A great location on the strip with Miami Beach to one side and the inland waterway to the other. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, and of course ideal for taxis to take you a bit further, like down to the South Beach area or Ocean Drive. Better yet, a free trolley bus runs up and down Collins Avenue all day long and late into the evenings, with stops right outside the apartment complex. There’s a good pool and a Tiki-style bar, both located right alongside the ‘boardwalk’ path that runs alongside the beach for several miles. The lounge area and bedrooms are large. Our two-room suite on the 12th floor had one room with two large double beds; the other with a single large double bed - both with en-suite bathrooms. We had a view to the west over the waterway - and facing the sunset. For our four-night trip, the apartment was absolutely fine. I’ve knocked one star off as the kitchen, while large, is under-equipped if you really want to self-cater. We didn’t do that, but a couple more mugs and at least one teaspoon would’ve been nice! As a Brit, I like regular cups of tea.

I’m giving them a 5 star because at the end of the day this location is IDEAL for beach lovers! The beach area and access is amazing!!! The staff is super friendly and respectful as long as you treat them with respect back! With that being said; Do not come here expecting the Hilton or anything like that! The apt are nice but they are NOT perfect! So get over the fact that you might see some rust or some other things here and there! I rented this place for its prime location and that did not disappoint! The staff is accommodating and extremely helpful SO give them a chance and stop complaining! You’re RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!! GO ENJOY IT!

Here's the rundown. Great location (next to the beach with decent views from balconies), the pool is nice, and the rooms are spacious. That's where the niceties end. Missing amenities (4 towels when we have 6 people, 1 roll tp, very few dishes, no dish soap), very slow elevator for a 15-floor building, and no accommodation by staff (request for more towels denied), staff relatively rude.

KEVINNNNN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. He worked on a Saturday 10/18. I checked in today they Airbnb!! The lady who I reserved from clearly photoshopped the pictures. The pictures that were advertised was not the actual way it looked. She tricked me of course but I just dealt with it. This building is old, rusty and just not what I am used to. The beach view is great, however I am not comfortable in rusty old rooms. Amy in customer service was very nice but when I walked in the room I wanted to leave. THEY REALLY NEED TO update this place. Find somewhere else to stay please. I won’t be back. Not enough towels and wash clothes, no dish soap no nothing. Don’t book here. KEVIN AT CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE YALLL STAY AWAY FROM HERE

Location is perfect for access to south beach and downtown Miami. Service was great. Rooms can be upgraded with better furniture the lobby has the odor of the old furniture thats in place.

Rooms lack basic facilities. The bed was crooked. Had to leave the apartment mid-stay and book another hotel. No room service at all. I understand it being an apartment they doesnt provide toilet tissue or paper towel but bed and sofa are broken too. Unable to spend one night here. Do not waste your money folks like we did. Wish I could give a zero star.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This is by far one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. There is no housekeeping here, the carpets are stained with pink mold. The lamps have black mold. The staff is very rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful no matter what the ask. If you ask them for more towels or blankets they say you have to get it before 4pm. Then if you try get them they don’t bring it to your room they have a sweat shop in a sketchy hallway with workers who refuse to give you a towel unless you can bring yours down to them. The elevators are broken which is unsafe and hazardous the elevator door will open and shut open and shut leaving you fearful you’ll get stuck. Again the staff do not warm guests about this they do not apologize and show no concern to even get that fixed. The hotel itself is dated the furniture is stiff and uncomfortable. The bed is small and the blankets they use are thin and ugly. They only offer two pillows in the room and when I called to ask for more I was told that was all they had.The WiFi doesn’t work. The sink in the kitchen has no disposal. The pool they have has horrible staff that act like it’s a burden to give out towels, and the pool is dirty. The valet does not assist with parking your car nor do they help with luggage. Overall this hotel needs to be shutdown and revamped with new staff. The location is probably the only positive, but even still I say stay somewhere else this place is the worst. There is nothing I’d recommend.

The building is old, rusty and falling apart! I wish I would’ve taken more pictures. I booked through air BnB, the pictures were deceiving. The hotel is OLD and disgusting! On the first night, we were greeted by a roach in the bathroom. There are no housekeepers. You have to take your towels downstairs to get new ones. The employees had horrible attitudes! I would NOT recommend this at all. The hotel was right on the beach. That’s the only good thing about it. Beach Umbrellas are $20 a day! Parking is $30-40 daily.
