Great fine dining experience in Termini. I wanted to see the place months before I actually travelled there because I respect their vision and, of course, food looked great in all pictures. They were flexible enough to change my reservation even one hour before, as booking ahead sometimes can come with surprises. When I did manage to eat there, I found two great people, presenting the restaurant and the food in a simple, but meaningful way. Had the degustation menu and 3 wine pairing- food was excellent, all dishes. Some surprising tastes and textures, well balanced food. The wines they chose are the best I drank in Sicily, from Sicily. I recommend it with all my heart.

Amazing happy and energetic service to make us feel welcomed. 2 courses was little bit too intense with lack of balance for my personal taste. Like the pumpkin risotto with smoked duck breast or the pork cheeks with alot of strong and fatty flavours . I could have wished for a little more pungent and fresher kick than the curry mayo or something more sour than an sweet apple chutney. But the cheeks themselves were cooked to perfection. Great work, thanks for the evening.

Well, it has been my second time and it won’t definitely be my last time dining in this wonderful restaurant. It’s months after we dined here and now I want to leave this review. To the food: Its outstanding, really, really top. The ingredients are from the best quality and you can taste that. The preparation is marvellous, fish and meat is to the point. Our favourites this time around were definitely the tuna and the pasta made from octopus. Wine: a very nice and affordable tasting can be added to the tasting menu, 3 glasses for just 25€, I must urge you to do it. We did get a 2016 Rosso di Montalcino from Il Maronetto to it, what an outstanding red. One orange and one white completed the tasting, also very good choices made for us. The glasses could be a tad more elegant, but the content is superb nonetheless the less. Hospitality: great effort by the team, all very nice, polite and friendly. We did get a second serving of focaccia after mentioning that we loved it the last time, a very nice gesture. All the dishes are explained in detail by the service, they seem truly enthusiastic about their job. Chef waited for us to shale hands at the end. Lovely! All in all, I can only highly recommend visiting this restaurant. If you are reading this, don’t wait any longer, make the reservation, book a night or two in Termini, you won’t regret it!

This was sincerely the most delightful food experience we have ever had in Italy, and probably top 5 ever. Chef is amazing at showing restraint and letting each dish have balance. He also started so subtle and worked up to big flavours. Using fresh, seasonal foods he certainly gave us an experience to remember. The only comments I have are that the drive up the mountain is hard in the dark (especially for those of us unfamiliar with driving in the hills) we did it but were a bit frazzled. Going down was MUCH easier. Also, we found it odd that the 6 and 9 course dinners didn’t offer a wine tasting to go with at a set price. Our waiter offered to pair, but having no idea what the price would be we chose a bottle instead (which the waiter recommended and was amazing.) In the summer apparently you sit al fresco outside and that sounds lovely.

Always a delight and my favorite restaurant in the area. A beautiful space for a peaceful meal. The food I have always found to be creative, I’ve never left hungry, and the staff is always incredible gracious and welcoming. Really the very best of Termini! This restaurant was excellent! We did a 7 course tasting with wine pairing and it was simply fantastic! Truly a 5 star dining experience. Highly recommended.

The finest Sicilian cuisine in the area. Great food combination aiming to find the ultimate taste. Great variety of choices. Staff knowledgeable and professional. The chef always present and showing his passion in every dish. Good courses size and value for money. Absolutely a "must try" for tourists and locals.

It was simply an unforgettable experience! Everything was great since the entrance, gorgeous location in the city centre and then up into this ancient Sicilian house. The atmosphere was unique and the service was excellent. I had the tasting menu and everything was incredibly balanced, tasteful and elegant. I WILL GO BACK! Thank you chef, you make Sicilian people proud of you.
