Very fun local amusement park, featuring the world's oldest continuously operating roller coaster! A bit like taking a step back in time, Seabreeze doesn't have a 6ft mouse, on-site hotels, or fine dining. It also lacks $95 ticket prices, massive lines, and crowds that are actually town populations. What Seabreeze delivers aplenty is small-town amusement park charm and family fun. The rides vary from typical carnival rides, to those appropriate for small children (including a beautiful carousel), to thrill-seekers' delights. The water attractions range likewise across parkgoers of different sizes and swimming levels. The food is largely old-fashioned, amusement park fare--think pizza and hamburgers, with a wide variety of snacks. For healthier or vegetarian options, it's likely best to bring your own cooler, which is an option embraced by park rules. (Just remember to leave the glass at home!) The water park, in particular, can be a bit difficult for those with mobility challenges, but most of the park is fairly accessible. The smaller size and occasional breathtaking lake views help keep Seabreeze manageable for those with sensory processing difficulties, but as with any kid-frequented area, I suggest earplugs. Shaded picnic areas are also available, and these provide some relief from sun and crowds.

I just can’t tell you how much I love this place. I lived 2 miles from it in 1978, and when I went back to visit, it was almost like stepping back in time. There were plenty of newer rides, but the classics were still there and unchanged. A perfect place for a family to enjoy a day. Thank you Seabreeze, for bringing back such wonderful memories and making me feel like a kid again…

My family came here for a group walk that started before the park opened on a Sunday. The size of the park was very small for the size of the group that participated. The staff cheered us on by clapping and shouting whenever we went by them. The park was very clean. We did bring in outside breakfast goodies to consume pre-walk. The park was fun to see not in motion, during its quiet time. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is how overly rushed we were to leave as soon as the walk ended. My group stopped to chat with some members who decided to buy day tickets to hang out at the park and the security guards were very rude. We had no less than 3 different security personnel tell us we had to go now in the space of 30 feet. I’d suggest toning that down a notch as that definitely put a damper on the morning.

I've been coming here for 35 years. The only thing that seems to change are the People. Lol. The "Ride-Waiting Lines" take Forever to ACTUALLY get to the Ride itself. By the end of the day, We Counted how many times we got to Actually Ride on Coasters/Water Slides and it was only 9 times. We were there from Open until Close. Overall, Satisfied but Not.

Me and my family went for my 44th bday and it was a blast! There’s plenty to do for all the rides are great water slides are great (def a lil cold) lol. Makes for a great day for the family reasonably priced will def be back!

My family and I visited the park a few days ago. The park was very clean. Like some other parks, you didn't have far to walk between rides and water park. There were a wide variety of rides. We were able to get on to the rides fairly quickly. The workers were pleasant and efficient. The food prices were reasonable for a park. During our first visit to the park, we almost bought a season pass until we noticed a roller coaster ride that broke down. The riders had to be evacuated off the ride. We were only there a few hours and this occurred. After witnessing this, we decided not to get a season pass. We have been to many parks and have never experiences this before. Also, they had the ride running a few minutes after this occurred. We thought twice about getting a season pass after witnessing this. Luckily, everyone was able to get off the rollercoaster ride safely.

Google
Seabreeze is a great properly sized amusement park for families. It is just big enough to let your teens go on their own and have fun but you can still find them lol. The water park is super fun and the log ride still drops my stomach every time.

Yelp
I was there last year It's an amazing park And affordable I'll go back again It's so fun Jack rabbit Is the best

Yelp
A nice small amusement park in Rochester. Don't expect super aggressive rides like the top thrilling ones in Canada's Wonderland or some of the ones like in 6 flags. The rides are more tamer and can be enjoyed more widely for the family. Personally, I prefer my rides to have a bit more thrill and fear factor but I had a great time because there was hardly any wait. They also have a waterpark though we didn't check it out. Best thrill ride would be the Jackrabbit and the Whirlwind. Regular entrance is about $40 usd. However, we were lucky to attend during a special school day where lots of kids and schools were attending that day and rates were like about $10 or so cheaper than what it normally is. Even despite a busier weekday, most rides don't have a wait. At most the wait was 15mins or so so that's a definite plus. There's also no queue when we came after breakfast. As an adult you can zoom through here in a half a day or even make it a full day out of it and enjoy the waterpark as well. Food wise, options are limited for healthy food. Typical theme park food like fried chicken, burgers and fries and there is also funnel cake fries and fried dough too.

Yelp
Best amusement park west of Albany! Free parking! Reasonable admission which includes ALL RIDES! $40.99 Everything is clean, new and in perfect condition. Even on a busy Father's Day weekend, we did not have to wait in line for rides for more than 10 minutes each. We managed to hit all the rides in an afternoon. Make sure to try the Jackrabbit and the Carousel for a bit of time traveling.

Yelp
I have been coming to Seabreeze ever since I was a little kid and I was so excited to introduce some of my friends to it! Though it may not be as large as Darien Lake, it can be just as fun, if not more! Seabreeze has a variety of different rides, a water park, an arcade, a gift shop, as well as various small areas to get food. Even when the park is busy, the wait times are not nearly as long as other parks. At night when the ride lights come on, it's so fun to walk around and see the park from a completely different viewpoint. This is a great place to have a lot of fun with your friends at any age and I recommend everyone give Seabreeze a visit!

Yelp
This is one of the best amusement parks because the longest wait we had was 30 minutes. Most lines were 15-20 minutes. Waterpark is great too! The only reason that i took a star away is because the food was not even mediocre and the refillable souvenir cup isn't worth it because there are hardly any filling stations. Bring your own lunch and drinks instead.

Yelp
They want to charge my husband and I over $60 to come watch our daughter perform with her school for less than an half hour. We have been loyal customers and passport holders for many years, and we can't afford to buy them this year. They clearly don't care about families, just money.

Yelp
Seabreeze is such a Rochester Gem! We went on the last open day, and there was a slight drizzle, but we made the best of it and it was SO worth it! We got to ride every single ride multiple times, and spent a reasonable $50 on lunch for 5 people. There is so much variety. Even my toddler got to ride the teacups, and enjoyed the little toddler park rides! We also rode the train several times! We will keep coming for a long time!

Yelp
Seabreeze, I'm over you. This is my favorite place to come during the summer, but they are clearly not capable of operating when it comes to large crowds. A couple key examples of this: 1. Parking is incredibly scarce, I had yo park on the grass 2. Since when does Seabreeze need metal detectors? I could swear I've been here at least a dozen times when I didn't have to go through them 3. Jack Rabbit only runs one train. Always. 4. The employees don't care in the slightest, and are terrible at getting people on rides, so when it's busy, be prepared to wait in line for most of your visit. 5. Food is terrible and way too expensive. Normally, this would just be standard for an amusement park, but waiting 30 minutes for a fucking hot dog the size of my hand? No thanks. I don't know if I'll be visitng again until this SMALL park can learn how to run a fucking park.

Yelp
This place is all nostalgia and fantastic day trip. The park has a policy where you can bring in food if you like but if you want to buy food there are plenty of options. The food is typical theme park food. A little pricey but you don't have to lug your food with you as if you brought it in. The staff are amazing. They are majority young teens but their service is top notch. I had asked for a cup for ice and water and the young man near the water park filled my bottle for me. It was so hot that day and I know for sure that water helped me tremendously. Seabreeze was definitely worth the visit

Yelp
Great family day at a local park. Arrived around opening time with plenty of simple parking available. Security was simple and quick. The park itself was so clean and orderly. Many rides are available for all ages including water rides. The park ticket includes both regular rides and the water park. You can easily make a full day of it. The adults, 9-year-olds and 3-year-old had a wonderful time. We had lunch at the Chicken and Fries location which had a long line that moved quickly. My nephew had the chicken fries for $9 and it was a huge potion, which could feed 3 kids! The Chicken and Fries location in our opinion had much better food than the Grill, which has basic hot dogs and hamburgers. The only concern we had were the lack of available locations to fill up a water bottle, it would be very nice if they could add a couple throughout the park. You can bring in outside food/drinks and they have picnic areas available, which is great! Overall, this is a great summer day for the family, very cost effective overall.

Yelp
Lines take waaaaaaaay too long for what you have to pay on order to get in. May be fun when the park is empty. But when you have to wait 40 minutes just to get ice cream, takes a bit of the fun outta of it. Unless you sign up for the line ride, then it's probably a blast.

Yelp
Seabreeze is open! That's how you know summer in Rochester has begun. One of the saddest things about 2020 was them staying closed all season. They are now open and ready to help you make those warm weather memories! I went last weekend with family and had a great time. Buy tickets in advance online, as they cap the number of people allowed into the park per day. When I got there at 11:30ish, there was already a sign that said no same day tickets were being sold. This is a genius idea to help the park not be too crowded, or lines for rides too long. (Can we keep this business model forever please?) Most of the staff wore masks, and the eating patio tables have been spaced apart. I saw staff members disinfecting some of the smaller kid rides, but not every ride after every rider. Overall, we felt safe, it wasn't overloaded with crowds, and the kids had a blast (so did I) :)

Michaela W.

Yelp
We just went Friday for a field trip. I recall growing up doing the same field trip several times but never did they overpack it like it was on Friday. There were a bunch of districts in attendance and the kids had to wait an hour for certain rides. The food lines were a 45 minute wait. When the busses arrived they wouldn't even let the kids out of the parking lot until they saw the tickets. Like districts are going to have bus loads of kids come to an amusement park with no tickets. When the kids walked past security they had to wave their tickets in the air so they could see each and every ticket prior to even allowing them out of the parking lot. Security could also work on their bed side manor with kids as well. And don't waste your money on any clothing in the gift shop! I paid over 30 dollars for a hoodie for my daughter that is about 2 sizes smaller than the same sized hoodies she currently wears. Then after one wash the letters are distressing. I am just so disappointed. Seabreeze was such a family establishment growing up and it is just so disappointing to see the extreme changes and in quality and how patrons are treated.

Yelp
I'm not sure what the other reviewers expected or what days they went, but my family and I had a wonderful day at the park. We bought our tickets ahead of time online, and you can get a discount if you do so. Sometimes you can also find discount codes online. Parking is free (where can you park free these days?) and we went straight in with our digital tickets. We went on a Thursday and the park was pretty quiet and our max wait on a ride was maybe 10 mins. The park was super clean when we went and I think there choices of food are way more than you can expect at a normal fair/park food. My kids had sub sandwiches that were cheaper and bigger than delis by our house. The bathrooms were super clean when we went and girls were actively cleaning while there too. Sanitizers are located throughout the park for easy access. The views of the Lake from the rides are just lovely, and hard to beat. I love that there are enough varied rides for little kids and adults. We didn't hit the water park, but that was hopping and looked super refreshing. We did a lot of rides twice and maybe spent 3/4 hours. All and I my family had a fun afternoon and would definitely come back.

Yelp
I remember this park from my distant (very distant) past and while I think it's getting a bit dated, it has a lot going for it. Far less expensive than most parks and more convenient for Rochesterians. I didn't much like the parking but it was free. The Jackrabbit remains the show stopper even after all these years but the kids had to be dragged away from the water park.

Yelp
Been here with my kids many years ago when my kids were younger ! Had a great time ! Kids did too !?

Yelp
What a great day we had at Seabreeze! We have enjoyed many days at this park over the years with my children and now 35 years later with my grandchildren. Always a good time. I have to say oir entire group of all agre very impressed with everything. All rides were open and operated by friendly attemtitive staff. Many many security workers. All politely enforcing the rules. You don't feel like you're being taken advantage of financially. No charge for parking, and you can bring In a cooler. Everything wad clean and we loved all the updates and history . GREAT JOB EVERYONE WHO WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO KEEP THIS WONDERFUL LANDMARK

Yelp
Took my first trip as an adult last summer to Seabreeze and don't know how I got this far without leaving a review?! We had the most amazing time riding the rides, eating the terrible amusement park eats, and people watching. This is a wonderful, family friendly amusement park that we are lucky to have. And I didn't even enjoy the water park! That'll have to wait until next summer, most likely. Staff here is well trained, albeit young. All I remember from childhood is the jack rabbit, as it was the first roller coaster I decided to try! There is so much history here and there are a great number of eateries nearby to enjoy a drink or some food after your visit. I can't wait until we're able to visit again, Seabreeze!

Yelp
Very sketchy employees - can't say I would go back - better to spend more and go to a nicer amusement park

Yelp
Whenever I reminisce about my recent visit to Seabreeze Amusement Park that opened to the public on August 5, 1879 there's only thing that comes to mind and that one thing is the one and only roller coast known as "The Jack Rabbit", a wooden roller coaster that was the fastest in the world at its opening in 1920, it is the oldest continuously-operating coaster in North America, this giant wood coaster features a modified out and back layout. The 2,150 feet of track includes a spectacular 75-foot drop, awesome dips, a wild last curve and a fantastic finale through a dark tunnel. Seabreeze is not by any mean the largest or most famous amusement park but it is the 4th oldest amusement park in the United States and the 12th oldest in the world. It is also the oldest family owned and operated park in the country. Other great rides from the past include - Time Machine - Whirlwind - Log Flume - Bobsleds - Music Express - Wave Swinger - Revolution 360 - Sea Dragon - Screamin' Eagle - Bumper Cars and of don't forget the Carousel You can save $5 off the $23.99 gate price of a Night Rider Pass any Monday - Thursday all summer. If you buy your tickets online you can save time at the gate as well and just walk on through no waiting although during my visit the park was nearly empty and no lines at any of the rides. What a great place to make memories....

Yelp
This old time favorite spot in Monroe County still has that old time charm with an updated look! I haven't been here since the 1990's with my kids. We were pleasantly surprised at all the improvements and the many water slides . This visit was with our grand daughter and her parents. It was a sunny, day with wonderful breezes from Lake Ontario! We had the best time! Pricing for Senior spectators came to just under $35 for us two grandparents. The admission for our son, daughter-in-law and grandchild came to $102.49 for the day. Not an inexpensive day but worth every penny. The only comment for improvement would be awnings or umbrellas over the side chairs for spectators so as to help shield us from the sun. And maybe some updates to the restrooms. Otherwise everything else was very nice! So glad we joined our son and his family today! What a great way to wind down this beautiful Summer we've had this year!

Yelp
I try to go to Seabreeze once every few years and it always seems to somewhat disappoint. $40 gets you access to $15 chicken fingers, $4 bottles of soda, $8 Dip-n-Dots, $10 locker fees, and prizes hardly worth .25 cents. I remember my parents complaining about prices 20 years ago but they are glad not to go anymore. The average line was 15-20 minutes so not terrible, but some lines easily 45 minutes up. You will also love getting kicked in the wave pool and then get yelled at for being in the way, Constant line cutting or jumping, Everything you touch being sticky and wet, and lastly everyone seems to feel entitled to do what they want. The staff all seemed fine, they did their jobs and tried to control that circus of wild monkeys.

Yelp
Seabreeze has done a nice job with upgrades over the years. I had not been here in a very long time until my visit last week as part of our company's picnic. I was surprised at how much bigger the water park is compared to when I was last here. Also there are quite a few new rides like the Time Machine. Fortunately the best ride is still up and running - the Jack Rabbit. Always my favorite especially since I can no longer tolerate anything that spins in a circle... They even have a mini-Cirque du Soleil show - it is short but it provides some variety. The crew at Seabreeze did a very good job with the food for our group of nearly 600 people and the picnic area was perfect. A great piece of history that is a real asset to the community!

Patty C.

Yelp
I am from Irondequoit and have been to SeaBreeze dozens of times since my childhood. But I was so impressed during my visit today with our three visiting young grandchildren. The level of maintenance of the classic, dare I say vintage, kiddie rides really is world class. The park is clean. The rates are as expected. We felt safe. The water parks appeared clean. The ride attendants and food service helpers were polite and friendly. The potted flowers were appreciated. SeaBreeze is a treasure. One minor suggestion for the park management: hooks in the water park changing room stalls would be helpful. SeaBreeze DOES put smiles on our faces!
google avatar

Yelp
I love Seabreeze! It's very family friendly and something to do for everyone despite age. They're getting costly which I guess makes sense since they were closed last summer but goodness. The water and rides are all just great. It's just the right size so you can do a lot, take a lot of breaks and still have a lot of time. It's just a very very great time! Go!!
google avatar

Amber A.

Yelp
As a non-Rochester Native, this was my first time visiting the park as a chaperone with my high school freshmen. I think I had MORE fun than the kids did. Sea Breeze is AWESOME - the park is big enough to spend the day in, but not so large you fear getting lost. The ride lines are never too long and there's a ton of food options. I love that there's a kiddie section and the Water Park option is great too. HIGHLY SUGGEST for family fun!

Yelp
This is a wonderful little amusement park. We spent a Saturday evening here in early June with some friends who live nearby. We took advantage of their after 5pm discounted ride pass. If it was just the two of us, we probably would have tried their handful of roller coasters and been done. But since we had a young child with us, we had so much fun that we ended up staying until closing time. I was surprised how much I enjoyed their coaster collection. Nothing spectacular but certainly a lot of fun. You have the Jack Rabbit, which is one of the oldest roller coasters in the country (1920). It's definitely the oldest coaster I've ever ridden. It's actually a pretty smooth ride thanks to the amount of work they've done to keep it up. Plus, it's always fascinating to see a ride where the operator has to stop the train with some manual brake levers. Another standout for me was the Bobsleds. In fact, this might be my favorite ride at the park. It's just such an unique roller coaster. Surprisingly smooth with some nice pops of airtime. There's also a huge tree right in the middle of the layout, which adds to the charm. Near the Bobsleds is the Whirlwind spinning coaster. Not at all unique because it's identical to the one we rode at Waldameer earlier in the week but it was just as much fun. Finally, their kiddie coaster is called Bear Trax. You can only ride if you have a kid with you. Luckily, our friends' son eventually decided that he'd go on with me. Up until that point, he basically rode the Tilt-A-Whirl over and over again! In exchange for riding Bear Trax with me, I agreed to go on the Tilt-A-Whirl. It was the least I could do. I usually skip spinning rides but it actually wasn't that bad. Like I said, just a wonderful traditional amusement park. If you're ever in the Rochester area, I highly recommend checking it out!

Yelp
Sea breeze what an amazing park. I've been coming to sea breeze for aver 30 years. I have been on all the rides. My favorite ride is the Jack Rabbit coaster. Riding that roller coaster brings back so many memories of time spent with family and friends. I can still remember the day that I was tall enough to ride the Jack Rabbit. Also rembering what a bummer it was to have to watch all the older kids ride. I have a great time every time I have come here. All the rides seem to be kept in great mechanical shape. We ride them all. The water park is amazing. The wave pool has huge waves. They have water cannons and water guns. Don't walk pass those guns or you will be soaked. There are kids just waiting for the next parent to be their target, and they are relentless. The ride lines are never to long. I bring my kids now and they have an amazing time. If you visit please find time for the carousel museum. What a cool place to reminisce. I was showing my son the different changes the park has made. Yes my son laughs at the way some of the rides were and I think a bit of laughter is because of my age associated with the timeline of the park. That is what is great the memories I have and now he will have. The park is staffed perfectly and well kept. All the bathrooms clean and all the areas of the park are patrolled by security. All the staff is friendly from rides, food, and games they all seem to be enjoying their jobs.

Yelp
This place is a great place for small kids and small amusement park. It is definitely small kids friendly. They do have some rides that are good for bigger kids. That's way everyone can enjoy at amusement park. I'd recommend anyone who have small and big kids and can come to this park!

Yelp
Gosh! I have not been to Sea Breeze in like 5 years! So much has changed, yet, so many things haven't changed! This trip, I visited as just a "spectator" while the rest of my family enjoyed all the rides. Our Aunt pre purchased the tickets so I couldn't even comment on prices, etc but what I do know is that there is a discount when you buy ahead of time AND that kids under 2 are free. Since the day was fairly cool (being LATE July, this wasn't anticipated) we were not able to enjoy the water park. Boo! There are so many new rides! Since I get motion sickness, there is no way I would even attempt them! Our kids had a GREAT time!!!!

Jason L.

Yelp
Over run by disrespectful kids that curse/randomly touch you and cut everyone in lines. Tried ordering food at chicken and fries and the staff spent a solid 15 minutes play fighting and calling each other curse words and not doing ANY work. The 3 people in front of me were VERY upset and had to ask the employees to please start frying the chicken. Took 32 minutes from ordering my food to receiving my food. The 3 customers in front of me demanded their money back and were very upset and were saying "I would never act that way at my job" employees were joking and saying "fire me" people were telling people in the back of the line to leave because the service and the acts of the employees were very embarrassing and disrespectful. Place is going to absolute garbage.

Defiant G.

Yelp
You can't vape........outside. I was told not to so I put it away. No problem. Next, it was hot so I took my shirt off. Can't do that! Only near the water rides which makes no sense whatsoever. They don't serve beer there. Even Darien Lake serves beer! But if you want to upset customers who fork over $40 to enter, don't be surprised when you get bad review for petty stuff.

Mike F.

Yelp
No thanks. Brought a 3 year old to Sesame place in PA a few weeks ago and he was able to ride everything there. But Seabreeze won't let anyone under 38" ride anything. They also don't keep workers 1/2 the rides so half are shut down. Even the balloon ride where a parent can go with the child and you are 100% boxed and locked in but yet there's a 38" height requirement.

Yelp
Went to pick up my wife and daughter from a day at the park, wife was not answering call so was going to try and find. Went to gate informed $16.00 to go in and look for them?? Complained and was told to speak with security. When I asked security a middle aged man laughed at me and walked away. I paid 16 dollars located my wife and daughter, her phone range out of power, and left 17 minutes later. Approximately a dollar a minute to locate my wife and daughter who spent 120.00 in the park for 4 hours. Why would anyone treat people this way. Please join me in questioning this businesses integrity.
google avatar

Chris V.

Yelp
FAR too "troublesome" these days. I used to go all the time as a kid. Went again for the first time in around a decade. Tons of people cutting in line. People swearing and acting rudely... Tons of this BS that nobody likes to deal with. Sadly, wouldn't go back until I have a kid to see the place. And maybe I'd even drive out to another city or town to go to a theme park where the patrons have more respect for those around them.
google avatar

Yelp
We love Seabreeze! A perfect place for a family afternoon! Always purchase your tickets in advance as opposed to on site. We are fine attending for just a few hours as opposed to some parks where you feel beholden to be there for the whole day! The rides are always fun and the park safe and small enough that the kids can run between rides without us worrying! The water park is fun and relaxing but can get crowded so that part is more eyes in the kids at all times. Otherwise clean and well staffed! A lovely day!

Yelp
This park is awesome And my family had a fun day And I'll be coming back It was really fun

Yelp
Being from Syracuse, it's nice to have a park like this within driving distance for a day trip. The park isn't too big and we were definitely able to do all the rides my daughters wanted to do. This is becoming an annual trip for us. The only negative is the food cost. $12.50 for 4 small chicken fingers and a handful of fries.
google avatar

Ashlie L.

Yelp
Was a fun day. Seemed very well organized for how large it was. We got a great deal on discount tickets at our hotel so that was nice. Food wasn't that great but I guess you don't really go there for the food. I also like that you can leave and come back in if you keep your wristband on.

Yelp
Such a great local amusement park! Prices are reasonable, rides are fun for the kids, water park is great for the whole family. We enjoy coming here and it's in our backyard! I will say some of the kids on staff are not trained properly and I've had to explain to them how to operate a ride and how to only let in as many people as the ride has seats for.... but other than that we enjoy this park. There's something for everyone.

Yelp
Loved it. Clean, comfy, and I get very safe. Lots of security and a good amount of staff. Worth the trip to Rochester and watching my Mom light up like a 5 year old on the Jack Rabbit was awesome!

Yelp
this was really fun from the reviews i thought it was gonna be like a carnival, they don't have a lot of roller coasters but it's a lot bigger then i thought and it was very fun i recommend to go here unless you want thrill rides

Yelp
We had the best time today! What kind staff, clean park and reasonable prices! Parked right out front (free)! Contemplated visiting Darien Lake but so glad we chose SB! DL could learn a lot from this small well run amusement park! We will definitely choose to go back many times!! Thank you for a wonderful day!

Yelp
Took my 9 year-old twins here for a weekday of fun and sun. The place wasn't especially crowded. There were plenty of fun roller coasters and other rides, but the water park takes the prize. There are five different water slides, plenty of oversight by staff, and a relaxing lazy river. There is also a wave pool, but we didn't make it to that. I highly recommend this place for an entire day of family fun. Lunch was standard fare of burgers and dogs, overpriced, but nothing you don't expect from an amusement park.

Yelp
We visited Seabreeze a number of times this past year - my family loved all the rides... they were very age appropriate for the children in my family (4, 4, 5, and 8). The park appeared very clean and tidy, and wasn't so large that it took a long time to walk from one end to the other. All of the rides were operating whenever we were there, and food was decent too. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a family-friendly amusement park close to Rochester!

Yelp
Just took my 3yo here along with my best friend and her 4yo. The kids had a blast and were tall enough for many rides with the parents. (My daughter loved the bobsleds and we must've done this roller coaster five times consecutively - no lines!!!!) The "Kiddie City" area provided many small rides the kids could go on alone which was great fun for them. The park is just the right size - big enough to want to return but no so big you can't do it all in a day. The water park is phenomenal with plenty of entertainment for every age group. Adult and kid waterslides, splash pools, lazy river (loved this!!), plenty of loungers and even shady spots too. The food was decent and well priced (I even managed to have a salad for lunch - a taco salad) and the kids finished the day with dippin' dots. We live in the area and next year will certainly get an annual passport as you break even after just three visits. Great clean fun for the whole family, Americana charm, upbeat and friendly staff (the ride operators were all high school/college aged kids, most of whom had stories about their own trips to Seabreeze as kids). A must-do when in Rochester during the summer!!

Yelp
My girls did not get bored here at all! My oldest rode just about all the water rides with me and was even brave enough to ride one of the small roller coasters! My two year old wasn't feeling that great, but still enjoyed the kids section of the park greatly! I can't say that we had one bad experience at Seabreeze!

Yelp
I just read the King has declared April 9, 2021 as the day amusement parks can reopen! If you open on the 9th we will come snow or no snow. Seriously though as a 60 something kid growing up we lived at Seabreeze and it was/is fantastic. We spent many a day and night laughing our heads off on the amazing rides. So happy for you guys, can't wait to bring our grandkids!

Yelp
This is a Rochester classic amusement park. It's over one hundred years old! It's overlooks Lake Ontario and that in itself is just so pretty. The park offers one of the oldest and probably rarest wooden roller coaster named the "Jack Rabbit." I just brought my kids here this summer and it brings back memories of being a little girl and coming here with my family. It has a Log flume ride which is also a really old ride. A train circles around the log flume ride and is perfect for just sitting, relaxing, and taking a load off your feet. There are the bumper cars which electric smells evoke more memories of driving these buggies as a kid. There's also some newer rides such as the Screaming Eagle which is an upside down thrill ride, and another steel coaster called the "Whirlwind" which will appeal the the younger generation of thrill seekers. There is a Beautiful carousel and a small arcade as well. Seabreeze also boasts a water park with a lazy river, a huge water dump bucket and also a variety of waterslides. This amusement park is clean and well kept (in fact, I saw a gardener there pruning flowers) and is a manageable size which is perfect for kids. My kids loved it here! On a side note, they also have picnic pavilions in which many schools and companies hold events such as employee appreciation events. In fact, I have been here once for a workplace event and then once when I worked at a school and it was a field trip. It was really fun!

Yelp
The park itself is not bad at all. I've been coming to sea breeze for the last 15 years. My problem is solely the rude staff that work here. They food service staff clearly show they don't want to be here and all act as if you're an inconvenience to them. God forbid they have to do what they're being paid to do. Paid for two fried doughs and they hand me the first with no problem. While I'm waiting they just turn away and socialize. One has the never to say "what are they waiting for." So I (visibility annoyed) state I'm waiting for my second fried dough ya just seen pay for. Same issue with the pizza staff and the Seabreeze grill staff!
