Great seafood restaurant. Food wise: the oysters were extremely fresh, the tacos lovely and the grilled prawns with potatoes were gorgeous though the seafood pasta lacked a bit of seasoning and sauciness. The staff was great, well coordinated team, very accommodating, great attention to guests and even gave food recommendations when we weren’t sure what to get. The atmosphere is great, inside is a little tight so I would recommend sitting outside but it gets very busy especially on a first Thursday. Would especially recommend for early dinner

Like 3 stars- considering the following. Food was good, but not great. Excessive amount of carrots to fill up the plates, actual protein portion a little too little. Also price of foods seems a bit high for the fish / seafood portion. The non alcoholic cocktails don't get included in thr happy hour... so us teetotalers get discriminated against in a sense. This makes no financial business sense as they only discount the alcoholic drinks, which are more expensive as a cost to the business. Furthermore a bottle of sparkling grape juice is like R300. Goodness, that's 300% to 400% mark-up!!!! One can't really call the manager and say, I think your portion sizes are small and your prices are high. No way to resolve this kind of issue, hence the review to save other people from having the same disappointments.

The food was tasty, the curry cooked oysters were pretty good and the highlight of it. The service is proficient and the staff were friendly and cheerful. One tiny con is the flies, it was a bit disturbing and off putting as it flies around the food and sinks into it, the staff were responsive and replaced the drink immediately, but a procedure of preventing it to get into indoors seating would be fantastic. Thank you.

Nice restaurant for a good mix of different types of seafood dishes including classicals like squid ink tagliatelle to local dishes like the Cape Malay seafood curry. We had oysters which were nice a meaty and the pickled fish samoosas were unique and really tasty! The ostrich surf and turf was alright but could have used some sort of side sauce. The king prawns were sweet and juicy. Service is nice and attentive.

A gorgeous, cozy seafood restaurant with fantastic service. We were served by the lovely Eunice - she gave us wonderful food and wine recommendations. We had the natural oysters, pineapple coconut oysters, cape malay fish curry (delicious!), fresh caught sole, and apple crumble cheesecake. Highly recommend this place - the food is great, wine is great, and service even better.

Great fresh sea food! Loved the Mussels in white wine and the tuna tartar. They also serve 2 veggie dishes which is great. Awesome MCC collection as well as impressive wine list. And the cherry on top of the cake... The service is soooo adorable and great!

This is easily one of the best seafood restaurants I’ve ever experienced. The service truly sets it apart! saying it’s exceptional would be an understatement. Every detail, from the attentive staff to the beautifully presented dishes, elegant décor, and inviting atmosphere, reflects a genuine commitment to excellence. Simply spectacular! My husband, baby and I, will all be going back soon

Hands down one of the best places to get seafood in Cape Town. The prawns are amazing. You won’t get them better. Wine Selection great as well. And the service is superb.
