What a place… we have just completed our third weekend stay at Sea Sea and love it more each time, the location is so relaxing, perfect for a surfing weekend for the kids and an escape from the hustle and bustle… The food is unbelievable, we’ve managed to time our trip for two of the chef takeovers and each one so different and honestly world class. Rooms are beautiful, beds so comfortable, mini bar selection so well curated and refreshingly different and delicious. Staff are all so helpful, and although it has a super laid back vibe, nothing is missed. We’ll be back!

NEVER AGAIN — Absolutely Appalling Experience||We booked for a group of 25 — a mix of families from Sydney and the Gold Coast, kids to grandparents. After spending a huge amount of money (our table of 6 alone spent over $450 — including kids' meals), we were cut off from service by 6:30pm, before all our meals were even served. No warning, no conversation — just shut down.||The English manager in her Green Bandana claimed we were “too loud” and raised “safety concerns.” Safety? From families with kids enjoying what we believed was a playroom? Apparently not — we were also told they had complaints about bead curtains near the bathroom being disturbed. Not one parent or adult was approached beforehand. Not one polite request. Just retrospective blame and refusal of service.||To top it off, some of our group briefly sat at a vacant table to eat which the staff placed the meals on — only to be told that was reserved after the fact. Again — no notice, just poor communication and even poorer service.||It’s clear management has no experience with handling groups, hospitality, or even basic customer service. Instead of creating a welcoming space, they created confrontation, embarrassment, and a ruined night. It felt like we were being used — happy for us to spend, then pushed out once they were done with us.||The location and venue might be nice, but it’s all wasted without capable leadership. With word spreading among our families and friends, I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if this place is struggling within the next 12 months.||Good luck — because based on how we were treated, you’re going to need it.|Winter Is Coming.......

Sea Sea offers an unforgettable experience that blends fantastic dining, vibrant ambiance, and prime location. The Mason Return set menu is a culinary delight—both indulgent and exceptional value for the generous portions. The DJ sets the perfect tone, complementing the hotel's nostalgic 70s-inspired vibes. Situated within walking distance of the beach, cafés, and shops, the location couldn't be better. Whether you're visiting with children, teenagers, or seniors, Sea Sea is wonderfully family-friendly. We loved dining at Sea Sea Hotel for lunch. It was a relaxed vibe in a gorgeous setting. It’s a stroll down the road from Crescent Head beach - great location. What we ordered was delicious and the margaritas went down a treat. Looking forward to returning!

Had an incredible experience at Sea Sea in Crescent Head during the Mason Takeover. The menu was spectacular and the service was top-notch. All staff took such great care of us, and every detail of the hotel was gorgeous. The interior decor, the music, the pool, the sauna, the ice bath, and the prime location all made my stay truly exceptional 🤌 I loved every moment of it and can’t wait to come back!

Prices for what’s on offer is a tad disappointing. Ordered a margarita slushie and it wasn’t even a full glass 🤔 $22 +15% public holiday surcharge which I have no problem paying providing I’m getting what paid for. Sorry half a drink for $25.30 is too much!!! And then they tried to charge us for drinks we didn’t order! Place is gorgeous and could be amazing. Consider your prices for longevity

We had an amazing stay at Sea Sea Hotel in Crescent Head with our two young children! The pool was a highlight, perfect for the kids to enjoy. The rooms were beautifully styled, providing a comfortable and relaxing space for the whole family. The food was delicious, and we particularly enjoyed the sauna and ice bath – a great way to unwind. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We’ve already booked for another visit and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!
