Everything was perfect! Fantastic fish-based menu (changes every season) nicely balancing textures, flavours and colours with a Japanese touch. There is no suggested wine pairing however you can ask the waiters for recommendations -very interesting wines in the menu! The atmosphere is also lovely, feels casual and modern.

Artistic yet playful in every bite! It's hard to say what makes this meal so good when every dish is fantastic. I'd love to spell out my favs but I'd hate to take the surprise away from you. I'll leave you with an excellent flavour packed scallop dish, an artistically presented prawn and a refreshing green apple number. Originally planned our toulouse trip around seeing Airbus, in future I'd recommend the same trip but centered around SEPT.

I am not evaluating the food or atmosphere as I have never been there. I used their reservation service online, which proposed waiting list for the dates I am interested. It was more than 2 weeks in advance I « reserved » to be on the waiting list. Nothing even happened until the day it come. So, actually if you do that, you do nothing. It is not a reservation, I don’t understand why they are having such a misleading « reservation ». Nobody calls you or updates you on the availability, so you should go there and see if you are lucky to have a table somehow ? Is this a restaurant or a casino ? I don’t gamble with my meals and my close people that I invite to share a meal together. I am sorry if the food is good, but actually that matters only if you can try it. Overall atmosphere and communication is 0/5. Better chose the closest MacDonalds to be sure you will not stay hungry, actually you won’t have so much of choice if you are in a waiting list and hungry.

The food was good, but my biggest criticism is that their pace was way too slow for the portion sizes. There were big gaps between dishes that felt like 20-30 min. They also tried too hard on the mostly-black decor and lounge ambiance.

Service is very nice and we really enjoyed the somm's recommendation. Food is OK. Great tech could be seen. However, the dishes are a little bit salty & strongflavoured, but the palate is a personal issue.

The palette cleansers and seafood here were amazing. Nice creative menu with great flavors. Recommended!

Well deserved Michelin star! Excellent Seafood!

This was our first Michelin restaurant experience and what an experience! Almost every one of the 15 plates was an incredible play of symphony on the palate. The creativity and taste of the dishes was unique and out of this world. The service was great. But we had the problem of not understanding French. And so, when the waiter described the dish, it was not always clear to us. Also, we are used to ordering hot water with a slice of lemon with our food. Most restaurants don’t charge for that. But given it is a Michelin starred restaurant I guess we should have known that it would cost us €7 every time, for the four times she brought a pot of hot water, and another €7 for the slices of lemon. But that is a minor issue of us not knowing. The restaurant was cosy for the few guests that reserved. It was a 3.5 hour experience. An absolutely incredible one.
