Seoul Restaurant | Authentic Korean Steakhouse

Visited 22 Nov 2025 to celebrate my son's birthday. The food served is virtually top of the line. The meat especially the beef is soft and succulent. The cold noodles, soup, pan cakes are delicious and no complaints. Just have to try it 😂

The lunch buffet prices are value for money considering the range of pretty good quality meat and selected ala carte items, though it’s not among the best bbq meat I’ve tried. Their standout dishes for me are Doenjang Jigae (bean paste stew), tteokbokki (spicy rice cake), and kimchi pancake. Cold noodles are alright. BBQ wise, beef short ribs and squid are not bad. Side dishes are alright, I find the egg/mashed potato unique and nice. Wish the kimchi tastes better. Overall comfortable dining environment, prompt service, good selection.

An experience beyond Compare, the moment we stepped into the Restaurant at the Regent Hotel, now called Conrad; it was clear this would be no ordinary dining experience! The ambiance strikes between sophisticated and welcoming, making you instantly at ease. What set Seoul apart is the impeccable service. I have never experienced such attentive and friendly staff. They were knowledgeable about the menu, quick with recommendations and ensured our grill was always perfectly maintained. Their expertise made the entire dining process effortless! The genuine hospitality made the celebration of my wife's birthday a memorable occasion! And then, there's the food. Cuts of meats of high quality perfectly marbled and prepared. The charcoal grill imparted a smoked flavour that gas grill never can. The verity of of dishes served was a testament to authentic Korean cuisine! This place a culinary gem. If you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience with exceptional Korean steaks, a beautiful setting and service that goes above & beyond, than this is the place! A must visit!

The seating is spacious although the noise from other tables may leak over. The staff are friendly and patiently explains your queries and ensure you are at ease. The charcoal grill(if Ala carte bbq) orders were meticulously grilled by the staff. Joseph carried out the service and he ensured all the mest grilled were of the best quality. It was an enjoyable meal and experience!

Seoul Restaurant offers a very satisfying authentic Korean BBQ experience. We tried the normal, non-premium buffet for a weekend lunch, which came to about $478 for six adults. The meat selection was great, with the galbi and skirt steak, pork jowl and garlic sesame oil squid being particularly juicy and flavourful. We noticed the cuts seemed to get a little leaner as the meal went on, but the pork steak was also pretty good it dried and crisped up perfectly on the charcoal grill. The side dishes were also excellent, the bone broth, kimchi stew, cold noodles, and pajeon were all served in nicely sized bowls, allowing our table to try a good variety without wasting food or feeling too stuffed. Overall, it was an enjoyable meal in a comfortable setting. While it's certainly a premium priced experience, the quality of the meat and the well executed sides make it a solid choice for a special occasion or a treat.

An ultra comfortable quality dining experience we had at Seoul Restaurant. We brought along our two year old who isn’t the most patient when it comes to long dining duration, but we actually managed to dine comfortably for slightly over two hours. Throughout our entire time at Seoul Restaurant, the crew’s service was impeccable. The service crew, young or of aged were sincere and always checking in if we are in need of anything and constantly changing the grill, so we don’t waste the quality meat they serve. We have had better meats and cooked food at other buffets to be frank, but for the comfort, service and quality, we would easily make the choice to come back to Seoul as we are confident that people we recommend here would equally be impressed by the high service standards. First time eating at Seoul restaurant. My friend and I went for the premium meat selection (all you can eat) which was $120, about $30 more than the normal meat selection. It was definitely worth the splurge. I didn't get to take more pictures as we were just engrossed with enjoying the food. Love the seafood pancakes as well. The highlight was definitely the meat. You can see from the pictures. Will definitely come back again.

I had dinner with friends at this restaurant. We have decided to get the premium buffet and no regrets at all. The beef is sooooo good!!!!! I suggest to focus on the beef first, followed by the raw crab. The pancake is good too & served in small portion, so each of us get to try a quarter of it. The raw crab is well marinated and fresh. Seriously I do not have any negative review about this place when the food quality is so high. Do mark this place to surprise your love ones & your family. 💯 worth it!
