I’ve never had a savory waffle before and OMG soooo freaking good. This place is awesome and wholesome. I love the fresh plants they have around and the team is really down to earth! I’m Gonna dreeeeeam about this waffle

Quaint and tucked away under live oaks Second State outdoor seating provides a peaceful retreat to read a book, solve your crossword, and sip your coffee. Inside is a bit more lively primarily made up of groups chatting and remote workers. The ice mocha had a hint of spice to hit like a Mexican hot cocoa. Possibly the cinnamon and spice hints from the coffee beans or maybe a secret ingredient to add a nice touch. Snag a tasty pastry and coffee to kickstart your day.

Best iced blueberry latte I’ve ever had! Joe was so hospitable and made my airport pit stop a great experience. Lots of small tables and people working.

Hopped over after my workout this morning and had one of the best lattes I’ve had in a while! I’ve tried their blueberry latte before (so good), but today’s salted caramel was amazing. I wish they came in a bigger size with how good they are!

Had a great espresso pull. Temp, crema and amount were real good. Was able to get the flavor profile of the beans they used. Also had a great cup of their pour over. The atmosphere was real nice inside. Def worth a stop in.

Best coffee I’ve had in Charleston. Locally roasted, they offer pour overs and gluten free/vegan breakfast items. I was recommended this location as the best of their local chain and it did not disappoint!

Gluten Free waffles from 8- 14$. Tasty stop and affordable. I ordered a large almond milk latte and a maple waffle. Very good.
