I've had the most wonderful experience using Second Mile Marketplace as the kitchen space for my artisan chocolate business. The owners have gone above and beyond to help get me the licenses I need, make sure I have a space that suits my very specific temperature and humidity needs, as well as sharing their knowledge and experience to help me get established. The pricing is very reasonable, they are open 24 hours, and they have a lovely kitchen setup.I highly recommend Second Mile Marketplace to anyone in need of a commercial kitchen.

We were privileged to utilize this space for an annual baking event. This was the fist time using this location and it was GREAT! There was plenty of space, the general vibe/energy of the facility was really nice and Holly is really kind. I hope we get to see each other next year for our annual event.

Just tried the strawberry oat bar. It was DELICIOUS! We put a small scoop of Vanilla ice cream and was a dream treat. Will have to order more.

What a great place! Not only are they a commercial kitchen that you can rent, but small local fresh food, honey, plants and seed vendors sell their wares for pick up on Thursdays. Holly and Ann have GREAT customer service skills as well. So far I've purchased fresh hummus, frozen soups, salad greens, fresh garlic, kale, oat bread and a class on making jam. And you can purchase fresh local meat as well. I'm SUPER excited about other canning classes too. I HIGHLY recommend this small company that supports other small local businesses and farmers markets.
