We accidentally stumbled upon this little gem of a place while walking. We came back and bought some smoked salmon, trout and some pellicle (which was recommended and turned out to be delicious!). We were served by the extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff and couldn’t have been happier with our produce. Thank you.

Nevermind the smell, but I've never seen someone wash their hands before or after handing a package of smoked fillets; Only 3 types of fish (cod, mackerel)- mostly farmed Scottish Salmon.For me- inferior product to the Scandinavian salmon; Never the correct temperature,improper curing and fast paced smoking machines for salty, ready to eat fillet... London prices are... always someone to buy and allowance for temperature divination is a joke...Not a single working thermometer,paper for temp.diary - total joke: believe me it's good, ain't it Customer service is poor and zero accountability all the way to the top, where master max is just unbearable to communicate with in his own reality and time/space

Without question the best smoked fish I’ve had in the UK, and prepared by some of the nicest people as well. Max and his crew are amazing: they always take the time to chat with my kids to see what they’re up to at school, and they’ve even let me in a few minutes after closing and pulled fish out of their storage fridges when I’ve arrived late. My advice: their salmon is outstanding, but the trout is where they really outdo themselves.

The bagel was ok, the bread was dry and bland. Shame they changed their bagel provider. Cheap enough but not really worth the £5.

Their fish is excellent as is their customer care. An order arrived with a pack missing. I notified them and it arrived the following day with the bonus gift of an extra small pack of salmon. Happy customer
