance. Great service and great food. Skirt steak special cooked to perfection , seared sea scallops very flavorful. Short ins were amazing- tender and melt in your mouth. Definitely a must try spot.

I have had several great meals at Scratch. The Appetizers and Entrees are great. Service is always spot on and the place has a really nice atmosphere. I definitely recommend.

2 Stars because the restaurant is beautiful and staff were nice. My friends and I heard great things about this place so we were excited to check it out. When you walk in, the dining area is to the left and the bar area is to the right. We decided on the bar area for Happy Hour which is from 4pm to 7pm. However, when we sat down, we heard the bartender tell the server "Do they know Happy Hour is over at 6pm". We asked why 6pm when the website and menu clearly say ends at 7pm? Per the bartender it's because it's Valentine's Day. Nowhere does it mention that but ok no biggie. Now, let's move on to the food. The roasted cauliflower was not roasted and was just ok. The spinach artichoke dip was not good but my friends seemed to like it. I've never seen spinach artichoke dip with slices of cheese over it. Finally, the Chicken Parmesan Sliders had no taste whatsoever. Had to add salt just to give it a little flavor. French fries came with the sliders and those were the best part of the meal. It doesn't end there, I had a Peach Sun Cruiser which they bought out in a can. I was taken aback!! A CAN! Now, the most annoying part was the servers kept walking by and looking at our table to see if anything needed to be removed. Like, let us eat in peace. Why are servers constantly staring at our table and when you ask one a question, it's like they didn't understand what we were asking. Very very uncomfortable and annoying!! We definitely won't be back for the Happy hour but we are going to try the dinner side and see if that's any better. Prayerfully, it is.

The ambiance doesn't match the name. Friends and i were hanging out and wanted to pop in for after work drinks. We checked Yelp - drove to location and all of us paused when we noticed the clientele dress and staff's dress code. For us, the name gave laid back vibes but this place didn't appear that way. Can't rate it if i didn't try it

The menu was fantastic and the food was excellent. Nice ambiance and very good service. Nice to see a new restaurant doing everything right.

First and foremost the happy hour is a dream. Rotating food choices including the best calamari I ever had to a true Italian Pisa. There regular menu includes juicy burger and steak as well as interesting salad choices. Great wine from a great Pinot Noir from The Carneros region of Napa Valley to a flavorful Sangria, to beer, to mixology options are on the table. Do yourself a favor go there and say Joey sent you.

it's my second time dining here and as in the first time, it did not disappoint. It was a truly fascinating experience and surrounded by a pleasant crowd. The food is great and the drinks were made by a witty stunningly, beautiful bartender. Ambience is soothing and the combined experience will definitely have me going back, joined by a number of my friends this time.

My friends and I came here after receiving very poor service at AVA AVA . The service here was phenomenal management and the waiters were great. The food was fresh and delicious! We had the meatballs and ceased salad to start . I had the lamb chops, my friend had the burger (fries were amazing) and my other friend had the short rib (she loved it). The blueberry coconut margarita was delicious also. We had the tres leche which was amazing! I would pass on the chocolate mousse next time. Highly recommended! It was well decorated and clean.

Good and service was very good! Management was very attentive and we all enjoyed our meal. A bit pricey on the salads with add-on, that's the only reason they got 4 stars instead of 5!!

Had high hopes, but very mediocre meal at a high price point. We had the margarita artisan pizza and bear clams for appetizers, the bear clams were good, the pizza was not. My wife had the Chitarra (crab/seafood spaghetti) and I had the veal chop. My wife did not enjoy her dish, pasta over cooked and flavorless seafood, my veal chop was just ok, edible but nothing that made you say wow. It's a nice place but I think they need to find an identity, the menu is all over the place and they probably need to focus on a specific cuisine because right now they our mediocre at everything

My friend just threw a birthday party there for her (adult) son. The waitstaff was amazing. Perfectly on point. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the ladies room was beautiful. We had a choice of 3 entrees...I ordered the flat iron steak. It was undercooked and cold (as were the sides) when it got to the table. Everyone who ordered the steak said it was either over cooked or undercooked. I do understand it isn't easy cooking for a party of 40. I would have given 4 stars but my son had the chicken parm with ziti and their marinara tasted EXACTLY like Campbells tomato soup. YUCK. Overall it was good.

Great food and such friendly and accommodating service! Large menu with lots of unique offerings too. Everything we ordered (3 appetizers and 3 entrees) was delicious. We will definitely be back!
