"Off the Rez Seattle's first—and only—Native American food truck brings Blackfeet fry bread to the Emerald City. Top it with veggie chili, chicken chile verde , or 12-hour-smoked pulled pork for an Indian Taco piled high with lettuce and pickled red onions, then drizzled with cumin crema. Or press a meat patty between two slices for a Powwow Burger, paired with hand-cut, double-fried potatoes. Craving a lighter meal? Try the quinoa salad with a succotash of squash, sweet corn, and green beans, all smothered in romesco (a Spanish sauce of almond and red peppers). Finish with yet more fry bread, sweetened for dessert with toppings such as honey, Nutella, and strawberry preserves."

It’s been a while since I was impressed with a food truck, but this place was incredible! We got almost one of everything and literally every bite was pure tastiness. SO GOOD!!

This review applies to Selah's which has a regular schedule with Seattle Food Truck dot com. It's a decent alternative than venturing to downtown Ballard as you have Selah's to purchase enhancements to the food truck cuisine. Selah's has a seating area, too. They have beer on tap. If I owned that lot I would remove as much of the concrete or put huge planter boxes to create some shade and comfort (the correct word escapes me but you'll figure it out if you know).

I never say this and I never eat them, but this was the best burger. I don't even like red meat! But it was amazing and I had a great workout after, so I guess my body liked it!

I think that Matt Lewis has not only the best New Orleans style food in Seattle but it would be the best anywhere. His restaurant closed but his food truck is still making incredibly authentic New Orleans cuisine. Having lived there for two years myself I can attest that his po boys are the real deal. His beignets taste the same as if I bought them at cafe du Monde. My favorites at his truck are: the oyster poboy, andouille sausage poboy, red beans and rice, the jambalaya is amazing and the cornbread. However everything is good. Keep Chef Matt thriving and go-to this truck it's really great

This is for Lucky Luciano's food truck. Mediocre food at a premium price. Pulled pork was cold

The best chicken I've had in years. Beats out the stuff I had in the south, too. Try the Swagg sauce. It's phenomenal.
