Best New Restaurants in Wilmington, North Carolina | Eater Carolinas

"One of the downsides to many beach towns is that the restaurant scene tends to be a lot of the same thing—after all, if a family is only visiting once a year, they tend to want to stick to the tried and true. Carolina Beach’s Seaworthy Kitchen + Bar manages to please traditionalists while also sneaking in some upgrades to a classic beach town menu. Sure, there’s Calabash plates and fried mahi tacos, but there’s also a “Surfboard” (think seafood-heavy charcuterie board), hot honey fried chicken served with smoked onion lardon potato salad, and ginormous lobster ravioli served atop a red pepper coulis sauce. It’s beach food with a fresh facelift." - Matt Lardie

Let’s start at the beginning. Before you come make sure you get a reservation because this place is going to stay packed for a long time. Yeah, atmosphere was warm pleasant the staff was more than welcoming and extremely friendly. The food was fantastic. From the surfboard charcuterie, all the way to the spoon bread that tasted like heaven. Go for drinks and dessert or have a whole meal. You’re not gonna go wrong. Absolutely love this place and will definitely go back whenever we’re in Carolina Beach.

A Perfect Evening of Fantastic Food and Service! My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful dinner at Seaworthy Kitchen and Bar. We had a 7:00 PM reservation but arrived a bit early, and the staff's response set the tone for a fantastic evening. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and instead of making us wait, they graciously rearranged a few things and had us seated within minutes. It was a remarkable first impression. The great experience continued with the food and drinks. I started with a Mai Tai, which was expertly mixed, refreshing, and genuinely tasty. For my appetizer, I ordered the clam chowder. It was rich, creamy, and exactly what you hope for in a good chowder. For my main course, the shrimp and grits were a standout. The dish was perfectly executed and absolutely delicious from the first bite to the last. The side of hush puppies I ordered was the perfect complement—crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. My wife ordered the tuna steak, and after trying a piece, I can say it was also excellent; fresh and cooked beautifully. Throughout the meal, our waitress was the epitome of professional and pleasant. She was kind, courteous, and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, Seaworthy Kitchen and Bar exceeded our expectations. From the welcoming staff to the delicious, high-quality food, it was a five-star experience all around. We will definitely be back!

Our family had the following meals: • shrimp burger (special) • Tuna steak • seared scallops & side Caesar salad • mahi tacos (not pictured) • kids chicken & macaroni • kids bacon cheeseburger & fries I thought the restaurant was beautiful. The owner or manager and our waitress were very nice & attentive. Overall it’s a smaller menu but the food is very good. I would recommend this restaurant to others!

Google
WOW! This was a class act dining experience! First of all, Sarah took amazing care of us. The scallops, mac and cheese, and hot honey fried chicken were delicious, as well as the sparkling lemonade and sea salt caramel martini. We dined quickly, but were not rushed, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Will definitely be stopping again and can’t recommend enough! Great gluten-free options!

This restaurant attempts to be upscale but fails to deliver. We are truly not sure how they have such a high Google rating. We went in for dinner and originally got turned away because we didn't make a reservation. They had more than half their tables open. They rearranged and found us a table. We ordered calamari as an entree and fish tacos. The tacos were quite bland and the calamari was inedible. I told the server I couldn't even bite into it because it was so rubbery. The server told me "that is calamari". In the end, they replaced it and we heard the manager commenting to the server that it was overcooked. Prices were steep and food just wasn't tasty or cooked properly. At one point I needed to use the restroom (a one room unisex) and my husband said he'd stand outside because the lock wasn't working. The manager overheard and argued with my husband, and then he followed me into the bathroom and started to lock the door with me inside with him. That was weird and very creepy. We almost left then before we ate. Now, I kind of wish we had. Sad because the place looks promising, but fails to deliver. If we go back to visit this area again, this will not be on our list for a repeat visit.

Had the most incredible dinner and service for my birthday. Staff was so kind and attentive, the kale salad, salmon, and chocolate pudding were all amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a better meal!

Google
Honestly, I had an awful experience. I understand that situations arise and perfect service is not always guaranteed, however the experiences I faced could have been fixed/avoided. For starters, my party of 4 was told that we could be sat at a table if we were okay with rushing through our meal in order to accommodate a future reservation… that’s just very off putting. Being told I’m going to need to rush through a meal I’m paying for? Maybe instead, “so we have one available table right now, however a reservation coming in and I would hate to rush you. Can I offer you the bar or place you on the waitlist?”. This was the owner keep in mind. THEN, my chicken was very unpleasant, and when the owner checked on our meal and I voiced my concerns, he dismissed me and told me to “look it up” after mansplaining how the chicken was cooked. Once again, it felt like there was no consideration given, rather that I was an inconvenience. Feeling belittled, I paid my tab (even though my meal was barely eaten) and left… only to in fact “look it up” and determine that my meal should have been cooked better and reconciliation was not too much to ask for. I won’t be returning, and won’t be recommending either.

Google
The food and drinks were excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Great spot for a romantic casual dinner or a night out with friends. Making a reservation is highly recommended if you don't want to eat at the bar during the dinner rush.

Yelp
Our first time at Seaworthy did not disappoint! What a treat to find such well thought out and prepared dishes right on the island! Service was great and the food was so delicious. You must try the surfboard...full of surprises in each bite. Portions are very ample and each bite was perfect. We will be returning often now that we've found this hidden gem in Carolina Beach!

Yelp
Owner was really great - just an accommodating and great spot w local seafood and good vibes. Wasn't a free for all w reservations (we walked in). Wait staff was pro. Instinctively splitting a kids dish up, etc.

Yelp
Seaworthy is a great newer restaurant that we have added to our must visit places when we are at Carolina Beach. We tried them out last summer a few months after they opened and again on our last evening at the beach. They have added new dishes to the menu that were all delicious. My husband was very happy to see that the New England clam chowder was still on the menu. He almost killed the entire bowl before I had a chance to sample spoonful! His was so good that I almost ordered a cup for myself! The restaurant is tastefully decorated and centered around an open and airy bar. We decided to sit at the bar since they were not busy on a late Thursday evening before the craziness of Memorial weekend / peak season begins. The bartender was cheerful and attentive throughout our meal. She gave us great menu recommendations and answered all of our questions. Since we were leaving the beach the next morning, we decided to share several appetizers and the delicious catch of the week, fish tacos. You had the choice of grilled, blackened, or fried flounder. Naturally, we picked the fried. We were not disappointed. They tacos came with a large ramekin of black bean corn relish. It was not my favorite but a little more seasoning and healthy dose of cilantro would set it right. We were going to order the bruschetta but the bartender highly recommended the Caprese salad. It was definitely one of the best dishes of the evening so thank you! Seriously, you could put that pesto on cardboard and finish every single bite. I just ended up keeping the appetizer plate to wipe up the remaining pesto with whatever else I was eating. Fish taco, tuna, cucumbers, etc. So good! No shame in not wasting every tasty bit. We also ordered sesame ahi tuna tartare that was served with crispy wonton bites, thick sliced cucumbers, Wasabi aioli, and a ginger pineapple ponzu. Another absolutely delicious sauce that we spooned over each bite. Thank you, Jesseca for your fantastic service and Seaworthy for a delicious meal. We look forward to visiting again on our next vacation!

Yelp
The food we ordered was very good. My wife had the Atlantic salmon and I had fried mahi tacos. We also shared a tasty bruschetta as an appetizer. The service was great and everything came out in a timely manner, warm and ready to eat. The room was a little loud but not enough to distract from a super meal.
google avatar

Sharon D.

Yelp
The restaurant has onsite parking. It's clean and decorated nicely, and we were seated quickly (made a resy). Our waitress was really nice and helpful. The food was good, some dishes better than others; the Mac & cheese, shrimp and blackened salmon were great, as was the smoked Caesar salad. The kids' chicken tenders and French fries were good. But my son wasn't a fan of the spicy chicken thighs.

Yelp
We made a reservation for dinner. The restaurant is small, so you definitely want to do that. Beautiful decoration and wall paper . We were sat right away and Makenna was our server. She was excellent, and suggested I get a salad with my dinner because it was small. I was really thankful she did. We both had cocktails, and they were great. The food was delicious. The portions are really small, and I wish they were larger. Also, my ravioli was cold for some reason? The food came out very quickly.

Yelp
Another great Brunch spot on the Island! Don't think many know that this restaurant just started opening for Brunch on Sundays at 10 am! Decent menu, large portions! Prices add up with a couple of drinks, but have another meal to go with leftovers! Flavor was great and service was excellent too! They change menus weekly and suggested they add Eggs Benedict to the mix!
google avatar

Lauren B.

Yelp
Service was fine, but the food was lacking.....mostly in flavor. Some dishes were really good and others were really bland. The restaurant definitely has potential, but we all left feeling meh.
google avatar

Arnie L.

Yelp
In town for the night...my friend suggested we go. We start with a couple of drinks and they were made just right. Next the Trio Of Dips. They were all very tasty. I even had the Pimento Cheese Dip, and I hate Pimento Our Burg8wrre both good. One Half Pound Mid Rare and the other Black Bean Veggie Burger. Service was excellent. Definitely sit at the Bar and have Matt wait on you!
google avatar

Valerie D.

Yelp
Very disappointed in my recent visit. I had the red sea bass tacos and they smelled and tasted Fishy. I was starving so I ate 1 of the 3 but honestly didn't enjoy it. I did love the chowder soup I ordered, it was delicious. Husband had the shrimp and grits and said it was good. Service was excellent and the ambiance is OK. Not sure what's off but I feel like it lacks a fun relaxing atmosphere. It's a little too sterile maybe?

Yelp
Made a reservation and ate here for a second time. Funny, we sat in the same table. Menu is a little different from the first time and now their deep fryer is working so fries were available. Also they have high chairs now and nice that they are on 30local. We ordered the crabcake sandwich and the scallops dish with sides of macaroni and cheese and fries. Everything was great, but the macaroni and cheese wasn't as creamy as the first time. The scallops were perfectly seared and came with this delicious garlic pesto orzo. I wished it included a vegetable to make it more balanced (and interesting), especially considering the price at about $30. Fries were thin and crispy. Could've had more seasoning evenly distributed though. They didn't have a hardcopy of the dessert menu, but they did have desserts, which they did not have the first time. Went with the key lime dessert, which did not disappoint. It was a different texture than the usual key lime pie, more mousse like with a graham cracker crust on the bottom. Overall, had a good experience and will be back again.

Yelp
Delicious food, seemingly quality ingredients, great customer service, warm atmosphere.

Yelp
Good food and a reasonably priced menu. The Pirates Penne Pasta had a good creamy sauce. I would recommend adding a protein, I did not add one. The gumbo was delicious. The service was amazing. Our server was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The establishment is clean and the nautical decor is lovely.

Yelp
We stopped by at this restaurant during summer vacation and loved and enjoyed the place everytime. Great food! Awsome service! Nice atmosphere!

Yelp
Hidden Gem! We were looking for somewhere in Carolina Beach for a good seafood dinner on a Friday night of the Fourth of July weekend. Even though we waited until the last minute, we were able to easily make reservations. The restaurant is clean and open. Because of the tile floors, it was a bit loud, but not terribly so. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The menu is limited, which is a good thing. They have a good selection of cocktails and wine. I ordered the pan-seared scallops with garlic pesto orzo, plus a side salad with Caesar dressing (thinking that the portions might be small). The Caesar dressing was delicious and fresh. The portions were not small at all! The scallops and orzo were very well-seasoned and perfectly seared.

Sarah D.

Yelp
Delish and unique offerings-had the fish of the day tacos and my husband had the calabash fish-tacos won but both were tasty. Had the key lime tart for dessert. Is an illusion dessert-looks like mashed potatoes-light and fluffy key lime cheesecake with graham cracker bottom crust. Casual dress-as it is a beach resort area-small parking lot Wait staff was slammed but on point. Recommend having reservations.

Gman G.

Yelp
They have this mixture plate which was just brought to us that we ordered to try it out and it was very little on there but for a big price. The waiter was a young man and he tried his hardest and he was the only one handling every table in that restaurant. Behind us was a four people that sat down been a one lady wanted the lobster bisque but I advised a man that they're out of it and he stated well we're going to have to talk to the owner and the lady crossed from him says I am the owner. Well how can you run out of something like that on the menu. Overpriced, and you can't hire a criminal to work in the kitchen, that will lose your business. The teardrops on her both eyes means that they have served printed prison time and/or are in a gang.

Yelp
I have been here two more times since my first visit. The second time was during burger week. I heard the owners of this place had another restaurant, maybe in Raleigh, and it had one like 15th best burger in the state? So I figured I had to try their burger week special. I was extremely disappointed in them. They had 3 sliders. One had a crab cake on it. It was my least favorite flavor combo. The other one I think had pimento cheese. I don't remember. And the other was just a normal bacon cheeseburger. I asked for no bacon tho. The burgers were over cooked and flavorless. They were so dry they were kind of crumbly. Some bites were like eating gravel. I wasn't happy with my decision to try their special. I couldn't believe that this person won any kind of burger award or acknowledgment. I wouldn't even say they have the 15th best burger on CB based on this experience. The next time I went I went specifically for a pumpkin martini. I stopped in on a Monday. They do half priced martinis on Monday! So that was a great deal. It was $7 for the pumpkin martini. It was very good. Nice flavor and spices. I also decided to get one fish taco and I was there during happy hour (3-5) so they were $3. Not a bad stop for $10. The fish taco was outstanding. The fish was succulent and had great flavor. All the toppings complemented each other and made for an excellent bite. The plate they served it on was really funny tho. They put it on an appetizer plate which is super small. Yes the taco fits on it but once you pick it up and take a bite most of the toppings that fall off land on the bar, not the plate. It was a bit of a mess. Maybe putting it on a salad plate would work better. I plan on going back for another martini. The list was short but the ones they have sound like something I'd like to try. I would definitely get another taco too.

Yelp
In Carolina Beach, I highly recommend Seaworthy. The Triple Dip Sampler was a hearty appetizer for two. I had the stuffed snapper special that was exceptionally good, and my colleague had the rich and delicious shrimp and grits. Everything was so good we even splurged and both had dessert: the pot de creme and the key lime tart. The service was prompt and friendly, and the ambiance was comfortably upscale.

Kristen K.

Yelp
My husband and I stopped in for a drink and what a cute place this was! It was spacious with a nautical feel to it and a nice bar area. We ordered the tuna tartar, which was delicious. We would definitely go back.

Yelp
We are excited to try this restaurant. Arrived at 8 o'clock. They close at nine. Figured we had plenty of time. Our table had already been cleared. No silverware, no salt and pepper. before we order the server told us just so you know the kitchen closes at nine. We ordered by 815 were told at 8:30 that it was last call I asked for the kitchen ?she said no for the bar as well. My daughter enjoyed her salmon. The shrimp and grits were very good. I ordered a medium steak which was more on the rare/medium rare Food was OK overall but definitely not worth, the money and we felt rushed the whole time

Zachary M.

Yelp
If you're looking for good seafood and drinks, this is the spot to go! We got the espresso martinis (specifically the salted caramel) and they were the best espresso martinis we've ever had. For food we got the clam chowder as an app which was amazing, then the salmon and scallops for the main course and they were cooked perfectly and tasted phenomenal. Highly recommend this place for the food and ambiance! The owner and his staff are awesome too, such a good experience

Leah Y.

Yelp
We are Kure Beach locals and always struggle to find an elevated meal on the island. My husband surprised me with Seaworthy for my birthday this year and, let me tell you, this is a great little restaurant. Wonderful food. Our server was awesome. We had the "sufboard" which is their version of a seafood charcuterie board. Fantastic and enough for 2 people to easily share. I will fully admit to having a complete crush on the smoked salmon - clearly smoked in house. Everything was fresh and perfectly prepared and I could tell they take pride in the items they serve to their customers. They change the menu with the season from what I understand. We are looking forward to going back for the next iteration to see what chef will prepare. Make reservations - even in the off season this little place fills up quickly on weekend nights.

martha r.

Yelp
the location is good. The interior was beautiful. The service was also very good. The food was absolutely not up to expectations

Peter R.

Yelp
a very cute location. Beautiful on the inside and the service was great. The drinks were absolutely as expected. The food was disappointing. For the lobster ravioli we received three raviolis which were dry - in a tasteless sauce for $27. The salmon was ordered by a friend and was very good. The basic fish fry., calabash, fish, was subpar. This is not a beach bar restaurant. This is a very nice restaurant so our expectations were higher. I would not recommend other than going in for a beautiful drink in a nice location

scott p.

Yelp
Had a reservation for 2 at 7:15pm and were seated right away. Our server was great! Drink order taken and came quickly. Wife had a margarita which was awesom. I had the sparkling lemonade (not sparkling, not lemonade, no likey). Had tuna tartar for starter which was excellent! Wife had Kale and Beet salad, also very good. Lobster ravioli for her which was good but needed seasoning from what she said. I had the special of the night which was fried honey chicken with potato salad and broccolini, really good! All in all we were in and out in 45 minutes. Service was top notch, food was all really good. Was a great date night!!
google avatar

Marcia R.

Yelp
We went for a date night and couldn't have been happier with the food and service! Had the shrimp Louie, calabash platter and finished with the most amazing chocolate mousse!! Everything was fresh and delicious. Look forward to going back!

Yelp
Appetizer. Crab dip. Very good. Dinner. I got Gumbo. Spicy good. Would have liked some toast or chips and a couple more shrimp. Wife had fish "tacos." The tacos are about half as large as you would assume. Looked like a great appetizer. Nice decorating. A little too much like a cafeteria. In and out in 40 minutes. Not as comfortable and inviting as we like. Pretty good. Three and a half stars.

Kristen F.

Yelp
Tried the happy hour and was very pleased! Had fish tacos, pimento cheese dip, shrimp cocktail and chowder. Would skip the shrimp cocktail next time but everything else was wonderful and great prices! Great decor and Sam was a great waiter.
google avatar

Jay Y.

Yelp
Ate dinner here last night. Atmosphere is casual, but nice & modern. I had the shrimp and grits and it was fantastic. The other three members of our party got tilefish tacos (which are half-price on Tuesday night!). Everyone agreed they were delicious. One of our party liked them so much, he ordered another plate. Prices were reasonable. Service was fine. Highly recommend.

Donna P.

Yelp
First time at Seaworthy, I ordered the salmon and coconut rice meal. Excellent food, I gluten and dairy free so I was impressed they had something I can eat. My husband ordered a pasta dish, he said it was good but the potion was small. Its pasta and its cheap so the portion could be larger. I gave 4 stars because the tables are up against the bar and it was LOUD ! But I will be back because the food was good.
google avatar

Sandi W.

Yelp
I've been here twice now and neither visit disappointed! The only negative i can add is about the mussels last week. My husband ordered them for dinner and the quantity was just too little for a dinner portion. Fortunately I had the Cobia and it came with more rice & veggies than I could ever finish. So neither one of us went home hungry. Our server was the same as our first trip & it was great to be recognized and she was prompt and sociable as was the hostess. Keep up the great work guys. We'll be back!!!

Sheri ..

Yelp
The food and service were amazing! The decor is very cool and upscale. We were greeted by one of the owners as we entered and he was courteous, fun and accommodating. He managed the busy night to perfection! Our server Jen was so knowledgeable and friendly and catered to our every need. This is a definite MUST if you are in the area!

Stefanie E.

Yelp
Fresh food and swanky atmosphere. Love the cocktails, fresh salads, sandwiches, tacos. I have yet to find something I did not enjoy here.

Yelp
Just had our second trip to Seaworthy and it was not near as good as our first. I ordered the Pennini sandwich special which was ok. They used what appears to be a small store bought type of sandwich bread which is surprising. Every pannini I have ever had is on elongated slices. For a side I had the mac and cheese which was terrible. A very watery mix of cheese covered pasta was almost like a soup. My wife had the fish tacos and she enjoyed the flavor but the presentation was bland. They serve 3 small flour tortillas with the fish in them accompanied by a bowl with slaw for topping. I'm not kidding when I tell you they gave her no more than 2 tablespoons of slaw. It was enough to barely cover 1 taco. She asked the waitress for more and she informed us there might be an upcharge so she would have to check. I told her there better not be considering the amount of food they are serving. She came back with more slaw and no charge. I hate to see a place open, serve good food. and then start cutting back. They will get one more chance from me. If it has not improved, we will be done.

Yelp
Our group of 10 enjoyed a delicious dinner with excellent service. Jenna, our server, was top notch--organized and efficient. Great cocktails and perfect ambiance. Will be back!

Yelp
The dip trio was amazing!!! Great atmosphere and service. We were seated quickly and our food came fast as well.

Yelp
Wonderful fresh lump crab over fettuccine was simply divine!!!! We got the 3 dips app and was amazing!!!! Very nice local vibe...friendly and comfortable

Yelp
Finally able to try this newer place on the Island. Unfortunately we were not impressed and would not return again. The food was ok, but nothing extra. The scallop entree was $29.00 and came with 3 scallops..... The steak itself was good, we ordered medium it was more well done, and we thought it was unusual they served it cut into 3 sections? We all ordered a house salad and they charged $1.00 for each small side container of dressing? The glasses of wine are small for the price of $12.00. The crab cake appetizer for $16.50 came with 4 very small over done crab cakes. The dining room was quite warm, several people were fanning themselves with their napkins. Our waitress was top notch, so friendly and attentive. It will be interesting to see if this place can make it in the off season with the locals... there are too many other retaurants here we simply prefer.

Rick L.

Yelp
Everything about Seaworthy screams Beachy elegance. The atmosphere is electric and inviting. The personal are polite and professional. Truly a positive experience. Having been to the restaurant previously, the light fare charcuterie boards are a delightfully different spin from what is normally offered. Last night our party opted for the Calamari appetizer that had a delicious lemon aioli and served on the side tai chili dipping sauce. Consensus was that while very tasty, it was overcook rendering the dish chewy. Not a dealbreaker by any measure. The burgers and calabash fish fry were well seasoned and delicious. I want to particularly point out the coleslaw which was super fresh and appeared to be house made. The bartender also has a flair for mixology as the Basil Hayden old fashion I had was superbly poured and consistently delicious as I couldn't resist a second! Parking is an issue but make sure to make this a stop on your culinary journey in Carolina beach!

Steve P.

Yelp
While the place does not have an "oceanfront view", it more than makes up for that with spectacular food and drinks, and inside a very nice and comfortable relaxing restaurant. This was the best place for high quality dining that we found in Carolina Beach, and will return here when back at the beach! Service was spot on and efficient as well.

Bonnie A.

Yelp
Food was well prepared and delicious! The surfboard starter was attractively plated. Smoked salmon, ceviche and shrimp were all satisfying and a great beginning. Jenna our server made excellent suggestions. She made our meal very pleasant.

Yelp
This place makes the best use of its space. It's got nine tables, inclusive of high tops, and one large table off to the side for a large party of 10 peeps. The bar is a long L-shaped bar, and the night vibes are cool and reminiscent of somewhere between Key West, Fla., and Carlsbad, Ca. The decor is coastal clean with some rustic touches, but really bright. I had a Casamigos margarita that was the perfect blend of citrus, salt, tequila. Hubby had a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale on draft. We shared a blue crab dip, that was tasty with nice chunks of crab in its cream concoction. For entrees I had the shrimp and grits, which was very tasty with grainy grits, and tasty andouille sausage, and jumbo shrimps. Hubby had the bacon and cheddar cheeseburger which came in a fresh bun, and a tasty burger, that hubby said was the best he's ever had. Our waitess McKenna was a doll, and this restaurant has parking in the front and back of its locale. I highly recommend Seaworthy. It was a really great dining experience, and so much more.

Susan B.

Yelp
Love this place! Clean and open ambiance, excellent cocktail (Amanda you know your stuff!), and one of the best burgers I've ever had, EVER. The beef is just amazing, and/or they have a secret way of preparing it. Off the charts delicious. Will be back for sure!!!

Kristen D.

Yelp
Outstanding experience, great food, friendly and attentive staff and a warm and inviting environment. Will be back again very soon!

Jaxon L.

Yelp
Firstly, the place was super loud, even though there weren't that many people. I couldn't hear people on the other side of the table (we had a big party). The food was extremely expensive, but the taste was mediocre. I ordered a steak, and it both came 15 minutes after everyone got their food and was still raw. The seasoning and fries were alright. But, again, I expect more when I'm paying top dollar like I was at this place. My sister ordered a vegan pasta, and it was poor. It was simply bland. Overall, the food is passable, but it's overpriced for what it is.

Marty L.

Yelp
Wish I had taken photos of the surfboard. It was a charcuterie board with seafood instead of traditional meats. It had the most delicious with homemade butter, pickled okra, onions, olives, smoked salmon, and shrimp cocktail. I would've been happy with just the appetizer. We tried the steak and frites - "the best NY strip ever!" my husband declared. The restaurant was so well decorated and the service on-point!

Yelp
Good atmosphere and attentive wait staff. Food was great and the portions were large. The three dip appetizer was very good but we couldn't finish it. Shrimp and grits was very yummy. Wife had the scallops over pesto orzo which was also very good but too big to finish. Overall a great spot for date night during our vacation

Yelp
Great food and service! Had the clam chowder for appetizer and crab dip. Burgers are the best in Wilmington!! Cocktails were super good as well. Highly recommend
