Sedona Suites Ho Chi Minh City

We experienced a perfect stay. Service was friendly, room was very comfortable, breakfast was outstanding, great location. Tom served us breakfast and was very attentive. It was a buffet however Tom went out of his way to ensure that we found something that we wanted at the buffet. He returned several times to offer us additional hot drinks. We did not experience service like this in other hotels in Vietnam. We also received exceptional service from the Concierge Maxx Nguyen Hoang Duy. He gave us his personal recommendation as to where to have dinner and it was great. I enjoyed Ho Chi Minh because of our hotel experience.

Excellent services from the moment of steeping down the drop off point of the hotel. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the breakfast servicing team, who always get our ordered food promptly, and clearing the used utensils promptly. The breakfast is excellent with those ala carte options. Like the beef pho and Vietnamese ice coffee with coconut milk! The location is superb, right at the centre of all the attractions. To one side is the Ben Thanh market, Pham Gu Lao stree and many good restaurants, to the other side is the Cental post office, Opera House, Nguyen Hue street and Saigon Japan town. Furthermore, it is right on top Saigon Centre with Takashimaya and other shopping. Room is new, clean and well maintain. The 2 bed rooms unit is perfect for family.

My recent stay at Sedona Suites Saigon was a wonderful experience — a perfect mix of comfort, elegance, and unbeatable location. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, providing a sense of calm and luxury. I especially loved the impeccable views of the Saigon River and the city skyline, which looked absolutely stunning, especially in the evening when the city lights came alive. The breakfast buffet spread could have offered a bit more variety, but the quality and taste of the food were excellent. Every dish served was fresh, well-prepared, and flavorful, making mornings enjoyable nonetheless. One of the best parts of staying here is the prime location. Sedona Suites sits right in the heart of the city — connected to Saigon Centre and Takashimaya Mall, with Saigon Square just across the street. Whether you want to shop, dine, or simply explore, everything is conveniently within walking distance.

My family and I had great stay at Sedona Suites during our trip 20-24 December. The staff were super amazing and very hospitable. The breakfast choices are great, in particular the staff with name Mr. Max went out of the day to help us with good services. Highly recommended.

Loved the location. 1 bedroom suite with a washer/dryer was perfect especially traveling with a little one. Right in front of Saigon Square and next to Saigon Center. Their breakfast buffet was wonderful especially their pho ga. My 3 year old daughter had a bowl every morning. They had a really good breakfast spread.

We’ve stayed at several|5 star hotels across HCM. I had great expectations for Sedona. We booked a two bedroom suite for 6 days. Unfortunately, while the customer service is excellent, the amenities need improvement.||The washing machine doesn’t work well at all. The towels are thin.||The bedding is fantastic, however, as is the view.||Please fix the amenities so that we can increase our ratings for this establishment. ||Thank you, especially to Max! He was fantastic.

We always travel as a family & I must say.. Staying in Sedona has been the best hotel experience for us! Best breakfast buffet, super warm and friendly staff, super clean rooms, with super good quality room supplies, food in their room service and restos are really good! Kid friendly, baby friendly! Accommodated all our requests! The elevators are fast- You never have to wait for minutes to get in. The location is the most ideal too! My daughter even said if we ever go back to Ho Chi Minh, she likes to stay in sedona again.Thank you Sedona Suites for our memorable and comfortable stay. Not even the famous hotel chains can compare.

This was by far one of the best 5 star hotel we have stayed at and that’s coming from someone that’s stayed at many 5 star hotels in Asia. Easily ranks top 5 for me and my wife. They brought me a birthday cake and sang me happy birthday at breakfast. We didn’t tell them to do it but they saw on the system it was my birthday and did it for us as customers. Amazing hotel. Can’t recommend enough. Breakfast was great, dinner there was great. Location perfect. Located in heart of city close to everything.
