After a long day of golf, my friends and I stopped by Serafina for a relaxing dinner, and it did not disappoint! We were warmly greeted by Alana at the bar, who immediately made us feel welcome. She let us know it was happy hour—great start! I had a crisp Peroni, while my friends raved about their phenomenal Old Fashioneds.
Alana was fantastic throughout our visit—attentive, friendly, and truly genuine in her service. She had great recommendations and made sure we were well taken care of the entire time. We started with the meatballs, flatbread, and truffle fries, all served hot and absolutely delicious.
When it was time for the main course, we didn’t want to over-order, and Alana suggested the off-menu 40 oz prime ribeye special with two sides. What a perfect recommendation! The steak was cooked to perfection, well-seasoned, and easily shared among the four of us. The grilled broccolini and mashed potatoes were the perfect accompaniments.
Manager Manita also stopped by a few times to check in, and her friendliness and attention to detail made our experience even better. We wrapped up the night with a couple more cocktails, completely satisfied.
Between Alana and Manita’s exceptional service, the amazing food, and the welcoming atmosphere, this was an unforgettable dining experience. I can’t stop thinking about that ribeye—Serafina has earned a spot on my go-to list. We’ll definitely be back soon!
