I’m giving them a 5 star because at the end of the day this location is IDEAL for beach lovers! The beach area and access is amazing!!! The staff is super friendly and respectful as long as you treat them with respect back! With that being said; Do not come here expecting the Hilton or anything like that! The apt are nice but they are NOT perfect! So get over the fact that you might see some rust or some other things here and there! I rented this place for its prime location and that did not disappoint! The staff is accommodating and extremely helpful SO give them a chance and stop complaining! You’re RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!! GO ENJOY IT!

We are still in shock at the state of this hotel. When we arrived with my husband and children, we discovered a completely unsanitary room: an overwhelming smell of mold, stains all over the walls, toilets soiled with excrement, and worst of all… bed sheets stained with blood and other dubious substances. Despite our request, it was impossible to even get clean sheets. Faced with such conditions, dangerous to our children’s health, we had no choice but to leave the hotel the very same evening. We seriously wonder what the health authorities are doing to allow such a place to keep welcoming families. An absolute disgrace and the worst hotel experience of our lives.

Liked: I gave this place 2 stars instead of one because there is a walk-up window by the pool where a very nice young lady made my family great slushy beverages on a very hot day and a few feet away is a cute little outdoor restaurant where we were served by a man who was super cool and friendly. Service was fast and the food was good. They also had an affordable suite that was the right size for my 5 family members for a 1-night stay before our Carnival Cruise. Now for the reason that we were at the restaurant out back by the pool: ||Disliked: I arrived on 6/21 at 2:30pm with my sister, her preschool age daughter, and my 2 sons after flying from DC to Ft Lauderdale and then taking a 40-minute cab ride to Miami. I stood in line at the front desk and the first red flag was that the male desk clerk didn’t say “hello”, “welcome to Seacoast Suites” or anything at all! When he finished with the person in front of me, I was just standing there waiting and he put up his fingers to motion at me to come over! He quickly told us that we were early for our 4pm check-in, then when 4pm came, they told us we still can't have keys because “there are no towels in the room”. At one point, I begged him to just give us the keys and let housekeeping bring the towels later and we were told it couldn't be done (we just wanted to get our swimsuits out of our luggage and relax on the beach). I decided to wait off to the side of the front desk and spent almost 30 minutes watching him and a female clerk check in multiple other people into rooms with no problem! I also notice that they're speaking Spanish to all of the people checking in so now I’m frustrated and wondering why the one Black family in the lobby has now waited almost 2 hours for a reserved suite (we booked a month earlier- it wasn’t a surprise that we were coming). When I asked for a manager, I was told that there was none on site that day! ||The next day we didn't realize checkout was at 10:30 (typically it’s 11am) and we asked them to give us a grace period of 30 min but instead they sent a security person to bang on our door every 5 minutes to tell us we had to get out immediately (I'm not making this up). We ordered breakfast from Uber Eats and couldn't even finish. I had to tell the kids to throw their food back in the bags so we could leave quickly. The male desk clerk from the previous day apparently gave management a story in which he was some kind of victim when it was actually me who felt victimized- the gaslighting from their staff is still unbelievable to me. Note that I was the paying customer and management never asked me anything! When we asked the manager not to charge us extra for late check out because we got downstairs before 11am, he was like "NO, you argued with the desk clerk yesterday and made him cry" (NOTE: the morning desk clerk called him and gave us the phone- we didn't ever see a manager in person). I never saw the rude, sarcastic clerk cry but I cried angry tears when I hit my breaking point and told them exactly what I thought of them before we left. I'm just sorry that I spent any money here & that my family had to experience this.|||Additional Notes: We had a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite but some of the blinds didn't work and one bedroom had no tv. There was also a weird smell throughout the building like cheap cleaning solution and the hotel is old and needs major upgrades- there were loud noises through the night that sounded like pipes groaning. The towels that they used as an excuse to delay giving us keys were left piled next to the tv in the living room and not even placed in the bathrooms. ||This hotel has the beach on the back side and the bay on the front so the location and views are pretty amazing. Desk staff and management was extremely rude, unapologetic, and let you know that they didn't care what customers thought of their behavior- they lacked common courtesy and are in need of major customer service training. Nothing about the pool made me want to get in it and website pics are very misleading.

The building is old, rusty and falling apart! I wish I would’ve taken more pictures. I booked through air BnB, the pictures were deceiving. The hotel is OLD and disgusting! On the first night, we were greeted by a roach in the bathroom. There are no housekeepers. You have to take your towels downstairs to get new ones. The employees had horrible attitudes! I would NOT recommend this at all. The hotel was right on the beach. That’s the only good thing about it. Beach Umbrellas are $20 a day! Parking is $30-40 daily.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This is by far one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. There is no housekeeping here, the carpets are stained with pink mold. The lamps have black mold. The staff is very rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful no matter what the ask. If you ask them for more towels or blankets they say you have to get it before 4pm. Then if you try get them they don’t bring it to your room they have a sweat shop in a sketchy hallway with workers who refuse to give you a towel unless you can bring yours down to them. The elevators are broken which is unsafe and hazardous the elevator door will open and shut open and shut leaving you fearful you’ll get stuck. Again the staff do not warm guests about this they do not apologize and show no concern to even get that fixed. The hotel itself is dated the furniture is stiff and uncomfortable. The bed is small and the blankets they use are thin and ugly. They only offer two pillows in the room and when I called to ask for more I was told that was all they had.The WiFi doesn’t work. The sink in the kitchen has no disposal. The pool they have has horrible staff that act like it’s a burden to give out towels, and the pool is dirty. The valet does not assist with parking your car nor do they help with luggage. Overall this hotel needs to be shutdown and revamped with new staff. The location is probably the only positive, but even still I say stay somewhere else this place is the worst. There is nothing I’d recommend.

Went with my family for a family vacation and with check in being at 4 we planned at arriving around 5. The problems arise when after 0530pm. They close the pool service and it is impossible to get pool and beach towels which is abit inconvenient seeing as after dropping off our bags. Utilizing the pool is not really ideal without towels, which led to a whole system that had to be managed. Sometime in the after noon a lot of the employees leave for the night and lines at the front desk can begin to extend which is frustrating when you only want to ask a simple question. They mandate that you pick up towels at 0930 and give back your towels at 1730 which doesn’t make any sense because the pool closes at midnight and if you decide to just keep the towel and try to turn it in the morning they get mad at you and give you an attitude and refuse to give you another one. Funnily enough they refused to give my mother a towel under those pretenses but my wife who is white wasn’t given anywhere near the same amount of grief and was allowed to exchange her towels. We got the corner view rooms with the balcony and for the price it was okay but certain aspects makes it abit disappointing for the price. The pots provided smelled and had stains in them. Room service was 75 dollars for them to come and parking was 40 dollars a day. They gave us 10 towels tickets for 12 people. Simple things like that really add up to the annoyance of trying to enjoy your vacation. Overall a decent place to stay but unless certain things are changed I cannot give it a hard recommendation.

I was very nervous about coming here after reading the reviews but currently on 3rd day (of 6 in total) staying here and am very happy.|The other reviews are correct that the furnishings and decor of the apartment is a little tired but this is cosmetic- everything is functional and comfy. We can’t use the balcony for safety reasons and the lift is a bit jumpy (in hindsight riding the tower of terror at Disney was not a great idea! 🤣). |However, in spite of the comments above, if your priority is having a bit more space then this place is wonderful! |We are on the 12th floor and our teenage daughters each have a double bed (and walk in wardrobe) in their room, two bathrooms, there is a separate lounge area with a stunning view and a second separate bedroom for the grownups. |The kitchen is basic but perfectly functional and has enough cups/plates/ glasses/ cutlery for everyone. The apartment was clean when we arrived and no sign of bugs (which were suggested in a different review and had me worried!). There are no wine glasses but have picked some up from a local store. The air con is effective.|The mandatory resort fee came as a surprise (we booked through TUI so clearly some crossed wires along the way causing that confusion) but this fee covers gym use, beach towels for the family and 2 sunloungers either at the pool or beach. The pool has been fully occupied but there is always space at the beach. Extra sunloungers can be rented at an additional cost if needed.|The gym has a good array of equipment if you are into weights and a bike, steeper or cross-trainer for cardio. The gym doesn’t have aircon or water dispenser though so bring your own drink, towel & music to listen to if you like those things!|The lady on reception has been very helpful, particularly in regards to working the laundry machine (there is one on each floor which is a real bonus!).

I don't understand the bad reviews. I was there recently. I took a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. Honestly, it was clean, no cockroaches, and the staff was pleasant and attentive. I was going to cancel because of the bad reviews, but I ended up going ahead with my stay. Thanks to the hotel team!!
