Google
Food court style. I had the Atomic Seoul Sandwich, which was amazingly crispy and the chicken was nicely cooked, but I’ve got to say that the sauce was too spicy and sweet. Having said that, it did say “Atomic” for a reason, hence the 5 ⭐️.

Google
PLEASE CHECK YOUR BURGER WRAPPER it has a very foul oil smell. I kept thinking it was from the oil on the chicken but after I removed the wrapper food tasted so much better. I did enjoy the rice bowl.

Google
My husband had a signature Seoul bird chicken sandwich. It was pretty good. The sauce was delicious and sticky which compliments well with the juicy patty. We also enjoy the beautiful dinning area in Proper Eats food hall. The decoration was modern and offers plenty of roomy seating areas. Great job. The ordering system is very unique. I actually think is a great idea.

Google
I went with high expectations, but I was disappointed with several aspects of the food. I hope it gets better. However, the staff were friendly and pleasant.

Google
Delicioussss I really enjoyed the bucket o’ tenders. Makes a generous meal for 2-3 people. The tater tots were good too. I was disappointed in the bowl. Compared to the bucket, it was not worth it. I would come back, just be mindful of what I get 😅 Staff was friendly and quick as well

Located in the food court area of the Aria casino, Seoul Bird delivers a Korean touch to the chicken sandwich. Ordering is all online. Step up to the counter, scan the QR code, order and pay from your phone. Service was fast and friendly. The signature chicken sandwich is spicy and delicious. Tater tots are good but over dressed. Korean iced tea is unremarkable. $40 for all three which is a bit much for a food court offering in Vegas.

Google
Best Chicken Sandwich Ever?! Seoul Bird at Aria Won't Disappoint! Vegas has a lot of amazing food, but Seoul Bird at Aria Resort takes the cake (or should I say, chicken?). My wife and I were feeling a bit rough after a long day exploring the city, and one bite of their legendary Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich completely revived us! This isn't your average chicken sandwich. The chicken is perfectly crispy and juicy, coated in a flavorful, sweet and spicy sauce that had us hooked from the first bite. The sandwich also comes with pickled vegetables for a refreshing touch, all nestled in a soft and pillowy bun. It's the perfect combination of textures and flavors. While the Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich is their claim to fame, Seoul Bird also offers other delicious options like Korean BBQ tacos, wings, and tenders. They even have a variety of vegan options like their Cauliflower "KFC" sandwich. The restaurant itself is modern and stylish, with a Korean street food vibe. Think exposed brick walls, neon signs, and plenty of seating for a casual dining experience.

Google
For a food court type set up I didn’t really expect too much and instead I was blown away. The chicken tenders were FABULOUS and they came with an Asian slaw and choice of sauces. All was sooo good and reasonable for Vegas.

Yelp
We're local and shop at Crystals every few months, so we'll drop into Proper Eats occasionally if we're wanting a quicker bite. I gotta say, I was surprised Seoul Bird only has 3.7 stars (at the time of this review). We got the chicken tenders to split and my husband got the bowl, both were delicious. He specifically said he'll crave that bowl so I know what we'll be having next time we go shopping haha. We also got the cauliflower bites and they were super tasty. Not like the usual ones drenched in sauce, just super crispy with an addictive seasoning. Also the people at the counter are SO nice! The only reason I knocked it down to 4* is price. It's the Strip, so I expected the prices, but 20% less and it'd be an easy 5* IMO.

Yelp
As G-Dragon sings on Home Sweet Home, "Winner, winner, chicken killer." Life's better with a bit of K-pop(corn), okay? Now that I've expanded beyond the tots, I figured it was time for an updated review. This round, I went with the Signature Seoul Chicken ($16, plus $14 to make it a combo) and the Poppin' Cauliflower. Let's start with the chicken sandwich: the sauce was a lot. Super bold, borderline aggressive, and honestly, it would've been better served on the side. It kind of overtaken the whole flavor experience. The cauliflower, on the other hand, was solid. They were crispy, flavorful, and fun to snack on. One thing is for sure: this place doesn't hold back on the grease. Both dishes were extra in the oil department. I had to pop a few Tums the minute I got back to the room. Look, I'm not forever 21 anymore. Not bad for food hall offerings. The portions are generous and there's something addictive about their take on Korean fried comfort food. Would I come back? Absolutely but with some antacids pre-gamed next time.

Yelp
First time I had ever been in my years of going to Vegas at Proper Eats Food Hall (Aria's Food court), and stopped at Seoul Bird as I wanted to try Korean Fried Chicken. The chicken was a bit tough and "mid range" as far as juiciness (bordering dry), and lacking a lot of flavor overall. I added the "combo" option which was extra, and frankly not sure what I got in addition to the chicken. The meal overall pictured was $37, and it is a "lot" of food, but average food at best. For those who want to know how it works here, you order at a kiosk, enter your email and phone number, and you will receive a text when your food is ready.

Yelp
Some good fried Korean chicken. Seasoned well. Tasty and juicy. One of the best fried chicken on the Vegas strip.

Yelp
Seoulmates are made in Korea... and in a Las Vegas food court. Went to Seoul Bird and got their Signature Seoul Chicken Sandwich ($16 + $14 to make it a combo) and some Poppin Cauliflower. That chicken was thick and juicy. I'm not a fan of their signature sauce if we're being honest, though. The curly fries were average and nothing spectacular, but I did enjoy the deep-cauliflower with the spicy mayo. Seoul Bird is a great place to grab a bite at the Proper Eats Food Hall. Order at the kiosk or by the QR code on the table and pick it up once you get a text message. You're still paying a pretty penny, but that is to be expected in Las Vegas. Bok bok, Yelpers!

Yelp
Loved all the food that we tried at Proper Eats food hall including my Korean chicken sandwich from Seoul Bird. Great crispy chicken with a smoky hot Asian sauce. Cooled down with a little bit of kewpie mayo. Delicious and messy. Loved it. Only tricky thing is that you scan the QR code and order from ANY stall vs having to place multiple orders if ordering from multiple stalls. Which I like. Just different than some set ups I've seen at other food halls. Also, this food hall wasn't stupid busy so it was nice to get a break from the crowds. Maybe people don't realize it's there. Either way, 5 stars.

Yelp
: In the middle of the Aria food court so its seat yourself style. : The burger was okay. Nothing I would go out of my way for but the sauce was good and spicy. The breading was just a little too thick for my liking. ‍: Good service. They were nice at the stand. Overall would recommend if you're closeby but not go out of the way for. 8/10

Yelp
$16 gets you a tasty large double-fried chicken sandwich with Korean Fried Chicken (sweet, sour & slightly spicy) sauce. Chicken was moist & tender and topped with a sweet mayo & lettuce. Service was smile-friendly and the staff even offered a cup for water (for use at the self-serve drink station). While there's a price premium for being on the Strip in the Proper Eats food hall (Aria), the additional couple of dollars was worth it based on the nice food hall ambiance and the tasty food.

Yelp
Soul Bird is part of the Proper Eats dining hall in Aria. I went to this location a few times for breakfast at Egghead and was intrigued by the Korean fried chicken but they weren't open at breakfast. So we came back for dinner. The signature bowl I was really good. A good mix of white rice, salad, and pickled vegetables with fried chicken on top. The chicken was very tender and flavorful and not greasy at all. I also really enjoyed the fried cauliflower which had a lot of good cauliflower taste and was well fried and not greasy. There was a sauce on the side though they tasted fine by themselves as well. Proper Eats hall has a lot of areas where you can eat that are fast or fancy, we ended up sitting on a couch by the bar and relaxing. I would definitely come back to try other things on the menu!

Sophie L.

Yelp
This is bad, the chicken is salty, different seasonings randomly thrown on to the chicken, this fried chicken was the hardest fried chicken I ever had. The side of a salad was horrible. Mixed with "gochujang" or something, the salad has a really really bad bitter after taste. The outside is so hard, salad bitter. I do not recommend. This chicken died for nothing.
google avatar

Dan S.

Yelp
Seoul Bird chicken tenders are no joke. Each piece of chicken is almost a chicken breast and the breading is light and crispy. The garlic ranch sauce was good, but maybe I'm basic a regular ranch dressing would be just as good. Ordered off the QR code took roughly 8 minutes or so. The curly fries pretty much were Arby's curly fries which are good.

Yelp
Located inside of Aria, at the Proper Eats Food Hall you'll find this yummy Korean street food spot. You can either place your order on one of their kiosks or directly from your mobile phone (by using the MGM app or by scanning the QR code displayed). You have the option to dine in or take it to go. (Just specify your preference BEFORE placing your order) Once you've placed your order, you'll receive a text message to notify you that your order is ready...so go ahead and find a seat while you wait lol I opted for the only vegetarian/vegan option, the Poppin cauliflower. The cauliflower was fried to perfection, flavorful, crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. The sweet garlic soy and spicy gochujang sauces on the side were the perfect accompaniment with the cauliflower and the slices of red chili peppers gave it a nice kick. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Yelp
Seoul bird located in aria K-stack chicken and curly fries 3 stars Today I ordered the Seoul k-stack chicken sandwich and the fries. The first thing I noticed about this sandwich was that it was huge! I could not fit it in my mouth so I had to eat it with forks and knives. Moreover, the bottom two buns were soggy. The sauce in the sandwich was alright, and the chicken was cooked pretty well and had a nice crisp to it. The curly fries was pretty basic nothing special to it. Overall, I expected the sandwich to be a little better than expected due to the high price of it but it was still a decent meal.
google avatar

Phoebe S.

Yelp
I ordered Seoul Bowl and it was good! I like the idea that it has everything in one bowl, chicken meat, veggies and rice. It was also fast and the ambiance of the place is really cool. I would go back to eat there again.
google avatar

GG M.

Yelp
Had this for lunch at the food court and I must say it was quite different it had a nice Asian red sauce in it which was a little Tangy and a little spicy kick the chicken tasted like it was a thigh but it was done pretty well wrapped in like a potato bun or something. Is that shredded lettuce in it I really enjoyed it it's not Sensational but definitely a solid B+. A good feeling portion I didn't order anything else cost about $17 for the sandwich a decent price for being in Aria.
google avatar

Greg F.

Yelp
The signature seoul bird was easily the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. IM shocked the ratings aren't higher on this place. The sauce has a lot of flavors going on. Service was really fast.
google avatar

Chris M.

Yelp
Located in a very nice food hall at Aria. On the 2nd floor. Spacious and airy. You order from your phone (scan QR code) or from kiosks throughout the food hall. Seating weaves throughout. No real interaction with the individual food purveyors. We ordered from our phone and got text messages confirming order, approximate wait time and when the food was ready. Had the signature chicken sandwich. Messy! Spicy. Crispy. Good size. Very satisfying.

Yelp
So, got to try this place out last year while staying at the Aria in Vegas. Must say, the chicken sandwich & the loaded fries are good! The tea was different, but I liked it. Definitely worth trying out while staying at the Aria! Located in the Proper Eats Food Hall. All in all: Good food, friendly service, cool ambiance & open fairly late (from what I remember)
google avatar

Yelp
I ordered their Bucket O' Tenders that comes with 4 tenders, 2 sauces, Asian slaw, and pickled radish. The sauces that you can get is their Signature, Garlic Ranch, Korean Bbq, or Gochujang Mayo. The sauce were savory, the chicken was tender, and the curly fries were crispy. I would come back and highly recommend this place!
google avatar

Todd M.

Yelp
Of all of the places within the proper eats food hall this one is the best value. Their chicken tenders are HUGE. Crispy, tender and flavorful with their dipping sauces that were . Very well prepared and are shareable or can take 1-2 pieces home.

Yelp
I really despise having to order from my phone, apps or kiosks. I get this is just gonna be the way of the future for everything at some point but I guess I'm one of the few people that enjoy human interaction. On to the food...we were looking to grab a bite to eat while we waited on our room to be ready and I decided on this spot while my husband decided on pizza. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and popping cauliflower. The chicken sandwich while freshly made, was NOT spicy at all, in fact it didn't taste like anything. No seasoning, just batter. I wouldn't get it again. The cauliflower bites were amazing!! Hot, crispy and light. I appreciate that the sauce is given separately so it doesn't make them soggy. My husband grabbed a couple and popped them in his mouth and was extremely disappointed that these weren't tater tots! He still kept eating them tho because he said they were pretty good. Service was nice but seating was hard to find tho. Food was pricey. $40 for everything in the picture and no drinks!

Yelp
Don't waste your money. It was so tasteless that I had to throw away more than half of it.

Yelp
We had placed an order at Seoul Bird Proper Eats Food Hall mid afternoon on a Sunday. After looking at a few different places within the Proper Eats food court, we had to at least try out Seoul Bird! My partner ended up ordering the chicken sandwich from Seoul Bird. The Fried Chicken's batter wasn't too heavy and the chicken was tender! The sauce used was quite flavorful and it really blended well with the Chicken. The tots were plain, no sauce on it, but seasoned well with salt. The tater tots was good! Next time if we stop by Seoul Bird, we'll have to try out their bucket of chicken tenders instead!

Yelp
Business is one of 10 vendors of Proper Eats which is located Aria Promenade. It is Korean style street food. Hours are from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm for Sunday to Thursday; and 11:00 am to 11:00 pm for Friday and Saturday. Menu had fried chicken sandwicheds (16.00 and 21.00), bucket of tenders (18.00), seoul bowl (17.00), tots (7.00 and 9.00). Menu is posted at Proper Eats Food Hall, https://www.propereatslasvegas.com/seoul-bird/. My order was placed at the kiosk ordering system and received text notification with my order no. When order was ready, I receveived another text notification. My order was Seoul Bowl (17.00) which had battered chicken, slaw, pickled radish , rice, with sweet garlic sauce. It was filling and tasted moist.
google avatar

Irwan A.

Yelp
Always looking for Korean Fried Chicken and unfortunately this fell a little short. Its too bad that they did not have the option of drumsticks or wings so had the bucket of chicken tenders with the kimchee slaw and the 2 sauces of Korean BBQ & spicy mayo. The chicken was ok and the light batter was fine, not your typical super crunchy version but the portions were enough to share and the dipping sauces helped with adding more flavor to the chicken. The kimchee slaw was a little bland so given other food option in Vegas probably will not return for a re-fill on the bucket.
google avatar

Azzie C.

Yelp
The chicken tenders plate was great. Essentially 3 chicken breasts. Very tasty and crisp. The curly fries were good. Expected the sauces to be a bit spicier but good with a bit of Tabasco added.
google avatar

Vanessa R.

Yelp
For a $30 meal, you for surely get your moneys worth with the amount of chicken in the sandwich and the amount of fries on the side. I tried the original sandwich, wish I had gotten the Atomic instead. If you enjoy a sweet teriyaki flavoring, you'll enjoy the original sandwich. I typically just like a little bit more zing in my flavors. If I come back I'm definitely trying the Atomic instead.
google avatar

David H.

Yelp
Stopped for a quick lunch. Fairly easy ordering via one of the Proper Hall kiosks and the wait for my order was 5-7 minutes They chicken bowl I ordered was a pretty good sized portion and tasty. I got the chicken with the soy garlic sauce - very flavorful. Added kimchi to go along with the bowl.
google avatar

Elizabeth T.

Yelp
It's not bad but it wasn't that amazing so I'd give it 3.5 stars. The k tots were good. The chicken was crispy but kept falling out of the skin. It's pretty messy to eat and sticky. The flavor of the signature chicken is more on the sweet and soy flavor. We were thinking it would be more of like a hot chicken so we'll probably try a place like that later. Overall not terrible but I've had better. As far as the ordering process for proper eats food hall, you order from your phone by scanning the QR code, choose the restaurant, order and pay. Then you'll get a text when it's ready.
google avatar

Yelp
We frequently find ourselves torn between everyone's food desires. My daughter is a fiend for chicken so we picked her up this box of chicken from Seoul Bird. We enjoyed the batter and light fry on this chicken. It was technically perfect; however, we are used to chicken packing more of a flavor punch and this was pretty bland. My husband and I ate the chicken, but I think the fry was a little bit different for my daughter and she picked the skin off. The Asian salad that it came with was a nice fresh, palate cleanser. The bucket of chicken was $18, which hurt my soul a little bit for a quick meal for a seven-year-old. It would've been great if they had a children's size option with maybe just two tenders because it was too much food for one person, especially a kid. Hopefully they'll consider that moving forward.
google avatar

Lily W.

Yelp
Wanted to check out the new food hall in the Aria hotel and decided to try Seoul Bird. Ordered the kimchi burger and the k-tots with chicken. The food took a little longer than expected. My boyfriend's brother ordered at another place at the food hall and got his food a lot faster than I did. The flavor of the kimchi burger was ok and the chicken was pretty juicy and crispy but didn't like how oily it was. The k-tots was pretty standard. It was nothing special and only came with like 4 pieces of chicken. The tots were crispy too but at the end, it was getting soggy because of all the sauces they put in.
google avatar

Lily S.

Yelp
I was staying at Aria and wanted to get something quick for lunch, so we checked out the food hall and after walking around a couple of times I decided to order from here. The process was easy and fairly quick. I was surprised at how big the rice bowl was, filled with crispy fried chicken and veggies. The k-tots were the best! I thought it would be weird eating tots covered in kim chi salsa and cheese but the flavor was so good and tangy that I didn't need to use any additional condiments. I really enjoyed this place and finished everything!

BF F.

Yelp
It was cold and overpriced. Never going back. The person behind the counter was super nice and courteous, but for the price, the food should be hot not cold.

Ang G.

Yelp
I have been eating chicken tenders my whole life and let me tell you these were amazing!!! The tenders were huge and juicy, I got an order of 3 and could only eat 1 and 1/2 because they were so big, they also came with slaw! I have been eating fast food around the Aria for 20 plus years when we go on vacation and this was one of the best! The team/management was also very friendly.
google avatar

Briana N.

Yelp
Stopped by Seoul Bird for a quick snack and we were not disappointed. We had a very filling snack of the k-tots for about $9 for 2 people. The flavors were all delicious and the tater tots were still so crispy underneath all the sauce. If you eat it too fast, they're a little too hard. But once they soak a bit, it's still crispy but soft enough to easily eat.
google avatar

Les L.

Yelp
This is Chef Judy Joo's spot for korean fried chicken. We ordered a bucket of chicken tenders, which comes with 5 or so in the bucket, sitting on top of slaw. It comes with the picked radish, a very traditional Korean accompaniment to fried chicken and a variety of dipping sauces. It really annoyed me that the slaw was at the bottom. Who is going to eat slaw that has been buried at the bottom of a deep bucket, absorbing the oil that fried chicken drips off? I think all the chicken is fried pretty plain and you sauce it yourself instead of being sauced directly on the meat. Nothing blew our minds and we kind of struggled to finish all the chicken.

John N.

Yelp
The chicken sandwich was huge and delicious! It was a double stack or something...2 pieces of chicken on it. Fries were great too.

Melody C.

Yelp
Located inside the Proper Eats food hall inside the Aria. I used the QR code in the food court to order the chicken sandwich combo, which came with a drink and curly fries. The food came out within 10-15 minutes, and I was notified via text the moment it came out. The sandwich was absolutely phenomenal--the bread had a nice chew, the chicken was crispy on the outsider and tender on the inside with a sauce that tastes like a korean bbq marinade (think soy sauce, gochugang), the shredded lettuce and sliced onions added a good crunch. The fries were also good, maybe a bit too salty. The price was expensive ($30 combo) but typical of Las Vegas, and I wished I got a larger chicken sandwich for it, but overall I had a good experience and would eat again if I came back to this food court.
google avatar

Jessica T.

Yelp
After trying a few different spots in the food court, this one stands out as a great pick compared to the others. Most of the orders have to be done through a kiosk making it quick and very easy. I ended up trying the signature bowl - the fried chicken has a perfect balance of flavor and the sauce they provide is incredibly flavorful and complemented the bowl wonderfully. The portion size is generous and filling, I'd highly recommend giving this place a try if you are at the Aria and are looking for a good lunch/dinner.
google avatar

Sappho C.

Yelp
By far one of the worst things we have had in Vegas and we love Vegas! I'm really hoping it's just because they just opened so they had very little quality control. We got the signature Seoul chicken sandwich and the k-tots. The k-tots were edible, but had no crunch and very little kimchi. The chicken sandwich was awful!! Not sure if it's the sauce or the chicken, but it had this chemical smell. The chicken definitely did not look like any of the sandwiches on IG or the UK location. When we went the place wasn't even busy, maybe it's because it's towards the end of the night? I really hope it's just us. We usually like to give places an extra shot but it was SO bad that we are definitely not trying it again.
google avatar

Brian K.

Yelp
In the new proper eats food court at the Aria. Hopes weren't high, but I was actually pleasantly surprised. The chicken had a nice crunchy coating, was moist and properly seasoned. Served on a nice roll that held up to the Korean slaw and sauce. Not bad for a food court restaurant.
google avatar

Steve K.

Yelp
Not sure what the issues were, I think the kitchen was backed up because they also service Juicy Lucy too. We order only the "signature" chicken bowl. We probably waited 15 mins. I guess this might not seem too long, but our order from Laughing Buddha was 5 mins. Overall, the chicken is nice and crispy as K-chicken should be. But, we weren't blow away by the bowl giving it a 7 of 10. Maybe the sandwich is better...

Jacob S.

Yelp
Really yummy food at a reasonable.price. best value meal we had in vegas, and probably the best chicken tenders I've had in a long time.
google avatar

Russ P.

Yelp
Food is good but for the price you can throw in some more Spicy Mayo bro! Don't tell me to go to the app for some sauce . You charging for it like it's a rare exotic sauce but everyone knows how to make it so don't trip on the sauce Seoul Bird
google avatar

Rudy D.

Yelp
Got the big chicken sandwich to share. The sauce and crispness of the fry was great! Not too thrilled that it took a bit to find a half way clean table
google avatar

FoodLover F.

Yelp
We were over at Proper Eats and our waitress told us to go order food from the restaurant if you want anything in the food court It's kinda complicated and annoying to walk around to get your food and bring back to your table at Proper Eats But I think it was due to the mgm hack We ordered the chicken sandwich and it was delish Then we walked to New York New York to see Terry Fator puppet show
google avatar

Diron K.

Yelp
We just wanted a quick snack and decided to try the tater tots. They were awesome. The service was quick and the employee was nice. If we ever stay at the Aria again, we will definitely eat here again. Next time we would like to try other menu items.

Khalil L.

Yelp
Visited this restaurant on a trip to Las Vegas. I ordered the signature chicken sandwich with pickles, cabbage, and Korean sauce on top of a bun. The order said that I could make it a combo, so I also was served curly fries with a strawberry lemonade. The food was on point!! The chicken sandwich had the perfect texture and the curly fries were the best I've ever had! Service was excellent because the food was ready after a 15 minute wait and the chefs cooked the food magnificently. The mood was a bit chaotic because the restaurant was located in a food hall and there were many restaurants that you could eat from. I would come back to visit this place because the chicken sandwich was cooked perfectly.
