Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood is truly an unforgettable experience. The entire property is massive, beautifully designed, and full of energy from the moment you arrive. The iconic guitar-shaped hotel alone is worth seeing — especially at night when the light show fills the sky. It genuinely feels like you’ve stepped into a luxury entertainment resort. The casino floor is huge, clean, and packed with every type of game you can imagine. Slot machines, table games, poker — everything is well-organized and constantly buzzing with excitement. Despite the size, the staff is attentive, helpful, and professional, which makes the whole experience even smoother. The restaurants and bars are also top-notch. There’s a wide range of choices from fine dining to casual spots, and everything is high quality. The atmosphere throughout the resort is classy yet fun, and you can easily spend hours exploring without getting bored. The outdoor pool areas and lounges are stunning, giving you true resort vibes. Whether you want to relax, gamble, shop, dine, or enjoy live entertainment, this place has it all under one roof. Overall, Hard Rock Hollywood is one of the best entertainment and casino experiences in Florida — luxurious, lively, and full of things to do. Definitely worth visiting, even if just for a day or night out.

Great atmosphere and surprisingly welcoming for families. Both pools are worth the trip but the hours were shorter than most in south Florida, closing at 5 & 6pm. Staff at all the services provided were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Food options are great, shops very accommodating. Only negative was every bar top gambling game we sat at were all broken, would take your money but buttons on each were stuck or inoperable.

Hard Rock Casino Hollywood, FL — My Recent Experience I’ve always believed that a casino should be a place where guests go to relax, have fun, and feel welcomed. Unfortunately, my visit to the Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, FL on December 3rd left me feeling anything but that. I arrived that day excited to enjoy myself, pick up my reserved gift, and use my free play — something I had looked forward to. Instead, I was stunned to discover that my casino card had been suspended without any notice or explanation. Just like that, I couldn’t get my gift, couldn’t use my benefits, and couldn’t play. It was not only confusing, it was embarrassing. Standing in the Player’s Club line with others who were just as lost and frustrated felt awful. When the staff told me the suspension came from “upper management,” I felt this heavy sense of guilt — as if I’d done something wrong, even though nobody could tell me what it was. That feeling alone ruined my day. I reached out to several managers and later emailed customer service, only to receive a generic, copy-and-paste response that didn’t address my situation at all. Ironically, I then received a survey from the casino’s president asking about my visit — so I explained everything again. Only after that survey did I get a nicer email assuring me my case would be “seriously investigated.” That was days ago. As of today, I still haven’t heard back. Meanwhile, I continue getting emails and mailers offering free rooms, free play, and gifts — all of which I am apparently not allowed to use. These offers feel meaningless now, and honestly, a little misleading. For context, I moved to Florida from Connecticut three years ago. I was an Ascend member at Mohegan Sun for ten years — treated with respect, always informed, never blindsided. I also held a high-level card at MGM Springfield and always appreciated their transparency and hospitality. Those casinos earned my loyalty because they valued their guests. Hard Rock was slowly starting to grow on me. Their marketing had improved, the atmosphere was fun, and I was beginning to feel like this could become “my” new place. But this experience showed me something different — a lack of communication, lack of accountability, and most of all, a lack of regard for the feelings of long-time customers. Most people I’ve spoken to say the investigation will probably lead nowhere. I truly hope they’re wrong. But I’m sharing my experience because I think other players deserve to know that situations like this can happen without warning, and you may walk in one day expecting to enjoy your visit — only to find your card suspended, your benefits gone, and no explanation at all. I don’t write this out of anger but out of disappointment and genuine concern. Guests deserve transparency, respect, and fair treatment. I sincerely hope Hard Rock takes this matter seriously and makes improvements so no other guest has to feel the way I did that day.

Hello, I was extremely upset with our stay at your hotel. We stayed at room 10502 in the Guitar Hotel. We understand that you guys were fully booked, but to give us this view for how much money we paid is unacceptable. We would have been fine with our room. Had we have been discounted for what we paid. We watched YouTube videos. We did our research for the rooms that we had expected and it was not an accurate description of what we got, which was on the website We are from Miami we know what $3000 in a room cost and this is absolutely not it had we known what our room had look like we would’ve happily stayed somewhere else. We called and asked for a late check out and we couldn’t even get that until we went down to the front desk and expressed our concerns and luckily Ruby gave us a 1 PM checkout Spending $3000 for a room without a view or a stocked bar in the room is completely unacceptable or no amenities. You can stay anywhere in the country for way better views or amenities. We weren’t asking for much except what we paid for and this wasn’t even half of that. We are extremely disappointed with our stay. Our shower completely flooded our bathroom. We asked for a better hotel room and the best that they could give us with two double queens and the suite was not a better lay out. The body nozzles on the shower would not get warm. We have taken pictures and videos of the room in case you need to see where we stayed for further proof of what I’m talking about. Morgan Somers

We stayed at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, FL, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were very welcoming, professional, and always had a smile on their faces — you can tell they really care about their guests. The casino itself is lively and full of energy, with plenty of games and entertainment options. Everything about this place feels high-end and well maintained. Overall, it’s one of the best hotels in the area, and we definitely give it a solid 5-star review. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have fun, relax, and enjoy a bit of luxury!

Google
Visited the Seminole Hard Rock Casino and Guitar Hotel last night and had an amazing time. The casino was lively, clean, and full of energy — we even hit on a slot and cashed out ahead. The highlight was having front-row seats to see Mike Tyson and then getting access to the VIP lounge for the meet-and-greet afterward. Staff was friendly and accommodating, the atmosphere was buzzing, and the place was packed — parking lots and garage were full, which says a lot. All around a great experience. Fun night, great vibes, and we’ll definitely be back.

Made a quick visit while here on holiday! The guitar it self is beautiful especially in the night time when lit up! Once inside its hard to tell if ur in the old building or newer guitar building. Lots of highend shops, sports bars and night&day club, a food court and of course the casino. It has a main area where you can smoke and a smaller non smoking area. The memorabilia all around is a nice touch!

WOW this was an amazing vacation after a vacation. Everything all in one. We could stay for a week and Be completely Happy. We only had a day. The entertainment lineup is neverending. The food is amazing, you have the gorgeous pool and cabanas outside. We were there in November. Perfect weather. The over all experience from the time you pull up to the door, to getting your room and your player's card (if you're wanting to earn points on purchases and gambling) then meeting up with your luggage at your room is done with ease. Customer service and Staff are there for you. Answering questions and they made our stay wanting us coming back. Plans for 2026 🥰🫶💕

Yelp
This beautifully designed Guitar Hotel is a landmark in the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood metro area. I brought my nieces here recently to check the place out, play some slots, check out the food court and just experience the music history plaques on the walls. Parking was easy with several options, depending on where you want to go to. There is a non smoking casino area, but it still smelled like smoking...probably from the adjacent smoking sections...oh well.....

Yelp
Machines at bars ridiculously start at $1 minimum bets, even with you having to pay for alcoholic drinks. Greedy.

Yelp
Stayed here for a night for a concert at the Hard Rock. The room was SO nice, especially for just being a couple hundred dollars. It had a good selection of things to do around the hotel without being insanely expensive. You get good bang for your buck. The staff was so nice as well. Overall, we feel like staying on the resort property has great value for all you can do in one place.

Yelp
Love hard rock but I think the slots are a little rig . But love hard a lot. I go everyday

Yelp
Service is excellent and friendly . Rooms are nice especially in the Oasis section - larger rooms , ( showers are awesome) and this time quieter than the Guitar hotel ( party central) ! The value is great if you get a comped guest room and win $$ in the casino ! The restaurants and food court all have options for everyone ! Not sure we like all the children about especially in the summertime . The free pool loungers leave a lot to be desired . I guess the hotel management wants you inside to gamble $$!

Yelp
Love the entire experience. We went for a "Pickleball Exhibition" with some past Tennis greats. McEnroe, Agassi, Roddick and Chang. Even Steffi Graf made an appearance. It was fantastic! Afterwards we did a little gambling. I lost a few dollars but my wife won a few, so it was a wash. Always good it walk away - not having made a "deposit". We ended the afternoon with an early dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe. Food and service were good. We had put our names in before going to gamble so it took about 40 minutes to be called. Perfect timing. Look forward to coming back. The Hotel/Casino is very convenient, located just off of 595, an exit off of 75 in Ft Lauderdale. Beats going into Miami for sure.

Yelp
Clever Vegas style design & fun memorabilia but everything overshadowed by a smoke filled casino like 1985. It's fun to see Madonna's dress & lady Gaga's outfits plus Neil diamonds car but head to the casino & you're in an ASHTRAY. Pretty shocking for 2023. A small non smoking room with SLOTS is not enough. It's sad that workers and guests are so expendable.NY'ers & non smokers beware!

Yelp
True Vegas style casino with real table games. Great place and not too far from the beach. The guitar hotel lights up at night with a synchronized music show and there are pools everywhere. I love this place!

Yelp
David at the front desk welcomed me with good energy & a big smile. He went above and beyond to make sure my stay here at the Hollywood Casino was up to par. His positive attitude makes me want to return again. I've spoken to the frost desk a couple of times on this trip and they were just rude & low energy. Thank you David !

Yelp
Poor signage led to frustration in finding a valet to park my vehicle. Was told by two valets that they don't park vehicles for Council Oaks at this door. After two tries (same answer) I quit and self parked. There actually attendants there at the parking garage I think . But parking was a complete " Free for All ". Zero organization or direction. We managed to park and found the elevator and found the entrance. Walked in and was immediately hit with a cloud of cigar/cigarette smoke. If I was not being taken out to dinner I would have turned around and left. Walking through the smoke filled casino made me never want to come back. Dinner at Council Oak was good not great as it had been built up to be. The menu did offer enough choices. The servers were professional , but the food service was slow. The steaks were just ok , temp was good but the fat was burnt not carnalized. Not worth the price , have been to to much better steakhouses. Left after dinner , had planned to gamble. Wont be back

Yelp
Do not see concerts at this venue! We went to see the Eagles, we were up dancing and singing. We weren't being obnoxious, just enjoying a concert like you should. The so called security came over and told us that we were being too loud so we sat down. We did continue to talk amongst ourselves while the security kept an eye on us. Because we were talking, they kicked us out. It wasn't like this was a orchestra or theatre type performance. It was so ridiculous! So if you don't want to have fun at a concert, this is your place to attend!!!

Yelp
Service was great selection. Was very helpful value was the good i will come back soon

Yelp
Let's start with the positive since there were only a few. The concierge desk is fantastic! Everyone we dealt with during our stay from there were polite, professional and courteous. Unfortunately this is where the good things end. I was there for a business trip w several colleagues. Just to check in was a nightmare. We were all supposed to have identical rooms and there all wrong. You can't call the front desk from the room for assistance it sends you to a call center somewhere out of state. Try to extend the room because of the flooding and still can't reach the front desk!! We will never go back not on business or for pleasure. Standing in line at the casino to get a players card took forever. The sense of customer service is non-existent and I would stay somewhere else that priorities customer service than this hotel that simply doesn't care about the people staying there.
