Cartilage in the chicken! Grabbed the Pasta Jambalaya and the chicken had cartilage bits in it, which is pretty gross to bite into. Feel like people need to know about that before they order anything with chicken here. It certainly put a damper on the meal unfortunately. I would imagine it is primarily a supply chain issue and not necessarily anything the staff can do, but I’m no expert. Sausage was good, but the pasta was not the best.
On a positive note, they came and checked on us and we causally mentioned it and they took $5 off the meal. Probably a 100% comp situation, but it was a decent attempt. The waiter was very nice and picked up on us splitting and had the dish split up for us prior to bringing it out.
