Secret Garden Bar

We booked this venue for my friend’s birthday, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. The vibe was spot on, relaxed, fun, and had a really good energy from the moment we arrived. The staff were great to deal with, super friendly and made everything really easy. You can tell they genuinely care about making sure people have a good time. The space worked perfectly for the size of our group. It felt inviting and comfortable, not too formal, and everyone felt at ease. Throughout the night, people kept saying how much they loved the place, and I totally agree. If you are looking for a venue with a great atmosphere and zero hassle, this is 100 percent worth booking. Would absolutely do it again.

My friends and I went to the secret garden bar the other day for a bottomless! We paid $100.00 per person for the bottomless package for 2 hours which first of all didn’t include any food at all, which yes it’s stated but I’m pretty sure you must serve food with a bottomless according to the RSA rules. Thought it was really odd! Within the first hour of being at the secret garden we were only served 1 cocktail within our 2 hour booking! It was obviously very annoying considering this is one of the most expensive bottomless I have personally been too especially as it didn’t include food. I think it’s just really disappointing considering you spend so much money on these places and don’t get what you paid for!! (There were also only around 30 people in the whole venue) It was really hard because we know it wasn’t the staff who were workings fault! They did try and compensate the time by giving us an extra half an hour! Which we were served more drinks but not for the value we paid for? We had also been to secret garden before a few months ago and it was really good!! I think it was just super disappointing and not worth $100 per person

DO NOT GO HERE - actually a scam for sure.. $89 for a waste of time and money. Was really excited for a bottomless night but there was literally a max of 7 people, 1 group and us at 9pm on Saturday night. 1 drink per 30 mins, service crap, forgotten orders, staff just on their phones while our drinks weren’t getting made, kept having to go to the bar to get our drinks. Never even think about going to this joke of an establishment

Absolutely thrilled with the service. Since this bar was taken over by new management recently, the staff are so attentive and the hospitality is on point. Georgia was amazing at making sure we always had drinks for our bottomless package. Definitely coming back!!!

Do not bother with the bottomless here. Waiters never came to the table, we had to go up and order ourselves. Even simple vodka sodas took over 30 minutes to arrive, despite there only being one other table in the venue. Meanwhile, the staff were sitting around the bar on their phones. For $89pp this was an absolute letdown and a waste of money. Very disappointed.

We hosted a collaborative event between Dentistry and Medical students at this venue and were extremely impressed. The setting was elegant, the service attentive, and the staff ensured the evening ran seamlessly. It provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable night, and we would be pleased to host future events here.

Georgia is the most amazing host. Bottomless is very good, drinks were delicious

would give 10 stars if i could. staff are extremely attentive, delicious cocktails and fresh food. georgia was the best server we’ve ever had for bottomless. come here and you won’t regret it!
