I had the most amazing experience! I was able to book a same-day appointment, which was such a relief because my back had been hurting from working out… and wow, did I need that massage. From the moment I walked in, the staff was absolutely wonderful. So kind, professional, and attentive, they truly made me feel taken care of. This was my very first massage ever, and all I can say is: they did an extraordinary job. It was so, so, SO relaxing, I honestly didn’t want it to end!🥰 The place itself is beautiful, peaceful, and spotless. They’ve created such a calming atmosphere, and you can tell they care about every detail🙏🏻

Alejandra is the best! I always leave loving my nails. She’s super sweet, takes her time, and really knows how to make your gel nails look flawless. They last so long and never chip. Her work is clean, and she’s always down to try new styles or designs. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

8/2/25 I came here today for a 90 min couples massage with my sister and I, and oh my god! We had such a blast ! It was so relaxing and they were very accommodating, staff as well were really nice people. I found this place via Groupon and it’s a nice salon in the Hammocks-Kendall area, they also do other services like waxing , facials , hair, and nails! It’s a fully service salon in the area. We were offered the wine/champagne but we didn’t want it , we went with Andrea and another one who started with the letter “L” (the only way I remembered these names were by the review page) Come check this place out! You will leave very relaxed and very comfortable (:

The salon is welcoming, relaxing and very organized. I have been doing my nails with one of their stafff members Alejandra for a few years now and her nail service is excellent, She leaves my nails perfect. Her nails come out amazing, they last me 3 weeks and she will always squeeze people in even when she’s busy.

I have been to Senses Beauty lounge before for different treatments. Today, I had a facial with Andrea. She is a very skilled esthetician. She addressed all my concerns, and provided recommendations for the facial. I did the European facial and added on the hydration facial. I was relaxed the whole time. The bed was warm, and the products used felt and smelled high quality. I look forward to returning for facials and other spa treatments! Thank you, Andrea!!

I scheduled a lash lift and tint with Andrea, absolutely loved my results. She was very professional and excellent at what she does. I made sure to reschedule before I left. LOVED MY SERVICE!!

I decided to come in after a long week of work feeling very exhausted, and walked out feeling new and amazing. I booked both a gel mani/ pedi as well as a facial. The place is absolutely impeccable, modern, clean and relaxing since the minute you walk in. I got my mani and pedi done with Sandy, she knows her job very well and removed my cuticles better than most places I have encounter, she left my feet feeling new, and pain free. My gel mani looks and feels flawless as well, love her work!!!! As for my facial, Andrea is by far at the top of my list for facials. She is one of a kind, since the very beginning she had an amazing touch that made me feel very relaxed. She got every extraction she could possibly get, and the microdermabrasion was great, I am already seeing amazing results! I highly recommend all services, this place is amazing as well as their staff. I really liked that the manager is very involved with the clients and always ensuring you are getting the best service. Definitely coming back again, I am so pleased! Thank you Sandy & Andrea for making feel amazing again!

don't waste your time booking an appoinment, they will call you 20 minutes before to cancel. this is unbelievable.

I've been getting my mani/pedis with Rosy for at least three years now, and the service is consistently excellent. One of the main reasons I keep coming back is their strict hygiene standards--tools are always properly sterilized. After a bad experience at another salon where I contracted nail fungus due to poor sanitation, I've become very cautious. I truly trust this place and won't go anywhere else.

Camille! What a beautiful gel manicure.... I would recommend (and have) to anyone. The atmosphere is relaxing and professional... also extremely clean which is the most important quality of all.

I booked a 60 minute massage and they only put oil on my body. No pressure at all. I felt more stressed after the massage to be honest. On top of that they only massaged me for 40 minutes, not the full 60 minutes. If you want to leave more stressed than you came in then this is the place for you.

I went to get my hair colored & once it was done my roots were the color of my ends and the middle of my hair was basically still my natural hair. After, I addressed my concerns, I was told because my hair was wet. Which is a ridiculous excuse. Although, my hair was barley damp you could still see a significant difference. I was just told excuses & told too just call back once it's dry & rushed me out the door. Very disappointed.

Always clean, nice staff, good prices and great service. It's easy to get appointments and usually have availability. I have been here 4 times now and they are consistently great!

Alicia is an excellent masseuse. She's attentive to your tender spots and applies the right amount of pressure. She makes sure you're comfortable. The massage tables are comfortable and heated. Also, she makes certain to provide the full 50 minutes. Appointments are easy to make and if you buy a package, they keep it on file. I've been a customer since mid-2020.

If i could rate this negative stars- I would. Went in for a couples massage and was deeply disappointed. First off, my message therapist smelled like fish. I wanted to throw up the entire time and if my husband weren't getting a massage I would've gotten up and left. Second, as much lotion as she used i could have easily went on a slip and slide. She tried to put it on my face? Why as a woman would i want that in my pores. Lastly, there was absolutely no pressure whatsoever. I wouldn't even call it a massage. It felt like my child rubbing too much sun tan lotion on me. Don't waste your money even if there is a good groupon.

I absolutely love Senses. I've been here many times over the past 3 years (since before covid!), but had to stop doing my nails for a little while because money was tight. I had a pretty bad experience at a cheaper salon down the street where all my acrylics came off like the press-ons from CVS, so I came to Senses instead, and this place really did exceed my expectations. Everyone here is really friendly, the place is super clean and very nicely decorated, and my new nail tech Yimara is an absolute QUEEN! Sometimes it's worth it to pay a little extra money to come to a better quality salon with technicians that actually take their time with their work and will give you a beautiful, CORRECTLY DONE set of nails.

I had an appointment with a specific nail tech that I like. The salon called twice to confirm my appointment but failed to tell me that the nail tech would not be available. Instead of being up front they put me with another nail text that had no experience. I literally had to file my own nails round shaped. She didn't have the pumice file that I am used to with other tech, I had to buy one. I did not appreciate having to pay full price for someone I didn't choose and was bamboozled to do my mani & pedi with. My feet feel exactly the same dry and hard. I tipped the poor girl because I felt bad but shame on this business for not being sincere and upfront. People need to be asked if they want to be thrown with anyone other than the specific person requested. My service was not worth the $65 I paid. I will be looking for another nail salon that treats their clients better.

I went for a simple dip manicure. After THREE of the longest hours of my life I left there with probably the worst nails I've ever gotten. Not only did the nail tech complain and talk shit about me, IN FRONT OF ME, the whole time but she attempted a simple nail design to only call it ugly at the end. Then had the audacity to charge me $20 additional for it. This was my first time going and I can promise you that it is my LAST time going. It's now only been four day and one whole nail has completely come off and many other nails are lifting. If you can't do dip nails, DONT ATTEMPT IT.

I went there for the first time as my birthday present. The place was clean and nice, the staff was professional. At the end of the session, they offered a glass of wine or champagne. I ordered a glass of wine. The problem is that there was no place to sit down and enjoy it. Basically had to chug it in front of the receptionist They need to either provide a lounge area or offer the wine before the massage as I am preparing for my session

Very nice and clean place. The staff are very nice and helpful . We got the couple massage for a birthday gift and it was ok... I had much better massages‍ ‍ . Maybe they should give the glass of wine at the beginning and get into the mude.they don't have a place where to sit and enjoy the drinks. Overall the experience was nice but not a wow...

Nice and elegant place located in West Kendall. With many types of services and great customer care. I went to also buy some products here and their prices are affordable in most of their merchadise. This place was neat and with a nice backround music! They have free parking lot at this not so big shopping center.

Had scheduled back to back massage and facial with Andrea. I really wish I could have loved it but it was the complete opposite. After asking me what specially was bothering me, she still did not add any relief to any problem areas during the massage. It was like she just rubbed oil all over my body. At first I thought she was just warming me up to be able to go deeper but it never got better. At one point when she got to my legs (after doing nothing to my back/ shoulders except for rub me down) I asked for a little more pressure and she started digging into my calf with her elbow- I'm pretty sure I'm gonna end up with bruises. We then moved on to my facial which was somehow worse than my massage. Everything she did caught me completely off guard. She went from rubbing things on my face, to cleaning it off then proceeding to use the same cloth she used to clean my face and go down to my chest that still had oil from the massage and brought the SAME cloth back to my face! I told her I had sensitive skin but I don't think she cared anyway. She started popping pimples and didn't even get them good she was just pinching my face and had me in agony. She then started zapping my face which lasted a few seconds, at one point she zapped my lip and I flinched so she got upset and put the whole thing away. She then ended everything early. They were supposed to be 2 hours for both and she took an hour and a half to finish with both the massage and facial. I left with stuff still in my face and neck I guess it was part of a mask she had previously put and didn't clean it all off. Never going back to this place. Don't recommend.

Best nail salon ever!! They have great customer service and all their nail techs do a great job. Very clean and amazing salon overall. Their also offer a variety of services like waxing and massages. I love how you can book online and choose a specific employee, it's so easy and convenient!

Purchased a 90 min couples massage. Didn't realize til after we left, but it was actually a 70-75 min massage (by the time I got in the car and saw the time, realized we still should have been in treatment for another 10 min). That was a bummer. My boyfriend & I are both massage therapists. He said it felt like his therapist was stopping to text several times during the massage, but her massage wasn't bad. I had the male therapist - Raul I think? - he was incredible. I scheduled another massage with him for 2 weeks from now. Honestly one of the best massages I've ever had - even if it was cut short, I'm extremely satisfied with my service. He was so purposeful and technical - if you are looking for a therapeutic, relaxing massage - definitely request him. Re: the response from the employee down below. Yeah, I'm aware of how massage timing works. The time starts when your therapist picks you up, so 2:15 which was our appointment time. So our massage should have ended at 3:45 not 3:30. I work in highly rated spas on Miami Beach, so again - I dont need to an explanation of how it should work. Our time was cut, we didn't get the full time we paid for, period.

I decided to give this place another try because it is by my house and very convenient. I did a full Brazilian, bikini line and stomach strip and both times I came here I bruised tremendously and skin feels raw. I bruised immediately after the service when I looked in the room. I wish I loved this place because it is close to me but this was upsetting and this has never happened to me any where else. I thought it was weird how quick the wax was done and I believe I bruised because it was done in VERY large pieces and not professionally. My tech was very kind but the results are very bad.

I went here today for a full body 60 minute massage that was just okay. The lady was super nice, but I kept having to remind her about the pressure I liked and to please slow down with each area being massaged. At one point, the salon music was so loud that I would just hear Justin Bieber or Drake over the water fall/spa music because the massage rooms are not sound proof. I would not recommend a spa/massage day here.

I love this nail salon. The ability to schedule appointments online has made getting my nails done so easy. Rosy does my nails everytime and I am able to book her online based on my schedule. I do Gel Nail + removal and regular pedi for $50! This is a great price especially in this area. The spa itself is so clean and welcoming. Most of the employees speak Spanish but they definitely understand and are willing to work with English speaking clients. This has become my go to nail salon. I have tried the wax here and was not impressed. They use the typical strip wax and I have become to accustomed to the wax at European Wax Center. Strong recommend for nails, but you might want to go somewhere else for wax.

I came for a dip mani and regular pedi. The lady cut up both of my big toes during the cuticle cleaning. I was bleeding so much that the towel had blood patches everywhere. She then continued to apply the polish while I was still bleeding! Who knows how many times she does that. On my hands, she cut up not 1, not 2, but 4 fingers with the filing machine. It hurt so much. My cuticles are raw. While I love the color, I am so upset and disappointed. I will not be coming back unfortunately. It burns just letting water run down my hands.

I came in a few minutes early to fill out the paperwork and I was left waiting. Then I was told the facial lady had not even come in. That is the most unprofessional thing that has happened to me! Thankfully, The facial itself was great. I got a groupon for a signature facial. And she was so thorough and got every extraction she could possibly get. They also have a deal where you get a microdermabrasion for only $30 when you purchase a facial. The microdermabrasion was great, quick and efficient because I saw visible difference the next day. I'm going to have to keep going and get rid of those dark spots on my face.

Amazing place!!! I moved to West Kendall recently and I was looking for a new manicure/pedicure spot. I found this nail salon and so happy for that!!! It's very organized, modern, clean. When you get there, you can choose between water, coffee, juice...and get ready to relax. Sandra has done my pedicure and manicure twice and has been amazing. She is very friendly and does an excellent work. They offer waxing services, facial and body massages as well. I highly recommend this place.

Came in to get a mani and pedi after a friend recommended this place. My hands looked like they were straight out of a horror movie because I had been working on my backyard over the weekend. My manicurist, Idania, suggested I try a Gel manicure for $10 more. I figured why not. She did an amazing job on my hands and feet. My manicure is still looking great after a week and a half! I didn't feel rushed at all. Added bonus: they offer you wine!

I'm still going to get my manicures and pedicures at Senses. I tend to do my nails with Sandra or Rosy. I highly recommend this place! You will not be disappointed.

Such a nice place, super convenient location, however, I'm writing this review because my gel manicure started peeling off within 6 days of getting them done. I should've taken other reviews into consideration, rather than the amount of stars. The customer service from my nail tech was great, but lacked experience. Very clean facility as well, but the work on my nails was beyond disappointing. She filed them down way too much, said she can do a design and failed, my cuticle looks horrible after 6 days, also the most disappointing was the fact they didn't last (mind you, it was opi she used). If I wanted to, I can easily peel off the entire polish, but don't want my nails to weaken. It was also my first time and they didn't offer me any of their free services for first timers. So sad since they are right behind my house.

This is the WORST manicure I have ever received. Kathy did not know how to do dip and put so many layers of the powder. The manicure took 2.5 hours and it looks horrible. The design is nice but now is peeling off as well as the top coat ONLY AFTER 4 DAYS. The design was supposed to have chrome but, she used glitter polish instead and when another nail tech told her it was supposed to be chrome she said "yeah well I'm not doing chrome now" with the biggest attitude. She made me feel as if I was a burden on her. she also did not know how to remove dip and Drilled it to the point of it burning. She kept asking other nail techs what to do next. she also during the service kept calling people and texting every 5 minutes to complain about having to do my nails. I will NEVER go back here again. These nails were for a special occasion and now my nails look horrible for it. Now i have to go get another manicure. DO NOT GIVE SERVICES TO PEOPLE WHO DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THEM!!!!

This is my second time doing a lash lift with Andrea at Senses and I am Super happy!! The location is easy to get to, has ample parking, the staff is friendly and the place is very clean. Andrea is very attentive and very skilled - my lashes look amazing!! I will keep coming back! I highly Recommend!

Got cut on 2 different toes today during the cuticle cleaning. It has happened to me before at this location but I understand it can happen and continued to give it chances. However, I didn't like that I was still lightly bleeding and the lady used one of the nail polishes on me, therefore dirtying the polish. Who knows how many times that has happened with others and could increase the risk of infection :/ sad to say it but I won't be returning here

Came here from Pembroke Pines after calling and confirming. Once I arrived they said they CAN NOT ACCOMMODATE me and they would only be able to a regular polish. This place isn't worth your time or Money! Find somewhere else to go! Edit- surprised at the review? When I called, I was told there's a 4:30 that's not confirmed I said ok that's perfect explained how I wanted a princess and an appt for a mani pedi. The receptionist continued to tell me that if the girl shows up, I'd have to wait and I said that's fine I don't mind waiting. And I'll see her later today. She never told me don't come. We don't take walk-ins or ect; I came in, was told they can't do gel mani and pedi only regular polish's I said okay, I'll do just a gel mani that's fine and I'll get a design or ombré- just something on the gel polish. I was then told no, the tech available can only do a single color. No design, no tips, no stones nothing. Since my 2 year old was already getting something and I was waiting, it would make sense for me to get something done while there as well. Why would I want to to wait and then go somewhere else for myself. That doesn't make sense? But I still did it because I didn't want to "intentionally" hurt your business or be rude. Almost all the negative reviews complain about the same thing how they were asked to leave or come back. I believe maybe keeping a few extra techs on schedule might help your business. P.S - super classy of the manager to call my reference and also complain

Coming here is my sweet treat. It's a place where everyone is welcomed and all the women are chill with one another...no caddiness here ladies. Great service and great ambiance and always leave feeling great. Liz, my nail artist not just your average technician is part of my biweekly schedule and I always enjoy my time and my nails once I leave. Senses is not just your corner nail spot it's a gem!

I came here a few months ago after seeing Jenny because I wanted to give my nails some time to recoop after having gel polish for 2 months. The receptionist called to apologize to say that Jenny wasnt available and if I was willing to be placed with another tech for my acrylic/gel removal and manicure. I figured that since my previous experiences at Senses were all excellent, this wouldn't be a problem so I agreed. I think I was placed with Sandy (I might be wrong with the name but I remember that she was from Venezuela and very kind). Despite the pleasant company and conversation, she completely destroyed my natural nails. She drilled far too long and too deeply when removing my gel and thinned out every single one of my nails. At one point she had grown frustrated with how long it was taking the acetone to dissolve the gel and just got to drilling it all off and burning my nails multiple times. I felt so awkward and told her that it was hurting a bit and she kept reassuring me that it's normal and that it's part of the removal. Afterward, the manicure was sloppy because I can tell that she felt like she was being rushed by management. I don't fault her for how messy the manicure came out because it seems like this place really overbooks/overworks their nail techs. It's been 2 months and there's a significant dip between my healthy new growth and the extremely thin sharp damaged part. I showed my friends and family who normally wear acrygel and they said that's not normal and that's the result of a bad removal. I haven't been able to wear polish for a while and my nails break from doing anything. On top of that, my nails actually hurt at the parts where they are too thin. Any pressure actually hurts and it's been this way for two months. And I had only worn acrygel on my nails for 2 months prior (not years enough to cause significant damage to the natural nail). I still recommend coming here BUT you need to do your research on who your nail tech is (I'll always recommend Jenny, she's very talented) and also keep in mind that if you ask for a nail service, it's very easy for them to tack on services that cost extra while you're thinking that it's part of the normal manicure experience (like shaping).

I'm fortunate to have enjoyed many professional massages in my life and Andrea at Senses is easily one of the best massage therapists I've ever encountered. Her combination of incredible knowledge, technique and touch never disappoints. I've been a client for about three years and haven't gone anywhere else since. Well worth their good package deal pricing and more.

If you're getting a regular gel mani I 100% recommend Judy Maria she is the best at pedi and mani's however with mani's I feel like there is no one better. This woman cuts my cuticles and removes skin from places I didn't even know I had. My gel mani honestly lasts until I decide to go back and redo my nails, they don't chip at all and she leaves my hands looking new. For acrylics Liz is great! She's usually busy so you'll need an appointment in advance nails look very natural and she tries her best to make sure you're 100% happy with her work. The place is always spotless you're asked for a beverage of choice upon arrival and the manager is usually there and he is very kind. They're a bit overpriced for some of their services but it's worth it. And usually they have groupons for waxing and etc.

I went here to do my dip nail and Pedi after doing my lash lift here with Adriana, which did an amazing job. Adriana was gentle and comforted me when I got uncomfortable. I am giving two stars however because Patty P completely butchered my cuticles. She did not put cuticle oil on them to make them softer, but instead, she used the buffer for acrylics to remove my cuticles. I am in pain right now, I just put numbing cream on them and I did my nails done two days ago. She claimed that my cuticles were just too rough and that's why they were bleeding, but that's what the oil is for. Terrible time. I enjoy the salon but this was a terrible experience.

I've been coming here for a few years and it's always been a great experience. Today I went in to get my eyebrows and my legs done and left with wax burns underneath both my eyebrows and splotchy legs. The lady who did me was extremely nice but I'm very disappointed.

Since I moved to Miami, I had a few negative encounters with nail salons especially when it comes to hygiene. This place is impeccable, clean and everyone is super nice. I was referred to senses by a friend of mine. Sandra did my mani & pedi and she was great. She knows what she's doing and I left the salon feeling brand new. The manager of the salon was also welcoming and friendly. It is now my new spot for nails even tho it's a drive but for the quality of services they provide I am willing to go the distance

After a few misses I've finally found someone who is detailed and works beautifully without breaking my bank. I would recommend Jenny hands down if you're meticulous about your nails and want hardgel done. The lounge is very nice and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Can't wait to try the rest of the treatments they offer

I have never in my life gone out of my way to do a google review. I am beyond unsatisfied with the results of my lash lift and tint. It looks as if I hadn't even gotten the service done, other than my lashes clumping together and apart. I have long thick lashes and now look like I have lash gaps. The tech was nice and I have a hard time leaving this rating but I am at a loss of words and in full tears. My eye lids still have glue on them. I cannot believe I spent money on feeling so bad. Complete loss of confidence.

I've tried doing walk in appointments three times and each time was told that they were too busy despite being empty. I can only assume they didn't want my business perhaps based on my appearance. Sad, my first time here was wonderful. I had a wax (scheduled) and decided to get a mani/pedi. Tried bringing my friends but was turned down each time. If you are going to try to do a walk in, I strongly suggest dressing up (like office casual) and maybe then they will accept you.

First time here and won't be going back. They were super short staffed when I went. The color and the nails looked good right after I had them done but they started chipping off 3 days later and it was shellac!! I've never ever had that happen to me with shellac and for the price I paid which was more than other places I've gone to for shellac it was way more expensive. The only reason I went to this location was because my friend told me about it and she won't even go back. She went the same day and had a pedicure and he nails were already chipping in less than a week.

They're great and punctual. They're clean and professional. They do not over book, you must make your appointment. It is always a peaceful experience.

Jenny has been doing my nails for over a year and always does excellent work. No matter what I'm looking for (classic, minimal or all kinds of nail art), she is always on point. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with her.

I've changed my rating to 4 stars. My nail has gone from Aphrodite's Nightie to this color I'll post a pic of down below. The gel lifted shortly after I left from drying my hands on a towel and I came in to get it fixed which they happily did. Their staff is fantastic it's a great clean place but I don't trust the quality of the "OPI" nail polish there. I would have said that it was just my nail polish that had this problem but the friends that I recommended their have also had their gel chip with 3 days of getting the gel manicure. The regular polish on my toes has held up beautifully but I'm writing this review to warn about the quality of the OPI polish they have at this salon. I'll return any day for a regular pedicure with treatments as those are amazing!!!

After searching for a long time and trying different nail salons, I have found the place! I've been coming to Senses Beauty Lounge for months now. They are always professional, on time and the place is always clean. Yuddy Maria is amazing! My nails come out perfect every time and I receive so many compliments. I'm there every two weeks, sometimes even 3. I highly recommend.

I was recommended here by my sister in law and all I can say is wow! Amazing customer service, the front desk and owners are so welcoming every time i go in for my appointments. After many years of going to different places and being unhappy with my nails, it is so great to find a place where I am in love with my nails.
