1. They were understaffed, but it was not super busy to begin with.
2. They were out of 2 signature espresso drinks, so I got the Lady Matcha but it was insanely sweet (tastes like sugar water) and you can barely taste any matcha. My drink was also supposed to come with toppings, but I got none and he never mentioned anything about it, which was really disappointing since I paid for and personally love the flairs for my foodstagram (which they advertise and state on the menu that it comes with it)
3. I ordered one sandwich and waited 40 minutes. For it? No. Never got my order. At the 40 minute mark, I asked for a refund. They made 12 orders before me while I was standing there the whole time. A sandwich order came out earlier with a different modification so I thought it was mine, but the guy said it wasn't mine since that's not what I ordered. Nobody ended up picking it up, so whos was it then? Around the 25 min mark, he finally asked me what I ordered and told me the kitchen was working on it. 5 more orders came out (of sandwiches), he sees that and never checks up on it. When I asked for my refund, I told him I waited 40 minutes for 1 sandwich and he said he "couldn't find my receipt" on the POS system, so I literally had to find the invoice on my card to show him that he took my order and I saw the receipt come out as well. When he asked for my receipt, I said he never gave me one... would've appreciated a full refund for the massive inconvenience but of course he only refunds exactly the sandwich
Overall terrible service, not attentive at all and overpriced mid drinks. Would not recommend and never coming back
