I wanted to share that your pizza bagels have been a massive success at Smokin' Willy's! Our customers can't stop raving about them, and we're so grateful for the consistently delicious products you provide. We also appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of your team. They're always a pleasure to work with. Thank you for your hard work and dedication. We value our partnership with you.

I always regret my decision when I order a muffin or cookie from a coffee stand and they hand over something from this brand. It’s always stale. I just brought a cookie that could probably chip a tooth. I don't know if it's a lot of coffee stands where I live just like to hang on to pastries until they fossilize or if they are just made that way.

I am a new customer and the customer service I received was nothing short of amazing!! So refreshing to be treated so well these days. I did get 1 box of wrong flavor but they shipped the correct one out within 24 hrs. No charge along with an assortment of new items. Great place definitely five stars.

Bought a granola nut bar at a coffee shop in Northern California yesterday. Looked so good and was except for the taste of rancid nuts or oil. No date or code anywhere on the package to identify when it was made. Too bad because it is the makings for a delicious and healthy bar.

I recently took over a coffee Stand that uses Seattle’s Favorites, after months of a sales rep calling me trying to earn my business for other locations I have I decided to keep trying them for this location. ( should have second guessed it when the owner I bought from also have a negative review about them) I call to place an order and inform the girl Ashlee (Ashley) who clearly has no customer service skills that I had purchase the stand was intrested in using them, she informed me my delivery day would be Wednesday as I called on Monday not once did she explain the procedures on ordering them or offer to send me information to get setup under my establishment anyhow she explained that I needed to place my order by 2pm on Tuesday for Wednesday which I called, Ashlee’s (Ashley) tone answering the phone was very unfriendly I informed her who I was and she proceeds to call out my business and the previous owner and I reply that’s correct, she then proceeds to say we need the info on you ( totally understandable, you couldn’t have let me know what you were going to need the day before...... lack of training if I must say!) any how I proceed to ask for the sales rep who had been pleasant and wanted to earn my business, she claims he was out on vacation and that I could speak to his manager which I was all for as I didn’t want to speak with her any longer, she returns on the phone and both managers were in a meeting and was going to call me back and guess what NO CALL! This place has went down hill since it changed hands and the negative reviews are saying so much, First impression says a lot and after talking with Ashlee (Ashley) it set the tone for me! Anyhow I’m not one to review but this business practice is unacceptable and great job, I have two other locations and own a total of five! Smart you never know who you’re dealing with and I have tons of friends in the coffee business!

Yelp
Multiplication versus division? I purchased for first time Seattle's Favorite peanut butter cookie in a cafe a bit South of Kent and found it flavorful and offering all-important peanuts. Here I'll admit that for me a cookie or bar without nuts of some sort or origin will always send me on my way to seeking a sweet offering nut-filled goodness. This tasty cookie contributes to my awarded score. The gap between my awarding a 2- versus 3-star review of this one cookie is attributable to packaging, specifically printing in bold 210 calories that, upon closer scrutiny, is per half serving; not total 420 calorie content of the full monty. As one of my attorney friends would frequently remind me: the big print giveth; he little print taketh away. Easy peasy, multiply 210 X 2 and you arrive at total 420 calories offered in one whole cookie. I prefer and recommend Seattle's Favorite cite 420 calories per cookie and I'll divide that amount by 2 to arrive at 210 calories in half the cookie although cookie is tasty enough to ensure I won't eat only half. That's me and all I have to write about Seattle's favorite peanut butter cookie. Multiplication versus division?

Yelp
I love their muffin tops. Chocolate Chip is my all time favorite. Freeze it and let it thaw just a little so the chocolate chips are still frozen. It's my all time favorite dessert. I love how easy these are to find now. These are sold at so many different espresso stands. Dutch Bros always has them in stock! Try them you wont regret it.

Yelp
No Customer service. I thought I would write them to let them know I found a piece of wood in one of their cinnamon raisin cookies. And no, it was not a piece of cinnamon - I know the difference - this was an actual piece of wood about 1/8" x 1/2". These things happen. No response. So, I thought, I would send them a picture so they would realize I wasn't just trying to get a free cookie, uh, for taking the time out of my busy day to write an email - ?? I thought I was doing them a favor. I guess I thought I would get a "Oh no - we are sorry." Nothing - a week later, after the two quick emails, not so much as a response. So here you go - this is your feedback in a public forum. You kinda suck. Your cookies are good, aside from he wood, but your PR/CS sucks.

Yelp
Issues with getting orders and having fresh products! Will not be dealing with the company again, they make no effort to have good customer support!: wanted to update this review, I have been contacted by a manager who fixed the issue I was having and the CEO called me and is personally going to make sure I don't continue having issues! This is much better customer service and I am happy to say I will continue to do business with them! Thank you Seattle's favorite! VBE

Yelp
Awesome company with only top quality goods. They use only the best ingredients and strive for the best cookies out there. I come from Atlanta every year just to get my cookie fix! The muffin tops are super, the bars are great and they have so much more. Also they have a deli/bakery right at their warehouse site so go by, you won't regret it!

Yelp
I used to work for this company as an assistant with production, delivery, the warehouse/shipping, and the office with taking phone calls and orders. The atmosphere was great and casual. Seattle's Favorite Gourmet Cookies & Dessert Company was created to provide the best tasting "homemade" products that would please the palate of the upscale consumer. They vow to create the ultimate gourmet cookie and quickly became known for the best cookies, muffin tops, dessert bars, and baked treats around. The business started in 1995 by Bob and Robin Peterson and now the company has grown from delivering to four local convenience stores to well-known companies with customers all over the United States. There products now include pastries, fresbar's, marshmallow treats, waffles, and oatmeal. From what I remember their bagels, biscotti, erin baker's cookies, and specialty holiday/season cookies are distributed from other companies. Now, they've added a few more with some of their new products. This business is just getting bigger and better...great job!!!

Yelp
Twice now with their muffin tops from dutch bros I bit into a peice of paper like wax paper so gross.

Yelp
I've ordered several items from Seattle's Favorite and had them shipped to Utah. In the last week, there were two charges for over $100 on my credit card (which I just discovered today). I have called FOUR times to reach their accounting person...left two voicemails, was told she just walked back to her office (goes to voicemail) and then was told she would speak with me (went to voicemail). The fact that they do not find it necessary to respond to obvious fraud by one of their employees is very telling. I will NEVER order from them again, and the rest of you should be aware when you use your credit card there.

Yelp
i also found a piece of wood in my granola nut bar today- I actually bit into it! I called their number and was chuckled at and told that they would let someone know. The sad thing is that their granola nut bars are one of my favorite things and taste amazing! But after the way I was treated today and also seeing that someone else found what looked like bark in one of their items I don't have any intention of buying their products again.

Yelp
This company is absolutely fabulous! I live in Southern California and sent cookies and bagels to my son and nephew who are both "starving freshman" students at the University of Washington. I got my nephew's address wrong and sent their delivery guy on a wild goose chase on Halloween! They were very accommodating and successfully delivered my goodies to the boys. Talk about going above and beyond...awesome customer service!! Feedback from the boys was that the cookies and bagels were FABULOUS! I will definitely be doing business with them again!
