Very happy to have this hip tapas & wine spot in Waco. We went for Sunday brunch and look forward to trying their lunch and dinner menu in the near future. I started with the gazpacho. It was fresh and flavorful with tasty toast for dipping. Husband ordered the Campari tomatoes with olive oil, basil, garlic, and sherry vinegar. They were spot on with flavors that enhanced but did not overpower the tomatoes. The great thing about tapas is they are small and for sharing, so we powered on with the Spanish Ratatouille (Pisto) topped with two over-easy eggs. I loved the combination of peppers, onions, squash, and tomatoes with the eggs. It was light and filling. My husband said he could happily have the Jamon Serrano Pintxos (creamy eggs with tomatoes ham and chives on toast) every day. On the recommendation of the friendly wait staff, we wrapped up our meal with Torrijas (Spanish French toast with peaches and whipped cream). Can't say enough about this delightful little gem.
