Sean Patrick's hosted my March 2025 bridal shower. They were very accommodating. Service was exceptional. The banquet hall was beautiful. The luncheon they served in courses was delicious. The ice cream with homemade caramel sauce they had pre-portioned ahead of the event was unfortunately a bit freezer burnt. Likely if we'd had a smaller party (our group was ~50 people) this would not have been a concern. Otherwise, the event was lovely. Because it was held on a Sunday, we had the place to ourselves, which was a plus.

Christmas luncheon with my girlfriends . We are all in our 80s but still kicken.' The atmosphere is always warm and festive but particularly at Christmas. Starting with the hostess, it was a great experience. She was so warm and personable, and Erin, our server, was spectacular. We just loved her. Packed but never felt rushed and everyone loved their entrees. Been going there for years and will continue to do so, God willing.

First time eating here. Ordered soup and sandwich combo. The soup was clam chowder. Honestly, I'm not sure if it was New England or Manhattan because it was slightly creamy, but orange. It was full of clams and potatoes. It was tasty, but I prefer true New England style. I ordered a corn beef sandwich which was a little dry. I'd go back and try something else next time.

Had a great experience here, we had a large party of about 10, originally was smaller but we weren't sure who was coming. Got a table right away and the restaurant was super accommodating when more people showed up and moved us to a large table special. The food was excellent. I had fried shrimp which was great and also tried a wing from a party member which were really good as well! The "worst" part is they had very odd unpleasant lighting. Everything has a red tint. Felt super weird and obviously shows in the pictures too which makes their food not look as great as it is. The minestrone soup was better than Grandma's! So good! I edited the entree and soup photo to try and remove the red tint, but I left the tint in the other photos so you could see. We were also surprised by the included gratuity without any prior notification. We weren't one check, so it was strange that they added this. Also their msh was WRONG. They said the tip was 20% but their calculation added $6 to my bill. Okay, but 20% off my bill was $7. (Rounding to make this explanation easier). In my case, on that bill I would normally tip $10. The sentiment was shared across the table, so they really only ended up hurting their server, who was great and very attentive and friendly..so I hope they consider that in the future as a way to improve. Also, would have been nice if they lit the candle centerpiece on our table when it got dark.

Google
First time here for a very friends daughters wedding. Atmosphere was absolutely beautiful. Food was top notch, drinks were served fast, a tremendous staff. Every employee was extremely polite. These days it appears people dont want to work! NOT THIS STAFF. EACH AND EVERY PERSON THEIR WERE APPEARED TO LOVE THEIR JOBS. And done their jobs well. Highly RECOMMEND.

Google
Absolutely perfect. Hosted a baby shower for my beloved niece and every detail 100% exactly as we planned. Great location, beautiful venue, delicious food, super supportive staff - all at an exceptionally reasonable price.

Google
A bit dated decor but the food was good in the banquet and the call bay prices reasonable. Service was excellent.

Google
I am only giving them 2 stars because of how poor their communication was on what room we were going to be in for my sisters bridal shower. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant and the food was delicious! They were great organizing everything and talking to my mother and I before the shower. But the reason behind the 2 stars is that I thought we were in a banquet room (picture with yellow walls) as we had booked and we were not given that room. We told them we needed a wheel chair accessible room since two guests at the shower were in wheelchairs and ONE week before the shower I was called and told we were in the "Garden Room" (picture with all the windows) since we were the third party to book and that was the last room we could be put in. I didn't know this room existed, but I had little concern with this at first since I asked what the room looked like and if it was on the website and was told it was still a banquet room. When we got to Sean Patrick's we were thrown in a small room in the back corner of the restaurant that WAS NOT wheel chair accessible and there were no wheelchair accessible bathrooms nearby. We had to get male employees to pick up the wheel chairs and get our guests down the giant 6+ inch step to get into the room. The pictures show the room we were in (room with all the windows) versus the room we thought we were going to be in (yellow room)...as you can see, BIG difference in the atmosphere and overall view/setting. If I had known we were going to be in the Garden Room I NEVER would have booked Sean Patrick's for my sisters shower. The staff was quick to come up with solutions to our wheelchair problem but showed zero sympathy for the situation they put us into. Overall it was a great day, but still very irritated that they waited until the last minute to throw the room bombshell on us and it was too late to change venues. To anyone who reads this review and wants to book an event here, make sure they let you know what room you will be in right away so you wont be disappointed like us.

Yelp
Best Reuben in the area, hands down. Get the sweet potato fries, you won't be disappointed! The staff is all very kind and friendly. I definitely recommend. The inside of the building is very pretty and kind of reminds me of a cute pub you'd find in Ireland.

Yelp
The food was amazing!! The pretzels are deep fried, but so light. So soft inside. Buttered and salted. Seriously out of the world good! Pretzel Perfection

Yelp
The food is always good. Full bar with a nice assortment of beer. Service is generally good although sometimes they are short staffed and you have to wait a little bit. Great Irish ambience. Very large parking lot, which is essential because there's no on street parking. I come here two or three times a year and have never been disappointed.

Yelp
Food was good, service was good. They were busy and tried their best our friends love this place, not on my top 10 list but i would go again.

Yelp
We had good food and friendly service. There is a large parking lot with easy entry to the various rooms of the restaurant or banquet rooms. We went during October restaurant week and had the beef sauerbraten with potato pancakes lunch special. The meat was tender, and the flavor was in the gingersnap gravy. I really enjoyed the potato pancakes and sweet and sour red cabbage. The meal also came with a very small container of applesauce and was followed by a dish of ice cream all for the $15. Our waitress told us the Carmel sauce was house made and was very sweet. I liked that the booths had high backs which made it easy to hear conversations at our table and sat a level above the large bar area centered below. This restaurant has a huge menu for lunch and dinner making it easy to find something everyone would enjoy.

Yelp
I have never had a bad meal here. The spaghetti and meatballs were stupendous!! Taste like homemade food. I also love the steak dinner.

Ann M.

Yelp
The food here is good. They have a lot of options. The service here is excellent! We were a group of four and we were promptly seated and our waitress was very nice. The ambiance here is great. There's a nice large bar. This is a great place to enjoy dinner with friends.

Yelp
They're usually pretty good here, but this visit was probably the worst food we've ever had from here. French Onion Soup 10/10 Good as always. Still a lot of croutons, too many for me. Cheese was awesome of course. Irish Potato Soup Had a good flavor. Crab Cake Appetizer Good. Filet Mignon - medium 5/10 Cooked just fine, but tastes charred. It was kinda dry and had absolutely no flavor or seasoning. Reuben Sandwich 7/10 It did not come on rye bread so it tasted a little off, see photo. Other than that the meat and sauerkraut was good. Oktoberfest special: Wiener schnitzel with red cabbage and potato pancakes 9/10 Schnitzel was good. Potato pancakes weren't bad.. They're crispy on the outside but just too thick to be cooked all the way so they were a little doughy in the center. A couple of them had brown potatoes- gross, see photo. Shepherds pie 7/10 Tastes like beef stew with mashed potatoes in it. Salmon with broccoli and rice pilaf 8/10 Cooked and seasoned well but flavor of rice pilaf wasn't great but it was cooked properly. Spaghetti with a meatball 7/10 Sauce has a weird flavor.

Deb C.

Yelp
This place is always busy. A good sign! The food is great. (I love the Reuben Soup!). The quality of food justifies the higher prices. The servers are super professional and friendly. I've been there a half-dozen times so far. Zero complaints!

Yelp
My husband and another couple decided to go to Sean Patrick's on Valentine's Day We had French Onion soup with lots of cheese it was delicious! Then we had Reuben sandwich's with sweet potato fries I'm very critical on sweet fries cause the original restaurant that started sweet potato fries was Louies Original Footlong Hotdogs on Grand Island Blvd !one day Louie (himself) showed me he used jumbo yams and showed me how to cut them oh well next time I will order fries I definitely would recommend this fabulous restaurant can't wait for Saint Patrick'sDay !!We definitely will be there GodBless Debbie

Yelp
My son and I came for a banquet. Definitely one of the better buffets I've been to. The chicken was tender and tasty, but the star was this cherry pineapple glaze you could get with the ham. Sides included mashed potatoes and penne pasta. Beautiful space. The room was large and spacious. Cool art deco in the hallways and a beautiful red velvet staircase. Very elegant. Great service.

Yelp
The service was attentive and friendly, as our foursome was seated at a booth in the bar area. We enjoyed our meals, especially the Shepherd's Pie, plus there was enough for dinner the next day. Although it was busy, there was nothing hurried about our experience. The servers were teaming up; it was nice to see camaraderie like that. It's been a while since we ate here and everything seemed much improved since last time. Our visit was late summer. The parking lot had a display of muscle cars and oldies music, so we walked around before heading in to dine. It was fun looking at the old cars, peeking under the hood, and talking to the owners, eager to share the history of their prized possession.

Yelp
Jane was a GREAT server for our annual Christmas party. We originally had a reservation for 18 that dropped to 15 the day of due to various conflicts. When all was said & done, Jane thoughtfully took care of 12 of us, making sure we had drinks correctly filled, food orders hot & delicious, and even helped make change so we had fewer credit card charges. Sean Patrick's has traditional Irish food, a great variety of appetizers, salads, handhelds and entrees. While dessert *was* an option, we all wanted to get home before the snow started again - and to watch the Bills freeze the Fish. The restaurant was also thoughtfully decorated for the holidays. We appreciated Jane taking our photo before we left.

Yelp
I do not eat any processed foods in my diet so when looking over their menu I saw that they served Oven roasted turkey dinner. When going to a place like this I assumed the turkey would be a real turkey breast but just to be on the safe side, I did ask the waiter if the turkey was in fact REAL turkey meat. He assured me that it was so I ordered that & my husband ordered shepards pie. When we received our meals I could tell immediately that the turkey was processed by the looks of it. I confirmed my concern when I started to eat it because it was salty & tasted nothing like a real turkey breast. I was beyond unhappy with my meal but didn't want to make waves. I honestly can't believe a place like this would serve deli processed meat. I have been to diners that serve real turkey so I was shocked & disappointed. My husbands shepards pie also was very salty like it came from a can served over mashed potatoes which in my opinion were not homemade. This was our 3rd time trying this place, each time ordering different things on the menu & every time I ate there I was unhappy with what I ordered. The reason why we even tried them a 3rd time was because my husband really wanted to try their shepards pie. We will definitely not be going back there. Nothing seems homemade there & it comes out within minutes of you ordering it which confirms my suspicions that everything is not made in the kitchen.

Yelp
This was delicious. I started with the potato soup... Best I ever had. They have it on there menu all the time and are known for it. We sat at the bar and ordered off the bar menu (full menu also available at the bar also) I had the 3 meatballs with ricotta. The meatballs were a good size and were very tasty. My only complaint was the lack of hard ciders to drink, they did however have a full bar. Just depends on what you like for that.

Yelp
Made a dinner reservation for 6:30pm and was seated as soon as we arrived. Atmosphere is warm and cozy. Great Irish music playing. Waitress was great and we always had drinks filled. My friend and I both ordered the Shepherds Pie, only he got split pea soup and I got salad with house Balsamic. We were both happy with the soup and dressing. The Shepherds Pie was just average. I would come here again and perhaps try something different.

Yelp
We are regular customers here and have never been disappointed. The food is delicious, the service all around is amazing and the bartenders are very friendly and outstanding!! Love it here!!

Yelp
Large menu, reasonably priced, had chicken souvlaki salad which was very good. Was busy on a Saturday night.

Yelp
Just stopped in for lunch with some coworkers and had a delicious lunch! Our server was friendly and prompt and even made sure to make us laugh when we had all ordered our drinks and then subsequently changed them after one of our coworkers ordered tea and made the rest of us also want tea. I opted for their panini special today, which had turkey and bacon w/ a banana pepper aioli. It was delicious. I upgraded to sweet potato fries as well and those were very good. My new coworker loved the beef on weck (his first ever!) and everyone else enjoyed their meals as well. Another coworker got the beef stroganoff special and said it was delicious. The menu is quite large and there seems to be something for everyone. I have enjoyed everything I've eaten here so far and will certainly be back soon!

Lisa Z.

Yelp
Went here for lunch today with some co-workers. We all had soup and turkey sandwiches. The French onion soup was decent although some of the croutons were a bit tough. Turkey sandwich didn't really stand out- they also gave us mayo on the side which felt kind of lazy, like why am I making my sandwich when I'm out for lunch? Waitress was good, seemed to have the whole menu memorized and refilled our water and sodas quickly. No complains with the service here. I might be tempted to come here for dinner and try an actual entree.

Yelp
Went here for lunch with some coworkers. Staff was friendly and the recommendation for the Reuben was gladly welcomed. Delicious! One of the better Reuben's I've had in a while. And the sweet potatoes were crispy and tasty which paired well with the honey butter sauce that came with it. This may become a new regular lunch spot for us!

Jessica C.

Yelp
The food was decency came here on a Friday the salmon was pretty well seasoned. Our server was Erin she was sweet and checked up on us often. The building was well decorated. Over all pretty good

Debra H.

Yelp
We went there as a group of 9. No one mentioned that it would be a problem to get separate checks when we asked when we got there. The service was extremely slow (it took over two hours from beginning to end). By the time we got our checks, the server yelled at us that she was doing the best she could and that separate checks take a long time to prepare. When I stated that she shouldn't take it out on her customers, she kept up her nasty attitude.

Yelp
Good food, excellent service from friendly staff, and relaxed atmosphere. Enjoyed lunch there!

Yelp
Just awesome. Special occasions and banquet staff is excellent. It's my new go to place in the Northtown's. No question you should book this place!

Yelp
We came here last night with a group of friends and hand reservations. It was pretty busy but that's also because it's the holiday's and everyone is having parties. I started out with the Irish potato soup which was soooo good. The waitress was pretty attentive but she seemed a little bothered that it took us a while to order our food. For dinner I had the chicken pasta with cheese sauce. That itself it was really good. One person had Shepard's pie and loved it. Two people had the blackened chicken with bacon sauce special. They both said it was good. Would I come here again?? More than likely yes.
google avatar

Marilyn W.

Yelp
Went there last night with friends and we requested a booth which we got by the window - just a little bit chilly there because of the snow outside but we were fine and had some drinks to warm us up. I ordered the salmon which was really good until I got into the middle of it and it was not fully cooked the waitress quickly brought me another piece and was very accommodating. They also made up a special vegetarian dish for my friend. You guys both got prime rib it and said it was excellent. Love this neighborhood restaurant!
google avatar

Brendan M.

Yelp
Ok, we appreciated the decor, a real throwback to the traditional Irish Pub. But through and through, we discovered this place is the real deal, not like some fake Irish pubs. Example: my Irish Potato Soup came with a doily! Who does that anymore? And the soup, oh my, what a treat! Best soup of 2022 without a doubt. My turkey panini special was great, with bacon, cheese and tomato, so delicious. My wife had the signature salad, a generous portion of fresh, tasty vegetables. Our server, Jessica, was outstanding. This place is one of those that you wish was in your neighborhood, but then I would visit so often that I'd be two tons of fun in little time. So we will just see you next time. Thank you for an outstanding experience.
google avatar

Lauren S.

Yelp
A few coworkers and I went here for lunch when our boss came into town. It was right down the street so a convenient place to go. Walking in, it looks like many of the Irish pub-like restaurants that you see throughout Buffalo, NY. The interior is dark stained wood with big heavy tables. I loved it. The service was fine, the food was average. I ordered a chicken souvlaki salad and it was probably my least favorite that I've ever eaten. The chicken was dry, they used arugula and other non-standard leafy greens. They don't give you a pita, they give you 4 tiny thumb-sized pieces of pita. It was all just very strange. The rest of the group had the beef on weck which they said was delicious, and several got the french onion soup which was also good. Overall, the experience was just very average. Nothing that blew me away, but I would come back to try some different meal choices while on a lunch break.

Yelp
Full disclosure; this charming place is literally minutes from me on Millersport so I've been a regular here for years. Great local Irish pub with the right kind of menu and welcoming atmosphere. When you walk in, it has the ambiance of an old pub, but off to the left is a quaint dining room with a little rustic feel to it. The right part of the restaurant is the huge, warm, inviting bar area. I swear, my first time here I thought I was walking onto the set of 'Cheers'. This is my absolute favorite place to enjoy a Dirty Martini or an Old Fashioned. Great beer list and an awesome little patio outside. The crab cakes, French onion soup, the Reuben, roast beef on weck, and the broiled haddock have been my favorites over the years. I just recently tried their Irish Reuben burger which was outstanding! The waitresses here always incredible! Even when busy, they're extremely attentive to all of their guests.

Yelp
Went here today for a baby shower and stayed after for dinner with friends. Food at the baby shower began with a nice salad(Parmesan peppercorn dressing was delicious) followed by a buffet of mixed veggies, pasta with broccoli, seasoned roasted potatoes, baked chicken(nicely seasoned and moist) and steamship round of the most delicious, juicy beef. A very nice meal and the wait staff was fantastic! Very friendly and great service. After the shower and went into the main restaurant. I had a really good Bloody Mary. For my meal I decided to get the delicious French onion soup and the crab cakes which I left with to eat later. My friends got chicken fingers with fries which she declared were delicious and a sunrise burger which was big and also delicious. Of course being with friends I talked and never took pictures! The bartender, host and waitress were all so nice and took good care of us. I definitely plan to come here again when I'm back in town! Now I gave them a 4 which I wish I could make 4.5. Their only issues were the beer my friend ordered was out and when she ordered food her initial choice was out. It was not a busy day so I surprised when she couldn't get her 2 first choices! Also the bathroom in the restaurant was so tiny! My knees were touching the door! No where near enough room.

Diane R.

Yelp
called for reservations for five people. they take only reservations for 6 or more. in this day and age wouldn't you want the business. not going there anymore.

John A.

Yelp
great steak sandwich combined with the reuben egg rolls for an app keeps bringing me back, service at the bar was outstanding

Suzette B.

Yelp
I will start saying food was good . The service is slow. I had sherperds pie which was great! Hubby had fish fry, was good but he got mashed potatoes instead as a side. Came with no butter or gravy, had to ask bartender for butter ( came frozen WHY ), also had to ask for salt pepper. Our server must have been busy elsewhere cuz we barely seen her. Food good service not so

Yelp
Enjoyed Mother's Day brunch here. We've been to Sean Patrick's for dinner several times and really enjoy their food. All the brunch food was great, especially the fish. They had a great dessert selection too. The banquet room was very nice, this was our first time in there.

Elaine T.

Yelp
I had (believe it or no)t the liver onions & bacon dinner plate. It was absolutely delicious. Ordered it med. and that is how it arrived. So tender you hardly needed a knife to cut. Everyone in our party of 8 enjoyed their meal and service. A pleasant evening . Fish fry is very good also

Yelp
I only ventured this far out of the city because my grandparents were celebrating their 60th (!!) wedding anniversary. My grandmother is wheelchair bound and we had to hire a company to transport her from her home and Sean Patrick's was close enough and could accommodate a group as large as our's so we decided on that. I, being the Yelper I am, read reviews prior to stepping foot in Sean Patrick's and I honestly already set the bar kind of low. I am normally the opposite and try to look at things with the glass half full. We were seated in a section that was sort of private which was nice, I am unsure of the exact number but we had to have been 20+ heads. Everyone arrived in separate groups and some people have not seen each other for years/months and were still saying their hellos and catching up while we were being asked to take our orders. Correct me if I am wrong but from a server's prospective, it would've been appropriate to give everyone a few minutes or even a warning stating "I know everyone is still catching up so I'll give everyone a few minutes but I will be back to take orders in about 10 minutes." Instead my section of the group were the first to order and I kind of just ordered the first thing I saw because I did not want to hold anyone up. I am not the only one that did so- that made me feel better as I can be critical on the service aspect of things. Our food was out within a very reasonable time. I ordered the sunrise burger, medium rare. It was more medium than anything which did not surprise me. The person sitting next to me ordered her burger medium and it was definitely medium well and she instantly stated that she regretted not asking for medium rare. My brother ordered a Beef on Weck, and had to ask for horseradish which was a little alarming- should've been a given. My burger was alright, nothing to rave about and everyone seemed to think the food was edible but nothing spectacular. There were a few times when my water (the only beverage I was drinking) was empty and I had to ask for refills while still eating my meal which also kind of bugged me. I would suggest keeping bottles of water for self refilling at tables as it seems to be a big hand to servers as well. I remember I was still working on my food and had a bottle of ketchup directly next to my plate and one of our two servers came and removed it as it appeared she was trying to get ready for us to leave. She did not even ask and I actually was going to use more ketchup but I didn't even say anything because by that point I was so frustrated with the service. Overall, we felt very rushed. My grandmother did have to be picked back up at 6:30, but that still left everyone to enjoy each other's company. It could be another party of people had that area reserved, but if so that was not stated, and unlikely as it was a Sunday evening. We all left with not the best tastes in our mouth's...no pun intended. I really try not to give bad reviews but I can only hope management takes a look at everything and uses this as constructive feedback.

Yelp
I have always had a great experience at Sean Patrick's. we had our bridal shower there, our friend had their wedding there and I finally had lunch. We went as a group and sat at the bar. I decided to try a chicken Caesar salad, it was $11 which for the size of the salad I was really happy. Everything was super fresh, the dressing was great, and I even got a nice piece of garlic toast. I had enough leftover to take back to work for a afternoon snack. The restaurant is really nice, and the bar is a good size so you can just sit and eat your food right there and it made for fast service. I loved when we had our bridal shower there, my wife was so happy with how they took care of her, helped us with everything and just the overall atmosphere. It is a great establishment and I cannot wait for another lunch date there!

Tanuki M.

Yelp
We've been to Sean Patrick's for years. Unfortunately, last night my husband had the worst meal here - corned beef and cabbage - which should have been good in a place like this. Three pieces of tough meat and about 1/3 of a head of cabbage that was hard and not thoroughly cooked. Part of one potato was black. We both ordered beer and the bartender drew the beers and then left them setting on the counter while she did other things. Our waitress came and went for things at the bar several times ignoring our beers. Finally after certainly 5 minutes of staring at our beers, I got up and went and got them myself. Mind you we've eaten here many times and this was a total disappointment. We understand that every restaurant is struggling now because of staff shortage. But it's still a restaurant... We don't mind waiting. But at least food should be cooked and fresh. And if a bartender has time going back to a back room, she surely could bring the beer to us, sitting right in front of the bar. Wish our experience will be better the next time.

Yelp
My dad made reservations for 7pm on Sunday night to celebrate my mom's birthday. It was a surprise for her that the entire family be there, so we showed up 30 minutes early to get settled before Dad brought her in. Our group of thirteen was seated easily in a section that was part of the main restaurant, but partitioned a bit. That's a nice feature so a large group does not disturb other diners. We didn't have to worry about making noise though. Our group made up the only diners in the entire restaurant. I guess reservations were not necessary! We did ask the server to turn down the music, though, because it was very loud over our table and we couldn't carry on a conversation. Our server took very good care of us before, during, and after our meal. She was attentive, personable, and got every single order correct, which I thought was impressive for such a large group. (And many of us ordered similar meals to each other but with little tweaks and she still managed to keep them all straight.) The vast majority of us ordered a cup of potato soup. I was hoping they'd just bring out the entire pot and let us go crazy, but I suppose that's not protocol. ;-) It used to be that they only made it for special occasions, banquets, etc. But now it's on the everyday menu- woohoo! Delicious chunky potato soup topped with crunchies and green onions is the best way to start a meal. I like that the menu is simple. There are apps, salads, sandwiches, and seafood, beef, and chicken entrees. It all sounded delicious, but I ended up ordering a simple Caesar salad as my main meal. It was good! It wasn't award-winning, but it was good. Husband had a fish fry. He said it definitely tasted like it was brought in frozen as opposed to being made up fresh, but he enjoyed it nonethless. Our boys both polished off their grilled cheeses and fries, plus a small cup of ice cream afterwards! I don't think anyone in the group had a single complaint or regret about their meals. The restaurant allowed us to bring in a cake from home. The server lit the candles behind the scenes and brought it all out while singing Happy Birthday. We couldn't believe the smoke detector right over my mom's head did not sound the alarm! Haha! We all had a wonderful time and were very pleased with the service and food at Sean Patrick's. I can't wait to go back!

Yelp
Sean Patrick's was a perfect place to meet up with family and enjoy a fantastic dinner!!! The atmosphere was so comfortable and relaxing, yet lively with sporting events being streamed on multiple monitors-nicely executed blend for conversations and keeping an eye on your favorite game! The range of choices on the menu definitely offers options for every pallet!! Brianna was the perfect server- knowing exactly how to engage with us so that the pace of our dining experience was perfectly tailored to our needs. I can see why this establishment continues to thrive for so many years! They KNOW how to provide the perfect dining experience!!! Thank you Sean Patrick and team!!!

Yelp
Went to Sean Patrick's for a wedding reception. We got there a little early and like some other guests went to the bar which was in the restaurant half. Not knowing that there was a banquet entrance on the side, we enjoyed the bar until someone realized that the connecting doors wouldn't be propped open, that we could just walk right in where there was an open bar! Once inside, it was a beautiful room. The service was great and the waitress "announced" the Italian Wedding soup and salad dressing choices as they were delivered, maybe just in case someone wanted to know what they were in advance. Nice touch. The meal was excellent. It was a buffet, not overwhelming, but of good quality. Choice of chicken French, or a carving station of beef or pork (or all 3!). Potatoes, pasta, and veggies too. For desert there was a centerpiece of cupcakes at each table, ice cream with caramel sauce, and wedding cake (or again all 3!). As you can tell, there was plenty to eat and all tasty Great job by all staff too.

Yelp
We always enjoy our visits to this restaurant! We grab a booth out in the bar area and enjoy great food, drinks and a little Quick Draw comes in handy too! We recommend Sean Patrick's to friends and family - especially those who are visiting the area!

Yelp
We went back again to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately, with the exception of my birthday, there was still nothing to celebrate. Dinner began with five slices of an obvious commercial Italian bread in a basket. That basket just sets the tone for all that follows. A lack luster experience. At Least put the effort into a bag of dinner rolls, heat them up, toss them in the basket, and make it look like you care. Jeeeeeesh! Just because I have to........my barbecued ribs were pretty plain and on the tough side. The under cooked medium sized baked potato just looked sad sitting there. A generic salad that had a stale refrigerator taste rounded out my twenty one dollar meal. Our other meals consisted of their shepards pie that I have heard many people rave about. Too many mashed potatoes for my taste. My daughter enjoyed it, perhaps you will too. As well we had a large salad with chicken and other goodies that looked tasty. It's name escapes me. A shame the waitress spilled the dressing that was supposed to be on the side. My wife liked the crab cake appetizer. Enough there to be her dinner. I love the atmosphere in the dining area, cozy, warm(fireplace), and intimate. Please don't eat in the booths in the bar unless you are having a sandwich. It is a horrible place to eat a mediocre meal. Well, maybe you should!

Yelp
Yep. I'm in the suburbs. That was my tip the first time I came. Been back twice since. Ive only been for "group meetings" where there is a fixed menu and in a private room. It fine. A-OK fits well. They are good at the "group meal" thing. I just don't love the food. Bland. Overcooked. But that's often the case with group meals. Not sure that's the places fault or the "menu choosers" fault either. reasonable parking.

Yelp
I would give 4.5 if I could... We had an 80th birthday dinner for my mother and we had it catered. The servers Adam and Ashley were fantastic. On point and ready to help. The salad was a really nice size with great dressing. My son and I did not like the choices and asked for the chicken but without artichoke or sundried tomatoes. They made us a breaded cutlet with a lemon butter sauce. Loved it. They did a great job.

Yelp
I've been going to Sean Patrick's since they opened, many years ago and always find something delicious from their varied menu. This time we ordered a couple of sandwiches and they allowed us to substitute veggies instead of french fries and the sandwich could be served "open" or "closed." The parking lot was packed so we expected a wait but there is a lot of space inside and there are tables in the bar area. We were seated without a wait and the hostess and server were both very friendly and accommodating. It's always fun to sit at the wrap-around bar and chat with the bartender while we eat. There are televisions all around so we can watch whatever sport is on that evening. My husband also like the Keno game on the monitor, always hoping to win a dollar or two. This time we skipped dessert and alcohol but both are very good at Sean Patrick's.

Yelp
Saturday night dinner. I got the chicken Bryan. It was very tangy and lemony topped with sun dried tomatoes, goat cheese, and artichokes. The side was a classic baked potato. Everyone we encountered from the staff was polite and friendly. The best item we ordered was the French onion soup. It has thick, toasty, melty cheese baked over it. The croutons had texture and the broth had wonderfully complex flavor. On this particular night, they had a more senior clientele, but this place is good for anyone. I can see why they've been open so many years.

Yelp
Went to the bar on a quiet Monday night around 6pm with a group of 7 people, not busy at all only 4 other people we're there at the time. At first glance i was excited about this place i had never been to, the decor was nice, the menu looked decent. However when we sat down at the bar the bartender gave us an attitude that we were interrupting her evening. She didn't smile once the entire evening, only giving us mean looks every time we wanted to order more drinks. Rushed us into ordering our food to get us to leave sooner and she even closed out our bar tabs before we we're finished. By this time it was only 8pm. We left shorty thereafter. I'm not sure based on our bad experience if we will ever come back to this establishment.
