Jollibee plans to open in Henderson | Eater Vegas

"A supermarket that anchors the Eastern Commons retail center and serves as a focal point for the shopping hub; it also houses an in-store outlet where fans can still find the chain's crispy chicken favorites and sits alongside other fast-dining tenants in the strip." - Bradley Martin

If you like my comment please click on the ❤️ and show some love 😘 It's a Philipino Store... Nothing wrong with that. Only thing wrong is how the older people look at me or treat me after I ask them questions because I'm not Philipino. Other than that, can any one explain why some of these products are named after insulting words in Spanish??? Yeah there's a ton othinge here, other than that there's people that have a foul smell walking around like everything is ok. I recommend this spot to anyone, just don't ask many questions because the Philipino people might get offended???

Google
Great seafood restaurant. Quick and easy to get what you wanted. Fresh and nicely grilled.

I recently shopped at Seafood City on Horizon Ridge, and I was extremely disappointed with the quality of their produce. The produce had fuzzy green patches, and some of them were slimy with visible mold spots. It’s unacceptable for a grocery store to sell such poor-quality produce, especially at their prices.

Google
Seafood City on Eastern in Las Vegas is top-notch across the board—fresh food, friendly service, and unbeatable variety. It’s a one-stop shop for island flavor and Filipino comfort. If you’re looking for a grocery experience that feels like home, Seafood City on Eastern delivers. The produce is fresh, the seafood selection is impressive (live crab, fresh bangus, and everything in between), and the aisles are packed with Filipino staples you won’t find anywhere else. From pancit noodles to ube ice cream, it’s a treasure trove of island favorites. The in-store eateries like Grill City and Red Ribbon are a major bonus. You can grab a hot plate of sisig, BBQ skewers, or sinigang right after shopping—and it’s all delicious. The halo-halo? Legit. It’s the kind of treat that makes you pause mid-bite and smile. Customer service is consistently warm and helpful. Whether you’re asking about a product or just need help finding something, the staff are patient and kind. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a steady flow of customers—which speaks volumes. Parking’s easy, prices are fair, and the vibe is full of aloha. It’s more than a market—it’s a cultural hub, a taste of home, and a place you’ll want to return to again and again. Rating: 5 stars for food, service, selection, and heart.

Google
Great find. A wonderful supermarket with emphasis on filipino sundries but should fit the bill for almost any asian. Great seafood, fresh vegetables and a very interesting and affordable food court with a couple of bakeries.

Google
Terrible and toxic environment. I was in line for grill city and I heard one employee an older lady yelling at the other employees right in front of the customers full view. I came back on another day and the same woman was standing and walking around yelling at everyone. How can you expect customers to enjoy a good service when the employees can’t act professional and polite towards each other?

Google
This place has my absolute favorite ice cream ever. The only place I've ever had this ice cream is at my favorite all you can eat sushi spot. GORILLA SUSHI! they have quite a selection of fresh seafood as well.

Google
Disgusting, moldy fruit and bread everywhere, out of everything, workers are very rude and not helpful AT ALL. The blood from the fishes are everywhere on the floor. I will NEVER shop here again, the one star was for the worker who rang me up she was very kind, everyone else rude. Most things don’t have prices, it smells horrible in there, everyone has a nasty attitude and treats no one with kindness, I asked for help and the lady brushed me off and ignored me

Yelp
Love me a good Filipino market!! Super clean and fresh produce and seafood/meat! Also have some Filipino bbq to get your food fix. Came in to get some kalbi sauce and Korean short ribs!! Amaizng marbling and really nice looking meat! Service was amazing and very friendly!

Yelp
Groceries here are always so freakin gross. Since 99 ranch is gone, there's nothing near by and I had to pick up noodles from here. There was literally mold on most of them sitting in the fridge. I picked up two different noodle bags because I was desperate and when I took it home to open them, they smelled nasty. Another time I brought frozen lumpia here. I literally let them thaw over night in the fridge. The next morning I cooked them and the meat was sour. It was obviously spoiled. NASTY NASTY NASTY

Yelp
Nearly every time I go into this market something goes wrong. Whether it's the selection of Asian products or customer service, something (usually) goes awry. Today, there were two customers in front of me in the meat department. Unfortunately, there was no one working behind the counter. After waiting a few minutes, the gentleman in front of me said he had been waiting 10 minutes. He and I talked for about 5 minutes. He eventually left to purchase his chicken from Smiths across the street. Eventually, I was the only one left waiting for service at the meat counter. After a good 15 to 20 minutes standing and waiting, I was told the meat counter attendant was on lunch break and the meat and seafood manager was taking a delivery in the back. If it wasn't for guests coming to my house that evening, I would have left. Finally, the store manager filled my order. Note: While waiting for service, I noticed the top of the meat counter (where they pass the meat to the customers) was filthy.

Yelp
A home away from home...they have everything! My go to Filipino market, very friendly and homey atmosphere!

Yelp
This location has so many food to choose from, they're always fully well stocked! Prices have gone up tho, but I think that's anywhere you go. Place is clean, well kept and organized and service at check-out was fast.

Yelp
Food - Fresh, neatly packed Service - friendly, service with a beautiful smile like that Berna Santiago Ambiance- well organized and immaculately cleaned Highly recommended

Yelp
I want to file a complaint because your employee who was at the cashier was rude. Her name is Mayet O. & this was last Sunday, November 23, 2025. I was with my daughter & I was trying to pay for the items I purchased using my debit card. After inserting my card on the keypad, I pressed debit and it didn't want to do anything. I tried pressing credit and it still didn't do anything. Usually when you press debit it should go to the next screen where you would enter your pin code. So obviously her machine wasn't working but rudely she would tell me to just let my daughter do it because according to her my daughter knows better. So my daughter tried but imachine still didn't do anything. Your employee Mayet should have showed empathy and respect to customers but what she did was so insulting. She was very immature and acted uneducated. You better retrain her because her customer service is very poor. She lacks the quality of a good customer service.

Yelp
Would rate 0 stars if I could! Website advertises crab legs and shrimps head off, tried to call several times to verify if they did have the stock and no one answers phones. Decided to take the drive 20 minutes just to be looked at crazy when I asked if they have crab legs and was told they never have sold them.... Asked about the shrimp and was also told they only sell head on shrimp... website needs to be fixed to reflect what they actually have in store. Total waste of my time. Staff was very rude.

Yelp
This restaurant is inside a supermarket that sells Phillipines items. This restaurant sells fast food Phillipine cooked foods, you pick what you want of many different food items, you can sit down to eat in, or take out. We ordered the chicken and pork on a stick, the seasoning was good just it could been much warmer, and also a fried vegetable fritter, it had sweet potatoes onions, carrots and bananas, and fried small crabs. They have many types of fried chicken skins, and fried pig knuckle,And fish. Finish off order Halo Halo, it comes with different jar fruits and beans, and ube ice cream and flan. It was good.

Yelp
Great tofu selection! I buy mushrooms here too. If it wasn't for the quirkiness of this place and it's niche specialities, this review would only be a tip-- but this place is pretty fascinating and caters to a market that results in me being exposed to raw and prepared foods that I might never otherwise have tried. I'll get more pictures next trip!
google avatar

Yelp
Solid store. Always shop late. Workers (think it is a necessity to be from the Philippines to work here) are always super friendly at the counter. Weird stocking. They will stock something for months and out of nowhere it's gone. Place is always clean. Never eaten at their food place inside because I'm white and wouldn't attempt to eat half the food they serve there. It's like asking a midwestern to eat BALUT, ain't gonna happen. I stop here around 8 times a year. Good place.

Yelp
3/1/25 Their phone system and delivery is awful. When I call the system says to press two the for automated dialing system and when I do it says the key is not valid. When I order for delivery on the app it is way past the delivery time and I still don't have my order and you rarely get through to someone on the phone. They must be running on that slow Filipino time. Update 3/2/25: The day after and still my order wasn't delivered so I had to go to the store talk to a manager and sit there while they get my order together and they still kept the tip even though that and the delivery fee should have been refunded to my account.

Yelp
HUGE grocery packed with delicious fresh fish, beef, pork, chicken, in every cut you can think of. They have chicken hearts, livers, gizzards too. Salmon bellies, collars, heads, whole filets, not to mention the LARGE selection of fresh fish, squid, crab, shrimp, including parrot fish! So many options! Additionally, this store has a ton of Asian spices, coffees, teas, cookware, fresh veggies, tons of different rices, and pastas. If you're looking for fresh pastries, there's a bakery offering delicious Philippine treats, and a restaurant/grill offering a variety of fried, sautéed, baked meats. Service is fast and friendly too!

Yelp
Only 2 registers are open it's only 6pm. They have other workers just in the aisle cleaning up and they can't have help in the front to open another register. I'm sorry but they need to get this place organized.
google avatar

Lynn G.

Yelp
If you need pastries from the bakery (not the Valerio) make sure you go early because they refused service stating it after 8:00pm. Even though it was 7:55pm. Not sure why the workers didn't state that when I walked in just stared at me awkward when I greeted them.

Rose C.

Yelp
I tried the palabok because it was included in their $5 special and it was extremely salty. The pansit was so bland and the bbq was soaked in sauce. Overall, the food was a huge disappointment. Service was not good either. The lady who served me was not friendly at all. I really wanted to give this place a decent review but I just can't.

Yelp
Hi. Years ago like 10 this Seafood Supermarket was great now is down in customer service. Maybe need a better manager the employees cares less about the customer the service is slow and been seeing less customers inside the store. The ambiance is down is not hype like it was before.

Yelp
* Food kitchen is very nice but food temperatures are just warm. I have busted more than one location and have had to go back to ask if they can warm up my food because it NOT hot. * Service is very tentative but almost like a rush to select items. I'm not Filipino and I sometimes ask questions but they show NO patience. * Ambiance is all walk and order. No table service which is acceptable - other than the first two bullets. Surprised HpLV doesn't tag them for food under temperature.

Yelp
We shop here for the convenience of location for asian spices and other specialty foods. The stock clerks are very helpful in finding the product shelving. However, there are always two aspects of shopping here that are always WRONG. First, the prices are improperly displayed. The fact that an item is on a shelf directly behind the shelf price is not often related to the price that will eventually be wrung up. It appears that no care is actually taken to insure the accuracy of pricing. The second aspect is more annoying than the inaccurate pricing. The cashiers are beyond rude. No friendly smiles and hardly ever a response to "good morning." If they do speak, it is usually not to the customer but to another cashier in ongoing conversations.

Yelp
Christmas Day 2024....Elaine, Lanie are wonderful amazing staff of SC, and ofcourse the rest of the staff. They are kind, par excellence customer service. I am a visitor of Henderson town & my Christmas was worth it because of Elaine, Lanie et al. Hands down with their services. I just hope that management sees this & their wages are proportionate to what this corporation profits for. #HumanExperience is important in any business. Filipinos got it !!!!!

Yelp
I was craving "sabau" (soup), I knew if I came to Seafood City they would have everything I needed. I recently moved to Vegas from Hawaii, I shopped at the Hawaii location often. Seafood City seems to have everything I need to make Asian dishes minus the fresh island fish that the hawaii location carries. Store is decent, things are easy to find, and the workers are nice and helpful. I'll definitely shopping here often!
google avatar

Billy L.

Yelp
Good grilled Filipino food. They have a few vegetarian options. A lot of grilled options from BBQ chicken on sckrewers to grilled giant squid. I love the pork adobo and the squah with beans and coconut milk. The service was fast. Ambiance is casual. This is almost a fast food restaurant.
google avatar

Diva G.

Yelp
We stopped here for lunch before shopping next door. The soup has got to be the most flavorful and probably unhealthy, but still the most delicious sabao, Filipino soup I've ever tasted. I was quite shocked to be so full until my next meal. The tables were clean and the line got long after us so that must say something. If you're craving Filipino food, I definitely recommend giving this place a try. Once you walk into the marketplace, they are on the right side. It didn't smell to fishy either like the one we have in Hawaii.

Nivy N.

Yelp
i enjoy coming here but for some reason idk if it's because i have tattoos or what but the cashier's are never nice. i went earlier this morning and wasn't even acknowledged, told my total or even told thank you. (literal common courtesy) all while my cashier is talking up a storm to her other coworker working another line in another language. it makes me not want to come back :(

Alan H.

Yelp
I have never been this upset about food. I thought I have been day light robbed. Almost $21 for these. I could totally pay few more extra bucks for a kbbq ayce. Not for this convenient super market fast food. Definitely the reason why they are slow, using almost expired food to cook. I will stay with pacific island market.
google avatar

Nadiezhda M.

Yelp
This supermarket have a variety of food and options of meals. The service is nice and if you want more information about the products they will help. The ambiance is family friendly. They also have an area separate like a restaurant and they cook everything there very fresh!

Willie A.

Yelp
Do not buy meat product at this store. They put food coloring on their meat to make it look fresh. Some of their fried product has mill dews.
google avatar

Larry S.

Yelp
We wanted to get some seafood for dinner and we know they have a large selection of whole fish and other seafood items. We arrived and the dilemma started. So much to chose from and that was just the fish. Man this place is great and on Friday can get your selection fried at no extra cost. They have some prepared fish filets but they will take your whole fish and clean and prep it for you while you wait. The other items available in the rest of the store are awesome and it's worth the time to browse and pick up fresh vegetables and many other Asian items. Great place to shop and we will return.
google avatar

Christina R.

Yelp
In comparison to other Filipino markets (including other Seafood City locations), this place is the one I like to go to because it just feels cleaner and more organized. My mom and I love to come to this location to pick up fish, random Filipino specialty items we can't find other places, like pancit noodles and patis, Asian veggies and of course, Valerio's. Getting fish here is the best because you can pick the items you want, bring them to the counter, and they will gut and de-scale the fish for you. Heck, they can even fry it for you if you want. This makes life a bit easier and is well worth the minimal cost to have it done. I love being able to find my fave veggies, like un choy, but the one complaint I have is the weird incessant need to wrap everything in plastic. I hate it. However, it doesn't stop me from buying my beloved veggies. The Valerio's at this location is a bit small but it has all the items we like, and more. The quality is pretty good and I've never had an item that wasn't fresh. To be honest, I've never really roamed the aisles here because I usually know what I've come here for and focus on that. It wasn't until this last time when I brought my bf for the first time that I really looked at everything in this store. There are a lot of cool Asian specialty snacks and items that aren't just Filipino. He was amazed at all the items and it made me happy to share some of my heritage with him. So even if you're not Filipino, come in and have a look. Maybe you'll find something you like.
google avatar

Regina C.

Yelp
Seafood City is now carrying produce that in the past, did not carry, such as malabar spinach, ong choy, etc. Because of this, we no longer have to trek to Spring Mountain! We go here every weekend to pick up fresh vegetables, fruits, fish, and meats to cook for the rest of the week. Red Ribbon and Valerio's Bakeshop are inside, and both offer delicious treats. The grill also offers fried foods and more. This supermarket isn't crowded as the other asian supermarkets on Spring Mountain, so we particularly enjoy that.
google avatar

Yelp
If I'm craving Filipino food, snacks or making an Asian dish, this is the place I shop at. The workers are very helpful when I'm trying to find items on my shopping list. They have a mini food court with Filipino foods, red ribbon( a dessert bakery) and Valario's (another dessert/baked goods bakery). Some of the the dessert products that are sold, don't have an expiration date on it. This past visit my fiancé and I bought some Goldilocks Ube crinkle cookies and when we tried it, it was super stale and old tasting. We couldn't return it because the receipt said, refunds and exchanges are suspended right now. That was a bummer. We threw away the cookies! I hate throwing food away, but these cookies were old. If their return policy was different, we could have tried another Ube dessert to satisfy our cravings. Overall, we will be back to shop for ingredients for our Asian dishes and our snack cravings! The customer service was great. After writing this review, management reached out to me. I was able to go to Seafood City and pick few snacks, since the crinkle cookies weren't up to par. That was very kind of them! I got some chicken skin and Ube cookies! These items were delicious! The chicken skin was crispy and well seasoned! The Ube cookies were crunchy and you can taste the Ube flavor.

Yelp
Seafood city is located on Eastern and Horizon ridge. In the same shopping center as At Home. Seafood City is carries predominantly Filipino foods and goods. When you enter they have Filipino baked goods and fresh food cooked as well. They have an extensive seafood department with tons of fish and the frozen section as about 15 different lumpia's and brands. The store is clean and really big. There are a few Korean and Chinese products. But predominantly only Filipino goods. The reason for the 3 stars is because some of the items I looked at were super expired. So beware and look closely.
google avatar

Bernadette M.

Yelp
The Seafood City near my work is a great place to buy Filipino groceries and eat delicious seafood. The store is always clean and the staff is friendly. The prices are reasonable, and the selection of seafood is good. I especially like the grilled squid, which is cooked fresh and has a great smoky flavor. The restaurant at Seafood City is also very good, with reasonably priced meals that are tasty and filling. I often stop by for lunch or dinner when I'm in the area. I love the Filipino breakfast bento from Seafood City. It reminds me of the foods my mom used to make when I was growing up in the Philippines. The bento comes with a variety of Filipino breakfast staples like longganisa (Filipino sausage), daing na bangus (marinated milkfish), tocino (sweet pork), and tapa (beef jerky). I also like that it comes with a side of garlic rice and atchara (pickled papaya). If you're looking for a delicious Filipino breakfast, head to Seafood City first thing in the morning. The breakfast bento is a great way to start your day, and you'll be able to get it fresh and hot. The afternoon is a good time to visit as well, but the breakfast Bento will be gone by then.

Yelp
I only knew about this place because of Daiso & Ribbon bakery. I was surprised how big this place was. I ran out of time so I had to leave early but there was so many option to choose from and so many Korean snacks I saw. I would definitely want to come back again on my next visit. Cashier lady was very polite and helpful.

Yelp
During COVID-19: Visiting LV, the Filipino food movement is strong here compared to other parts of the US with modern bakeries, eateries, and groceries bigger than your typical mom-and-pop sari sari store in the States. I was amazed at how big and fully stocked there was of Filipino products. I felt transported to the Philippines and it was so great. It's a bit cluttered since there is a turo turo and bakery inside the same complex. It's very Filipino and homey that I was welcomed in with families eating and titas/aunties and lolas chatting inside on a weekday afternoon. It felt like home. With that being said, you will find almost if not everything necessary to produce your adobong baboy, pusit, veggie, bangus, chicken, etc! Fish market in back with lots of meats as well... And Cebu style lechon sold here! Skewers of pork and chicken lined up at the turo turo with home-style favorite dishes any time of the day are made in the restaurant. They also sell hair products like Sunsilk and Creamsilk for a decent price here if you're in low supply of home staples. I'm just on the lookout for silvanas... However, they do have all different types of the famous Irvin's salted egg chips! Accepts cash and card. Mask up and social distance. Swipe that card!
google avatar

Yelp
Worst seafood city ever! Horrible staff! No supervisor or manager on floor! No one can even help me with a simple question! The grocery and Grill City! The Lady doesn't speak Tagalog or Egnlish and No supervisor on duty to help out a customer. Very dirty , nasty by all means!

Vesper I.

Yelp
Does anyone else notice their fruits and vegetables spoil quickly or have mold on them? All of their bananas are brown and there is mold on the stems of majority of their packaged vegetables. I think they need to close down for a few days and sanitize their fresh produce area to get rid of the spores of mold or fungus.

Yelp
Mood- Ube cookies from Scratch So I have this obsession for Ube. One of my relatives came over from Hawaii and brought these cookies that they sell at the 7-11's there. Go figure. So after we had care box shipped over which cost quite a bit. Full of our typical snacks and goodies - thought this habit of mine is getting expensive. So it is time to make this ourselves. Ube jam was needed and Ube extract. These are not items you are going to find at your typical groceries that are strictly for the mainland. So this is where Seafood City came into play. I was able to find exactly what I needed to concoct these Ube Crinkle Cookies. Now I will admit I may have bought more than what I needed for these cookies as I love this store. Their prices on meat is very good and the butchers are very friendly. You can ask them to quarter your meat that you get from the butcher section and they will. There are a couple of cafeteria style restaurants in here, plus a Red Ribbon, and a additional bakery. I thoroughly enjoy variety, as there is so much that is offered here. Would most def recommend - pricing is typical for a grocery and for specialty items. Staff is always very courteous. Everything was very clean and shelves fully stocked. Location is Eastern/ Horizon Ridge - ample parking

Yelp
The positive rating (if you can consider 3-stars as positive) is because this Seafood City is newer and cleaner. But those points are what's saving this from being a 2 star review. This is already a relatively new location. Management should make better decisions, or at least be aware that your employees are not clearing the shelves of expired products. Is there any reason there should still be products for sale that are marked good through July of 2019? You really need to do better. You're lucky most of your customers are forgiving of these tolerances. Shoppers beware... read the expiration dates of everything you pick up at this and possibly all Seafood Citys. What you allow and ignore WILL continue. If this is how they manage a newer location, I'm leery of their established ones.

Yelp
Delicious fat tilapia from Taiwan. Yes! Fresh Ong Choi (Kong Xin Cai) veggies at affordable prices. Variety of Filipino ingredients and food items I have yet to know how to use makes this store even more fun for me. An entire row of frozen lumpia. Grocery store is clean and spacious and offers competitive pricing.
google avatar

Yelp
We usually go here for some items. We got today soy wrappers to eat with some tuna and seaweed salad. Today is 4/6/2023. After we finished our dinner we realized the wrappers expired 5/22/2021. How is it possible something like this happens. Disgusting
google avatar

Yelp
I went to this location to buy shrimp for soup. I went to a seafood counter where an Asian woman helping another couple. When I got to the front, I asked for an item. The woman said, "Just a minute," and returned to clean fish and other items. I waited a few minutes and left as she was not coming back. I promptly left without buying anything and went to the island Pacific market, where I was gladly helped. They were very friendly and helpful in finding me what I needed. I will not return to Seafood City; what a rude experience.

Janet S.

Yelp
I'm here right now, we're only 2 costumers, the first one was served 10 minutes.. omg.. the servers are so slow and no communications, they have to check the food and open it to make sure. They should write down what is the content of the container. The cashiers opening in the counter.. gosh, the way they put it in the bag takes 3 minutes.. gosh I once work in the restaurant .. they should know better.

Yelp
Bought a mongo beans with my meal and I had to return it because it tasted sour. They mixed old veggies (spinach) with new ones. They can make you sick.

Yelp
Wow this location was a clean and shiny like a car showroom. The employees are kind and friendly. I was blown away by the fresh fish and how pristine that area was. Overall the store aisles were dialed in you could mistake the entire store for a Food Network set with the perfection and alignment of the stock throughout the store. I wished I would have taken pictures throughout the building, but felt self-conscience and refrained from doing so. I hope that this location can maintain it beauty and cleanliness. My brother was impressed with how clean the restroom was and said it's was not the norm for him. So many thanks to the management and employees of this location for your pride in your store.

Yelp
Inspect carefully what you buy from here because I found green mold in this maja blanca. This was bought 2 days before the sell-by date. When I asked for a refund, I was told the manager was on a break and I would have to wait 30 min before I could be helped.

Yelp
This is regarding Panama product Pang kare kare sauce The sauce was horrible my oxtail were wasted you know how expensive oxtail are How I regret I used that product I used to buy mama sitas but wasn't available at that time Refund please

Yelp
In the Far East there are wider varieties of spices and herbs used not just for cooking but for healing the body too. The quality and quantity of these mystifying foods is found in abundance here. The banners hanging from the roof label the market as primarily a Philippino shopping store, but this is better for all the customers that shop here. Their cultural style of cooking uses a lot of spice that those in America traditionally do not even consider appealing. I appreciate their style of cooking and the ingredients that they mix to flavor their delicious food dishes. This market is very small but easy to maneuver through the aisles. As Americans we say excuse me at every turn and traditional people in the Asian cultures that do this are seen as fake. I still will excuse myself if I run into anyone but beware not a lot of pardons or excuse me's. The produce department is the reason for my visit to the store. I found wonderful fresh ginger and garlic that was very reasonable. Found some beautiful Kabocha squash for less than $2.00 a pound. I was so impressed with the selection and friendly staff. If you are looking for those hard to find Asian ingredients or and other Asian delights, such as Saki here is the place to visit.

Woooohoooooo, if u like Island Pacific or Greenland, then you'll LOVE Seafood City! And the fact that it's closer to my house (not that much closer but, closer than the UNLV one) is a plus. I've been there 3x since it's opening and usually in the mornings...for random Asian groceries but, mainly for their precooked dishes. I LOVE their tuyo. Fried sardines. So stinky but, so salty and yummy :) it's something that's hard to cook in the house as it'll linger in the kitchen for days. So coming here to pick that up is so much more convenient! They also have cooked bbq pork belly and salt and pepper shrimp (with heads on)!!!! Excited that they look to opening up an even BIGGER seafood city on Rainbow Blvd. **i just wish either location closed at midnight like the original UNLV location**
