We went to this restaurant last night and had a truly great experience. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, especially the sommelier: we told him what kind of wine we were looking for and he picked exactly what we wanted, which is not something to be taken for granted and was really appreciated. The food was excellent, with high-quality ingredients and well-prepared dishes, and the price was absolutely fair for the quality offered. We especially recommend the paella with carabineros, the cuttlefish, and the sashimi, everything was delicious. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic restaurant showcasing local produce and traditional dishes with an innovative twist and superb technical execution. The Carabineros with truffle marinated vodka was a highlight as was the flan for dessert. The team are warm and friendly and have expert knowledge of their superb wine list. We went for lunch and dinner and it’s not impossible that we will go back again before the end of the week.

Every dish was crafted with care, using fresh, local ingredients that burst with authentic flavor. The seafood and signature Carabinero rice dishes are absolutely outstanding ! The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and passionate— Absolutely lovely, wholesome experience !

Not only the best food on the island but one of our favourite restaurants in the world. We have been coming here for around 5 years now, it has been consistently great. You feel like your entering bego and Santis home, they are so happy to see you and welcome you. The food is delicious and so well thought out, santi makes it look simple but there is so much technique and skill and most of all flavour in his food. They are all about celebrating local produce, in particular the Carabiniero, it could be the nicest thing I’ve ever eaten. The wine and pastry is to the same high standard . A lot of attention to detail from the crockery to the layout of the restaurant. The service from the team is friendly and genuine. We have been to 2 Michelin star restaurants in South America that don’t come near this standard . Thank you guys for all the great meals through the years ❤️❤️

Food and wine was excellent as was the service once inside the restaurant. Once the menu is explained the the meal is great. One thing to point out that nearly all the main courses are for a minimum of two people so couples will need to want the same main course.

SeBE is hands down one of the best dining experiences in Lanzarote. The service was exceptional, with staff providing a high level of attention to detail and fascinating insights into every dish served. The food was incredible across the board. The prawn tartar was exceptional with rich, complex flavours, while the curry prawns featured immaculate presentation and top-tier quality. For the main, the large local prawn paella was a standout, packed with incredible depth of flavour. The flan was a true highlight of the meal—do not skip it! We also loved the curated selection of local wines and the thoughtful touch of a postcard gift at the end. A truly fantastic experience from start to finish.

An absolute must-do when visiting Costa Teguise or anywhere in Lanzarote! The experience perfectly combines rich, flavourful local cuisine with exceptional Lanzarote wines. The welcoming and attentive staff make the visit even more memorable and enjoyable.

An incredible dining experience, has to be one of the most memorable and beautiful meals I’ve had in a very long time. Their flavours, passion and dedication to their food is just amazing- if you’re considering going then do it, spoil yourself and seize the opportunity to go there!!!
