We are organizing architectural tours in Oslo. I experienced that the intern communication at Sentralen is extremely unreliable. It's very difficult to get a person (telephone, mail, at the site) who has any responsibilities. I felt always very unsure whom to talk to when ordering for groups since again and again I didn't get a response when ordering by mail.
One last example: My work partner personally (on site) registered two groups of 30 people to get prepared coffee, three days in advance. The staff has taken and confirmed the order. When the first group arrived, the order was not prepared, non of the staff would know anything. (With the second group everything was all right).
We and our customers would love to enjoy Sentralen, nice place, good soups. But - Sentralen is now a no-go for us as organizers. This must not happen, we have to supply the service which is agreed with the clients. Else we loose them.
