Sea Wolf was a total gem during our time in Tybee; our only regret is not having been there sooner! Firstly, the atmosphere was great. Super cute outdoor seating, and inside was very vibe-y (in the best way possible). Our service (I wish I could recall the guys name and shout him out directly) was great, very lowkey, but also incredibly warm and welcoming. We had the salmon dip, it was creamy, delicious, and the bread that came with it was SO good. My partner got the classic dog, I got a specialty dog with peaches and all kinds of good stuff, and both were a great portion, coming with a side of chips and a pickle. The bun was super toasty, the dog itself was a good size, and the toppings were delicious. And the price point is fantastic! So glad we stopped by, and will definitely be back next time we’re on the island.

Google
Such a quaint, eclectic and adorable place. We came right after a rain shower but sat on the porch since there were no tables inside. They put towels on our seats and made sure we were taken care of. I had the vegan classic dog which was sooo good since a vegetarian option isn't always available in most places. The rest of the crew enjoyed the wagyu dogs. Cocktails were unique and creative. Oysters were good but really small.

Google
Champagne, oysters and hot dogs! This place is so charming it makes me reconsider the atmosphere scale for all future places. Fun, casual, and relaxed- this is wonderful! Like old family money quirky so just enough for special occasions and yet laid back and beach relaxed. If you are looking for more interesting beach food than the everyday touristy fried shrimp this is your place! Vegetarian and vegan hot dogs loaded up! Great oysters! We ate here for dinner and brunch and both were excellent. They don’t take reservations or have a phone so that actually means you have a shot at a summer table. To us this is easily worth a drive from Savannah and a must do when in Tybee!

Google
My partner and I love this place! We make a point to go whenever we’re in town! Not only is the food amazing, but the staff is phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make sure our food matched our dietary needs and was satisfactory. They are knowledgeable and answered all questions we had about menu items and were just downright friendly! We love this place to the point where we are on the lookout for the next merch restock! ;D

Google
We had a wonderful meal! Awesome cocktails, delicious hot dogs, amazing peal and eat shrimp and wonderful vodka pasta. Highly recommend!

Google
Solid food at a reasonable price. They also have some very cool cocktails for very reasonable prices as well. The outdoor area had a live artist singing old country, which definitely sets the mood. Solid spot for the atmosphere. Great for big groups outside.

Google
Diners, drives and drives brought us here but the food, service and atmosphere will make us repeat customers. They have a menu that changes weekly with fresh impressive meals and ingredients. The glizzy dog is definitely worth the hype. My daughter loved her vegan version. The seafood tower was phenomenal and thr desserts.. just wow. I dont like mint at all and the grasshopper panna cotta was absolutely divine. The drinks are unique and above par. The service is amazing and the atmosphere is charming! This place is cute, fun and delicious. If you are on Tybee make this one of your must stops.

Google
In only a few visits this has become my favorite place to go on Tybee Island. The small oysters they serve that are from Tybee Island are best I've ever had in my life. Also highly recommend the charcuterie board and you have to have a hot dog if you come here. Also I think it's on the 3rd Saturday of every month that there is a gentleman by the last name of Bible who plays there who is spectacular. Go NOW!

Yelp
We have been meaning to try this place for a while. It did not disappoint. Liked the beachy, tchotchke filled decor. Outdoor patio and interior dining available. As it was a cool night, we sat inside. Interesting, limited menu. Basics oysters or hot dogs. My husband had Wellfleet oysters which he thoroughly enjoyed. We shared a smoked fish appetizer which was fabulous!! I am a big fan of smoked fish and this was the best I have had in years. We both had the meatloaf. It was excellent. Topped with grilled onions and served over mashed potatoes with gravy. Service was friendly. My husband's only complaint was how long it took to get his drink. We will definitely be back

Yelp
Ambiance - 10/10, love the commitment to the hot dog theme. I wish I could live there Food - 10/10, nothing like the combination of hot dogs, oysters, and champagne. Something about the hot dog buns is so delish Service - 10/10, feels like home All in all, I can't wait to return to this magical establishment....every visit keeps getting better

Yelp
Fun restaurant, with some nice items on the menu... but in reality, the best thing there is the bar. Sit inside, otherwise the 15 cans of bug spray that the restaurant keeps available for customers will not be enough to save you! Personally, I would steer clear of the oysters, but the smoked salmon salad, and the pound of peel and eat oysters were generally well liked by the adults and the kids. The hotdogs and the gyro (given an upgraded name on the menu) were fine, but a touch on the small side. ... To sum up... Eat inside, and just stick to liquid calories ...

Yelp
Unique, homey ambiance with great service and a unusual menu featuring some really delicious foods! Small dining room with cozy seating & low lighting - the tables were set up for us before we were seated and included iced waters and a bottle of water for the table as well as charming mis-matched dishes. Our server was friendly and attentive and answered all of our questions. She was accommodating with all of our requests. We were a party of 5 - which is probably in the upper end of what they could comfortably accommodate. We sat inside but there is a nice outside dining area as well which wouldn't have been as cozy but was a great additional option. We ordered their classic combo of champagne, oysters, and hot dogs. We also ordered the fish dip and the gumbo. Everything was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Would definitely come back.

Yelp
This place is adorable! Just adorable, no food was eaten ( we were starving ) -lol .... This is a wine bar that sales hotdogs-lol

Yelp
Food is terrific! Drinks are amazing! And service is the best part!! Love the quirky atmosphere!

Yelp
10000% worth the drive from Savannah to Tybee. While I'm not a hotdog eater, this place is known for hotdogs and seafood. The interior is small and eclectic in decor and I loved it! Our table ordered the pickled plate - pickled onion, shallots, cucumber, radishes? - who knew this would be such a hit! Everything was surprising on this plate, made sense, and just was delicious. I went for the peel 'n eat shrimp - 1 pound thank you very much. So good! The shrimp were huge and the broth was extremely flavorful - I saved my bread to dip into it. Our server was so friendly and helpful.

Yelp
Hot dogs. Craft cocktails. Dog friendly. Live music. Friendly staff. What else do you need?

Yelp
Best vegan grub on the island in my humble opinion. We visited 2x on our 6 day trip to Tybee. The menu changes frequently so while you may not find these exact options, based on the quality of all the food we tried, I feel sure you'll enjoy what you get! Vegan hot dogs (beyond brats) with unique toppings. One with vegan pimento cheese (yes). Lions mane mushroom cakes (think crabcake vibes). Various amazing appetizers. Theeee best chocolate mousse (vegan, duh) for dessert. Service is nice, chill, quick. Atmosphere is SO CUTE. Lots of plants, all the vibes, disco balls, neon signs. Beachy artsy hipster.

Yelp
Greattt food! The shrimp and grits was the best I've ever had! Will be back! Very hipster atmosphere! Good service as well!

Yelp
Such a cool spot! This was a recommendation and I'm so glad we stopped by. We got some oysters and the Witch Doctor hotdog. SO GOOD. The Five Hour Energy cocktail was super tasty and refreshing. The service was awesome and the eclectic vibe of the place will have us coming back for sure! Can't wait to try more!
google avatar

Yelp
We came here for drinks after a beach day. Our bartender was amazing! I'll def come back for food- but this review is strictly based on the bar. This is a smaller bar, so if it's a busy season be mindful with seating. There's also space to sit at high tops outside with your drinks, which is always welcomed in nice weather. Some drinks were also fairly priced- I hope this lasts, but we know inflation won't let us thrive. It's a little secluded too, not on the beach or by any other busy areas. The hotdogs looked amazing, couldn't bring myself to pay $18 for a hotdog- but I have a feeling I will now that I had their well priced drinks.
google avatar

Lora N.

Yelp
Great place for a mocktail, a charcuterie, a vegan pickle and dip snack platter, and amazing gourmet hot dog with vegan options. Stellar service!
google avatar

Erin L.

Yelp
I don't at all understand this place. Very kitchy. Champagne and hotdogs is the slogan. I was hungry and it was open with no wait. I should have known. The menu had nothing that I was interested in, but I was hungry so I gave the dip platter a shot. Who doesn't love a good dip. Me! Until I met these dips. It was a platter of pickled vegetables, a fruit jam, taco dip, some weird pepper butter and an onion dip with sourdough bread. Each of these components separately were okay, but together was quite frankly not a great combination of flavors. Soni sent it back and stopped at the gas station for some hostess cupcakes.
google avatar

Pinarello R.

Yelp
Great service. Just the right pace of returns and attention. The smorgasbord was a well-balanced blend of flavors and textures. The table next to us was dining on a variety of hot dogs that I told Joni we would return to enjoy before we leave the island.
google avatar

Marissa N.

Yelp
I've never purposely gone out anywhere to get a hotdog, actually I can't recall a time in decades when I've ordered a hotdog. Sea Wolf broke this hot dog trend. Their dogs are delicious, the toppings are delicious and plentiful but not too much at the same time, the rolls were good too. The highlight of our dishes was the mushroom croquette type things, I would purposefully pursue them. Although it's further away from the ocean than our other dining experiences this trip they have lush plants all over that make the space inviting. The ribs were quite disappointing, fatty, tough to cut apart or pull off the bone. The veg/pickle tray was delicious but not worth buying.
google avatar

Claudia W.

Yelp
Outstanding find! Took a quick trip to Tybee Island when visiting Savannah and was early enough to brunch at Sea Wolf. The menu is very diverse with an amazing melding of flavors! Service was friendly and efficient, prices were right on track and the overall experience makes me want to tell everyone to take the short trip out to experience it! Not a big venue, so there could be a wait... but it was worth it.

Yelp
Second time, cute little place with a very unique always changing menu. Don't underestimate differences in food choices everything we have had has been pretty amazing. Just don't expect to have breakfast pancakes all the time ;)
google avatar

Andrew B.

Yelp
Amazing place! The waygu hotdogs are insanely good! Hostess and waitress were super accommodating and hospitable. The vibe was TOP NOTCH! Seems like they thought of everything when they made this spot!
google avatar

Jennifer A.

Yelp
Really fun menu with a great variety of raw oysters. There were also things on the menu my picky teens would enjoy. Lovely ambiance with the outdoor dining. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.
google avatar

Mickey P.

Yelp
The food was amazing, who'd have thought waygu hot dogs could be so much fun? The vegan dog was great too. We also had a dozen oysters. The ambiance was so chill and cool. We'll be back!

Madison R.

Yelp
If I could give 10 stars I would. Everything was fantastic. This place pays attention to the details. Started with the oysters and peel and eat shrimp, super tasty. Kronos dog was very unique and perfectly prepared. Thank you Sea Wolf, we will be back as soon as we can!
google avatar

Robert D.

Yelp
Sea Wolf is a fascinating place with incredible outdoor seating under the trees. Unique menu items and friendly staff. The food is fantastic. Don't be in a hurry when you go and during peak times expect to wait. But it's worth it.
google avatar

Ellie B.

Yelp
So delicious and chill. I treated myself to a cocktail, oysters, a bought me, vegan/gluten free mi hotdog, and a peanut butter mousse dessert. I am so full and so happy. The price of seemed a little high to me, but it was a great meal.
google avatar

SteveBri T.

Yelp
Mmmmm hot dogs all in ma mouth. Sea wolf makes me howl RAWWWWRRRRR. The glizzy makes me squirt. A nice long cylindrical piece of meat topped with wagyu all in my mouth - YASSS PLEASE!!! Swallowed that bitch whole. Overall love this place...s'cute. So many disco balls. Love balls. Wait, what? Would be 5 stars buuuttt the hostess is never there to seat you. She'll always be right there. Heard that before. And the bartender tried to convince me his shitty polish potato vodka was better than Tito's. Yea, ok whatever you say David. Oysters weren't shucked properly. Need to get a nice strong boy with strong hands....love a boy with strong hands. Peel and eat shrimp. Had better. Haven't had worse. Cummmming back for the dawgzzz in my mouth AAAWOOOOOOOO!!!

Ted C.

Yelp
Excellent!! Try to get "Salt Bombs" oysters....they are the Best! And along with the Wagu beef Hot Dog!!
google avatar

Tony M.

Yelp
Hot dogs and oysters were amazing. Would recommend the big charcuterie board if you have enough people to eat it. Beer selection was okay
google avatar

Marley S.

Yelp
Smell like incense, strong, terrible. Service was good. Food ridiculously priced, outrageous. Had to go somewhere else and eat afterwards. Kooky place. Won't return.
google avatar

Bryan M.

Yelp
Food was OK. Chili dog: chili very good. Hotdog was good, but not hot, at all. Almost room temperature. Hmmm. Potato salad, pretty good. Oysters.........way over priced and very small. Service, very good. Overall.....$18 hotdog and you can add a bag of chips for $2 (seriously?) is ridiculous even if it would have been hot. Overall.........pass on this place. Not sure how they'll stay in business. DDD went there.....I gotta go see the episode. Couldn't have been good. Maybe the main entries are good, but they are expensive. Lots of drink selection......maybe it's a bar with average / expensive food? Won't be back.

Alsace D.

Yelp
The service was quick and attentive! The mocktail I had was nice. Although my husbands beer wasn't cold... The food was very disappointing. To pay 12-17 for a hotdog you'd expect it to be tasty. It was nice to have a vegan option but the beyond sausage wasn't even cooked enough... they advertise as having "waygu beef" hotdogs but it's giving ballpark beef frank. All in all we were not impressed with this place. The best thing on my plate was the pickle that came with the hotdog and the bottom of the bag chip crumbs I got. But again the mocktail was nice. Would return for a mocktail or cocktail but NOT FOOD and our server was attentive that's the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one.
google avatar

Kim Y.

Yelp
Love, love their drink presentations. A neighborhood bar atmosphere, with killer concoctions. Food and beverages! Great conversations at the bar
google avatar

Courtney D.

Yelp
The service was good. Very friendly. The atmosphere is unique with lots of hotdog decor; a fun vibe with live music. The food was ok. We got shrimp and grits, the Glizzy and the classic dog. The shrimp and grits were nice, but the glizzy, although nicely presented, was lacking in flavor.
google avatar

Lara B.

Yelp
With their pink champagne and hot dog neon light, Sea Wolf caught my eye and drew me in like a bug. We grabbed a table outside and order food for the table to share: Smoke Fish Dip which was divine (and we've tried to recreate at home, always craving Sea Wolf's), classic dog and the Glizzy, and the Lions Salad. The mushrooms were perfectly cooked and seasoned and for a second I forgot it was vegetarian/not chicken. We finished with the panna cotta topped with graham, walnut and chocolate -- which we could've licked the bowl clean. The staff was nice and attentive, we'd definitely go back and recommend a stop by if you're visiting.

Thomas H.

Yelp
From the outside to the inside, the Sea Wolf is pretty cool. Inviting and lots to look at. We had a couple of dogs - really good. Key lime pie was really good too. Seating is around 26 plus a small bar area, was warm and pleasant. The service was great.
google avatar

Patricia D.

Yelp
Yummy food! Great drinks! Wonderful ambience! Overall a wonderful dinner with friends. And the local couple who sat near us gave us awesome feedback off the menu plus free dessert. Thank you to all!
google avatar

M G.

Yelp
Food was very good, reasonably priced and unique. Vegan mushroom cakes were very tasty. My husband had another mushroom & rice Tex/mex type dish that he really liked. He thought this dish had pork but it was actually mushrooms. They also had different types of hotdogs that looked good. Service was very good, friendly and knowledgeable.
google avatar

Robin B.

Yelp
Just what you want a funky beach restaurant to be. Kitschy decor to keep you entertained while waiting for your food to arrive. Indoor dining room and ample outside seating for those who may still have sand on their feet or just want to enjoy dining al fresco. The day my husband and I went for lunch there was a man playing acoustic guitar outside, a nice touch. Our server was helpful in pointing out what our vegan options were on the menu. We shared a vegan brat on a pretzel bun, then each had a black bean taco. Friendly laid back service with a chill vibe. I did feel the price of the brat was a bit steep- $17 for just the brat with no side. Otherwise we enjoyed our lunch and would recommend it for anyone looking for vegan/vegetarian options on Tybee island.
google avatar

D K.

Yelp
The food was delicious and the prices were great! Service was excellent as well! We loved the surroundings as well! We will be coming back!!
google avatar

Gina B.

Yelp
Cute little bar open late so we were able to meet our friends and grab a few beers after we got into town. Good bar food and great beer selection!
google avatar

Terry M.

Yelp
Maybe it was the mimosas, maybe it was my companion, maybe I was just in the mood for a delicious brunch. I just left from having a breakfast of biscuits and chorizo gravy, that came with a soft-cooked egg and two strips of crispy bacon. It was absolutely incredible. One of the best savory dishes I've had since I've been in Savannah. My companion had the French toast and she raved about how good it was. In line with a previous visit, the service was great as well (thanks, Paul and Ryan). Maybe they just caught me on a good day, but I couldn't conceive of giving them less than five stars. A must return.
google avatar

Nick B.

Yelp
Best spot in Tybee Island - service is good... setup is amazing. Vegan Hotdog potentially the best I have ever had. 9.5/10
google avatar

Beki S.

Yelp
I wanted good seafood coming from Wyoming. I've always wanted to try oysters in a half shell. Our waiter was so helpful, we did a flight of oysters and had a delicious crab dip. Great experience, also we sat out on their deck and the mood was perfect!
google avatar

Anastasia W.

Yelp
This was a nice restaurant but definitely not worth the price... this was a cool place to try once but the cost of my food was REALLY high and REALLY small portions. I got the smorgasbord scallops and the cost for a tiny bowl was $26 and my samoan Dillweed drink was $9.00 my total bill with tip was $36 and I was still very hungry at the end of the dinner. The service was good they got busy but we didn't have any issue getting our food or drinks
google avatar

Dani H.

Yelp
Very cool little spot. Interesting menu. Hot dog was delicious !!! The staff was super friendly !!! Great plants and patio too !!!!
google avatar

Madeline E.

Yelp
Atmosphere was very nice, but the prices were a bit high for what you got. Their smorgasbord with cheese was good!
google avatar

Gina D.

Yelp
The atmosphere is cute, inside was dark! My parents wouldn't be able to see the menu without a flashlight dark. I loved the neon throughout the building. The food was good but the servings were tiny and it's a bit expensive. I heard great things about the hot dogs but decided on oysters and the smoked wings. I may come back but over all for me it was just okay.
google avatar

Alexandra L.

Yelp
The Quick: What a fun combination! Oysters, fancy cocktails, and vegan food.. I love it. Vegan hot dogs are awesome and they have all the fixing. Plus they have meat options so there really is something for everyone. Small indoor presents but great outdoor seating. And they have bug spray which is really considerate

Jason K.

Yelp
Love this hip, cool place...great dogs!! We visit ever time we come to Tybee!! The staff is cool too!
google avatar

Renee H.

Yelp
First the most warm and welcoming greeting from the lovely hostesses. On vacation from NJ this is our last stop down the eastern seaboard and our favorite, here at Tybee Island. The cocktail was refreshing just as the waiter said it would be. The variety of oysters with the mignonette sauce were clean, crisp, plump and soothed the oyster beast in me. Ahi tuna with edamame and other asian deliciousness was just what I needed to kick start a return to healthier eating and my husband got the kobe beef dog. His usual because he's not into vegetables. Just a little disappointed because the dog with something else on it, he couldn't remember wasn't on the menu at the time. We plan a return trip in the fall so we shall see what's on the menu then!!
