I've been here a few times before, service is always top notch, food and cocktails are amazing! In my opinion if you just get a beer here you're wasting your experience.. I love a good beer too, but their cocktails are unreal and unique. I sat at the bar tonight; Heather and Rene were great and were very delightful with knowledge to share about their drinks. I would highly suggest checking this place out for dinner and/or at least a few drinks!

Had an Old Fasioned cocktail during Happy Hour along with the chicken wings and poke tacos. Food was good but still a bit pricy due to ordering minimums. We had just come from the Vista Lounge just around the corner and their cocktail was so much better. No hint of any citrus in the drink. Service was good however.

Service was good and meal was decent. The problem is the cost vs the "amazing meal" ratio. We got the 40oz cowboy ribeye to share ,but the steak was tough (ordered med rare). The macaroni and cheese was really good as were the fries. Good place to eat, but too expensive IMO comparing what we got given it was >$100/person (without drinks).

What an excellent experience. Were made welcome as soon as we walked in. Our service staff was professional, prompt and technically sound....both server and support team. Food was well presented and recipes were excellent. Everything was photo worthy and delicious. Staff was on move and working hard. Pasta with fresh tomatoes and wild boar was stellar. Never knew cauliflower to be so sexy. Had only been here for happy hour prior to tonight. Worth a trip to Caesars to have again. Well done to the team.

Came here while waiting for some friends and family to get done at Absynthe, and I was blown away. My wife and I love this place. They also have incredible happy hour deals that we will be back for. Great food. Great service. Great ambience. This is a great place for Locals to go as well. Very hip. Update: Came here again, and it was even better than the first time. Happy hour bome marrow was incredible. More oysters, some lobster and even finished with an ice cream sandwich. Service here is extremely good each time too.

What a great little restaurant. Couldn't get into to The Homestead so we got right into The Searsucker! Great service and attentive two good qualities. Ordered the tomatoe burrata appetizer, fantastic flavors. The steak calamari, yes it was the thickest squid I have every seen, but the sauce was wonderful. Red snapper as a main meal, done to perfection. And an 8oz get mignon, rare on a smear of mash potatoes with a demi glaze that was out of this world. So pleased with our eating experience tonight! Bravo!

Pretty good in the land of the exceptional. Service was great, everyone was super polite. Food was cooked well but nothing blew my socks off. Rib eye You can get a rib eye here or go diagonally to Mesa and get one there. I would say the value and flavor of Mesa make it the better rib eye. Do not get me wrong it was cooked very well, super fatty, but also super salty. It is for sure big enough to share, and they will slice it for you to make it easier. Brussel sprouts The Brussel sprouts were pretty good a little tart but it did cut through the fat of the steak. Calamari This was an interesting take on calamari as it was not fried. Big pieces of calamari covered in a sweet sauce. I'd get it again Bone Marrow It's bone butter, hard to mess up. Very tasty Bread pudding Was very good, a little to much going on. But makes for a sweet finish. Overall a good little restaurant in Caesars. Pick and choose what you get and I think you will have a good time.

The food was awesome and the service matched. I was pleasantly surprised that this restaurant had such good seafood (and brussel sprouts). My husband and I enjoyed our Anniversary at Searsucker and will, without a doubt, be returning to enjoy more of their delicious offerings.
