One of our fav chocolate stores. Been coming to see’s candies forever! My mom would always take us when we were little! Usually the Bellevue location near my house. But having one in totem lake near some frequently visited Restaurants is nice ! Kelly was kind and sweet!

Right before the new year I was having a really tough time and not the best week. I happened to be shopping at this plaza and saw the See's candy store. I thought to myself, "I could really use one of my favorite chocolates to possibly help me feel a little better." So I walk in and asked this beautiful girl if it was possible to just buy one of the marshmallow w/ caramel chocolates. I guess she saw through me and noticed I wasn't having the best day. She smiled handed me a little bag and said, "No worries. Hope your day gets better!" I'm still smiling and this happend over 3 weeks ago. Thank you Payton, you're an Angel. 😇

I am disappointed. What is marketed to be a happy place for young children has brought me nothing but distress, anger, and anguish. I came in to See’s today with my friend in hopes of finding a sweet treat after lunch. What I was met with was utter disrespect and honestly, straight up attitude. We were not certain of the number of chocolates we would purchase, but we knew it would be more than one. Politely asking the ONLY worker in the establishment as we are the ONLY customers. We naively ask the ONLY employee on the premises if they do boxes, and the response…snakey. We are but of 17 years of age and this girl was right around that. She looks at us as if we should already know the answer, and said What? she then proceeded to turn her back and package chocolate. we had continuous questions as she was giving vague answers, and everytime we said something, we were lucky if she responded. The chocolate is fantastic, and the girl with the bob was the worst customer service worker either of us have ever come across. We hope to see internal improvements in the days following this review. But of course, we will return because the chocolate is so good.

See's is one of my favourite chocolate shops. My mom loves their coffee candies. We always go whenever we're in the States. Cheri was lovely and super friendly.

They are always so wonderful here. If you ever need a gift for someone or are hoping to get something sweet for yourself, this is a great place to visit. I'd give five stars just for the customer service.

We go here on a monthly basis, and the workers are always friendly and handing out samples!

Yelp
Like all the See's shops I've been in, this was very clean and the woman working was very friendly. She offered a sample being their version of an almond joy and I really liked it. Which is something considering I don't actually like almond Joy. Including myself, there were two other customers with one of them being nice enough but pretty high maintenance. She very professionally and happily helped all of us, while keeping us all very satisfied at a high customer satisfaction level. I would definitely return to this location and would recommend it

Yelp
My intention of going in here was just to check out what seasonal chocolate they have and maybe get lucky and score a free sample hahaha but I ended up buying a few things because the lady was sooo nice. She was very talkative but very personalable and knowledgeable. She gave me 3-4 options of chocolate to sample from and I ended choosing the brittle which was yummy. I ended up getting a variety of chocolate from the display case and loved all of them. Pricing wasn't bad either. My collection was around $7.5 and then she included 2 more samples for me afterwards as well. I definitely will be coming back

Yelp
I came here to get some candies for my family and location was convenient with complimentary parking. It's the first time stopped by after they relocated from Bellevue to Kirkland. When I walked in, staff immediately greeted a big smile and offered a chocolate sample. The decor was classic and it's easy to find everything. I was able to get what I was looking for and service was great as always. A great place when you have a sweet tooth or for family or friends.

Yelp
See's opened a new store in Kirkland!!! It is the third week of their soft opening. Full confession that I am sentimental for See's. I grew up with this company. My middle school and high school years were filled with fundraisers using See's candy sticks and an occasional splurge for the gold-wrap lollipops. I bought them by the boxes for school. To this day, I can't walk by a See's without walking in, which is dangerous. Neither their Bellevue nor their Lynnwood store is at a "walk-by" location for me, and their downtown Seattle store has since closed due to pandemic and crime. My jaw literally dropped when I was doing errands in Kirkland Totem Lake Village and saw the store. To be honest, I thought, "I'm so screwed." LOL!! The location at Totem Lake Village (east of 405) is near Ross, next to the pet store. The interior is wonderfully sunny with vintage photos on the wall. The colors are adorable right now due to Easter packaging and St. Patrick's Day specials, too. The two ladies working there today were just the sweetest, greeting customers with cheerful salutations, and as always, offering a sample. Their candies are sold individually by ordering at the case (sold by weight), or you can choose packages. I have a standard order of a dark chocolate scotchmallow (dark chocolate covering marshmallow and butter caramel) and a Nut & Chew bar. Today, my eyes caught sight of a box of Dark Mint Scotchmallow - peppermint marshmallow & chocolate butter caramel covered in rich dark chocolate - a St. Patrick's Day special. There were only three boxes left. I caved and bought one of the three. Ful disclosure that I find many of the candies to be quite sweet. I stick with a select few covered in dark chocolate. The ones I like are very, very good.

Yelp
I purchased some holidays sweets for my loved one. See's has been around for a very long time with candies that my grandma loves! The best part is that they have sugar-free sweets so she can eat them without worry. They also often offer you samples, and with my food allergies, I was still able to sample some delicious lemon drops! This is a classic store that has all the sweets your grandparents will love, and it has that touch of candy-shop nostalgia.
