Absolutely the worst customer service you could ask for. Used to use them for everything produce and then prices went up and pack sizes changed dramatically. They label things as local that clearly aren’t, they short nearly all orders and don’t substitute or let you know, and every time I’ve ever been at Restaurant Depot there’s 2-3 Segovia trucks there. Don’t waste your time.

Truck entrance is off off Springdale rd. Very small an tight for semi trucks. Great people just bring your A game when delivering here

Segovia Produce is a great family friendly business that focuses on the needs of their customers. They ensure quality above all and build personal relationships with their customers. If something goes wrong with an order, they do right by the customer!

Segovia is not a good company. The warehouse manager Rick said “I do not care what farm I buy from” He also does not care about local or quality. He only cares about what is cheapest. They do not work with local farms through their struggles. Any inconvenience to them, they will threaten to back out of their commitments to go to the competitor. This is awful business strategy. They are inconsiderate, unprofessional and rude. I will be informing all the local Austin restaurants about how I was treated by them. DO NOT SUPPORT SEGOVIA.

We bring only the best produce up here for Austin. They only use one door for receiving so I enjoy the break while I wait.

Pulled out way early today to make sure he didn't have to wait. Instead blocked the whole line of traffic. Nice work

This is only about their Truck #62 Driver. I was cut off several times by their driver as he doesn't know about blinkers or solid lane lines. He also was impeding traffic for ~1 mile as he went on about his day. (Us natives have to wade through the riff-raff that Segovia Produce) Boo-urns
