Extremely satisfied with this place! We've been lucky to find it during our only night staying in Oslo. A great tasting menu, allowing us to discover some Norwegian specialties, the staff was super friendly, and the quality of the cuisine was superb. The place looks good... Well, that's a home run! Not too pricey neither (it's not cheap, but you have a great value for the price)!

Had a fantastic pizza here tonight. Shame it was our last night in Oslo or we’d definitely be back. Lovely staff, lovely welcome and fantastic use of the old bank. Really interesting space. Have a nose around if you can!

We enjoyed every dish. The food is creative, simple but flavourful. The price is on the higher end and the portion is small. The place was continent near the city and accessible to the public transport options. We had a good time there speaking with the waitress who can speak Japanese.

Incredible food, and very reasonably priced. Generous portions — three sharing plates per person is plenty! The service was very slow — we had to wait 30 minutes between courses — but the amazing food (almost) made up for it completely.

Realy nice meal, small courses with fresh ingredients. We had great beet tartar, amazing skrei cod with purree and green aples. Good choice of natural wines, unfortunately sparkling wine was served too warm. Service could be more aware, empty plates stayed on the table for such a long time. And I missed a possibility to choose a coffee, you can get only a cup full of "dirty water"

Sentralen delivered an unforgettable night of culinary excellence. The oysters with jalapeño were a refreshing, spicy twist, and their pizza was the perfect balance of crispy and flavorful. The pasta? Simply divine, with textures and tastes that left me craving more. Every dish was presented beautifully, making the experience both visually and gastronomically satisfying. Sentralen is a must-visit for anyone seeking top-notch cuisine in Oslo!

Upscale, small-plates, sharing-style restaurant but without the snobby feel. Servers are young, exuberant, and know the menu well. Food is unique and experimental; they put together ingredients in ways I haven't seen or thought of before but somehow work together with strong and vibrant individualistic flavors. Ate here several times and saw the dishes change and evolve over a short time. With sharing, prices are reasonable for Oslo and some portions, particularly the meats, were more substantial. The decor is a mix of old, classy, and exposed industrial (an old bank vault is next door, but stainless steel restroom sinks). Overall, one of the most memorable places in Oslo, for dining or conferences. Make a reservation.

I came here for dinner and absolutely love it. The decor and ambiance is what I would describe as industrial chic and relaxed. There is an open kitchen and nice music and the wait staff is super nice. The menu has a bunch of small shared plates so you can easily eat 2-3 by yourself. The 6 course tasting menu costs around 650 krona and individual dishes range from 100 to 300 each. The food is super yummy. I got the avocado and jalapeño dish as well as the smoked beetroot with egg yolk. They were divine. Highly recommended.
