Stayed the end of June/Start of July. 5 star hotel. Went for a short birthday stay. Room was spacious, modern/sleek design. Clean and comfortable. All Guitar Hotel Staff were excellent. Property is secure and safe. Multiple pool options, relaxed atmosphere with music. (Cabanas, day beds and water devices additional fees). Pool side food is higher priced but yummy. Catch the night light show times vary throughout the year. Inside restaurants breakfast and service is great - have only had breakfast/brunch on our stays. Parking is free (unless you valet). Check-in and Check out very streamlined.

We stayed at the Hard rock hotel (not the guitar building) in june 2025 with 2 kids. When arriving in front of the Guitar hotel it was kind of hard to find the reception for the Hard Rock hotel since that is in a separate location in the middle of the casino part (and that part is huge). So, it took like 10 minutes to find the checkin-counter. After doing so, and finally got the room, we had a great experience. Amazing hotel, really cool lightshow at the guitar hotel at night at 20.20. Pool areas were also top notch although the pool at hard rock is a bit too shallow unless you are there with kids 8 years and below. However pools at guitar hotel can be used and they are super aswell. Everything very expensive, as usual for hard rock hotels. They have a food court in the casino from where you can take-away food to your room with quite nice variety (pizza, burgers, chinese, poke bowls etc). A car rental firm (Sixt) onsite in the reception. We had a bad experience with them but probably that was just bad luck. We stayed for 2 night and that was enough to experience everything the hotel has to offer before moving on....

We stayed here for the Halsey concert. The room is very nice, clean, elevators are fast. The concert venue was AWESOME! We purchased seats in the couch area, had our own big space with a table and a waitress! She came around a lot, and was super helpful! The security was great! Anytime someone tried to sneak in our area, they kicked them out right away. Security was also really friendly. Great view!! It was easy to get into the venue, no long lines. Bathroom lines went fast. We laid out by the pool before the concert, and the space is a little small so if you want a chair, you want to get to the pool area somewhat early. Wait staff at the pool could’ve been more friendly, and drinks were $$$$, But still a good pool experience.

I was truly impressed with the resort experience. It’s the perfect place to stay if you’re heading to Hard Rock Stadium. Everything you need is right on-site—bars and restaurants to suit every taste and budget, a complimentary shuttle to the stadium, and beautifully designed pools that comfortably handle large crowds without ever feeling packed. The iconic Guitar Hotel also features a fully equipped gym, rounding out an exceptional stay.

My 1st time overnight here, and the room was beautiful! We had a balcony overlooking the pool area which was quite nice and the shower was spectacular! King size bed, sofa, table and chairs... quite a large room. The pool area was really great. Not crowded, clean towels...heated pool, hot tubs...bar.. everything you could want. The casino itself, although smaller than Tampa did NOT have that smoky smell that lingers in just about any other casino I've been to. As a smoker, I appreciated that. And my non smoking friend wasn't put off by playing in the smoking area. The non smoking room was private with a door separating it from the main casino although almost unnecessary considering how clean the casino smelled. My one disappointment was the food. Although everything we got was delicious, I prefer the food offers in Tampa better.

Unfortunately I had to amend my prior review as my last two visits were terrible. Both visits my family needed to interact with a host. They are advertised as a perk for reaching a certain status and are supposed to be your concierge for all things Hard Rock. I've only tried to interact with hosts twice and both times the host acted like they could not possibly care less and stared at us like we were filth for asking a simple question. The first time this happened the host perked up halfway through the interaction, as we tend to be pretty friendly, so I got over the nasty attitude at the beginning. However, speaking with Jarren (who told us his name was James) during this last visit was horrible. I have never seen someone try so hard to make it clear they do not care about anything you are saying and only want you to go away. We walked up to him, and had to greet him as he simply stared at us with a blank face, and after a nice hello we asked about how we would go about getting tickets to a show. As X and Icon card holders we get a lot of ticket offers and wanted to finally use one for an upcoming show. You would think we walked up to the guy and spit on him with how he responded. Aside from instantly being told he couldn't help us, I've never seen so much hatred injected into a 90 second interaction. It's not like we were slowing him down while he dealt with a line of people. There was nobody else around while he was sitting at his desk. With the amount of money that goes to places like these and the host service supposedly being a perk, you would expect at least a minimal degree of service orientation. Maybe say hello to someone who walks up to you? Maybe don't stare at someone like you want to kill them for saying hello? If a smile is too much to ask for, then how about just not scowling at people? Maybe have the slightest bit of warmth instead of a nasty attitude? Out of the few words from the short answers he was willing to give, each one was just dripping with contempt. Places like this live and die by hospitality. If it isn't an enjoyable visit and the exact person that is supposed to help guide you instead treats you like filth, then odds are you aren't going to want to go back. It is such a shame to see the service go downhill here, but at least there are plenty of other nice places to go in south Florida. I cannot recommend the out of the way trip to visit here. There are a plethora of nicer options about an hour in any direction.

Didn't get the chance to stay here but went for a visit and it was worth it. There's a good amount tables compared to anywhere else. I sat down and played some Table games and a few slots and wasn't disappointed. They have a cigar bar in one of the shops and the casino allows smoking could be good or bad depending on the person. I enjoyed a nice cigar and drink in one of a few lounge areas.

I’ve visited Seminole Hard Rock Casino more times than I can count and for good reason. It’s hands down one of the best casino destinations I’ve experienced. Whether you’re there for the gaming, the atmosphere, or just a night out, it never disappoints. The casino floor is always lively, with a great mix of slots, table games, and poker action. Everything is well-maintained and the staff is consistently professional and friendly. It’s clear that customer experience is a top priority here. Beyond the gaming, the restaurants, bars, and live entertainment options are top-notch. Every visit feels like a complete entertainment experience, not just a trip to the casino. If you’re looking for a place that blends excitement, luxury, and quality service, Seminole Hard Rock Casino is where it’s at. Can’t wait for my next visit!
