What a cute little cafe on cannon beach! They have quite the selection of unique flavoured lattes! I tried the pear and lavender latte and the maple bourbon latte - both had an unexpected yet pleasant taste! They also have a great selection of pastries and some DELISH looking loaves of bread! And it’s super close to the beach!

Great popular place in cannon beach! Definitely well known but for good reason. Really delicious pastries and the which we got was the perfect breakfast item. Their quiche is always vegetarian which is great because my bf is veg and it can always be hard to find those options. We timed the visit right and didn’t have to wait in line but maybe 3 minutes later a line did build up and for awhile. We wanted to go and get one more pastry to go but the line wait wasn’t worth it. So take your time and get everything you want to order in one go! It’s not in the main downtown area of cannon beach which I liked or else it would really be crowded. There’s a beach entrance right on the street so we grabbed coffee and took a stroll! Highly recommend the almond bar.

This is a wonderful, family owned business, Jason at the front super kind, helpful & friendly. Everyone who works there is great in my opinion. AND … they literally make my favorite cup of coffee along the whole coastline. Whether it be a decaf cappuccino, a half caff. Americano, etc. it’s always delicious and on point. Nothing else compares. You can grab a cup of joe and literally walk down the block to the beach and have a really beautiful walk along the ocean line … Keep rocking it out at Sea Level! Small coffee shop about 3-4min walking distance from the Tolvana and Wayside inns. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Coffee and pastries. We ordered a mocha and a candied orange mocha. Very subpar notes of chocolate and orange in both beverages. I was hoping for a rich, chocolate mocha. The pastries were very tasty and appealed to the eye. They have merch, coffee beans, and other items available to purchase.

Delicious food and coffee so it’s always crowded, even in the off-season, making it hard to feel comfortable and relaxed in the lovely joint. However, what I came here to say is that their Salami et Provolone (salami, provolone, arugula, olive tapenade on ciabatta) sandwich is my favorite sandwich of all time and I will stand in line for it on every trip to Cannon Beach. I had my first one last year and have gone back for it several times since. No doubt in my mind - it’s savory perfection.

Nestled near the Tolavana beach, this cafe surprised us with their amazing coffee and pastries. We had their pistachio raspberry scone, orange bostock, acai bowl and also their mini yogurt granola bowl. The pastries tasted so divine and fresh. Will definitely come back here on our next visit to the Oregon coast.

This place is so cute, they have outdoor seating and fair prices. Their rosemary latte was the best coffee i had in cannon beach. Banana bread was so yummy too.

If you’re an early riser, they are one of your only option for coffee and breakfast. Cute little spot, good service, excellent drinks and yummy pastries. Their sticky bun is to die for. It’s a must!

Love this coffee shop. In fact it is probably the most impressive establishment in Cannon Beach in terms of high quality products and service. The espresso drinks are SO delicious here. There were long lines both of the days we went to Sea Level, and despite the crowd, the service was so effective. The barista was like a machine, just didn't stop! We also enjoyed acai bowls, yogurt parfaits, and several of their baked goods. All were very high quality and delicious. Would definitely come back!

We were recommended Sea Level Bakery by a friend and decided to give it a try. It was at a driving distance from where we were staying in the center of Canon Beach. While we enjoyed the drive, it wouldn't be convenient for everyday based on where we were statying. There was also a long line when we got there. We took us a good 30 mins to get to the counter. We got a Mocha and a Hot Chocolate, they were both good.

I came to Sea Level twice while visiting Cannon beach with my family and would recommend it! The first time was around 10am and there was a long-ish line out the door, it took maybe 20 min to get to the front and order. The second time we came a bit later around noon and there was no line at all! I'm guessing most people come for their morning coffee and/or breakfast and not so much for lunch? I got the vanilla matcha and enjoyed it enough to get it both times. I find it rare for a coffee shop to do their matcha well - it's usually too milky and barely any matcha, but it was good here! I'm glad I took the risk to try it. We tried a variety of food too - acai bowl, cookies, pastries and sandwiches and thought everything was pretty good! I'm guessing you can't really go wrong here? If you need more convincing to check out Sea Level, we chatted briefly with a local and he said this is the best coffee shop in town. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Cannon beach!

This was a cute coffee shop with decent food near our hotel. Staff were friendly enough and coffee was good. I did enjoy their menu items and it's very clean and modern inside with a lovely bathroom, some seating inside and a nice patio. The quiche was OK but wasn't super warm and wasn't especially savory or the best I've had. The Brie and apricot sandwich was OK but wouldn't get again. The açaí was the star of the show with loads of fresh veggie and only $7 bc they offer a full size and a mini. Not the best but certainly not the worst. Solid 3 stars feels right, maybe 3.5.

This spot was so relaxing and calm. The baristas and servers were so kind and welcoming. The food OMG delicious! We ordered the açaí bowl, salami sandwich, and sticky bun - all we impeccable! Honestly the best açaí bowl we've had. For coffee we got the iced vanilla latte and their seasonal maple bourbon latte. 10/10 all around.

I enjoyed the Salami and Provolone and my wife enjoyed the Acia and Granola!! Happy New Year!!

Another year to the coast, another visit to Sea Level. Boy, this place has been found by the masses - it was crowded. Line wrapped around the inside of the cafe out onto the patio. We got a couple americanos that were really good and my kids split a mango coconut drink that they like. I do miss the former, quaint shop that was just a small cottage with a fireplace, though it certainly has outgrown what it used to be. It's still a great place with tasty drinks and foods so I'll be back again next year.

First food I had in Oregon and it was incredible. My family and I shared the banana bread, blueberry scone, and sticky bun and they were all so fresh and delicious! The banana bread was literally the best I've ever had. The interior of the bakery is adorable and romantic and the staff were so friendly and made us all laugh. Will def be back before the end of our trip!

Cute little coffee / bakery in Cannon Beach. Was hoping not as packed as Sleepmonk being further outside town, I was wrong. If you're here for the coffee, may want to reconsider heading to Sleepmonk. If you're here for the pastries, you've found the right place. Our picks from what we sampled in this order: - Ham & Cheese Kouign Amann 200% - oh the layers! - 3 Cheese Biscuit - Raspberry Pistachio Scone w/ Lemon Glaze - chocolate croissant - biscuit with jam They had just run out of the blueberry cream Kouign Amann which prob would have made 1 or 2 in rating. Breads looked great and also wanted to sample granola / açaí, Brie and ham baguette but not enough room, next time!

Great Maple bourbon latte, sticky bun, French ham & Brie sandwich. Clean with a nice aesthetic. Great outdoor seating area and also some indoor seating. Clean bathroom. There was a line to order but it went quickly. Everyone was friendly and food/ coffee was out quickly. Walkable to the beach! Wish we had time to stop back in- I would try the quiche!

Great coffee and homemade pastries. They are also open on Mondays which is so needed in Cannon Beach because it seems like all the other coffee shops are closed. They also have fresh bread and quiche. I wish they did offer a breakfast sandwich, the closest they have would be a jamon and Brie, which looked delicious. We had the quiche and pain au chocolate, both were excellent. They have limited seating inside, but a nice outdoor area with heaters. They do get pretty busy, so get there early!

Wow!!!!! What a gem!!! We stopped here on our way home from Seaside this weekend and I wish we had discovered it sooner. Excellent coffee - my partner and I both got the lavender rosemary latte with oat milk. The flavors are divine, the coffee is nice and smooth and just gorgeous overall. The cafe itself is suuuuch a cute vibe!! There was a line but it moved fast. The food looked so incredible but we'd already had breakfast so we'll have to try it next time we're in the area. We did get a couple of pastries that were phenomenal - a slice of banana bread, and a citrus matcha sweet roll. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

Amazing bakery and brunch spot! Both the granola bowl and acai bowl is really fabulous and full of fresh fruit. All of the pastries we had were great, particularly the jam biscuit. They also have a remarkably special and high-quality selection of tea from Song Tea in SF, one of our very favorite places, and a nice selection of chocolate from Portland chocolatier, Woodblock. Beautiful interior, steps from the beach, and lovely service, too.

We visited this place three days in a row as it was across the street from our hotel and very good. Very popular place and easy to see why. Great combination of excellent coffee and out standing BG bakery items. Very nice ambiance and all workers are friendly. I would visit this a lot if ai lived in area. Great in every way. Stick buns were yum!

Eh. Just okay. Pastry was really good. Matcha doesn't have a very good taste and the matcha is in a squeeze bottle lol. I asked them to remake my matcha and they made comments like "well we put the normal amount in there..." and didn't switch out and just added more matcha. Probably better off trying a different place in cannon beach. Staff was very dismissive and I wouldn't say they were friendly. It's just one of those trendy coffee shops with limited options, okay coffee and high prices in my opinion.

If I walk in and see the barista using a WDT spinner, I know I'm in the right spot. For anyone looking for single-origin coffee, expertly extracted and served as it should be, Sea Level is hands down the best modern coffee shop in the Cannon Beach and Seaside area. They currently serve Heart coffee and offer a range of unique specialty drinks made with house-made ingredients, like the Maple Bourbon or Lavender lattes you'd expect to find at top-tier Portland cafes like Barista. This place delivers a top-notch coffee experience. Hopefully, the community supports them because they absolutely deserve it. Easy 5/5 recommendation.

Stopped in twice while on vacation a few weeks ago and absolutely adored each encounter. The staff were incredibly friendly both times, my London fogs I ordered were absolutely lovely. They don't use a traditional black tea, they use a different tea (I'm so sorry, I forgot the name) and it worked perfectly. The sandwich I got as well was delicious (Jambon et Brie). I can't wait to come back when I'm back in Cannon beach in July.

We were looking forward to trying this spot after all the reviews. Unfortunately the iced maple bourbon latte was completely undrinkable. It had chunks of what I assume were gritty syrup throughout the entire drink which was super unpleasant coming up a straw. The açaí bowl had lots of fruit and was good. The toast was good but very light on jam. It seemed like they had a lot more pastries than were in the display case. If we had known they had some of those we probably would have tried them.

Yes, there was a line, but that's to be expected. I had the candied orange latte and the sweet roll with pecans. You can tell a good bakery by the number of locals coming in for a loaf of bread - or - to meet a friend for breakfast.

Loved this small bakery and cafe. The Kouign Amann was out of this world, flaky and buttery. Loved the 3 cheese biscuit.

Exquisite. Perfection. Delightful. There are quite a few bakeries and quite a few coffee houses in CB... this place does both, very well. Fresh breads and pastries that are divine. Crispy bread, flaky pastries, and coffee and Matchas done right. They take the time to execute everything perfectly. Yes, you're gonna wait, and it's gonna be worth it. Staff is friendly, and they keep the line moving, pumping out well made espresso, coffee, and Matchas. I've tried their matcha latte, their espresso, their baguettes, their 3 cheese biscuit (with yummy chives) their apple croissant thingy, a fresh berry danish, and some cookies. They also have a good selection of juices and smoothies as well as some made to order bowls and other food items. Love this place. I went there every single day I was in town, and every single day the drinks were perfectly made, and tasted great. They are consistent, which is key when it comes to making coffee, espresso, and matcha drinks. I have tried every coffee house in CB, This place is No. 1, hands down. End of story. Check them out.

Got a latte 16oz quad shot latte which was very good. Greatly appreciate that there are alternatives to Starbucks roasted beans in the area. Also bought a 16oz quad shot maple bourbon latte, asked for it to have just a little syrup. It came out so sweet I couldn't taste the coffee, and when brought to the counter was told it was too expensive to be remade and was offered some steamed milk to add to it. Flavor of the *coffee is great, atmosphere is very nice, customer service is left wanting. I wish I had waited to leave a tip until tasting the drink / waiting to see what service was like.

This place is amazing. Coffee was spot on. Pastries I loved. Crowded but worth the waiting time. It was a very cold morning but they had the heat set perfectly. We received great service and we would go back again when we visit Haystack rock. Thing to remember when it's busy, the entrance is to the left of the building. Thank you for the glass cup for my coffee . Yummy

Amazing coffee, amazing ambiance, large pastry selection, and kind baristas! One of those places we stopped multiple times during our short time in canon beach!

Best coffee shop in the area by far. The drip coffee is incredible. Smooth, velvety. I would travel here specifically for the focaccia- it was that good. The sticky buns are incredible also. The chai latte was the perfect balance of lightly sweet and spicy. To top it off, you can take all these delicious items and eat them with a view of the ocean.

Coffee is premium! The bread is delicious. And, the service is really chill and understanding even if they are busy with a long line. I loved the whole vibe there, and their design. I also like how they had different toasts, açaí bowls and other things beside focusing on pastries.

This place was heavily needed in Cannon. Unfortunately the food in this town is pretty awful. Sea Level is probably one of the few places I'd recommend. The bread is incredible. Check this spot out!

This is a must-stop for me every time I'm in Cannon Beach. They consistently serve excellent coffee, using noticeably high-quality ingredients, and the staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming. It's always a wonderful experience.

Very good coffee, but I think what makes the place stand out are the baked goods. Specifically, they have a rotating bread selection with several staples, great to enjoy there or take home and make something for yourself.

Was looking forward to trying this cute coffee place, mixed results however. Arrived late morning, line wrapped outside to the front, so be prepared to wait 15 minutes or more. Staff was very nice and welcoming. The cold brew drink I got was terrible, lacking in flavor and the almond milk separated in my drink. Rather unpleasant to drink and couldn't bear to finish it. Sadly disappointed. However, the sticky bun I ordered was a highlight to offset the poor drink. It was delicious with a soft , fluffy interior with nice crisp, bottom edges. I may go back possibly to try regular coffee and definitely order more bakery items.

This bakery is truly a culinary gem in a beach town that otherwise has your standard beach dining options. Fresh baked breads, artisanal pastries (with a nice focus on savory, which doesn't always get attention at bakeries) and crafted coffee drinks make this laid back shop special. It's on the main road, but about a mile away from the center of the tourist district. There is beach access right outside of the shop, but it is also a really nice spot to linger at, whether on the porch or one of the limited seats inside. Friendly counter service. Definitely my number one spot in Cannon Beach!

Hands down the best coffee shop in Cannon beach! It's a little out of what I'd call the main area- but only about 3 min south. Really delicious pastries, & sandwiches etc! Cute outdoor eating area plus a few tables inside.

Yum! The Lavender, Rosemary Latte was phenomenal. I had this with a raspberry pistachio scone and it was absolutely delicious. We arrived early and there were elk and bunnies all over the area. This is a great spot to grab a coffee and head down to the beach.

Sea level is an amazing coffee shop! So friendly and invinting. The pastries are out of this world! Had the chocolate croissant and the banana bread (can't be missed)! Both coffee and tea lattes I've had here are incredible. We also got the açaí bowl which was flavorful as well.
