Tacos were 3 for $10.99 and good sized. Large quesadilla. The kimchi rice was spicy and delicious.

I ordered from here with DoorDash and was not disappointed! The 3 meat tacos one chicken, one pork, one steak were delicious and perfect to have for a snack or for dinner! I really liked the flavors they mixed well and didn’t overpower each other. A really great combination and tasty!

I recently visited Seoul Taco and enjoyed their tacos and quesadillas, which were both flavorful and well-prepared. However, I found that they tend to put too much sauce on everything, which can be a bit overwhelming. While the ingredients and overall taste were good, the excessive sauce detracted from the experience. If they could dial back on the sauce, it would make for a much more balanced and enjoyable meal.

I have a Shellfish allergy and was told all the meats were marinated in fish sauce. I'm really sensitive with fish sauce because they are made with Shellfish. I got the tofu burrito and chips with queso. The burrito was large and half was more then enough for one person. The queso was really good served with warm tortilla chips.

Picked up a spicy pork burrito yesterday for take way. The burrito was incredibly cold and incredibly dry. I basically had to drink water with every bite to get it down. Im sure part of it was due to it being filled with an overwhelming amount of dry, greasy rice. Plus for $15 I would expect a better rice to topping ratio. It also took WAY too long. Like 20 minute wait for a single burrito and there were only a couple other people there. I live within a 5 minute walk of this place (so not far). It tasted like it was two hours old by the time I got home. In addition, the service is pretty lacking. It doesn’t seem like they have anyone working at the counter. If you want to talk to someone, you have to stand around until someone from the kitchen notices you (took about 5 minutes). Really disappointed with the experience.

Google
Seoul taco is great! The guy working the register was so down to earth and was very helpful explaining the menu. I got the bulgogi beef tacos and omgggg. So good. Beef was tender and the sauce was delish. I will definitely be back and gunna try one of everything on the menu! They had a nice light beer that went well with the meal too.

Food is good. Prices high. Physical location needs a little TLC.

Google
Great fusion of flavors just wished there was a little more for the price- I got the the three sampler protein tacos for $11. The spicy pork is very spicy, so keep that in mind! The wait was about 20 minutes for the dine-in food so just take in the vibes and decor. They also had a claw machine with merch you could win.

Yelp
To be honest, I almost never see anyone inside the place. But wow Seoul Taco was a pleasant surprise. I had a gogi bowl for takeout and it was delicious--not to mention it lasted me almost three meals! Don't be afraid of the kimchi slaw either. It's sweet and spicy! -AT

Yelp
During an afternoon in Wicker Park, my kids chose to stop here for lunch. We were immediately greeted by a super friendly guy behind the counter. He took some time to explain their menu and made a few suggestions. We ordered Bulgogi Quesadillas and the Taco sampler. He didn't hesitate to accommodate all our requested changes. So good!! Well-prepared and incredibly flavorful. Generous portions. The place is small, but nicely set-up and clean. We'll be back!

Yelp
Steak tacos are top notch! I love that they use corn tortillas! The ambiance isn't stellar, but I still go back for take out all the time. Great service.

Yelp
Seoul Taco serves quick, convenient, delicious Korean-fusion food. They have several locations and this one (1422 N Milwaukee) recently opened in the Wicker Park neighborhood. Their set-up is unique: they smartly factored in outdoor seating in their space. When you enter the restaurant, you'll pass through these benches/tables so that folks who are covid-conscious, or those who just prefer eating outdoors, can enjoy a meal outside. Seoul Taco is fast casual and ordering is easy. The first time I came, it was for lunch and I had the steak tacos (3 x $10). I was raving about this to my friends and we ended up ordering this the next day! Lunch for one: Steak Tacos (3 tacos per order) Family-style dinner for three: Korean Cheesy Corn Elote Quesadilla Munch Wrap Seoulpreme Kimchi Fried Rice (side) Waffle Fries (side, sweet potato) They have agua frescas on their menu, burritos, gogi bowls, and gogi fries. The next time I come back, I think I'll try either their burrito or gogi bowl... or heck, both! It's nice to have another Asian-fusion option in the neighborhood, right on the bustling Milwaukee Ave. I personally like to get some milk tea or fresh fruit tea across the street (Elitea) to go with a Seoul Taco meal. Putting this out there, somewhat selfishly, to manifest: a partnership between the two businesses that if you show your receipt to the other business, you get a percentage off your order :) A solid four stars. I had Seoul Taco twice in one week without any hesitation. If that's any indication that you're going to like this place, you should make a trip to Seoul Taco (or get it delivered), stat!

Yelp
Happy to have a Seoul Taco in Wicker Park! This place is flavorful and a good value. Service was fast, however the man taking the order was pretty hard to hear and seemed unenthusiastic about being there. Maybe it was just an off day though! The burrito was HUGE and the $2 up charge for bulgogi steak was totally worth it. My fiancé got the Gogi bowl and that was good too but we preferred the burrito. A side of sweet potato fries were a tasty addition to the meal. The decor in this location is pretty cool too and we'll be back.

Yelp
Overall, we enjoyed the food here! It's right next door so super convenient. These aren't traditional street tacos, they have an Asian flair so be prepared for that. Especially with the chicken, not taco-esque at all. I got the 3 taco trio to try all the flavors. I liked the spicy pork and steak best, the chicken was alright. We also got the sweet potato fries which were solid, just needed a little salt. The disappointment came with the elite quesadilla. We paid extra to add chicken but I didn't realize until halfway through our meal when I tried it that there wasn't any chicken in it and overall it was just like corn and sauce in a tortilla. Def wouldn't get that again. But may stop back for the two tacos I enjoyed.

Yelp
Really mouthwateringly delicious Korean Mexican fusion here. This is my second or third time having Seoul Taco and I haven't been disappointed once. Pretty sure every time I've ordered the Gogi bowl with Bulgogi steak. It's a banger every single time - so delicious and also a pretty healthy meal, but tasty enough to be considered a cheat meal. The burritos are also very good and similar to chipotle style - large, and filled with all the same ingredients you would find in the bowl. The sweet potato fries are out of this world and come with a great chipotle ranch style, dipping sauce. Pair all this with some old fashion speaker rumbling hip-hop and you got Seoul Taco. This place is a vibe. Thanks for having us.

Yelp
This place just opened a location in wicker park and is amazing! Staff and service was great and fairly quick. The Crunchwrap was soooo good. Had a good amount of kimchi so it had some spice to it and the bulgogi/steak was so yummy and there was a good amount. The bowl was good too! I got spicy pork (wasn't spicy) but very good and came with a ton of toppings. Will be a regular for sure. I want to try the elote quesadilla!!

Yelp
My favorite item is the burrito with bulgogi steak. It comes with kimchi fried rice, sour cream, cheese, and salad mix. The sauce is super good, and the steak is sweet and tender. The kimchi fried rice has a great mild flavor, not too sour from the kimchi. It's about $17 after tax, which is pricey but worth it when the craving hits. I got the 32oz horchata for $4.50 before, it's a great deal and probably enough for four servings. It came with a lot of nice so if you're storing it for later, you should dump the ice so it doesn't get too watered down. I've only done takeout ordering online on their website and I have no complaints. The food is prepped quickly. There are some seats inside if you care to dine in.

Yelp
Love this place! So glad we have now have one in Wicker Park. If you're looking for a quick, tasty, and filling meal this is a great spot. I got the gogi bowl and it was delicious! The meat was so flavorful and I felt like the whole bowl was pretty balanced with the rice, veggies, and gochujang. My bf got the nachos and those were super tasty too - the queso goes so well with all the other toppings. I love the creativity of fusion food at Seoul Taco, and everything is always super delicious. Great spot for a quick and tasty meal!!

Yelp
What's the hype about? It was crappy food made by people who have no idea what they're doing. I'm Korean, so I was excited to try this place. Had kimchi fried rice and beef tacos. Wtf. They mixed gochujang with rice and put kimchi on top. Are you serious? Lol that's not kimchi fried rice! Beef tacos? Lol. They put marinated beef in a soft taco tortilla, some spring mixed greens, and some sauce. That's it? Omg. It was horrible. This place is not worth your time and money. Find some place else that actually does good Korean fusion food. Never again.

Yelp
This was my first time coming to the wicker park location- I usually head to the one downtown. The service was very unwelcoming which made me feel uncomfortable, this is a trend I've noticed throughout this chain. Makes me wonder if the employees really enjoy working here. Food was okay from what we had ordered. The Gigi Gogi Bowl was clearly missing some listed ingredients that have been on the bowl in the past- must have be rushed when made, which is disappointing considering the price. Can't see myself giving it more than three starts. This would be an okay spot for a quick bite. Gigi Gogi Bowl $13.00 Side sweet potato fries $5.00 Kimchi Kimchi Fried Rice$4.00Seoul Torta $12.00Taco Bulgogi steak $4.50 Taco spicy pork $3.50 Total: $55.56

Yelp
So good!! This was quick service, very fairly priced, and delicious. I'm giving 4 stars because they forgot the chicken I added to my elote quesadilla as well as the miso chocolate sauce for the churro - made me sad, but was still good as is! The kimchi fried rice was definitely on the spicier side for me (it's like medium level spice) so I just switched off eating bites with Seoul sauce or kewpie mayo. I will definitely be back.

Yelp
We ordered a chicken taco and got steak, and when we tried to call them about it, anytime we asked to speak to a team member their line would hang up on us. Make sure you're getting the right food or just don't go, service is bad.

Stevie D.

Yelp
Started ordering from here after seeing a deal on Uber eats, probably have had it at least once a month since. Burritos are unique to anything I've ever had. I've tried all 3 meats now and all of them hit. Just tried the elote quesadilla for the first time... the reason I felt like I needed to leave a review. If you like Korean and Mexican food, this place will knock your socks off.

Yelp
Went in here for a quick bite. Staff was really nice and it was a cute vibe inside. Our food was mid at best. The kimchi fried rice was dry, the torta had dry bread making it tough to finish, the elote corn dilla was decent though. I probably wouldn't come here again as there are better korean mexican fusion places in Chicago!

Yelp
This is the bulgogi taco and it's the best taco I've ever had. The spicy pork is amazing too. You have to stop by this place. Even have vegan options. Def a place you could eat inside of as well on a hot day. Super nice staff.

Charlee O.

Yelp
$20 for nachos without any cheese. I asked for and was charged an EXTRA $3 for extra queso. Fine. Even though 4 OZ of cheese sauce for $3 seems like a lot, I like my nachos drenched in cheese. Who eats dry nachos?!? My nachos came with zero cheese, despite paying extra to have extra cheese. Fail.

Yelp
We came here on a Monday night when most food establishments were either closed or past the last order time. They seem to encourage you to use the self-order kiosk because there isn't a server behind the table - I think they were busy on making the food in the kitchen. The food came quick and was tasty! We ordered the burrito and tacos samplers, as well as the fries. The fries were the only thing that I didn't really like because they were too "dry" as if they have been sitting out for a little bit. I probably will come back again when I crave food later at night. I also think that the general environment could be cleaner but it is my no means catastrophic.
google avatar

L L.

Yelp
We love their tacos sampler!! You get three tacos of your choice for $9 which is a great deal. I highly recommend trying one of each flavor - Bulgogi Steak, Spicy Pork, and Chicken. They were all very flavorful and perfect for one meal. Service was friendly.

Yelp
So excited to have a Seoul taco in the neighborhood:) everything I got tasted really good, I'll be coming here often

Yelp
Great food, great service, only four stars because they played Kanye west! No no no bad move.

Yelp
Seoul Taco seems to be going down in quality. I went to pick up my order, got there a little bit after the estimated pickup time, and still ended up waiting about 35 minutes for them to have it ready. They're clearly accepting way more orders than they can handle because there were tons of other people in there waiting for a very long time. And forcing their workers to rush through orders adversely affects quality because my order was missing some items and some stuff was made incorrectly and sloppily. Seoul Taco management needs to either hire more people or, if that's not possible, limit the orders they take to an amount that their staff can reasonably handle. And in either case, at least provide semi-accurate pickup times. I used to love Seoul Taco but I'll probably avoid them for now.
google avatar

J M.

Yelp
No serious complaints. Everything was good, but there isn't much of a flavor difference between any of the dishes.
google avatar

Jayson B.

Yelp
Food was great but dude at the counter was rude AF. I walked up to the counter and he didn't say anything. Just stared at me. I was waiting for him to say something like what can I get for you today but he just stood there mad and annoyed. Then acted like I was the one with the problem. If u don't like working there do something else.
google avatar

Cameron B.

Yelp
Place is disgusting. EXTREMELY salty food. $75 for just a few menu items. Staff was rude, food was cold. No manager in sight to monitor quality control. Nasty. There's countless better choices all over Chicago.

Cameron B.

Yelp
Food was actually bomb asf. Scrumptious. We were looking for a chill spot and this spot was the chillest. We got the bowl and the nachos. I love fusion food and this place delivered. Friendly service, great recommendation for the nachos. This would make great drunk food or munchies snacks (sober btw). Will be coming back next time I'm in Chicago!

Max K.

Yelp
Tasty Korean flavor, taking fusion a few steps further than other Korean taco places.

Billy S.

Yelp
Delicious food, of kimchi is spicy and delicious, bulgogi tacos and quesadilla were both 5/5 as well! Will be back for sure!!
