Seoul Restaurant offers a very satisfying authentic Korean BBQ experience. We tried the normal, non-premium buffet for a weekend lunch, which came to about $478 for six adults. The meat selection was great, with the galbi and skirt steak, pork jowl and garlic sesame oil squid being particularly juicy and flavourful.
We noticed the cuts seemed to get a little leaner as the meal went on, but the pork steak was also pretty good it dried and crisped up perfectly on the charcoal grill. The side dishes were also excellent, the bone broth, kimchi stew, cold noodles, and pajeon were all served in nicely sized bowls, allowing our table to try a good variety without wasting food or feeling too stuffed.
Overall, it was an enjoyable meal in a comfortable setting. While it's certainly a premium priced experience, the quality of the meat and the well executed sides make it a solid choice for a special occasion or a treat.
