I can't say enough about how much we loved the evening spent with Troy and his crew. We did the trip from Annapolis... the boat is gorgeous, the food was delicious, and the crew really made it amazing. We will be booking another evening out.... hopefully many times over. We are all foodies... and this exceeded our expectations and we felt very spoiled!

We had the most perfect experience! The crew was amazing from the time we met until we departed. We did not have to lift a single finger. The food was unbelievable. This will definitely be a repeat trip for myself and my group!

There are not enough words to explain how incredible this experience was for us. Troy was so welcoming and made us feel right at home as soon as we stepped onto the boat. The food was some of the best I’ve ever tasted and the pairings with wine brought everything together. Troy presented his cuisine creations so beautifully and was so knowledgeable about the wines he chose as well. To top it all off, he made the proposal of my dreams come true! It was truly an experience of a lifetime, I would highly recommend this breathtaking opportunity!

We had a wonderful experience aboard the Cru Classé - cannot rave enough about their above and beyond service, food and wine, and overall experience. Initially, we were worried about the cloudy/rain forecast (esp since we had a photographer join us as well!), but Troy was very responsive to my email with questions re weather. He was happy to reschedule if we preferred, which I truly appreciated...however, we continued with the experience in the rain and we're so glad we did! The dining area is completely covered so no one got wet, the sound of the rain over the boat was a romantic ambiance as we dined, and our photographs turned out beautifully! As promised by Troy, it was a fabulous experience regardless of weather! Furthermore, we appreciated that we were out on the water having a memorable experience during the rain, while most people were likely cooped up inside. I cannot recommend Sea Table (rain or shine!) enough, and look forward to our next sail with them!

This was so much fun and the epitome of luxury! The sailboat was magnificent and the ultimate romantic setting. The accommodations were gorgeous. Captain Troy's food was incredible, I couldn't believe he could put out dishes that good from the boat's galley kitchen. It was a Michelin level experience. And Hannah led a thorough and informative tasting of oysters that were expertly paired with different champagnes. Every detail was thought of and we were treated like royalty on board. Captain Troy helped me plan the perfect engagement aboard this incredible vessel. He thought through every detail and helped curate an experience just for us, including sourcing and arranging dozens of roses for us all over the boat. The small personal touches like our names on the menu and subtly getting pictures of every moment made it a day to remember.

Troy and team made our trip to DC unforgettable! We had a great team dinner and every moment was curated beautifully. From the vessel, to the service to the food, we left in awe. Troy was amazing with communication and ensuring every element of our experience was thought of. Our team is still talking about it to this day. THANK YOU Troy, Sue and Capt Hap. We will be back!
