We can begin with the wonderful and relaxing sounds of the waves splashing, very nice beachside restaurant. Now the food, we had the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls and they were good but lacked the American cheese. The bread pudding was amazing and a definite come back to. Our server, Brittany was awesome, she smiled, she oriented and suggested, her suggestion were definitely helpful, she gats an A++++ for customers service… thank you Brittany! Parking is plenty, the seating is great, the bathrooms are across the restaurant and are the beaches public bathrooms. Overall, great experience, being from Philly, the egg rolls can use more flavoring but we’re good. Its not a place for kids , but a great place to spend time with a friend or your self

Honestly, it seems like lunch may be a better option than breakfast. It felt like an overpriced ihop. Being a local, I was hoping it would be as good as it was before new ownership. Pancakes were great. I ordered a side of eggs (my receipt says “side of eggs your way $3” but when I asked for egg whites it was an extra “$3”. Not very “my way”. On top of that, they came floating in a brown grease. Probably powered and cooked in old cooking grease from a dirty pan. It was disgusting and inedible. $5 for a lemonade seemed a little high. Overall $70 for an adult and 2 kids was ridiculous. We are bummed that we probably won’t go back. We’ll stick to Lemon Tree.

Thank you Marissa and Luke for a fantastic experience at the Seaside Grill! Love the high top tables on the patio overlooking the water and boardwalk. Fresh Coffee and Mediterranean sandwiches were delicious. Great ingredients, wonderful combo of flavors all served with such a friendly, welcoming vibe! Such a memorable morning! Can’t wait to come back. Cheers!

Google
Amazing setting with new high top tables for a view of the ocean. The food was delicious and today I had the blackened shrimp taco, coconut shrimp taco, with garlic parm fries...perfection! Our waitress was friendly and super helpful! It was a wonderful atmosphere for lunch with yummy food choices! I always have a great experience here.

So glad my husband and I stopped by and dined here! The food is good with reasonable prices. One of the most excellent services I’ve ever seen! Shout out to Lily who made sure we were topped up and happy during our whole meal! She even made a special strawberry dragonfruit lemonade TO DIE FOR! We had the grouper bites, burger, shrimp and fish tacos and the grilled corn! The grouper bites were the top 1 for me! The tacos were good, perfect for a beach day. They are not your usual tacos but the taste definitely matches the vibes and location of the resto. Definitely coming back!

Google
Amazing place to have a relaxing lunch time, you can listen the waves sounds and feeling a nice ocean wind. The foods are delicious, the Philly cheese steak egg rolls is pretty good and the blueberry bread pudding is fantastic.

Google
If there was an option of more than 5 stars for service I would choose that. We spoke to 3 different servers because they were social. Not because of an issue. We had Lillian as our main server and she was perfect. Each one was absolutely delightful. Had great suggestions, and were fun to interact with. Food was great, quick, and serving size was perfect. The blueberry bread pudding is to die for. The view is amazing right next to the ocean. Parking is simple and lots available. We can’t wait to return.

Google
Had the best surprise lunch date here. We had the Philly cheese egg rolls starter, steak tacos, Cajun fries and blueberry bread pudding. Everything was delicious, great prices, great location off of the beach, plenty of parking, indoor and outdoor seating, great atmosphere, not to mention, our waiter Kyle and Manager Luke were absolutely awesome. Made the date even better 💕

Yelp
Love this place. Great food at fair prices. Cuban sandwich and Cobb salad were delicious. Our server, Gabby, was delightful -- professional, efficient, charming and funny. Ask her to speak with a British accent. Highly recommend.

Yelp
$14 for a veggie omelette. It was tasty enough, but all it comes with is toast. If you want potatoes or anything else, you pay more. Huh? If you want an English muffin, that's another $3, which is fine if there was potatoes or fruit or SOMETHING else on the plate. We go to breakfast several times a week. This place will be busy during tourist season for the location, when they can get away with that, but it was certainly dead there today, and I see why. Locals are not silly enough to support that. The previous owners always had the place packed, no matter the time of year. That's a one and done for us. Vero Beach has some great breakfast places, where you get a full meal. Mentioned this to the waitress to pass this along to the owner and she said many people say the same thing. Well they're obviously not listening to customers being kind enough to tell them what they want. We can just not return, leaving owners to wonder why. Next time we want to eat breakfast out in this area, we'll continue on our way to Lemon Tree. Or to any of my other favorites (Mrs. Mac's Filling Station, C.J. Cannon's, Toojay's, Kountry Kitchen... ).

Yelp
Simple Clean great ocean location and very friendly staff. Simple food. Freshly prepared and amazingly tasty considering it is nothing special. Bacon and chicken wrap was one of the best I ever tasted. Lots of free parking and overlooking the promenade and beach. One of the amazing thing was after the bill was paid with tip the waitress spent time discussing the area and chatting. This was a first as usually they move onto next punter. Could be a vero beach thing or just friendly staff.

Yelp
**INITIAL REVIEW** I came across Seaside Grill simply by happenstance. I was galavanting around and about Vero Beach, searching for the TurtleTrax turtles in the area. The last turtle I found that day, with my friend Paula, was located in Jaycee Park. It was here we discovered Seaside Grill, and because it was convenient, we decided to eat here. Needless to say, we were happy we made said choice. Seaside Grill (which I will shorthand to Seaside) is unique as it is a small restaurant located in the southeast corner of Jaycee Park. The building itself looks like one of the larger lifeguard houses you'd see on the beach. There is a lot of outdoor seating with a wrap-around patio area, with two entrances leading to a small selection of inside seating. Take note there is no restaurant restroom, or if there is one, it is not available to the public. Anyone wanting to use the restroom will have to utilize the park's public restroom. Paula and I sat inside on the northside of the restaurant. Given suggestions by our waitress, we decided on two grilled cheese sandwiches with our specific sides. I also ordered three tacos to take home. The grilled cheese with our respective sides were delicious. Simple, cheesy with an excellent cheese pull, the sandwich didn't diverge muc from the traditional grilled cheese, but they added some alterations to truly make it their own. As for the tacos, fantastic, too. Ultimately, eating at Seaside Grill was a phenomenal experience. Definitely would go back here if I happen to be around this area again. If Seaside stays consistent, they will definitely earn their fifth star for consistency.

Yelp
We had the best experience at Seaside Grill! Our servers Gabby and Sierra were great and gave great options for our drinks and food. The Seaside burger and the garlic Parmesan fries were delicious It was so nice sitting outside with the nice breeze and umbrellas made it a perfect setting for a beach lunch spot. Definitely recommend and we will go again!

Yelp
First, ask yourself if you would pay $16.00 for the traditional breakfast? Not great service. I expect more I especially expect hot coffee while the view is amazing. I just hope that the staff can become more attentive. Acknowledge you when you walk in the door and come back and check on you at your table. Obviously, the food is fine. You can't mess up an egg. I just hope for a better customer service. I'll try it again.

Yelp
Love to come eat here especially when enjoying a day at the beach. There is a free parking lot in front and indoor and outdoor seating. Food can take a while since it is always pretty busy but it's understandable since it is right on the beach. Great ambiance. Staff is always friendly. I've tried the chicken Caesar wrap, sliders, and tacos and have yet to be disappointed.

Yelp
We decided to eat at seaside since the weather was fabulous and it's right on the boardwalk, waves crashing the whole nine. The service was good the girls were really nice and attentive and our food was also good, the fries weren't hot but they were good. The fish was a good size and the caper aioli they put on is delish. Way better than this restaurant use to be!

Yelp
Arrived at 11:30 with two hungry children ages three and two. Restaurant was half-full. Ordered immediately, no need for menus. Water came out quickly. Then...waited, and waited 10 min, 15 min, nothing. Waited another 15minutes. At the half-hour wait mark, went inside and asked what the hold up was ... they said to me that they were on an "order hold". (a what?). End of the story is that we eventually just got up and left. Along with a few other tables. We were never served. No explanation from staff. What a disaster and so sorry for our crying children! Shame on this restaurant we have always loved, and I predict the owners will not have the courage or integrity to respond to this review.

Yelp
We have been going there since it opened and have not had a good meal or service until this past Sunday. So disappointed my grandson ordered wings which were very dry and hard on the outside. Husband ordered their burger and fries burger had no seasoning at all and our fries were cold. I told her and she took them back for hot ones which took a long time to come back. I asked for ketshup which she for got to bring back. I had smash burger and fries and my burger had no seasoning at all. My fries were cold also. It took a long time to get our food and I think it probably set out and got cold which started the less than good lunch. Don't know what the issue was inside but I hope it doesn't happen again. Guess we will try breakfast next time. TY

Yelp
Views of the ocean and sounds of wave crashing while eating. Waitress was very helpful answering any questions and telling us about their specials. My snapper taco was absolutely to die for, i ordered a second. Shrimp were cooked perfectly, although i wish i could taste more of the pineapple in the cocktail sauce. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
Decided last minute Thanksgiving day for breakfast at this gem-wow! Everything you can ask for-ocean sounds and sights , outdoor and indoor seating with fast, friendly service, amazing food. We were pleasantly surprised to be seated right away and have our orders so fast on such a busy day ..Thanks to Lillian our server and the staff who opened today- we were enthusiastically welcomed and left stuffed...ate so fast i forgot full plate pictures but you will not be disappointed here!!

Yelp
SO much potential, but blew it. Great location, great ambiance, great server! All was well until they brought the food. One dish was completely wrong. One was correct, but just 'sad'. Home fries were just that - home fries cold, dry, bland, and barely browned. No seasoning. No onions. Seems like they came out of a frozen Publix bag. The wrong order went back to the kitchen to remake, but took sooo long. I could have made 3 omelets by the time it came back. Shouldn't a wrong order be on top of the kitchen list, as the other guests already have their meal? I asked and was told no. The correct dish was already cold and mostly eaten by the time the remake showed up. So our meal timing was completely a mess. I know sometimes bad things happen in the kitchen. They blamed a training issue. I heard other tables complain. We might return if they made an effort to comp the messed up dish, but instead they gave us a gift card to come back. I don't know about that concept. I already invested $50 and feel ripped off. I don't want to come back and risk another bad meal. If they wrote off the bad meal with a comp, I wouldn't feel like I was ripped off and I would have tried them again. I know the gift card plan is supposed to get us to come back, but I feel like it's their way of taking advantage of us again. Bad business idea, IMO. Maybe we'll try again. Maybe not.

Yelp
Doing some work in Vero and afterward decided to head down to the beach for a little while. Couldn't pass up eating locally while here, either. We ordered one of each Taco so we could give them all a try. The coconut shrimp Taco had a nice sweetness to it but not overly sweet. The steak was our least favorite. The meat was seasoned well, but it was chewy. The blackened shrimp had a nice saltiness to it, and the sauce on top took it up a notch. The snapper was good, too. The place was a little warm inside, so I wish we would have sat outside, but it was a nice little joint to grab lunch at. Service was top notch, too.

Yelp
Went with a friend, 1st time for us both. Very cute beachside grill. They're really nice and welcoming, inside and outside seating, we sat out it was great and steps from beach. Friend had a special Philly steak she loved it and enjoyed the coleslaw. I had the watermelon feta salad with shrimp, it was good, shrimp were large and perfectly cooked. Prices are reasonable. Definitely a place to come again. Sadly I didn't take pics, I know right??!

Yelp
Nice little place by the water! Stopped in for lunch, and it was pretty good! We were sorta in the sun outside, so that was kinda tough, but our waitress was great and the food met expectations. Certainly would return, I mean, how can you beat that location!
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious watermelon feta avocado with passion fruit sauce salad Brownie a la mode was good too

Yelp
From food to service this eatery is outstanding! Small location with inside and outside seating. Outside is basically on the beach. Wonderful location with plenty of free parking. Don't miss this little beachside gem.

Shaun K.

Yelp
Our server, Gabby was excellent and bubbly. She made the whole experience with my family, the music ambience and views are immaculate, and the food is amazing everything that everyone ordered. We all loved it and we will definitely be coming back again soon.

Yelp
Expensive cause it's Vero beach but great food and great vibe! Right off the beach and boardwalk adjacent to the Jaycee park, this is a cool spot! Menu is good service quick, definitely b back!

Yelp
First breakfast in our new home, Vero Beach. Tom forgot his hat so we ate inside but we seated immediately at about 930am. Blueberry pancakes and a traditional two eggs sausage and home fries plus coffee. Everything tasted good and service was excellent. Clean and neat inside but really a smallish beach hut. Right by the ocean, the park and boardwalk so we went for a walk after. $48 including 22% tip.

Philip H.

Yelp
We ate there yesterday (3/1/25) . There was an unusual long wait to be seated followed by a wait for our drinks and then another long wait for our order to be taken. Something is not well organized. The staff were very pleasant! My wife and I both had the burger. We were both ill later that night. Perhaps the meat was not good, all I know is it's our last visit.
google avatar

Keesha S.

Yelp
Stumbled up on this restaurant while working in the area. Clean, great vibe and good food! Def will return before I leave the area!

Todd H.

Yelp
Walked in the door and didn't realize it was two minutes before closing time. Without missing a beat not the hostess and cook told me not to worry about it, brought me a menu and made me feel very welcome. The service only got better from there. She checked on me regularly and after three cook saw me take my first bite, asked me if everything was good and if he could do anything else for me. (The burger was really good.) Nice atmosphere- you knew you were right by the beach and could people watch as they walked by on the boardwalk. Will definitely be back next time I'm in town.

Yelp
I ate here with my husband and toddler for breakfast. We were seated quickly and our drink order was taken; however, after this, the service wasn't great -- it took them about 10-15 minutes to come back and get our food order and that was only after we flagged them down, finally. The wait staff was clearly struggling -- seemed like they were all in training but with no one to lead them. They were all polite though. From the time we sat down til the time our food came out it was over 45 minutes. It wasn't even really crowded either. And, anyone with a toddler knows that that is unacceptable. Eggs and pancakes should not take that long to cook. My coffee tasted burnt and they never brought me cream. I had to go up to the bar area and take some that they were setting up. I also never got my water. Once our food came out, it was very mediocre and small portions. I ordered The Beach Side omelette without ham, but two pieces of ham were in my order, and it came without avocado. I asked our server for avocado and you could tell she was understandably annoyed at the kitchen for getting my order wrong. It seemed like the kitchen was getting a lot of things wrong. However, I didn't have time to ask them to make a new one because it would clearly take forever, I was starving, and we had to get our toddler down for a nap asap. My toddler had the blueberry pancakes, which were way better than my omelette. My omelette also had all the veggies diced so finely and mixed together you could barely discern the flavors. There was also no salt on the omelette, nor was there any on the table. My husband had the hash which he said was just okay. I also ordered a side of hash browns, which were good, but such tiny portions -- like 4 bites worth. I was surprised the small omelette only came with a side of toast and potatoes had to be ordered as a side. Definitely not worth the price. Because we were seated inside, we could see the kitchen and it appeared as if the kitchen staff was very overwhelmed and didn't have a grip on what they were doing. They didn't seem understaffed, but I could be wrong. Having grown up in Vero, I really miss the old seaside grill. Their eggs were a million times better -- amazing big breakfast omelets. I miss their grits too. It was tasty diner food at great prices with very reliable service. Unfortunately, we will not be going back unless there are big changes.

Tim S.

Yelp
The bar tender was extremely rude to customers and should not be the face of the Resturant. I waited for over five minutes to order and she ignored me. You lost money, I was going to order four bloody Mary's. The food was just so so. I won't be back!!

Liz H.

Yelp
Great service and food! I wish the outside seating was a bit more up to date, but other than that I have no complaints. Also, their coconut cream pie is to die for.
google avatar

Yelp
With this location, on the ocean on a perfect spring day we went for lunch. The food and service couldn't have been better today. Delicious and lovely presentation A real upgrade from my last visit!. I mean a REAL improvement. Emily, our server gets a real thumbs up . Fries could be crispier but the grilled grouper sandwich was tasty. I'll try it at dinner and write a review. Want them to be successful. We are locals, and we care.

Yelp
I love to food here it's filling and taste amazing sometimes you have to wait like 30 to 40 minutes but it's so worth and the service amazing to, 5 out of 5 this is my to go restaurant and when you sit outside it's so nice to here the waves I high recommend you to eat here.

Robert S.

Yelp
Do Not Visit This Restaurant! We waited 22 minutes before being greeted by the hostess. Wait staff were initially attentive. Once we ordered our food, she never returned. After one hour, a woman told us our order was next up. one hour 1 hour 20 minutes later, our food had yet to arrive. The restaurant was not all that busy. We notified a staff member that were were leaving. She asked if we wanted our food to go. I laughed and we left. Horrible experience!!! This restaurant is excruciating organized.

Monica H.

Yelp
Best breakfast I've had in Vero so far. Servers are super accommodating and friendly. Can't get a better view. Super low key but the food was as good as any "good" restaurant.
google avatar

Patrick D.

Yelp
Came in for lunch with friends while in town and loved it. Our server, Paul Was friendly and helpful. I had their Cuban sandwich and thought it was great. My wife had their watermelon / avocado salad and loved it, too. The view is great. The food is great. Our server was great. Loved it and would come back. One drawback was parking can be VERY difficult to find. Having said that, we were here during peak season and it was a Saturday, too. Of course the restaurant doesn't control that.
google avatar

Alicia F.

Yelp
I love this little restaurant by the beach. Great menu, friendly staff and incredible location. The new owners have really done a great job with this place. A new Vero gem!

Mark S.

Yelp
I hadn't been to Seaside Grill since it reopened. I went with a couple of friends on Saturday morning. A beautiful day. Lots of tables available. We sat right down and were served coffee. When we ordered the waitress told us that there were no hash browns available--no breakfast potatoes of any kind despite what was on the menu We were offered French fries or Cole slaw instead. Odd food for breakfast One of us asked if he could get a single pancake instead of the fries. The waitress checked with the manager and came back to say a pancake would cost a $7 up charge. We passed. To make matters worse it took over an hour to be served our food--an omelette and 2 eggs Benedict's. The wait was so bad the next table over couldn't stay to eat their food but had to take it to go. I won't be back.

Ray G.

Yelp
My husband and I were there March 7 for lunch. we were seated immediately and our waitress came in a timely fashion for our drink order and lunch selection. Twenty minutes later we are still waiting for our lunch to arrive. we ask our waitress what the holdup is and she said a few issues in the kitchen. Now a party of 2 who arrived after us are getting their meal. We call our waitress back and tell her we want our check for the drinks and to cancel our order. The manager arrives and said our waitress messed up. At that point the food arrives and we say we are leaving. Took 45 minutes for our food. Too bad the manager didn't apologize for the waitress- it seems she didn't enter our order in the computer instead of throwing her under the bus. We all make mistakes. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!!

Robert W.

Yelp
Food-below average Cost-too high Air conditioner-practically nonexistent Expected more got way less

Richard F.

Yelp
I really want to like the food here, but I've been here for an hour and just got served. I may update this review in a few minutes. We'll see. We are a table of three and one meal still hasn't arrived five minutes later. Coffee half filled. Update: skip the eggs bene. The hash browns also, no flavor, not cooked through. The Hash was decent, heavy on onions. Skip the pancake, fairly rubbery texture. Belgian waffle was ok. Don't expect diner level coffee service, but there is coffee. 10:20 arrival, breakfast stops at 11, food showed up at 11:30. I can tell by tables around us that not all service is slow or cold. We were at the furthest table outside, perhaps inside is better. I

Skylar H.

Yelp
I visit my grandparents in Vero Beach about once a year and I have not noticed this spot by the beach before. The food was delicious! I highly recommend their chicken caesar wrap, as the lettuce and chicken are extremely fresh. The restaurant is small and right by the water with both indoor and outdoor dining options. The service was extremely friendly and we were greeted at the door right away. Very clean as well for being a spot with so many families and sandy feet running through! I highly recommend this place to top off a beach day at Vero!
google avatar

Yelp
Great food, super casual atmosphere. Seat yourself and trust the servers on their recommendations. Francesco was a hoot and didn't steer us wrong!
google avatar

Chadwick F.

Yelp
After a year long renovation, you get clean modern interior along with a flavorless Omelette! I don't know about you, but my priority when eating at a restaurant is food quality. Old Seaside Grill had FAR better eggs, buttered their toast and the sodas were more crisp. So for a year off the grid and likely $500K to renovate, you got a modern interior along with a great view and mediocre food. Staff was solid. Still learning on the job. Food was bad. I felt bad for cheating on my other breakfast stops.

Brigid M.

Yelp
Awful Cobb salad. Lettuce was warm. Chicken arrived about 10 minutes (on a separate plate) after salad. Chicken was old and dry. Wouldn't go back.
google avatar

KayB S.

Yelp
I had never been to SEASIDE prior to its changing management/owners, so I cannot compare. I do like this cute little place near the ocean. The food was great, as was the service. I will be taking my visitors and myself to lunch here again.

Mary S.

Yelp
It's a Sunday morning... up early for a walk and stopped at Seaside Grill for breakfast at about 7:15 am. Service was slow ... just to get our beverages. Another 15-20 minutes for our English muffin, scrambled egg and biscuit and gravy. As you can see from the photos', eggs were way over cooked (browned?) and the English muffin was almost totally burnt. Had to leave and find another place

Ron C.

Yelp
We loved all the food and the service was excellent. From the outside I was nervous to walk in and try it. But I'm so happy we did. And I think you should give it a try as well.

Brian B.

Yelp
First time: Lunch Our first time back to sample lunch under the new owners after a two year hiatus, was great! Paul, our server, was exceptional in helping us. The food was delicious; We chose the Snapper and the Seaside Burger. We will be back to try breakfast. Second time: Lunch Our server was not Paul but rather a nice bearded fellow who was trying hard. Kudos for his efforts. This time our lunch was so-so. Nothing great. Third time: Breakfast (3 March 24; 11am ish) After two lunches (one great; one ok), we came to check out the breakfast. Interestingly, there was a 20 minute wait for a table; a long wait for our server (the same bearded fellow), and an extremely long wait for the check. I mention the waiting because quite a few tables were empty; Yet, people were lined up for seating. Perhaps, the wait staff should be increased. My wife had Avocado Toast; I had the Belgium Waffle, with one egg and hash browns. Everything was just ok, nothing beyond a regular presentation. I found the previously frozen hash browns to be a disappointment due to them not being fully cooked and served cold. It is obvious the new team is trying to make it, and we hope they do! The ambiance and location are fantastic! Unfortunately, the food is not, and we won't be back. Open 7am to 9pm Dr. Brian R Bennett

Yelp

Yelp
Nice staff, great surroundings, well prepared food...and..very reasonably priced, what's not to like?

Sue M.

Yelp
So good to see Jaycee Park Seaside Grill back up and running. They've cleaned it up and of course the location is perfect. We had lunch (grilled cheese sandwich with tomato marinara sauce and a Caesar chicken wrap) and we thought it was great. Prices are manageable, for sure, and the selection was good. The staff are eager to please and Paul especially stood out for us. Super personable and without hovering, he was always aware of who needed what! They are were like that! Highly recommend this restaurant. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because as cute and adorable as they all are, they dress a little too casual. NOT a deal breaker at all so go check them out!

Wayne C.

Yelp
Taco Tuesdays! Ocean front atmosphere at Jaycee Beach. After driving down Ocean Drive on a Tuesday evening and finding our usual favorite spots either closed or too busy, we drove along the Conn Beach boardwalk and noticed this fairly newly reopened Seaside Grill so thought we would give it a try. Good attentive service, food came out quick, though was not particularly busy on a Tuesday evening. Tacos, chicken, steak (tender), and coconut shrimp were very good and tasty. Chicken bacon ranch wrap was very good also. Fries were good. Could have been in the fryer couple more minutes though. Kind of a limited menu but looks good for what is on there. Will definitely be back to try some of the other entrees.
