Nevermind the smell, but I've never seen someone wash their hands before or after handing a package of smoked fillets; Only 3 types of fish (cod, mackerel)- mostly farmed Scottish Salmon.For me- inferior product to the Scandinavian salmon; Never the correct temperature,improper curing and fast paced smoking machines for salty, ready to eat fillet... London prices are... always someone to buy and allowance for temperature divination is a joke...Not a single working thermometer,paper for temp.diary - total joke: believe me it's good, ain't it
Customer service is poor and zero accountability all the way to the top, where master max is just unbearable to communicate with in his own reality and time/space
