SuperB experience while in our visit to Schwarzwald. Food was delicious (pumpkin soup, lamb and spätzle), and the service, Maria, was warm and welcoming. If we ever go back to Schluchsee, we will repeat, no doubt.

What a warm, welcoming place! Maria greeted us with a huge smile and was wonderfully nice and helpful. The food was amazing! Beyond amazing, definitely recommended.

we found this restaurant that still operating while driving back to Black Forest from the Rhine Falls. it had one of the best mushroom pasta and grilled meat for our dinner.

We had the pumpkin soup, seehof pizza, deer Schnitzel, and chocolate lava cake. The soup is nice. The pizza is properly cooked. The schnitzel is not so good. The lava cake doesn't have lava but stuffed. The ice cream was good. The meal was okay, just not amazing. But the vibe of this restaurant is very nice.

Beautiful terrace, excellent customer service and tasty food. Choice for lactose intolerant vegetarians was very limited hence my 4* rating but as I occasionally eat fish, I confirm the salmon minus sauce was very tasty and good portion size.

Food quality was good and staff was friendly. However, it took very long time. They were short of staff members and running with shorter menu (with limited vegetarian options) but views from restaurent are wonderful.

High quality food, amongst the best service we have ever had and a picturesque view of the lake. The photo shows my desert which was apple pie with ice cream and fresh figs

+ Ambience, friendly waitress, Terrasse, meal is good - sooooooooo slow :( might starve to death. And only the half of the restaurant was full. Can't imagine full version.
