Seafood City Supermarket

First time coming to this store. I bought 3 bags of steamed bun. The expiration date says Oct, 2026. I suggest if you buy anything from this store that is frozen open the product and check for quality before you throw away you receipt. The buns all had mold. So I called the store and he said he could only give me store credit with no receipt. So now I have to buy something from a store I don't ever want to shop at again. Bad business. Someone could seriously get really sick.

After years of saying I was going to check this place out I finally stopped by today. I am so glad I did because this place was pretty cool. Not only is it a market but there is a bakery and restaurant inside. The restaurant is called Grill City and they are serving up various grilled meats and fish as well as lots of your deep fried favorites like pork chops, onion rings, shrimp, and even chicken skins. The food looked fresh and the ladies who helped me behind the counter were so sweet. I did some shopping in the market as well and their prices are comparable to other grocery stores for most items. However I found incredible deals in their meat section. I picked up T-bone steak for a whopping $7.99! I love this place. This will definitely be a market that I visit regularly.

Horrible arrangement of tables and chairs. Too much tables and chairs chairs and not enough room to move around specially if you have a cart, baby stroller or elderly. How can you use this as tables for elderly or disabled people if they are too close to each other. Stupid stupid people who did this arrangements

Waited forever 10 minutes to get meat in the meat section, although there were five people that were working and nobody else front of me. They were all just pointed to each other. The manager was just around the corner doing nothing. Besides that, the place is nice. Just need better management and happier employees.

I'm blown away having a Filipino Marketplace!!! So many ways to enjoy Ube! Can't wait to come back to enjoy their stunning food court and seafood selection.

I just finished shopping at this location. I had my 2 kids in a double stroller which I also used the bottom tray as a cart...because you know its hard t o grocery shop with a double stroller and cart at the same time... behold I felt like I was being followed...imagine how disgusted I felt. I dont know what protocols you follow but this is screaming disgusting specially when im just trying to shop with my 2 kids and utilizing their stroller since you dont have a cart built for 2 kids. It's pretty ironic and cheap that theyre so busy thinking about suspecting theft but you cant find a single employee for help or asked me if I needed any help. Im glad H Mart finally opened in Vegas which has more superior product/quality and customer service and yes I love Island Pacific better than this junk. Not going to lie I felt offended and also Seafood City needs to put their employees on diversity Classes and inclusivity which theyre lacking knowledge. I had a very weird encounter at another location a few months ago about an employee questioning my kids race "jokingly". Which I guess the colonialism mentality never left some of these people's minds

I love this place! Living a bit far from China town makes it hard to go down and buy certain items. This place has it all! The staff is very friendly and the place is well kept! Will be coming back again soon! Found my new favorite drink!

Seafood city at north lasvegas just open yesterday for grand opening 1/17/2019 .this place has two restaurant inside .today to many choppers was here ,you can have here all kind of fish but sol fish was not there I see that the quality of fish is good and Olso good prices for all products in the store including fruit and vegetables and other products. I assume that because today is the second day of operation the customer service is not really on top of what I was expecting. In general I am sure that everyone is going to have a good experience at seafood city at north lasvegas beside that location is good location especially there Costco and other businesses in the corner

One Star for having no Electric wheelchairs to ride in. So it's quite a challenge to shop in the store. The fishies don't look that fresh. In fact when you pass by you can smell a heavy fishy smell. Their eyes were very cloudy. I would not buy fish here. I did purchase pork Shumai and a few other not so scary items. I wouldn't come back since this is not a friendly handicapped Store. No Way to shop for people who can't walk very well.

Tried to order food at the Filipino food counter. The lady at the front wasn't too friendly, she seemed to be bothered when I tried to ask questions. I decided to not order anything from her. The store had lots of variety of Asian products & the cashier was friendly.

Bought octopus earlier today and it's stinky. This is at Decatur seafood location. Manager should check what they sell especially food because you might end at the ER for food poisoning.

We came to try the cooked foods and bought the Dynamite Lumpia and Lechon. The food was well cooked and the staff working friendly. We were happy to see a Red Ribbon bakery and scored a Mango Cake that we can never get in our state (always sold out). Wish we had more time to explore, but overall a pleasant experience.

This location is smaller than the one in the Bay Area, but it's one of the cleanest ones I've ever seen! It's nice to know when I go back home to Vegas, I can shop for Filipino food! Happy #FilipinoFoodMonth this April!

When I'm craving Filipino food and just want to chill at home instead of a restaurant, I go to Grill city inside Seafood City. Only gave a "4" because sometimes I have to repeat my order since I don't speak Tagalog. But, the food has always been excellent.

I order small pork sisig and small bopis both additional $2 its almost $20 not even good.and not full in the container.come on now.

If you love fried fish come here now !!! I love the fact that one the fish is always fresh and they fry it for you so you don't have to bother with the fish smell I your own home I like to get the Papamoa fish have them clean and dry is crispy cut in 3 and it comes out perfect only have to wait like 15 min . I go home toss it in the air fryer sometimes for a little more crispy ness and season it . This place is always clean and full of nice workers

Store is clean and organized, but doesn't have much of a variety. Had a full aisle of crackers, but didn't even have sesame oil.

Service sucks here. Shame on management for only having two cashiers open at peak times. Super slow service, waited in line for almost an hour and this isn't the first time. Only 2 lanes were open!!! I don't think they ever open more than that. Line was all the way back to the produce. They need to do better.

Sold out dated food that was rotten when we started to eat took back to store and no one apologized to us but gave us a difficult time trying to locate the receipt the food expired on 8/4/23 this is the Decatur store

The meat at Seafood Centennial is funky and smelly. The last time I bought meat at the Seafood City Centennial location was last year. I bought pork tocino. Oh my God! It was totally embarrassing when I cooked Tocino at our RV camping with friends. I tried calling Seafood Centennial to complain, but they did not pick up. I did not hear any response when I complained online. I think they're very aware of the issue because I asked the cashier if they have the same owner as the Centennial. She responded, why? May amoy ang meat? I said, yes. She encouraged me to shop at Maryland location. The Seafood City on Maryland is a lot better

This is a nice and clean location with good variety of grocery. Only downside is some items are pricey.

False advertising!!!! Cooked lobster 16.99 lb on line and when you get there no cooked lobster. They don't cook it for you is what I was told. Live lobster 24.99 Will never shop there!!

The pancit, lumpia and bbq is delicious. It's also reasonably priced. My husband and I go every week him sometimes twice a week. Looking for good Filipino food this is it. Delicious

First time shopping here. I was expecting only seafood but the supermarket has the same things as a supermarket. There is a bake shop, grill, and noodle bar. I had a pleasant experience. Food and other items are reasonably priced.

I bought 5lbs of shrimp and it's missing in my bag when I got home. We tried calling but customer service wouldn't pick up. I will not let this go without a fight. Make sure you check your items in your bags coz cashier probably didn't even care even if he noticed a big bag of shrimp on his counter?

Love that this place is so clean and organized! Also spacious so gives you lots of room to social distance. I used to go to another Filipino Market and this place is so different... in a good way, so I'm glad that I have a new market to go to! I compared prices on items that I normally purchased from the other market and found that Seafood City had better prices. They also offer free frying which I love but I wish they offered other seasoning option, other than salt.

Just watch your receipt, mine was doubly charged on some items and check their foods, the egg roll wrapper had molds, the chicharron expired, when brought to their attention, they try to avoid refunds instead they'd offer store credit, disappointed, it should be like- sorry, here's your money.

I was in heaven I'm so thrilled that I live close to a seafood city. The inside was clean, all produce, seafood area and meat department all looked well maintained nothing looked old. So many different varieties of products. I can't wait to try their hot food area. Everything looked so appetizing, you could also place an order and do some shopping while waiting for order, they call your number when ready. Prices are fantastic too, some items were priced higher than when rung up, little nice surprise.

Anytime I need something for my Filipino or local dish they always have it, great and lots of snacks to choose from. Fresh seafood and fried fish is a go! From desserts to fried chicken skin they got options for you to leave home with if you want something to eat right away also from their kitchen. Other then that I think you'd fine what your looking for here.

Is Seafood City a museum? Because it's enjoyable just browsing and looking at all the unusual displays. Those containers of fresh pig blood...I decided they were either for fishermen who want to attract sharks to their boat or else maybe to cover up evidence at a crime scene. "No," the pleasant worker explained, "Mix it with garlic and add it to your meat as it cooks....real healthy." I didn't ask him about the containers of beef bile, but I'm almost sure it comes from cows who get an upset stomach debating politics. There are a couple of restaurants within the grocery store, one of them being the popular Grill City. Guessing their intent is to show you what to do with your groceries once you get home, how it's supposed to be cooked. They offer a tasty item called milkfish, which I think comes from a sea mammal with breasts used to nurse schools of baby fish. There's also smelt, which tastes nothing like iron ore that emerged from a furnace at U.S. Steel.  It's a little sardine-like fish that's commonly eaten whole...head, guts, tail, and crunchy little bones that don't stick inside your throat.  It even smelt like smelt to me.  There are the dozens of red eggs for sale and where else can you find hens that produce Easter-ready eggs? Odd-colored pastries, jackfruit the size of an armadillo, aisles and aisles of strange food....Seafood City is far better than the other Vegas attractions and every bit as colorful as a Cirque show. This will be my to-go place whenever I need to 'pick up a pint of pig blood in a pinch'.

Came here for the grab and go ready made food. The employee was not nice. They stare at you as if you are trying to steal something. We got the fried fish and skewered meats. The fish had no flavor and the meat was like ground up mush slabbed onto a wooden stick. We should have stuck to our go to, 99 ranch market. The fish is fresh, inexpensive and they fry it for you on the spot for no charge. Consider yourself warned.

With all of the different Seafood City locations popping up around town, it's a bummer that they're not an exact replica of the flagship Vegas location(Maryland Parkway). No Magnolia, Chow King, Jolibee, Valerio's, or Red Ribbon!? WTH? Anywho, we came here to cool off with some halo-halo, and we were planning to get the big shareable bowl like the one that we enjoyed at the Green Valley, again assuming that all locations offered the same items. That was not the case, as only one size was offered, and everything was already pre-portioned(and very skimpy). I guess it was okay, because the cashier decided that she was just gonna do us a favor and charge us a dollar each on the DL which she really didn't have to, but thanks lady! We also enjoyed some turon and carioca which brought me back to my childhood. Service at the hot bar today at 1:30pm, horrible. The older lady with glasses was either being mean to me or she was working on pause. I bought 5 chicken on a stick, 1/2 pound of calamari, box of lumpia, and a 1/2 pound of salt n pepper shrimp. I asked for 4 packets of sweet n sour sauce. She said no! I had no problem paying for them, she walked away from the hot bin leaving my shrimp on the counter wide open in the to go box on her side and she never came back with the sauce or gave me my shrimp she was fixing. Rude.... And if I spend $40 on the hot bar, I should be able to buy all the sauce packets I want... especially if I am getting fried dry items.... And will someone please tell your store manager that the store is hot... I was sweating like crazy walking around in there. Other than the rudeness of the hot bar, the store was clean, very organized, the meat department guy was very helpful to us and a older couple he was assisting.

I really love eating at the deli/food counter at this market. They have a large assortment of Filipino dishes and the staff is friendly and can answer any questions you have about what something might be. If you're like me, you didn't grow up with this type of food so it's nice to have someone who can tell me what it is and what's in it. There are so many options that you can definitely find something for almost everyone, it is pretty heavy on the meat dishes but they do have some vegetarian options. The market is really cool as well, if you're looking to try something new or just looking to change up where you shop. I recommend you stop by and give it a try

Wasn't very clean. Selection was suspect. Prices were higher than I thought they would be. I've wanted to visit since they arrived in town, however I was very disappointed. Will not return and I do not recommend

I'm so impressed by this supermarket. My first time here. Located right off the 215 and Decatur it's very easy to find. It is in the same shopping center as Cosco there's plenty of parking . This market has it all and must I say it is so clean I was very impressed. My husband wanted whole fish to fry and there was a variety for him to choose from. The meats and fish are impressive. I love the variety of foods from the different cultures. Every one working there was so helpful. We were able to get our fish scaled and cleaned which is a bonus as well. There produce department has so many different options to choose from as well . They also have a bakery there and cooked food too that you can order from to take out or eat there. If you have not stopped here it's a must try. You won't be sorry

How convenient it is to have a bigger asian market on this side of town! This place isn't perfect, but overall, they usually have what I'm looking for and more. I haven't noticed price gouging or old veggies/fruits. I do feel like every other time I go looking for coconut milk, the specific brand I buy is not in stock. This also happened before the pandemic. The meats and seafood have always been fresh. They have family packs of tocino, which are delicious. The line for the grill street can be long. If you want to shop AND eat, I highly recommend bringing a partner in crime to stand in line while the other gets groceries.

Stopped by just as they were closing. I have been to several locations, and this one is the best i have seen. This filipino grocery store is HUGE. It also looked very neat and organized, with tons of products. The "food court" area and Red Ribbon is also a Seafood City staple and worth getting food from. I reason why i came here, is because i heard that they had Calamansi plants for sale. It has been pretty hard fOr me to find.. i was so sad when i looked and they didnt have any left..

This review is for those 2 ladies in your new open bakery. I bought bread and that is past 6pm, just got off from work. I don't know why those 2 ladies preparing my order and the other one in the cashier just told me to slap my husband (sampalin in Tagalog language) when I told them I'm in a hurry because my husband is waiting for me at home. Is that really how your employee talk to your customers? Those 2 ladies dont even know me. Even though its a joke, they're not suppose to tell me to just slap my husband if he cant wait! No manners, worst customer service. I still have the receipt, I think one of the ladies' name is Aurora. You guys are rude!

1 star for cleanliness. There is something wrong with their pricing. They have signs up but when rang up at register it's different amount. Example sign says 2 for $1 corn, when rang up it's $0.79 each. Then I wanted to buy those Mangorind candy, they have two different spots, have two different prices but same exact item, like what the hell, which one is it really?! There are 8-10 people in line with only one cashier. We were in line for about 20 minutes, because customer ahead of us is complaining about the prices, she was being charged differently at the register, so she went to the aisle and took pics of what their sign say. Theres something about this place. ‍ other staffs don't care if the line is too long, either they don't care or they say these days.."short staff"

Mood - pork belly Upon entering there was so much to take in. A restaurant, a butcher, a full on bakery, and of course the grocery. I have been searching all over town for pork belly, to be used for one of my Thanksgiving dishes. Not one out of 9 stores had it. So of course we came here. Sure enough 1 piece left. It is sold by piece which is totalled by pound for purchase. $3.99 a lb. Not bad at all. The butcher then proceeded to ask me if I wanted it cut up and how. I was shocked by this. So I just asked for it to be quartered. Afterwards walked the entire store. Found so many snacks and drinks to take home as well. Everything was very clean. Staff very friendly. Would def recommend- pricing was reasonable Location is Decatur/215 - ample parking

Not really impressed. High hopes since I grew up in Eagle Rock which is basically Filipino Town. No Chow King! No Jollibee! What? Why tho? The restaurant they did have was pretty disappointing. Nothing I saw looking very appetizing. Okay I lied. The BBQ sticks looked decent but overpriced as usual. I stood in line for a while and decided I wasn't hungry anymore lol. I'd rather go to Phil House. On the plus side, the seafood section wasn't smelly and actually had fresh fish so kudos for that. Don't think I'll be back here too often unless I'm craving some chippy or sky flakes.

Driving by and decided to stop by to explore what products they had and was overwhelmed in a good way by the huge selection of seafood and Filipino food. Wow! I'm visiting the area and didn't need groceries however I found a great bento box grab and go deal with Chicken adobo, pancit, rice and fish balls. It was delicious!!! I visit often and will be back when I can try more dishes.

Seafood city has a great selection of shrimp and fish, as well as many other kinds of meat. They also have a restaurant and bakery inside the store.

They replaced the rotten mangoes. I really appreciate how fast they responded to my problem so now im giving them 5 starts for that not just because i got my money back but because they are kind enough to listen to my concerns.

So, the 2 newly opened Seafood City markets in over town (Henderson and this North LV location) don't have Jollibee, Chowking or Red Ribbon but they do have Grill City and Noodle Street. This is located where the old Steinmart used to be on Decatur and 215 right next to Best Buy. I'm simply glad they have a location closer to home. Maybe, if Best Buy goes out of business, they can buy that space to put a Jollibee! Just like any of their locations, patience is a huge must. Your Tito, Tita, ate, kuya, Lola, Lola may not be the best drivers - be alert as soon as you get to the parking lot. The people working at Grill City aren't very fast nor efficient creating chaos and a long line and a 45-minute wait for your cardiac delight (which can be any of the fried porky goodness they have like bagnet which is the same thing as lechon kawali, crispy pata, etc). We got better and quicker service at Noodle Street which had less employees! From Grill City and Noodle Street, we've had pork BBQ, bagnet, taho, Beef mami, lumpiang Shanghai, buchi, and siomai. Their taho is less sweet compared to taho you get in the Philippines which is 10x sweeter! But I still like taho no matter how sweet or not sweet it is. The beef mami was good and had lots of veggies. The buchi tasted stale and there was not enough red bean filling. The supermarket side has all the Filipino treats you need. Magnolia ice cream, Boy Bawang, Skyflakes, Curly Tops, Flat Tops, Piattos, Filipino fruits and veggies, Mang Tomas, Nagaraya, different kinds of rice, etc. Don't come here for regular groceries - American brands are more expensive here so, go to Smith's for that. You can buy cut up jackfruit (Sprouts sells the whole jackfruit for like $60! You can't possibly eat all that jackfruit before it rots on you) which is very convenient.

Alls I gotta say is, I've been waiting for such a smell while standing in a parking lot. Lol. Seafood City is Seafood City. I was dying with anticipation after seeing all the other Seafood City stores pop open all around the valley. It's nice to have access to seafood and vegetables that our family eats nearby. Cuts of meat that is familiar and needed for dishes we cook at home. It's like the Filipino mecca. Lol. Because you will definitely find a plathora of Filipinos in it. The layout is coordinated with the layouts in the other locations. Seafood to your far left, produce to your far right. It was a busy first day, but it wasnt difficult to navigate the shopping cart which tells me there's sufficient space. The one on Maryland on a busy day, forget about even pushing a cart in there! Dont wanna kill a person's excitement by giving details, but highly recommend if you are looking for cuts of meat and seafood you will NOT find at the typical grocery stories and your Asian necessities! Especially if you dont want to drive to Chinatown or Maryland Pkwy. No Jollibees...just Grill City and Noodle Street. I'm more than thrilled to have Seafood City around our way. Enjoy!

UPDATE: came by over the weekend and theres now a Red Ribbon Bakery inside the market. YAY!;) Not as great as anticipated, although it's good enough to shop in without having to drive so far to the Maryland location. I like how less crowded it is in the parking lot. It's so much cleaner as well, compared to the Maryland location in Vegas (perhaps because it's new? I hope it stays clean) the fast food store inside ( grille city?) is over rated and over priced for the quantity of food they charge. Although their BBQ sticks are tasty, the price they charge, leaves a bitter taste in your wallet. Tried eating their once and won't be eating their again, unless they change their prices and offer more food for your money, or unless I'm starving and can't wait to go somewhere else to eat. Overall, it all comes down to the CONVENIENCE. you don't have to drive so far to buy your Filipino food essentials. Now when will Jollibee or Red Ribbon open up on this side of town?

Come to Seafood City Supermarket on Tuesday, It's senior citizens discount day. Buy your shrimp, fish, meat and vegetables, you will be discounted.

Soo so excited to have a seafood city on this side of town! Although most of the reviews for this sea food city claim this store doesnt have every little thing that the others have its still pretty dang awsome if you ask me. This place is still pretty loaded for how small it is and i honeslty think this location will just keep getting better and better. The fresh seafood section was pretty on point i was very surpised to see some of the fish as fresh as it was. A TON of clear eyed fish. Even at other markets the fish is very hard to find like that most of the time you just dont even wanna buy anything seafood in vegas because you can just tell the quality. I wouldnt mind spending a hundred bucks or more on fresh seafood here. Very well kept. The fruit and veggie section is very fresh and consistent since opening! Even the tofu selection is pretty on point! Their instant noodle selection could improve very seldom. Check our can either take forever or its super quick. Parking is alright. Stopped at noodle street on the way out of seafood city. place is so good stop and get those red bean sesame balls, and the chilli wontons!!

Great place with seafood variety. Most of it is frozen not fresh like the rest of the US but they do have a wide selection. Friendly people
