This meal was the perfect way to start our time on Lake Garda! The Senso tasting menu felt like experiencing a theater play, so much artistry and intentionality behind every dish and the experience. The sun set during our time there, taking us along the course of the menu. Davide & his team guided us along the way, helping us understand the story behind each dish. He also mentioned that he travels the world in the off season to study global cuisine and hospitality. This is a true gem, you should eat here and savor every second. (I took a million pictures but only posting 2 so you’re all pleasantly surprised like we were.)

The atmosphere is nice , we had the best view of lake Garda during our stay. The service is spectacular. All the staff members are very polite, respectful and helpful. The food was also great, however, the tastes were very rich. The goat cheese’s smell in risotto was very strong and we couldn’t enjoy our risotto. Also, the menu mainly has seafood options, but unfortunately we are not a big fan of seafood. The desserts were extraordinary. All so delicious.

A lot of pretense and no flavor at this top notch pricey restaurant. We opted for 3 to 4 course meal. Nothing stood out. They have you eat fish with thick peanut butter. Just doesnt go with fish. Horrible. Slow service. No view at night. I would not go back.

Abbiamo optato per la degustazione con variante Vegetariana. 9 portate eccellentemente servite e spiegate. Personale educatissimo ed attenti al dettaglio servendo il cliente. Una vera esperienza sensoriale attenta ai prodotti del territorio. Niente quinta stellina perchè al ristorante del Mart di rovereto, anni addietro, sempre con la degustazione abbiamo apprezzato di piu. Ottima la visita in cucina, molto originale, a tu per tu con chef e staff. Unico neo, non tanto il prezzo della degustazione e dei due calici come aperitivo al bar o i caffe finali. Ma bensí i 40 euro di 4 bottiglie d’acqua Surgiva naturale ordinate. L’acqua che tutti noi possiamo acquistare ad un paio d’euro ovunque e non giustificata. Ultima cosa: il tovagliato, non curato e sfibrato. ahimè sono scivolati su un piccolo dettaglio..

Esperienza fantastica, da fare almeno una volta nella vita. Regalatevi una serata in questo ristorante, che dall'inizio alla fine vi sorprenderà. Personale giovanissimo, complimenti ai cuochi e ai camerieri. Il livello è nettamente (o infinitamente) superiore a qualunque attività sul lago. Ogni piatto è una poesia che rievoca ricordi, che fanno sorridere. È bello, in un mondo che corre, come durante tutta la cena si venga portati in una bolla di pace e serenità, e questo non ha prezzo.
