Where do I start ? The girls at Senza, and Matt and Dr. Rasi are amazing people . I’ve been going there for over 20 years! The vibe is totally no pressure, honesty, and caring. So important when you are dealing with your face and body. I always look forward to my appointments there. For 65 my face looks pretty,pretty,pretty good thanks to Senza !

First time I visited Senza 14 years ago and absolutely fell in love with this warm and cozy clinic. They have competent and friendly stuff, exhibit outstanding professionalism, have flexible therapy plans and multiple available treatment options. They provide confidentiality, easy scheduling and convenient reminders. I established with Tera after my initial couple of visits and was her faithful client ever since. She's fantastic!

I had my first tattoo removal appointment yesterday. Beforehand I came in for a consultation and we greeted with a smile. Matthew gave me my consultation and was pleasant and very knowledgeable on the procedure. He answered all my questions. I made the appointment for a week later. Yesterday’s appointment was just as positive. Tara was the one to do my procedure. She went over everything again to make sure I was clear on how the procedure was going to happen and on aftercare She made me feel very comfortable. I’m not going to lie, it hurt a bit but I was warned before we started so I knew what to expect. She was awesome. Everything went as planned and I was excited to make my next appointment in 6 weeks. I was referred from a friend and I can’t say enough great things about this place!!! I highly recommend them.

Absolutely wonderful experience..So friendly, helpful and welcoming! Funny too which i love a good laugh, which eases any anxieties one may have getting a treatment done. I absolutely adore tge gal who did my peel. She was so easy to talk to, a very real person and had some giggles. Very thorough and informative. Highly recommend

I love Senza! I’ve always had a great experience here. Their knowledgeable information on their products - Karen always answers all of my questions - and Sarah gives a great peel! I’ve gotten my peels done from them and typically do this at year end because of their discounts on everything! So thank you Senza!!! We’re not getting any younger but we can fight it with your help.

The staff are amazing, they offer a wide range of services at decent prices. They do such a good, thorough job. They really care about their customers. I can't wait until my next appointment!

I drive over 80 miles just to come to senza and I have been coming for over 10 years. The same people are there which speaks to the culture of kindness, love, and caring. Stephanie, Dr. Rossi, Tara, Karen, Matt and the wonderful provider team are part of my family. My son says I should switch to a San Diego agency and I say no because I wholeheartedly trust senza. They care and their work is amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone who will listen!!! I will keep coming as long as I can!

A friend recommended this place and I highly recommend it as well! Everyone is so friendly and informative letting us ask tons of questions with great answers! So clean, definitely hooked and coming back.

The only reason I go there is to purchase Obagi products, which by the way they have increased the price. But the price differs according to who answers the phone. For some reason it has increased from one week to the next. On two occasions they told me they did have the product. I drove there for them to tell me they were out. Also, I won't get any procedures done there either. Dr. Rasi is not a Double Board Certified Plastic Surgeon nor a Cosmetic Dermatologist. I always do my research, and it seems he has a background as a General Surgeon which is totally different than Plastic Surgery. Certification and membership are not an indication of education and training in the fields of Plastic Surgery or Dermatology, unless you have received your medical degree in one of these specialties: Plastic Surgery or Dermatology. The staff is pleasant, but lack knowledge. Do your research if you plan to have an invasive procedure.

If I could give a ten star review I would! For the last three years I have been struggling with melasma. I tried everything and no one seemed to listen to my concerns, it seems a lot of esthetician places just like to push their product regardless of the results. Thousands of wasted dollars later I went in to see Matt for a consultation and he was so kind and listened to my every concern. I didn't feel rushed and he was honest, which was a change. He made suggestions and we came up with a plan. ... two weeks later and my melasma is almost gone! I can't say enough about Matt and the staff! Because of them I am more confident and can live a better version of myself. Life changers! I will never go anywhere else for my skincare needs!

I'd like to start out by saying I'm new to getting Botox and I don't exactly feel like I'm the kind of woman you see at a upscale establishment like this lol. I was a bit uncomfortable as I felt I didn't really belong here at first. Everyone is beautiful. I had Botox done in October with my sister who swears by Senza. Everybody was very nice. I absolutely loved the results. Made me feel great. Today I went In again for more Botox, but I had some questions about possibly getting fillers. I apologize but I don't remember the ladies name who did my Botox think it was Britney or maybe Brianna anyways she was great. She answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed even though I was the last appointment at 6:30 and it was late so I'm sure they wanted to get home. Matt was awesome! I told him about my insecurities due to acne scars and he seemed very sincere in what my options were. He didn't pressure me or try to sell me on anything. I left completely happy with just the Botox. Having had plastic surgery in the past I feel like when you walk into certain environments they just want to sell sell sell everything they can. You tell them you're insecure about some thing and they're ready to change it. Neither of these people did that to me today in fact I left feeling better about myself because of the way they treated me. They made me feel like a friend not a commission. For anybody else out there who's a bit nervous I would definitely recommend Senza. Thanks to all the staff for being so honest.

I went in for a tattoo removal on my finger and after several treatments I didn't notice a difference. I spoke to someone on the phone and they said they might offer me a free laser treatment or possibly a refund for no results. I was told that someone would call me and discuss my treatment. I did receive a call from a very cocky arrogant man "Matt" claiming that my treatment on my tattoo removal could take up to 40 sessions for a name on my finger, he also told me that he would give me a number to another office to continue my treatment because he wasn't going to listen to what I had to say. So if you want to get strung along and money wasted on a tattoo removal you are in the right office!

The numerous price miscommunications have left me with the impression that they will say anything to get you to spend more money... fun surprise when you pay! I've always been very happy with "skin treatments" (peels, facials, lasers, etc.), but have NEVER been happy with Botox results... and believe me they try to upsell the units!!! I'll continue to drive to OC for better prices and far better results with less units. Signed up for monthly membership and was given inaccurate information regarding the date the funds are charged to my card... this after they didn't charge my card previous month (I had to call to remind them) The price miscommunications have ruined my experience to the point I didn't even want to go in last month for the service that I have been billed for. Everyone is very pleasant, but that doesn't lessen the overall problem.

At Senza, Dr. Rasi & his staff offer many services, procedures and products. I go to Dr. Rasi for the laser tattoo removal. I went in for a free consultation (some places charge for a consult) with no pressure. Dr. Rasi took time and answered any questions I had and explained what the procedure entailed. The office is clean, and the staff is very friendly. He has many clients, who look very happy. They also offer specials for different procedures and products. As for the laser tattoo removal.. it s fairly quick. (I'm getting 2 removed) it takes less than 3 minutes to do. Before they start zapping your tat/skin they have a hose which blows cold air on your tat and they continue to while they zap you. The cold air does help, but it still hurts! It's a fairly long process, but am quite pleased with the results!

Excessive underarm sweating procedure worked for me! I suffered from excessive underarm sweating since I was about 11 years old. I tried so many different products and gimmicks to try to get my underarms to stop sweating! It didn't matter the time of day, social situation, or stress I was under, I ALWAYS had stains on my clothes from sweat. When I heard about Dr. Rasi's permanent solution to my problem I was ecstatic! He was extremely knowledgeable about the procedure and answered my questions in a caring way. He made me feel very comfortable and confident about the procedure. The entire appointment lasted about 3 hours, but the laser part was only about an hour of that. It was so interesting to watch and know why he was doing what he was doing. First, Dr. Rasi conducted a starch and iodine test to see where the sweat glands were the most active. From that, he was able to map out the areas where he would laser. I anticipated it to be extremely painful with a lot of recovery time, but the only part of the procedure that was uncomfortable was the incision and when the local anesthetic was being administered. After that, it was bearable. Once the procedure was over, I went out to lunch with a friend and went about my day like normal! This procedure has been life changing. It has reduced my sweating by about 75%. I no longer have to worry about having sweat stains on my clothes and ruining them. I can go out in any social situation and not be worried or embarrassed by my sweating. When dealing with stress, I don't have the added stress of being embarrassed by my sweaty underarms! I am extremely happy with the results and am so glad that I decided to do it! Thank you, Dr. Rasi!

I highly recommend Senza! It takes a good team to maintain health and good skin.... they are a major part of my team for self care.

Great place - staff are extremely professional and the whole place has a very relaxing/rejuvenating vibe. I started laser hair removal treatments here and the whole experience was smooth (haha) from start to finish! After calling back to return a message I had left outside of business hours, Karen explained the whole process and what to expect over the phone and answered all of my questions. On the day of my appointment Dr. Razi was not in the office but met me via video call to explain the procedure and answer any questions I might have had remaining. The nurse who did the actual procedure, Stephanie I think, was fabulous and put me at ease, chatted with me the whole time. Would definitely recommend!

I just had my first visit to Senza Aesthetic Medicine and I was very impressed! For starters, if the staff were any sweeter, I'm sure that I would have left with a cavity in my tooth. Everyone I interacted with went out of their way to make sure that I was being taken care of. They were great. I was also surprised at how much time Dr. Rasi spent with me. He explained procedures in detail and answered every question I had, and I had quite a few. The procedure went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. A huge thank you to the entire staff for making this visit so pleasant. I'm a fan!

I've trusted Senza for all my skin needs for many years. I've also gone other places thinking I could get at "deal". I returned to them because not only are their services and products better than the rest, their amazing warm friendly staff is always there to personalize treatments that fit any budget. I will never go anywhere else!

This place is so wonderful. The staff - The Dr! Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. I have had dark spots on my face for years!! I was so embarrassed. I have been to MANY other dermatologists and they have recommended so many things/products I have Wasted money on and my skin still looks the same and continued to get worse. My make-up through the yrs was getting darker and heavier. After using products the Dr has recommended and getting Fraxel - I feel like I have my face back. I couldn't be happier. I would give this place a 10!

Dr. Rasi is, by far, one of the best in his field of contouring the body through the specialized Airbrush Liposculpture technique. From the moment I consulted with him, I knew I could rely on his expertise and trust that I'd be in good hands. Iniatially, I got my outer thighs lipo, But the experience and preliminary results were so rewarding, that I opted to return in 2 weeks later for my full abdomen.My recovery time was very minimal and I was back at work the next day. The care and attention I received for my surgeries was outstanding.

Luv Dr. Rasi and his staff. I've had laser hair removal, Botox, chemical peels, and some other facial treatments. I've been going there for over 7 years. I recently had the Senza Layers peel and it was AMAZING. I joined the one of their monthly skincare clubs and have really enjoyed the return on my investment. Dr. Rasi is a great doctor and his staff is very helpful. Their prices are very reasonable too.

Everyone should be informed that Senza is an outstanding establishment, my experience with Senza was caring, helpful, & informative. The entire staff is beautiful from the inside out. I received lip injections from nurse Tera, she was gentle, and knew exactly which look I was going for, she is a true artist. (My previous experiences with lip injections did not go so well so I am thrilled to mention I have FINALLY found someone I want to consistantly have my injections done with.) Beautiful Karen helped schedule my appointment in a timely manner, she is just as beautiful in person, as she is over the phone. I really appreciated how well Karen listened to me explain the issues I have with my minor acne scarring also how I was not pushed, or over burdened with sales, by the way Senza offers great specials. I cannot wait to schedule my next appointment. Over all I am very satisified with my services, Thank you Senza, keep up the fabulous work.

I was afraid to get botox for the first time. I went to Dr. Rasi and, unlike the other doctors I have spoken with, told me I only needed 15 units (not the 20-25 others had told me I needed). The 15 units made the treatment look very natural. More would have been too much. Very Happy!!

The personnel there is really nice and their equipment is top of the line. However, I didn't like the Botox job I got done. It was pricy and didn't do much for the wrinkles on my frown area. I got better results in other places. Personally, I won't be coming back.

I'm a male and had laser lipo done on my abs and waist. I could'nt be happier with the results. Dr. Rasi did an excellent job. Now i have that physique I've always wanted. And I found the staff very helpful. All around a great experience. I highly recommend him.

The doctor is nice, but not very informative. I went in to see what I can do about my skin improvement. He recommended I have laser done and start on obagi treatment. However, he did not explain the risks involved in performing such procedure on my skin, nor did he tell me about the long term affects. Not good. On the staff...some are very nice, but others are plain right rude. For example, a little boy that looked just like the doctor was there, and I said he looks just like the doctor must be his son, and this lady answers in a very smart ass tone...do you think. All in all, I did not like the place. I did not get the professionalism of a doctor really giving professional medical advice; it felt more like a skin solon where I can get my hair and nails done.

I like this place a lot because the doctor is very involved with all the patients, the staff is super professional, they never make you wait long, everyone is very informative and friendly, they can fit you in with short notice and best of all they never seem rushed. I always feel like I am being listened to, and given the treatment that truly fits me. No pressure selling either.

I LOVE this place!!! The staff is incredible and the their work is perfect! They are all true perfectionist!!! I have had tattoo removal, hair removal, chemical peels and Botox .... Couldn't be happier with all of it! Tara does magic with Botox and I am on my second month of their facial club! I love it and my skin is looking great! Highly recommend !

After having several consultations at various places I chose Dr. Rasi. I started seeing him for my facial scarring and he has been honest and very thorough in every procedure he has done on me. One time I had questions post laser treatment and I liked that he makes himself available after office hours through phone contact. The staff is very friendly and I would recommend him to anyone.

I had a great experience. The staff are very friendly over the phone and in person. The location is easy to get to as long as your iPhone finds your current location accurately. The building is very nicely done inside and out. You feel comfortable for the duration of your visit. I went in for laser tattoo removal and ended up with that and Botox. I know, those two don't normally go together but that day they did. The doctor is very nice and explains everything in detail. He will take his time to let you know about the procedures, the estimated amount of treatments, and the amount you will pay. The price was about the average rate maybe a little less. Some procedures may cost more than they do at other places but for what I had done they were very reasonable. I have had 2 tattoo removal treatments, at another location prior to this one, that were more expensive. Here, the laser tattoo removal is one price and you come back for treatment until you achieve your desired results. Most other places will charge you per treatment which can get very expensive. Overall I would definitely recommend going here. You wont break the bank and you'll leave happy.

I had a Living Social deal for a Limelight IPL and additional Genesis laser treatment for some dark spots and overall uneven skin and couldn't be happier! I live quite far from Redlands, but many of the MedSpas near me are snooty, difficult to deal with, or way expensive. I wanted a nice, friendly place that didn't overcharge for treatments and this was it. Everyone was amazingly accomodating even though I was almost an HOUR late due to traffic. Dr. Rasi explained all the risks and benefits of the treatment and the nurse who conducted my treatment was fun to talk to. I booked 2 more appointments immediately! As with all treatments like these (I mean, LASERS are shooting at your face...the potential for your skin to react badly is there!) there are risks, but I felt very comfortable and happy with my experience. Great Job!

I am very pleased with the procedure I had done by Dr Rasi. It began with a consult that was not rushed thru, all my questions and concerns were answered and handled in a professional manner. I am extremely pleased with my results. He is really good at what he does. I can't forget to mention the girls in the front office, they were very helpful and there for me when I had further questions. They create a comfortable atmosphere and still maintain professionalism.

I'm 35 so I think it's a good time to start to keep up with the aging process. Love the results. I tried the KTP laser treatments, hair removal and the med spa package. It's worth every penny. With the KTP I notices a big reduction in brown and red splotches on the face. I've only had 2 hair removal sessions but the results are incredible! Even on my face! The med spa packages is great because it's stuff I do anyway so...why not get the package. Love this place!

I have gone to Senza a couple of times, but I stopped going because I found a much nicer place and better doctor. I did not find this place all that great. The doctor is very nice the few seconds he sees you, and the service is super fast. I think a little to fast. Especially when dealing with the skin. I had done a couple of laser procedures and totally trusted the doctor, but now after seeing a new doctor i feel like they did not take the time nor the effort to really care about my skin. It seems like a drive through procedure, and it should not have been that way. Now that I know better, I know what to ask, but when you have no experience it would have been nice to have had more information than what I got here.

I love this place! Everyone is so friendly. I've been coming here for 5 years and happy each time. The doctor is great too but I come for Tara. They also have great specials throughout the year. So easy to make appointments too!

My daughter and I have been clients of Dr. Rasi and Senza for over 10 years. I have the highest regard for him and also for his staff. I have had all kinds of procedures done there such as laser hair removal, fraxel and genesis laser, peels, facials, smart lipo and now dermapen treatments. The outcome of all these procedures has been total satisfaction and zero problems. Dr. Rasi thoroughly investigates all of his procedures to make sure they really deliver. I also participate in the monthly plans and I have for years. The staff is wonderful and welcoming and they seem like friends to me. I would not even think of going anywhere else for my aesthetic needs and look forward to each visit.

I've been getting laser hair removal here since 2013, and it has been a life-changer for me. I've had laser failures in the past, when laser hair removal technology was in its infancy in the 1990s, so I was not expecting any miracles when I tried Senza in 2013 for the first time. The results have been better than I ever imagined. As a woman with PCOS, I have struggled my entire life with unwanted hair. I have seen a huge reduction, approximately 90% of it no longer returns. What does reappear is much finer, and is far less bothersome to deal with. I used to get treatments once every 4-6 weeks, but now I can go up to 5-6 months without needing a touch-up.This blows my mind. I no longer feel like a monster amongst my own species. The technologist I see is incredibly kind, understanding, and professional. The office/waiting area is clean, stylish, and comfortable.

I have been going here over a year and I absolutely love them. They offer an array of non invasive procedures. I have been doing lazer hair removal and it's worked fantastic. They staff is super friendly and personable and I'll keep coming here as long as they are around. Definitely worth a visit / consult!

Ok, this is for the guys out there over 40 that have tried everything to get rid of the lower ab mini muffin-top of stubborn fat that just won't go away no matter what you do. I never considered liposuction as a solution. Too proud. I was sure if I diet right, exercise using proven techniques (including 7 months or hardcore P90X and massive cardio) it would have to go away. Nope. My body got ripped but that belly roll still remained. I even resorted to buying an Ultrasonic Lipo machine to try to 'melt' it off. Don't. Swallowing my pride I decided surgical intervention was the only way to rid my nemesis. After exhaustive research (save yourself the time) I decided on Dr. Rasi. Meeting the Doctor only reinforced that I made the right decision. He's pretty cool and has a good comforting energy and takes his time to get to know you. He didn't just look at my issue from an anatomical perspective, he asked questions about what I personally wanted the outcome to be and gave me an understandable medical explanation of what the procedure could - and could not do. The day of the Smartlipo surgery Dr. Rasi made sure the procedure was painless not just for me but so he could work with maximum effectiveness. More importantly he customized his process to meet my expectations. Watching Dr. Rasi work was almost worth the price of admission. It's like every probe was part of a map in his mind he was following to tailor the surgery for what I wanted. At one point he looked up with determined reassurance and said "I'm going to get you what you're looking for". (It's a weird feeling to be happy inside when you have a metal rod moving under your skin) One of my issues was that I had loose skin from the years I had a 38" waist. I was a 32 before my surgery. From my research the jury was out as to if this Smartlipo could really inspire the skin to actually tighten and no promises were made to me that it would - at least significantly. Well, it's been a month and WOW. My nemesis is long-gone in some bio-waste bin and I'm reenergized to keep in shape. My 4-pack is fast becoming a 6-pack (I'm 50) and I can take off my shirt in public without shame. When I look at my core I'm stoked and have re-committed to a life-style of eating right and staying in shape. 'My nemesis shall never return'. I also notice my skin is tightening even after 30 days. My self-esteem is off the chart and my life span surly extended. All I can say is "thanx Doc - u rock." (In mid-October when I go in for my after pics maybe they will post my before and afters)

I absolutely love this place. Everyone is very nice and so helpful. The facility is immaculate and easy to find near downtown Redlands. I recently had laser fraxel done and it was a wonderful experience and my results are amazing! All of my redness disappeared and scarring was greatly diminished after just one treatment. I am currently a "club" member where I pay a small fee to be pampered once a month. Do something nice for yourself and go here! I would recommend them to anyone!

After a recommendation from a fellow Yelper, I decided to try out Senza for my next round of Botox. I am so happy I did. Tara is amazing and did exactly what I wanted. My results were perfect and I'm definitely a client for life.

A good friend of mine started laser tattoo removal at Senza about a year ago and is happy with her results & price so far; her nephew is also having it done. I went with her for a free consultation a couple of days ago to have a similar sized tattoo as her's removed from my chest. I never saw the doctor, but the technician that did my friend's laser treatment looked at my tattoo and gave me an outrageous price quote as compared to what my friend & her nephew paid. I do understand that prices go up over time, but 400% over just a one year period?! Both my friend & her nephew paid a set amount ($650 & $250 respectively), but i was quoted $175 per session & was told that i may need up to 15 sessions; that's $2625 for a 3" tattoo! I was prepared to pay a bit more than my friend due to inflation, but that was ridiculous. My friend was very embarassed and apologized to me because she so highly recommended Senza, but I told her this was not her fault -- of course. She now feels quite differently about Senza.

Dr Rasi is the very best. Great bedside manor & always concerned with my health & welfare. Love my smart lypo! I will continue to go back. His assistant Matt is awesome as well. Karen at the front desk is our favorite. So knowledgeable & caring. Love this place and I highly recommend.

ANOTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE AT SENZA! Dr Rasi got rid of spider veins on my legs. Dr Rasi was very patient with me and took his time making sure I felt comfortable during the procedure. I love his staff and can't wait to go back for my next appointment. And I love how he does my BOTOX. You are in good hands with Dr Rasi.

I was extremely (and still am) satisfied with the results of the smartlypo procedure. Dr. Rasi and his assistant Matt's cool yet professional and calming attitude took all fears and uneasiness away. i went in for a consult and Dr Razi had told me that i would need 6-7 treatments for my face. I'm on my 7th treatment and do not see results at ALL. today i went to go speak to him about it and he straight up told me he can't do anything about it!!! like are you serious?! you're the doctor you should know what to do and what not to do. Furthermore, when i asked if there is some price package he told me he doesn't make up the prices and another girl does so i had spoke to her and she had told me about a package that they have had for years that is if you pay for 6 treatments upfront you get your 7th one free. i had NOT been told that at the time of my consult if i had been told that then i would have done that because i was told i would need 7 treatment. when i explained to the lady (stephanie) that nobody here told me about ANY package deal all she said was well if you wanna do it you can start it now to which i said well who knows if I'm guaranteed another 7 treatments i wanted to do that in the beginning because i was told i would need 7 treatments and i had told her that no one told me about it and she shrugged it off like it was nothing and said well we can't do anything now so what do you wanna do? also, the lady who does my laser started off with a low setting which i understand because she doesn't want to burn my skin but the highest setting she went to was 6 and that was on my 3rd treatment and my skin reacted perfectly normal to the 6 setting but then for my 4-7 treatment she went back down to the 5 number setting and i had asked why did she do that to Dr. Razi and even the girl who did my laser and they ignored my question COMPLETELY!!! I DO NOT recommend this place for ANYTHING they do not have good service and are rude to their customers and even the doctor said he can't do anything and told me to deal with it!! go somewhere else!
