Sedona Suites Ho Chi Minh City

My recent stay at Sedona Suites Saigon was a wonderful experience — a perfect mix of comfort, elegance, and unbeatable location. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, providing a sense of calm and luxury. I especially loved the impeccable views of the Saigon River and the city skyline, which looked absolutely stunning, especially in the evening when the city lights came alive. The breakfast buffet spread could have offered a bit more variety, but the quality and taste of the food were excellent. Every dish served was fresh, well-prepared, and flavorful, making mornings enjoyable nonetheless. One of the best parts of staying here is the prime location. Sedona Suites sits right in the heart of the city — connected to Saigon Centre and Takashimaya Mall, with Saigon Square just across the street. Whether you want to shop, dine, or simply explore, everything is conveniently within walking distance.

After two weeks travelling around Vietnam, Sedona Suites was the perfect place to spend our last few days in the country. ||The location is perfect, very centrally located within walking distance of so many of the main attractions. It is also attached to a mall with various shopping and eating options. ||The rooms are modern, spacious and super clean with amazing views over the city. We also made good use of the pool in the afternoons after a day of exploring which was much appreciated in the heat. ||The staff were all very friendly and lots of lovely touches throughout. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the city.

We had an incredible four-night stay at Sedona Suites this September. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and the hotel itself was beautiful and in a prime location.|​While everything about our stay was excellent, the true highlight was the buffet breakfast and the service we received from Max. He wasn't just attentive and friendly; he was an absolute star. The staff surprised my friend at breakfast knowing it was her birthday they took it upon themselves to organize a birthday cake. The surprise was so thoughtful and it made my friend's special day even more memorable.|​It's this kind of personalized, warm service that truly sets a hotel apart. Max's kindness made a huge impression on us. We would highly recommend Sedona Suites to anyone visiting, and we especially encourage you to say hello to Max at the buffet breakfast. Central location next to Saigon square… this has its pros n cons… if you like the hustle n bustle and being ushered to hurry up by traffic mgt to get in n out of your grab.. then yeah you have the right place. The staff greeting you at elevators look miserable. Very forced courtesy. This was persistent from arrival to departure.. The place is very busy… ALL THE TIME!!! keep this in mind if you want to stay here. It’s also loud!! Complimentary earbuds provided on bedside tables. So consider the value to rate ratio compared to staying a bit outer and grab everywhere. IF you want to avoid the hustle. Breakfast was very mediocre compared to a standard 5 star in Asia. The other concern is the high condensation that builds up in the HVAC in the room. So much that it drips to the floor. I would question the health risk this may bring if mould is not treated in these systems. Staff are helpful with concerns and do do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Also their “kids” activity room is constantly booked. So not available for use if you have toddler in toe. Had a Quick Look.. not much there.

This was by far one of the best 5 star hotel we have stayed at and that’s coming from someone that’s stayed at many 5 star hotels in Asia. Easily ranks top 5 for me and my wife. They brought me a birthday cake and sang me happy birthday at breakfast. We didn’t tell them to do it but they saw on the system it was my birthday and did it for us as customers. Amazing hotel. Can’t recommend enough. Breakfast was great, dinner there was great. Location perfect. Located in heart of city close to everything.

Location and service are great! Very convenient with alot of restaurants and shops at Saigon Center. Opposite Saigon Square. Washing machine with dryer was a saviour, hotel provides detergent too! Breakfast was alright, with limited variety. Can skip and go out for a local breakfast, not a must-have. Everything else is great! Stayed at level 31 and the view is amazing!

The staff here are absolutely amazing. They’re here for your every need they know what you need before you know you need . The food at The Staits that we’ve had : lunch,high tea and snacks in the afternoon. Everything was of the highest quality, would highly recommend the restaurant. Great location, service, food. The hotel is located in the center, same building with the biggest HoChiMinh shopping mall. The room is well equipped with all necessary facilities, perfect breakfest and a lot of cafés, interesting sites nearby the hotel. I will come back here for sure.
