Sedona Taphouse

We had a great experience. The server was great, offering suggestions for local favorites. We started off shaky some of the food items we wanted they were out of. We settled on the Tai Chicken wings as an app, then the land and sea, and crab cake dinner, finished with the Carmel cheese cake. The wings had a nice flavor and char, a sweetness with a very small undertone of spice. The crab cakes had a good amount of crab in them. For the land and sea the shrimp were perfectly cooked and it seemed like they used the same filler as the crab cakes. The steak we hit a bumpy patch, ordered med rare came out well done, mentioned to the server and the issue was corrected quickly. The second steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned. We’re not from the area but would definitely visit again if we find ourselves in the area.

So amazing! I love it here. It was my first time eating and drinking here. I had the crab Rangoon pizza(totally recommend) truffle fries and 2 drinks. I will DEFINITELY return! The drinks tasted like great quality, I was so impressed. They have a hero discount for teachers too!

Angelo was our server and he was great. Had a positive attitude told us the specials otd. Really personable it was our birthday and the food was great. Highly recommend

I had the Ahi Tuna starter. I need no sauce because of my soy allergy. Very accommodating. It was a touch too done for me. The sear had dried it out and bit and not have that melt in your mouth. But the sauce might have covered that flaw. The seaweed salad was good. Had a beer flight the bartender was excellent and friendly. Had the Charity special where the main course is half off on Monday and proceeds donated to a charity. I had the 7oz Salmon with a delicious topping of citrus tomato garlic sauce with feta. I chose the asparagus as side. I added a roasted Brussel sprouts. Asparagus was cooked perfectly. The Brussel sprouts was inconsistent Some sprouts not cut or fully charred to properly cook to that soft tastiness of char and needed some seasoning. I added salt and pepper. The bartender was great. He tailored recommendations based off my tastes and he did well matching my requests.

Pleasantly surprised on our first try here. Loved the warm decor and vibe in general. Quite busy for a Wednesday night around 6.....but service was great. Enjoyed the salmon and crabcakes.....nicely plated and delicious. Will return soon.

Went with my work team for lunch here. Food was pretty good especially the Hummus dip, and they gave us more Pita to dip! I took a star off because it took an long time to get our food, at least 30 min from when we ordered it. The waitress was attentive.

I haven’t been THIS impressed by a restaurant in a very long time. My husband picked out this restaurant while we were staying in town for an event and I am so glad he found this gem! I have a lot of food sensitivities so traveling and finding places to eat is always a struggle. We didn’t have reservations so we had to wait a bit, but it was way shorter than they told us. I got the T2T Lemon Basil Martini and wow, it was such a perfect and refreshing mix of flavors! I then ordered the Prince Edward Island mussels for a starter and I have honestly never had mussels this good. The flavors were robust but balanced and so delicious. For my main course I went with the Beet and Goat Cheese salad and added salmon. Flavor explosion…literally almost cried when I took my first bite of this salad! What an incredible combination of flavors and so well done. My husband got the STH burger and nachos (and somehow managed to eat most of it 😂-their portions are generous.) He loved every bit of it as well! Our server Carlos was wonderful and attentive, despite the fact that he was also manning a large party in the other room. He engaged in conversation with us and made us feel like we were his friends. The atmosphere was great, very well done decor and the music was a great mix and kept us singing along. My only regret is that you all don’t have one of these in Raleigh! Please come to Raleigh so I can enjoy these amazing flavor combos more often ☺️

Wow, the food here was really really good! The appetizers were delicious, especially the crab stuffed mushrooms. My hangover burger was cooked to perfection and the fries were classic. Everyone at my table seemed to really enjoy the food. The service was also really good.

Sedona is in line with places like Lazy Dog and Bonefish. I think it's a really solid place if you're looking for something more lowkey and quiet. It's located near townhouses, but the parking lot is big and so is the space. We came for a Sunday dinner and were seated immediately. Our server was so nice and attentive, as well as the rest of the staff. We ordered the truffle fries to split and they were pretty standard; they were hot, crispy, and the truffle flavor was light. For my entree, I ordered the Chuckawalla chicken with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. It was good, everything was made well and the flavors were nice.

For starters this place is another spot that I would recommend we had a amazing experience with our server who was in training who do great of keeping us entertained and as well as making sure we were taken care and that's always a good feeling when coming to a place a business. Parking was smooth it's right near an apartment complex but they do have their own parking lot which is perfect. Food was favorable and well portions where they gave you a good bite and just enough to filled you up perfect spot for dinner and maybe lunch .I got the salmon with asparagus and garlic mashed potato with blueberry pomegranate martini both delicious. We did Inside seating we got the booth which was nice it was set up where the booth were height wise where you can't see the other table or see anything behind which was nice to allow it to be more intimate and private atmosphere perfect spot to do a date night or hang out with some friends .

I don't know why I repeatedly come to this place. I always have issues every time. So I came about a month ago to get lunch to go because we work in the area. Our food took 45 minutes, half ended up being wrong. Until we complained about 4 times, the manager finally got off the phone to help and only comped the food that was wrong, not the food that was now cold. I came on Friday to have a drink with a friend, and I swear, the hostesses are the issue. They always are. They are a bunch of 16 year olds, that act like they are royalty and they don't want to be bothered. We asked for outside seating, was told it was 45 minute wait (there were tables outside). There was a birthday party, we walked out, and there were purses on chairs. I'm not sure why they were able to claim chairs for that when you could have had paying customers. Finally 50 minutes later, we were told to go to the hostess stand. She begins seating us IN the restaurant. We told her no, outside. Then, we ordered food, we got a salad, no silverware. And the waitress disappeared so long that we had to ask the bartender to run the card. We said never again.

I loved the neighborhood and outside parts of the restaurant. We sat inside in this dark lighting, and our server was super nice. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our food, especially the nachos.

I normally get togo. My food is always on time. I've only had an issue with my order one time. I was missing something and I called them and the manager was apologetic and actually refunded me. Really good shrimp tacos!

Great food and ambiance. A little quieter than some other nearby restaurants and gathering places. A welcome relief for loud music and loud groups. All our meals were very good including Mahi Mahi, scallops, chicken Marsala, fish tacos and salad. Portions and prices were fair. Only ding is that our waiter seemed new and not 100% on the ball. Didn't know wine list very well and didn't voluntarily refill ice tea. Also, didn't inform us that there was a cost for bread. All things considered, I would rate 4.5 stars. A very enjoyable evening with friends.

We came in after being in Chantilly for a gun show. This place did NOT disappoint in anyway shape or form. We sat at the bar and got Dave! He was the friendliest and even had recommendations. We found out at the end of the meal it was only his 3rd day! We could not tell. The food was all flavorful and full of everything you could want. The clam chowder comes with bacon on top. ( I took a picture after I was many spoonfuls in because it was so good) I got the salmon with corn and brussel sprouts. All cooked and seasoned perfectly. Bae got the devils pass pasta which was also amazing. ( he finished the whole thing) I am not drinking alcohol so I got a Strawberry Basil refresher and some Saratoga sparkling water. And we ended with a brownie sundae which was also delicious! Can't wait to go back again soon!

Went to Sedona Taphouse with the wifey and some friends for a nice dinner night. The moment we stepped foot inside the restaurant the staff was super attentive and made sure we felt at home. Excellent recommendations and knowledge on all the dishes served, funny banter and great atmosphere. The food was pretty tasty, awesome portion sizes, and somewhat affordable. The drinks were superb! I had the smoked old fashioned and not only was it super smooth, it also came with a beautiful presentation (As pictured). I definitely recommend the Sedona Taphouse for anyone looking to have a great night out!

Great happy hour - both inside and on the outside patio, fun atmosphere, wide variety of menu selections.

So, I had the opportunity to visit Sedona Taphouse again, but this time I had something other than their delicious bread basket. My revisit allowed me to partake in their Happy Hour which takes place Monday through Friday from 3:30PM to 6:30PM. On their happy hour menu, there are a handful of appealing options for the low price of $6 such as their truffle fries, the margarita flat bread, and the desert fire jalapenos. I opted to get the truffle fries and a margarita flat bread, which were modestly sized, along with the lemon drop. As to the flavor, my margarita flat bread may have been in the oven a smidget to long or stayed out of the oven a little longer than anticipated prior to getting to my table as it was a little tough. Additionally, it may have been missing an ingredient that I couldn't quite put my finger on that left me wishing for more out of the flat bread. The truffle flies needed a little bit more truffle and parmesan for it to be a hit for me. Our waiter was very attentive and provided quick service and the ambience was very chill with a great playlist playing in the background. Overall, my experience here, which is heavily influenced by the food was about average.

I am the Duchess of this place and it's become my "go to" for a nice lunch. Tip: They have a rewards program (and app) so you get points for going. Food (5/5): Shrimp tacos, hands down are amazing. The corn taco shells are stuffed with huge fried shrimp and the mango salsa was delicious. I always get this with sweet potato fries on the side.

My fiancé and I decided to try this restaurant after hearing about its food. We walked in and had the pleasure of Yousef being our waiter. He asked if it was our first time there which we said yes and offered recommendations on appetizers. We decided to go with the desert fire jalapenos and goat cheese and tomatoe jam bruschetta which both were absolutely amazing! While trying to decide on our main meal we decided to try some drinks we both got the Havana Coconut. Unfortunately this drink did not taste like we expected with coconut rum, cherry liqueur, pineapple, and lime. I expected it to taste along creamer but all you can taste was the lime. Afterwards we tried the pomegranate blueberry cocktail and that one tasted a lot better. They are both strong drinks but I had to minus one star as they do not have a large cocktail menu. I understand they are a taphouse and have pages of beers and hard alcohol but wish they would expand the cocktail menu more. Now for our main course we both got the sedona crab cakes which was absolutely amazing. There was lump crabmeat in them and the flavor was great. I would prefer it seared a little more (again personal choice) as it falls apart pretty easily. I switch the included sites for string fries (Which are actually regular fries) and Brussel sprouts (seared good but no flavor) and my fiancé decided on the sweet potatoe fries and grilled asparagus both of which he really enjoyed. I highly recommend getting the lemon butter that comes on the bruschetta on the side it truly takes the crab cakes to a whole new level. Yousef was a great waiter made recommendations and helped us narrow down choices (we were starving so everything sounded good). One thing I had never encounter in any resturant I have been to in 30 years is asking about food allergies. This really was amazing and glad to see the restaurant is prepared for this situations. Kudos to you sir!

Came here for a quick lunch during a business conference. They were able to accommodate our party of ten with ease. Nice decor. I ordered the clam chowder soup and crab flatbread (both appetizers) as a light lunch. The flatbread was good but the chowder was amazing. . Service was fast and friendly and the waitress gave us the military discount without us having to ask for it. Will coming here again in the future.

We joined their waitlist at 6pm on Saturday for a 7pm seating and they sat us promptly at 7pm. Service is great, really good place to hang with friends. Our table got apps, land and sea, grilled salmon, shrimp and grits, and burgers. Everything looked and taste great, except the steak was just okay. Prices seem reasonable but the portion sizes are in my opinion on the lower end of scale, so no doggie bags needed here. Their happy hour is a good deal with half off drinks and some apps.

Really good food and dessert! They have weekly deals that are worth checking out too. We like their tacos and carrot cake! The interior is also very fitting to their menu which is a plus!

I ordered the Land & Sea. I will say the steak was not done exactly to my liking and felt as if it was slightly lacking some seasoning. However, the crab cake and shrimp combo was delicious. On the side was garlic mashed potatoes which were so fluffy and flavorful as well as the steamed spinach! Perfect sides in addition to the meal.

Excellent service: it was packed on a Friday and I struggled to find a seat at the bar and an employee tried his best to help me. Eventually ended up at a table but was able to order HH items from the table so no issues with that. HH: Their mussels are excellent. The broth is buttery and perfect to dip with the bread. Highly recommend them.

I have been many times with friends and my husband and the food and service is always good! However tonight the service wasn't great. Our server took close to 15 minutes after we sat down to come over to take our drink order then it took close to 20 minutes to bring our waters. She took a very long time to come back to get our appetizer orders and our meal orders as well. She then wasn't very attentive to us at all throughout our meal (when we were there it wasn't very busy either) the food was delicious-as always! However, we brought my brother in law with us tonight and we had talked it up, although the food was good the service lacked. I'm very disappointed as I've never had this experience.

We had a perfect dinner! The patio was so lovely, the service was great and the food and drinks were awesome! The canyon crab flatbread appetizer was our absolute favorite.

I dont usually leave 3 stars but first. The serve was great. Super sweet waitresses. However, I and many other customers would prefer some hot food. Our fries tasted good but it was cold. Who enjoys cold fries? Same with the thai shrimp. It wasn't expensive, but for the price, it wasn't worth it. The vibes were good. Outdoor seating was nice. But the poor waitress and waiters could not open the door while bringing dishes in. Maybe owner should change the doors for them. Tough work.

We were there last Saturday and had a great time! That is until we got the bill. The food was pretty good don't get me wrong and the beer was excellent but the price for what we got was really really expensive. Atmosphere is real good and the service was excellent, but I don't know when we're gonna go back again cause I don't think I can afford it.

Not great for allergies. Very nice management but would not feel safe recommending this restaurant to those with allergies.

My wife and I went here for the first time today, January 3, 2025. Everything was perfect. We liked the ambiance and the overall feel of the place. The server Alexiv was very good - timing and attentiveness were spot on, He was polite and the order was accurate. The food was deeeelish - we started with the Desert Fire Jalapeños - very good flavor. I ordered the prime rib sandwich and it was full of flavor - the meat was tender and better than most competitors' prime rib and the au jus was light and flavorful - loved it all. My wife got the meatball sub - one of the best if not the best I've ever had - the homemade meatballs were seasoned perfectly and authentic. It made me want more and my only recommendation would be to add 1 or 2 more meatballs and make a large meatball as an appetizer. The menu was full and the beer / drink list extensive - I'm sure anyone one would be able to find a meal here and they have many options for GF, GFO, Heart Healthy, Vegan, and Vegetarian.

Such a great place to go. Tried their pork chop. The actual temp of it was very well done--too cooked for my tastes, but the flavors of it made up for it. I had the option of swapping out the sides, but in the end I went with the mashed potatoes and corn. Service was perfect..we sat outside at the bar. Was cool but their heaters worked well and kept the temp comfortable. Looking forward to going again.

Great experience here! Stopped by on the way back from a brewery to grab some food. So many beers and other drinks on their menu, but really wanted to grab an easy bite before heading back for the afternoon. Started with the Desert Fire Jalapeños which was easy to share and had the perfect amount of spice. My main was the STH Burger with fries. A burger with a bit of a sweeter taste but cooked to perfection and although it looks big, you take a few bites and you realize you're almost done. Service was quick and efficient. Not much else to say other than it's located in a calm apartment development.

You need to dine-in here on Monday because their flat iron steak is so worth the half-off price!!! It was cooked and seasoned really well and came with delicious mashed potatoes. I also recommend getting their truffle fries!! Even though I was really full I couldn't stop eating them. Also just want to note that their side of grilled asparagus only came with three so we were sort of disappointed with that portion size. The server was really kind but towards 6pm it got a lot more busy and it took a while for us to get our check. Overall this is a great place to enjoy happy hour as it has a nice interior and both indoor/outdoor seating options.

The food was excellent. We were here to celebrate Mother's Day (we are aware it's one of the busier days to eat out). I had the Hangover burger. One of the best burgers I've had. The appetizers were delicious. Service was ok. Seemed kind of overwhelmed by the crowd. Staff kept clipping me as they went by signaling they are going way too fast. The wait for food was very long but that was to be expected based on the tremendous demand. Our waiter made mistakes on charging out the bills for our party. We had 3 couples and explained how we wanted it split and he charged the wrong items to the wrong people. It was taking so long to settle the bill we settled it amongst ourselves. Efficiency needs to be better. Speed is great as long as it's accurate in its execution.

The servers were attentive and helpful with the menu. The food was tasty and affordable for lunch. I ordered the southwest salad and my daughter ordered the kids cheese pizza and the craft root beer. She loved both. I would definitely return to try more items on the menu.

We reserved the private room for my son's wedding rehearsal dinner and the entire process of planning and execution was perfect. The event coordinator was very attentive and responded to all of our requests. We chose the catering buffet menu and food came out in time and the service was on point. We will definitely return for another event.

Stopped by to grab a bite to eat and a drink to cool off. All the food and drinks were perfect! Our waitress was great too. We didn't love that we were seated on top of each other and near a large party. But the place did fill up as the night went on, so it was understandable.All and all a solid experience.

Loud, wait staff are very commendable and helpful. Tacos weren't great, overcooked & bones in the fish. Steak was very good. Casual ambiance. Beer list is extensive

We had a very nice Mother's Day brunch at Sedona. Food was prepared well and tasty. Mom's steak hash plate was a bit overpriced but she enjoyed it a lot. Bread was really good. Beer list is amazing. Service was excellent.

The food was flavorful and the service was excellent! They were wonderful accommodating our son who is on a restricted diet.

I love Sedona's!!! The atmosphere is always warm and inviting. This was my first brunch experience. I had a taste for the Thai shrimp appetizer which isn't on the brunch menu but the chef was accommodating and made it special-off the menu. Our waiter was excellent, he paid attention to all the details and was very attentive. I took the wrapper off my straw and two seconds later he came out of nowhere and picked it up. Now that's customer service!!! Regardless of what you order, the food is always delicious! I enjoyed the filet, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. Which was perfection! The highlight was the brownie sundae we shared.

This was amazing. Not sure why the rating isn't a 5 star. We had 5 experience. Service was great. Food was great. Very busy. Sat outside and it was perfect mixture of coolness and warmth from the heater.

The tables were a bit tight - I'm not pixie-sized. Waitstaff was attentive and the ambiance was pleasant. The menu is a bit different - not your eggs and pancake place - but it was tasty. Parking is behind the restaurant and seemed ample when we were there.

I had a lovely lunch at Sedona Taphouse today. The outdoor seating was ideal on such a beautiful day, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. I ordered the catch of the day -- fresh cod with lemon basil butter -- accompanied by perfectly whipped mashed potatoes and a crisp green salad. Everything was fresh and beautifully prepared. A special mention goes to my server, Shyla. She was polished, personable, and struck just the right balance of attentiveness -- present when needed, without ever feeling intrusive. Service like hers truly elevates the dining experience. I look forward to returning soon.

Varied menu and lovely cocktails. Outside dining is nice. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Cute tap house. The music is soooo good! I went here with a large group while in town for a work DEI conference. We had a private menu with several options in each category. Everything was delicious and service was really efficient. We had a nice dining experience.

We had an impromptu family gathering here, and everyone from 7 to 70 years old found something on the menu they liked. The service was good, and Brittany was very friendly and helpful. From the appetizers to the main courses, everyone enjoyed their food. The only complication was that somehow they lost the order for the youngest child in our group, so she was ready to "chew my arm off " and her food was nowhere to be found. The place was very modern and attractive, and the surrounding area was new, and modern, and inviting. We will definitely go back again, and try a few menu items we didn't get to the first time around.

My husband and I came in last night for dinner. We had the mussels appetizer and they were delicious rich in a lemon butter sauce above all you can taste the quality coming from Prince Edward Island. We also had the mahi fish special and the fish was fresh not frozen we chose it with a lemon butter sauce and some veggies side very good. Our server Valeri service was fantastic she was very friendly and did a good job assisting us with anything we needed it . I hope this place keeps it up about with good quality food and service. We will be back.

Back again at the bar! Shocking. Emily was fabulous as usual. Got the hang over burger sans egg. Delish. Love that they have Narragansett beer. On tap! Food was brought out quickly and order was perfect! We went about 1:40 after voting! Go Kamala! Sort of calm and quiet. Was not rushed and Emily was very nice. A pleasure AGAIN!

Great tasting food, staff professional but portions for the money weak. Always get French Quarter sausage and it's like every strand of fettuccine is a dollar each. It's pasta not an expensive food product.

Delish all the way and dining al fresco in their covered patio is a way to go since the weather has been finally nice. Love their flat breads to share (Italian is highly recommended) and I got shrimp tacos. I was slightly unsettled it has breading, but after eating it I did not care - it was delicious and very filling.

The restaurant is very nice, sorta expensive. We got steak tacos with bacon succotash, crab stuffed shrimp with mashed potatoes, cheeseburger and grilled chicken with asparagus. All of it was VERY good. Our waiter was really nice
