We paid $60 to get in when we had VIP but were refunded so that was a plus. But they didn't have a section for us so they sat us at a small square table gave us the ice bucket with the juices and cups and never came back with the bottle. After an hr of waiting they told us we had to pay $383 for the bottle that didn't come with the section. So we got a bottle but Instead was charged twice for a bottle $335.45 @7:07 pm and then $396.44 7:11pm (different prices none of what the machine said when I tapped my phone 383) and then was told I'd have to wait until my bank released the funds for the first charge. After purchasing the bottle I told him it was my sisters birthday and was telling him what sign I wanted when the bottle girls brought the bottle. He then told me it's just gon be one girl that brings the bottle to the table. There won't be any signs or sparklers like everyone else got that purchased a bottle. The hookah people were very kind and accommodating. Security was very good.

Unfair Door Policy Experience The flyer clearly stated free entry before 5 PM, but we arrived at 4:30 PM and were still told we had to pay. When we declined, the person at the door tried to negotiate a 3-for-1 type of deal instead of honoring the advertised offer. We chose not to go in. Misleading.

Loved Sekai, that was my first time going there and it was definitely a vibe. I enjoyed the food and the hookah was great as well. Next time I come to Houston I will stay there longer. And I got a bottle for $100. Overall my experience was amazing.

Wow, we were shocked at how much was being charged to get in $30, then the charge for a seat $200 and then mandatory 3 bottles @ $350 each . I paid less in Vegas for a much bigger pool and better environment. To top it off, they didn't even have showers in the bathroom. Pool full of people+ no shower to at least rinse off=NASTY.

Will never go back, This place is complete garbage From the promoters to the security. They overcharged my card and when I got my card back I informed the bottle girl and she walks away. I went to security to rectify the situation I was having with other females in the club to get it settled. One guy was willing to help so I was waiting. As I’m waiting another security guard telling to go outside. I’m explaining the situation he gets aggressive and grabs my arm I’m telling him to let me go cause he’s piercing my arms. Then when I got upset about their lack of care or effort they’re threatening to call the police on me when I’m the one getting mistreated. 1000% know they wouldn’t have this energy with MEN, typical losers with no real careers.

Nice place, we came from Beaumont and I guess we pick the wrong day because it was casting call day, so Dj kept interrupting the music. We brought a bottle than was told we couldn’t have it by the pool, I was so confused 😐, but I will give them another try one day. Then we waited hour outside because they wasn’t ready to open, they need to add mister and have water available for there guests

Disappointing experience. Security told me the cover was $30, but when I got to the front, they tried to charge me $40. Not a good start. The layout is weird—just oversized couches and sections taking up the middle of the floor. They’re blasting music so loud you have to yell to talk, but there’s no dance floor. So is it a club or a lounge? Feels like it can’t decide. Most people were just sitting around smoking hookah and scrolling on their phones.

The whole club is a scam. Starting with the promoters, to the managers, to the bottle girls, to the bartenders. Everyone is scamming you out of money. A bartender swiped my card for 50$ for a ginger ale I purchased. She turned around and told me it was nothing she could do. They had you waiting for two hours even if you had a section then when you get in they change the section price. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Side note if you are a slight bit of attractive all the females there will hate you and make it very obvious.

I was invited to a brunch and pool party here on a Saturday and let me tell you... IT WAS LIT! This is not one of those I'm too cute for the water pool parties. Everybody got in the pool and had on pool attire. Great hookah and bottle service. Sections start off at $200. Trust me... you wanna book one. The Saturday Brunch and pool party is from 12-8pm. Then the standard clubs hours go until 2am with a more strict dress code for the night. If you like to party this is definitely a Saturday day party spot.

Hmmm, Where do I begin this place is a mess! First, after booking bottle service weeks in advance I show up to the pool party and they made us wait in the back of the general admission line in 95 degree Texas heat for more than an hour. They advertise doors open at 2pm but they did not start letting people in until close to 4pm because they didn't want to let a bunch of girls that were on their guest list in for free so we all had to suffer. They did not separate the line into general admission vs. bottle service guests until close to 4pm but still did not let us in, they made us bake under the hot sun just a little longer until we were within an inch from passing out. The staff and security are rude as hell. They are not friendly and do not have an ounce of customer service skills. They are extremely unorganized and have Masters Degree's in unprofessionalism and "I Don't Give a Damn"! You would think after spending hundreds to thousands of dollars on reserving tables they would do more to make guests who spend money feel more welcome (but not Sekai, Lol). Just expect to be treated like a number. Oh, but it gets worse LMFAO. Once I got into the venue & was escorted to the table we reserved, after some time no bottle girl came over to our section. The disorganization continued inside the pool party to the point we had to chase a bottle girl down. That's when I found out a Sekai promoter scammed me out of my $400 deposit. The manger of Sekai said she saw what promotional group my deposit went to and she was on the phone calling them but she refused to give me bottle service as she said she could not confirm I made the payment, despite me showing her my proof of payment LMFAO. The section I booked was $750. This section was made of 3 hard metal high chairs, Lol. They said the section was for 5 people but it only had 3 chairs so where were the other 2 people supposed to sit? also their bottle service has hidden fees they don't mention until you get there. It was hot as hell inside the venue, there is absolutely no fans, no ventilation, no water-misters, no wind, Just HOT azz heat and air slapping you all in the face, LOL. oh and let me not forget NO WATER included with bottle service, you have to pay extra for that LMFAO! It is not worth what they charge, it has potential to be fun but their low budget operation will mess up your vibe the moment you arrive. You will likely be scammed out of money by one of their promoters especially if you're not a local. It's also impossible to talk to anyone from Sekai because they don't answer the phone, they don't answer emails and they don't answer text. I will not be back to Sekai due to their shady business practices and horrible way they treat their guests. If I could give zero stars I would. I will say their food is delicious but that's about it.

I thought the DJ was terrible. It's a hood spot. Not really for dancing or twerking which is what we were looking for. We sat down most of the time. Service was subpar as well. We wanted to get another bottle but waitress disappeared after 1130.... They open at 11. Will not return unfortunately

My friends and I went to the day time pool party on 04/02. Says it starts at 1pm so we got there at 2:30pm....They weren't even done setting up (strike 1) We walked in at 3:15pm. They set us up at the wrong section (strike 2). Said they were giving free mimosas GLASSES WERE NOT CHILLED had to chase people to get refills. Strike 3) Ordered hookah they sucked so we had to get new ones (strike 4) We starved ourselves so we can eat at Sekai.... Kitchen wAs closed and did not open til 4:30pm (strike 5) Only had 3 items on the menu... can't complain food was good. No one really showed up till about 5pm maybe 6 so it's really an "evening party" Wouldn't do daytime again... RATE: 5/10

I paid my deposit for Sekai on July 21st to one of their bottle girls. I did not receive any kind of confirmation email. I called the actual number of the business and spoke to the manager and was told that they were no longer doing the Pool Party on Sunday. I was NEVER given any updates or told that the establishment was shut down. I asked for my deposit back and was told to contact the bottle girl. The bottle girl stated that they were not aware of any refund procedures. It is over a month later and I still have not received my deposit back. They are promoting parties at other venues but are refusing to acknowledge the fact that they were accepting money for a deposit to an establishment that is shut down .

TERRIBLE. PLACE. FOR. A. NIGHT. OUT. The people here ZERO respect for anyone at the venue. They oversell tickets and don't even let anyone into the area where the DJ is playing. The bouncers are constantly pushing and shoving us and letting other people who were behind us skip in front of us. There is no protocol in this building at all and no one here knows what they are doing in terms of organization and coordination. Here is a picture of the bouncer that shoved half of our group to the ground. We've only been standing in front of the door to the main area for an hour without getting in. No big deal. I do not recommend this place to anyone who has never been here before, and I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone who is trying to see a really popular DJ here.

I'm still trying to remember how I broke a nail lol, but it was all in good fun! This pool party was EPIC; from the awesome bottle service girls to the Dj keeping us hype, I loved it here! Everyone was having a good time dancing, in and out the pool, tossing the beach balls everywhere. Thank you Houston!

This place sucks. My partner and I went to Sekai to see Gryffin perform on Feb 25. We did not enjoy the experience at all. You pay $50+fees to wait in lines see an artist perform. One line is at the entrance to the club. The second line is at the dance floor. If you don't pay for bottle service and you're not lucky enough to arrive before they close the doors to the dance floor, you end up waiting in line in the empty pool area. We were fortunate to arrive before they closed the doors to the dance floor, around 11:30. Gryffin came on around midnight. Thirty minutes into the set we had to use the bathroom. As we approached the edge of the roped off dance floor, we were told that if we left, we would net be able to return. After using the bathroom, there we had three choices: continue to listen to Gryffin through the speakers while dancing at the empty pool area, wait in line to maybe get back onto the dance floor, leave. We decided to leave and went down the street to Bauhaus. We'll most likely never return. It's not worth the hype and spectacle.

Came here on a Sunday with friends. The venue was packed inside & outside. The waitresses were very attentive to our section. The DJ was great & the overall vibe was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this spot if ever looking for a day party/pool party in the area.

This reminded me of Astroworld, but on a smaller scale. It was so crowded in the dance floor area that it is hard to move. God forbid, if anything had happened last night, people may have been hurt. And knowing that they oversold tickets to the concert last night explained a lot.

Worst bar service you can imagine. They serve who they want to regardless if they've seen you waiting. Will not be spending anything here in the future. This is a great place if you don't want to drink because the bar won't even take your order until they want to.

Amazing club! Vegas style, great service, big DJs. Can't recommend enough. Finally a club that I get to dress up and have lots of fun with my friends.

They closed a few days prior to a section reservation I had with them and I never received my refund for the deposit I placed. They also never personally informed me why they were closing or got back to me on my refund. Don't go here or don't try and get a section

At one time they had an actual dance floor. No longer. They had my party pay $600 for a table with seats that were soaking wet from the rain though it was inside. I can only assume they brought it in from outside. Wouldn't be so bad again if they had a dance floor. But they dont. What used to be their dance floor has become more private booths. There's literally no communal place to dance. This place is over priced and we regret coming back here. If we could immediately get a refund we would. No one is even dancing. Everyone is in their booths because that's all there is at the "club".

Worst place ever!! A group of me and my friends flew in from Florida and decided to check out this place and NEVER AGAIN!!! They failed to mention that part of the club was closed off on top of being table only. They let us pay, let us walk in then said the establishment was tables only and would not return our money when we asked to speak with management he shrugged us off. The staff was extremely rude as well when trying to get the matter handled. They are THIEVES and should be shut down. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place.........

Most horrible venue ever! Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee you will be allowed entranced to see the performer. You will be stuck outside in unorganized lines where people can get injured and shoved by bouncers and workers there. So inhumane. No proper service and customers are treated with so much disrespect from the venue. Tickets buyers will experience literal physical abuse here. HELLA SHOCKING! The environment was so unsafe and such kill-joy, waste of time and money.

This place has been the worst first experience for me. We bought tickets and waited so long just to get in just to stay outside in the cold to see the experience . What a shit show. Most of all, we were waiting in line to get into the main area to see GRYFFIN, then suddenly the crowds in the back pushed us forward and the bounce or whoever tf he was , pushed me and my cousin to the ground really hard (cause we were near the door and people were pushing us forward") and he freaking attacked us . We fell on the ground and hit our heads. How the hell would anyone do that? We had many witnesses and already made a complaint to the other female bouncy, I hope the supervisors take this seriously because we could've had a concussion. I will never ever come back nor should anyone. They don't care about no one. I wish I had a better experience as it was my first show ever.

One of the best clubs I've been to, def recommend!! Security and bouncer were friendly unlike in other clubs they some bitches. Music was soooo GOOD! Def a fantasy they throw confetti and keep it entertaining. Good liquor options. Bottle girls were nice as well.

Even if you have a ticket you won't be let in to main stage cause too full. So your stuck outside in freezing cold by a pool cause they have security at the door to inside that don't let you in. They shouldn't over sell if that's the case. It's unfair to paying ticket holders trying to see show. Also drinks are a bit over priced just two drinks 33.00

Could've been a nice concept but too many cons. Promoters and flyers say they open at at 12pm with free mimosas, neither were true lol. Stood in line under the hot sun until 1:20pm when they finally opened their doors. We were also excited to eat off their brunch menu, apparently it wasn't available the Saturday we went so had to order bar food. Last but NOT LEAST, no cards were accepted at all. Had to pay cash for food, the bar, and thankfully able to use cash app for hookah. Wish it was a better experience, other places to entertain in the area.

Literally had the best time here, we came for Mother's Day and I loved the grown and sexy vibe. Our server was great, food was delicious and the music was on point. Plus it's pricing is amazing compared to other places I've been too

So excited to finally have a Vegas style club in houston!!! Couldn't suggest a more fun spot to spend a night out with friends, also, there are great picture opportunities outside by the pool!! Even cooler that the DJ is able to be seen from the outside area!

First time clubbing in 2 years. Minus 1 star because staff was initially very unhelpful, EXCEPT for a 2 employees - Rafael & Makayla. He made sure our section was attended to & Makayla helped return my friend's forgotten credit card. I would definitely come back if more of the staff was as accommodating.

Do NOT go here it's a 40$ cover!!! We paid for a section there is no reason we should also have to pay to go in. The bouncer checked my purse and tried to play and take my 20$ from my purse! He claimed "it should be a tip" if I wasn't paying attention he would have just taken it. Then the door girls were not even trying to hear us when we were trying to explain that we had a section. They say that after 10 the list doesn't matter even if you bought the section yet their website says the open at 10:30. Completely unprofessional!

This place is a joke!!! If I could give this place a ZERO i would. Me and my best friends made reservations to a night swim for my bachelorette party and was so disappointed. The website and also their social media stated that the establishment opened at 9pm, my friends and I arrived around 8:45pm only to be told that they didn't open until 10pm. We waited to go in until 9:50 the manager did not offer anything or didn't even apologize for the wrong information. As we walked in we were greeted by a young lady that told us it would be 20 dollars each because my friends and I didn't have heels on. At this point I am baffled because NO where on the website or social media stated that. As we finally made our way inside no one showed us to a table or explain where to go, after 5 minutes of finding someone to ask what to do a young lady told us we had to purchase at least 2 bottles to be seated ( bottles starting at $200). My friends and I decided to go to the bar to order some drinks only to wait 20mins and NO ONE came to take our orders. So basically we wasted 1hr + on nothing. I don't recommend this place at all, very unprofessional and apparently whoever does their marketing or PR needs to be fired.

Sekai Night and Day is the best new nightclub in town! Come here for the amazing light show indoor or enjoy a nice outside ambience view of the indoor pool view. Amazing DJ's have already performed such as Galantis and Lost Kings can't wait to see what more and amazing artist will be performing here.

Absolutely loved this place!! Most unique club in Houston with the best staff, best drinks, best music and best experience. Definitely would recommend checking this place out!

Will never go back and highly advise skipping this venue.

Whether is falls on the venue or promoter(event organizer), both parties should have "responsibly" (1) sold the appropriate number of tickets to account for the space for they were denying entry to individual to the indoor venue for fear of overcrowding (even when there were visibly space) (2) supply more heater units for the outdoor patio to encourage more guess outdoor. Once you leave the floor (whether it was to use the restroom or buy their drinks) there was NO going back. The venue was beyond strict for guests that appropriately has the correct tickets and booth. OVERALL A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, AND I RECOMMEND TO AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DENY ACCESS AND ENTRY FOR EVENT YOU HAD THE APPROPRIATE TICKETS/RESERVATION FOR.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! The staff was nice and friendly but the club promoter Chris should not be used ever again. We were sitting in our section (that we payed well in advance for) for over an hour when the promoter Chris told us we had to get up and move to another section so him and several people could sit where we were. Originally he asked and when we declined he told us he is over everything and he could force us to move. Horrible way to do business. I will NEVER be back. The club also makes those with sections wait in line in the cold which was ridiculous. The backup was due to the fact that they make you order your bottles up front which doesn't make sense. Everyone knows your bottle order should be taken when you sit down. I was wondering why I never heard of this club when i was asked to go and I see why.

What a beautiful venue!! If you haven't came by to check out Sekai, you should ASAP! It is a spacious venue with a pool and multiple bars. Super friendly and energetic staff is eager to make your drinks or serve you a bottle in a section. Great music and big name DJ's. Definitely a must try!
