Ok first, my original review has been removed. Because of that, I'm putting a 110% honest review of this place.
It is absolute trash. The service, the food, the prices, and the staff. I've been here numerous times and most part, enjoyed it. I've had several issues with the hostess staff. They ALWAYS act like they are slammed even though there are 5 high school kids just hanging out and socializing.
DO NOT COME HERE FOR THE LUNCH HOUR. I've been here several times because i work a mile away and it is terrible. There are 5 tables occupied, but our lunch takes over an hour to be delivered. It's lunch break. If your restaurant is in the middle of Corporate offices, why is it such an issue???
So my coworker and I came once again 3 weeks ago. I ordered a cold meal. Our meals took 45 minutes. Our server was now here to be found. When we got our check finally, I was charged for a side that came with the meal. I later decided to contact Sedona and explain of the same issue another day. Rebecca Chapman who is the "FOH manager" reached out to me. I gave her the WHOLE story and she asked for my mailing address to send me a gift card and my card number to pull up the history for that day. 4 days later, no response from her so I sent her "any update on this" email. She responds finally saying "okay this is what happened....please come in again and ask for the manager, you wont' be disappointed." I write her back and tell her every single time i've come in, it's been a nightmare. Why are we coming back? What are you doing to fix this? That was a week ago. No response. I sent her another message a couple days ago and it wasn't nice essentially saying "why is every bit of their service beyond terrible." Guess what? No answer so far.
How does Sedona even exist? I thought it was just the service, but it's the management too.
And on top of that, no gift cards in the mail. What an absolute joke! Avoid this place at all costs. They clearly just want money and could careless for their customers.
